Cute bagel shop (in the mornings), with service that is friendly. The bagels aren’t great but I’ve had worse at an airport. Expect to spend $15 plus tip/tax for a bagel sandwich. Seating is comfortable but can be tight and allow 15 minutes to get order to be safe.

Ordered Via QR code as per server. During payment, tip section appeared. I was unsure why I had the option to tip, given no table service. Food was terrible, maybe chef requires more experience or training. Ordered Pork Ramen and added tofu & shrimps. Shrimps were cooked in Soy Sauce which made it very salty. Also ordered Crispy salt & pepper wings. These wings were burnt fried. Overall poor experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Great atmosphere, Pork & Shrimp Shumai were the star of my meal, the Philly Cheesesteak Spring Rolls were okay at best, the horseradish sauce tasted like ranch which was disappointing. My wife enjoyed the Chicken Shio Ramen. Prices were high but what airport restaurant isn’t. Our server was friendly but I’m not a fan of a “sit down” restaurant - tip by percentage before you receive your food or experience service feature offered when ordering on the iPad. Expect to spend at least $30/ person

I should've read the reviews first but I didn't. I was craving asian food and the prices were steep but I caved for some dumplings. They were supposed to be topped with a spice sesame aioli and cilantro. Instead they were thrown in a bowl with a side of chili soy sauce. Very disappointed for the $16+tax&tip price tag.

I don’t know why the reviews are so low, food was very tasty, drinks were great, and our server was really awesome. Helped the layover go by quick.

The worst ramen (thai vegan) I’ve ever had in my life. Sour and tasted awful, the noodles are not ramen noodles. And a tiny hair. $25 USD wasted. And the tip is set at 18% for you, you could change it but under their watchful eye 😵‍💫 awful that you have to pay before you eat. I wish I checked google reviews first

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was stared at rather than greeted. I had to seat myself, and even then, the server completely skipped over me to take the orders of others who came in after. I sat there for 30 minutes without being acknowledged. When I finally made eye contact with the server, she told me it would be “faster if I ordered online”—yet she had no issue taking everyone else’s order in person. I’m not one to jump to conclusions, but the way I was treated felt discriminatory. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and sadly, the server being Hispanic made the situation even more disheartening. It’s upsetting to feel ignored and disrespected because of who I am. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, unwelcoming atmosphere, and now I understand why their rating is so low. Avoid if you’re looking for basic decency and respect. Ps… She also took a water break to avoid taking my order.

At this place, you have to order yourself, put your credit card information into an ipad yourself and tip before you check out. And we waited 30 mins for the waitress to tell you that they were out of the juice we order. Finally, the ramen came out like this. And they expect 18% tips. What else could you ask for? Of course all the AI-generated responses here from the owner.
