"A Brooklyn bakery expanded with a third location in the form of a takeout window operating out of its commissary kitchen in Carroll Gardens. The outpost opened Tuesday, July 23 at 191 Columbia Street (near Degraw Street). Owner Jamie Erickson told the Strong Buzz newsletter that the team will test out baked goods and offer other pastries and coffee for daytime service; expect items like egg danishes, chai spice buns, cherry galettes, and more." - Nadia Chaudhury
