Yelp
The food's decidedly 4-star and authentic to Pennsylvania, as they import their bread. It tastes good and they're open 24 hours. They encourage you to watch your food being prepared to eliminate mistakes, but the customer experience is poor.
This business is situated in a former Wienerschnitzel, so this means no bathrooms, no way to wash your hands and limited outdoor seating. They have no sanitizer available and the bottle opener for Mexican cokes is a sticky mess tethered to the wall on a string. They only sell fountain Pepsi, which means they're a cheap business which likely gets the syrup for free in return for not having Coke products. It's sadly a common tale and as others have pointed out, the drinks are too expensive. The food is nearly overpriced and it's clear they expect everyone to take their food to go, which is quixotic, particularly with the ideal location they have.
This place has lazy ownership and is happy to only sell to existing customers and since they have no drive through window, it's amazing they didn't close during the pandemic. In the end, they have no interest in increasing their business or doing the few necessary things they need to do to be in parody with a fast food or eatery operation.
It's always tragic to see a place which has figured out the tough stuff and has good food, but is indifferent to all the other simple things. If there weren't casinos across the street, it's a good guess they'd be out of business; since food is a volume business and this is likely how they survived the pandemic.
If the ownership wasn't lazy and ignorant they'd use the employee bathrooms all Wienerschnitzel's have for the customers, install an outdoor sink, get some parking and have regular drinks. They also don't recycle glass Mexican coke bottles and encouraged me to throw them in the trash. They don't have the common sense to move to another physical location anywhere else in the area that's more appropriate. The tables were all dirty and sticky as well, so you'll likely have to wipe down the table yourself.
My recommendation is to have somebody get the food and take it back to your home or hotel, but without a takeout window it's not worth the effort unless you really want a cheesesteak, particularly since you'll likely have to augment the meal with you own drinks. It'll taste great, but is frustrating to acquire food or eat on the premises.
The food is 4-stars, but I've had better and the customer experience is 2-stars, hence an average rating of 3-stars.
