Dylan is awesome! I am not moving for a few months and have been looking around a lot. I had one tour and two conversations with Dylan and each time his level of customer service was memorable and stood out. We will definitely move here because of the customer service he brought us alone. Such an amazing property as well! A must see!

I lived at porch and park for two years and really enjoyed my time there. The leasing team is very responsive and kind. The building is always clean and is a great community. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking in Redmond.

Leasing office is nice, but please stop leaving your dumpsters blocking the sidewalk. I see them like this every week and given that you responded to someone else’s review you are clearly aware that it’s a problem. Edit on June 24 2025 -- this has no longer been a problem, thank you for fixing it!

Cassidy is a very helpful, thorough, and proactive leasing agent. She will provide a very detailed tour, answer all your questions, and follow-up promptly with all the information you need. While we leased somewhere else due to a few factors, Porch + Park was clean, well presented; and Cassidy will go above and beyond to help you during your leasing journey.

I am a single senior with some mobility issues. Based on a trusted nephew who lives on the East Side, his reviewing the area and availabilities, helped me choose Porch and Park. I last lived in the PNW in 1978 and have spent those intervening years with a apartment in Manhattan and a home in semi rural Connecticut. I almost decided to stay in Manhattan but I am not the same nor is it, but this place in Redmond has all of the very best of in city living, but in a fresh and modern manner and style... The dining is amazing and frankly the general manner of most everyone is very pleasant, and I have family and even some friends from 5 decades ago near. A great place for retirement I would say, it is full of active people, and feels very alive...

I recently had the pleasure of touring at Porch +Park Apartments in Redmond, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience! The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and modern amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with high-quality finishes. I particularly loved the open floor plans and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was a dream, with modern appliances and ample counter space, making cooking a joy. The staff at Porch + Park Apartments are incredibly friendly and responsive. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Elvis Orucevic Maintenance Supervisor handles maintenance requests promptly, and the leasing team was always available to answer questions. The location is unbeatable! Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, I had easy access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. Plus, the proximity to public transportation made commuting a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend Porch + Park Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to call home in Redmond. It truly feels like a community, and I’m grateful for the time I spent there!

I have lived here since Porch + Park opened, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. MaKenna & Cassidy are so helpful, attentive and kind. I am in one of the 1-bedrooms with a micro kitchen. I am really happy with the space. It fits my lifestyle great and I just don’t need a full-size kitchen. I added an air fryer from Costco to the set up and it has been perfect. Overall would recommend Porch + Park to anyone looking to live in downtown Redmond. Also, you can’t beat the location and the views!

Porch and Park is a pleasure to live at. The property is modern and very welcoming. The staff is amazing as well! Shannon and Cassidy have ALWAYS taken great care of us here and have been so accommodating. Maintenance and the porter always greet us as well! It is so nice to walk in and out everyday to such friendly and hospitable staff. The building is taken care of very well and even the residents are great! I have considered and toured many other apartments, however, none of them piqued my interest as much as Porch and Park. If you are thinking of making this your new home, I would highly recommend doing so. All interactions with Shannon and Cassidy have been so smooth, efficient, and friendly. They are a huge part of why I continue to stay here. Even when certain things are out of their control, they sympathize and try their best to amend any problems. The building is truly nice, but the best part is having a leasing team that truly cares for all residents. Thank you!
