We try ribs all over town. My grandson gave them a 4 1/2 out of 5. I didn't care for the chili beans. They were too hot for me, but somebody who likes heat might like them. I got the baked potato, and it was huge with tritip and it was okay next time I'll try it with a different meat though. I love the atmosphere. They have country music playing, and it's relaxed. Indoor and outdoor seating picnic table style.

Google
Honestly some of the best ribs I've ever had in my life. It fell off the bone perfectly and completely melted in my mouth. Absolutely incredible! The sides were good too- the fried okra and hush puppies were delicious and fresh! I would DEFINITELY visit again!! 10/10

Google
Small establishment with big potential. Came in super early so we had the pleasure of having the entire place too ourselves. Great choices for breakfast. Highly recommend the brisket burrito. Loved seeing the tribute too the fallen soldiers.

Frank Carrillo

Google
Definitely the best BBQ spots in the area. The bark and smoke ring on the brisket were on point. If I'm in the area and craving BBQ, I'll come here.

First time eating here, the entrance was kinda hidden but all good.. great breakfast and lunch menu. Orders the pulled pork sandwich. Nice, with a side mac 👌. Buns were nice, pork was nicely cooked nit dry, coleslaw was good. And Mac and cheese was good too. Price is decent. They have an outdoor eating area while the inside is a Lil crowded but no big deal.. food was made fast and served.. would recommend and hope to visit again if I pass by Bakersfield..

Google
We ordered food, to dine out to feed 10 people. Let me tell you! Fast service and the food was honestly amazing! Great flavor, and Cashier was very nice and helpful! We will definitely be coming back to dine in, it's so cute the way it's decorated. We ordered chicken, brisket, tri tip, and ribs with large Mac n cheese and large chili beans none of it disappointed. So good! 🤍 Thank you for great service!

Google
A very popular neighborhood BBQ shop as they offer delicious BBQ items. Tried the 4 meat platter which is huge for even two people. The Saturday afternoon I came was out of stock for chicken and pork ribs. I tried the Pulled pork and the pit beef which are tender. The Briskets and Tri-tip are juicy in taste. The two sides are Mac N Cheese and Cold Slaw. I suppose Cold Slaw is good while Mac N Cheese is too heavy as there would be much cheese at the base. They offer 4 different kinds of dipping sauce , the mustard one and the BBQ one both worth a try. The staff are friendly here. By the way, they have many cute decorations of pigs all over the store, like paintings and small statues.

Google
Amazing food. I got the hot links, tri tip, and brisket. You do NOT need a knife. The meats were so tender and flavorful. This is probably the best BBQ place in Bakersfield… Kern County, even! They do meats right here!

Jimmy H.

Yelp
Food and service is awesome! Love their Friday burger specials and the sides, well, I could just eat the sides they're so good!

Beatriz M.

Yelp
This is hands down my favorite BBQ spot in town! Their brisket is some of the best I've ever had perfectly tender and full of smoky flavor. The salads are fresh and tasty, and the fried green beans are absolutely delicious. They also have a great selection of BBQ sauces to complement the meal. Interestingly, this place used to be Pork Chop & Bubba's BBQ. I thought they had closed, but after some digging, I discovered they simply moved to a new location and rebranded. The new spot is much bigger, with plenty of seating, making it more accommodating for groups or busy times. If you're a BBQ lover, this is a must-try!

Yelp
This is a business you might miss if you weren't looking for it. It is on 21st St. just east of Q. They have a good menu, a wide variety of choices of meats and sides. The flavor was good, they also have a wide variety of salsa. Staff is quite friendly and professional, overall this was a great experience!

Sarai D.

Yelp
Brandon's new location and business is awesome! The new, expanded menu (with permanent dessert ) is awesome! THEY HAVE PEPSI ZERO!!!!! You order the same - choose a meat, choose some sides. There are some upcharges for certain sides or add ins. While you wait, you can check out the sauce bar and take some to your table. There is a good amount of seating inside for how small the place is. They also have a nice patio area right out front. The service is fantastic and friendly. Check it out if you love delicious food!

Natalie L.

Yelp
First time at the new location, and it is much bigger! Very friendly staff, and fast service. Friend and I ordered the pit beef sandwich, and it comes with a choice of side. Lots of food but oh so good. I love the Holland Dutch roll also. 10/10 every time.

Carolina L.

Yelp
The food here is amazing! The restaurant is clean and you have the option to sit indoors or out. Outside is so pretty they have bistro lights and heaters. Too bad i live nowhere near here because I'm going to try hard not to crave this food. Not all barbecue places here in California are good, but this place sure is and the locals seem to agree. Services is quick and friendly despite it being busy.

Julie M.

Yelp
I tried this place because I love a good Bar-B-Que. Mistake!! I ordered the Meat plate with 2 meats and 2 sides. I got the tri-tip and chicken for the meat and for the sides I got the tots and Chili beans. The chicken was dry and the tri-tip was over cooked. It seems like the meat was boiled before grilling. Zero flavor. The tots were soggy. The Chili beans were too salty. I love salt but this was overwhelming and not edible. The price was even worse! $22.75 for the meal and add $2.75 becuase I wanted the tri-tip and that did not even include a drink. That was another $3.50!!! It was over $30.00 with the taxes but before a tip! Not worth the price at all!! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Jose V.

Yelp
Another amazing lunch!!! The tritip sammich is huge and so tender! The baked beans are the BEST I've ever had!! Must go and check it out!!!

Rob M.

Yelp
Good place for lunch and probably for dinner too. I met a friend here who enjoyed the food and I thought he under sold it. I always start with pulled pork as my standard for testing a new place and they knocked it out of the ballpark. Good food, good sauces, and good people. I look forward to learning more about the menu!

Yelp
Just had our family dinner here tonight. I first tried pork chop bubbas when they first opened the first location. And I have to say the food was bomb! Then a few years ago we tried it again and was disappointed. We also tried the location inside Sullys Chevron and was disappointed. So honestly I was excited to try this new location and name. It was busy, along with other businesses around, but we didn't have trouble finding parking. They had a line out the door so we had to wait for 20-30 minutes to even place our order. It was disappointing to see that it wasn't to where you sit and someone comes and take your order. (But all of his locations were like this so I should have expected it). The sitting on the inside is cramped, and plenty of picnic tables on the patio. We sent the kids to sit at two tables since we were a party of 9. The girl who took our order and the girl who brought out our food was just okay. Don't know if it was a busy day or what but they seemed like they weren't enjoying what they do. Not very friendly at all. Now on to the food. The portions were huge and the price was decent. My husband had the crack, side of tri tip and side salad. The crack was great. The blue cheese for the salad was good too. I had the 3 meat. Brisket, ribs, and hot links. My sides were Mac n cheese with baked beans. My husband thinks the brisket and tri tip taste the same. Honestly to me they didn't. But I will have to say the brisket was very dry and the tri tip tasted over cooked. I didn't care for the ribs, had to drench them in bbq sauce to cover whatever flavor was on them. Now, the hot link on the other hand, great flavor and the spice was just right! The Mac n cheese was okay, it was missing something. The baked beans tasted great, reminded me of my mom's baked beans, just missing the onion and bacon in them. I want to also mention you can get all the raw onions, pickles, and bbq sauce you want. But was disappointed when our food came out and there's no white bread! What?! You have to purchase it?! With what I just paid, you should give me a whole loaf! lol!! I'm sorry but if you can't afford to give a single piece of white bread to every meal then you shouldn't call yourself a bbq! I then tried my daughter's fried green tomatoes. One side was cooked just right and the other side was under cooked. All though it was soggy, it had a decent flavor. I had mentioned to my husband that maybe the meat was dry and over cooked was maybe because they cooked everything this morning and here it is 5 o'clock, so the longer it sits there it continues to cook? Who knows? I say go try for yourself and make your own opinions. But maybe go when everything's fresh and not so busy.

Yelp
We were excited to try Bakersfield Barbecue company, formerly Pork Chop and Bubbas. The new building is nice with a large shaded patio. We came in on a Saturday night and were so happy they were open because so many bbq places close early. Some protein items were sold out for the day but they still had a lot of options. My son's ribs had great flavor and fell off the bone. The deep pit was so good. I loved how it was on a soft Dutch crunch roll, so it didn't tear up the roof of my mouth. The Mac and cheese was great as well. I'd pass on the potato salad next time as I'm not a fan of dill. I can't wait to come back to try their brisket.

Darla A.

Yelp
First time at their new location with the new name. Delicious smoked meats. Amazingly tender brisket. Smoked turkey was moist and flavorful. Tri tip very tasty. Chili beans with chunks of meat. Potato salad so good with a kiss of Dill. Welcoming friendly staff. Cute inside decor. Great BBQ place for our town. Veteran owned. We will be coming back

Charlie M.

Yelp
Pastrami melt is fantastic! I got the Tatar Tots and they were delicious and plenty. Took clients and they were impressed with the 2 meat and sides. The tri-tip and brisket were over the top. Mac and cheese & chili beans were the perfect sides. The patio and inside of the restaurant is an upgrade from pork chops and bubba. Overall a great Barbecue experience!

Trish S.

Yelp
Still the same high quality meats and sides that I loved at PC&B's. Tender brisket, juicy smoked turkey, spicy porky hot links, tender charred ribs... The mac and cheese is gooey. The tots are crispy and salty. Chili has lots of cumin flavor and tender beef Service is friendly. There's a discount for Veterans. 100% recommend supporting this local business.

Dolores C.

Yelp
Delicious pulled pork sandwich and terrific fried green tomatoes with spicy sauce. Nice touch to honor fallen military.

Robert M.

Yelp
Bakersfield Barbecue Company you were missed. If you guys don't know or recall at all they are formerly Pork Chop and Bubba's. The new location is very nice, whether if you want to dine indoors, or simply go outside and enjoy the weather, there is so much seating. The staff as usual, always up to the challenge, and they will explain the menu in full detail if needed. On this particular day which was a Sunday I went late around 2pm, and I had a taste for beef and pork ribs. Two groups in front of me wanted the same, and what did we know. They were sold out! Sad right, the employee at the register gave them options. Then one guy goes where can I go get some ribs at. The employee then states off competitors, Martin's meats and Salty's. Which I honestly thought to myself, why not support local businesses. So cool imo. I stayed and ended up enjoying what I got. I recommend everything they have to offer. Please try the crack! Which is diced hot link sausage, Mac n cheese, over a bed of tater tots. They also have a variety of bbq sauces to enjoy also! Also on Fridays they do a burger of the day. Which is limited so make sure to follow up weekly. You will see the food I ate below. Which was the Crack!, 2 meat combo Brisket, Tri-Tip, macaroni n cheese, and Potato Salad. A pulled pork sandwich w/ coleslaw, and macaroni n cheese.

Heidi L.

Yelp
My experience is always a great one here. The new location is a great addition for the restaurant, with great patio area to hang out while you are enjoying your meal. The service is always a plus, my favorite person is Denise, she knows the business inside and out and makes the experience a pleasant one no matter how chaotic and busy it is. The food is always dependable. The brisket is my favorite but the chicken is great too along with the tri-tip. The ribs I just had for the first time in all these years and I can't believe I haven't ordered them before! If you like Mac and cheese try theirs with tater tots and hot links or brisket on it. If you like bbq sauce, although not needed here but their raspberry chipotle is on point! Catering options for big parties is also a plus. Many different side options, fried okra, and the cheesy potato casserole is so good. The rolls are always fresh!

Scott B.

Yelp
Bubba's never disappoints, well now it's called Bakersfield barbecue but it's still hits the spot. Never had a bad meal here and I'm glad the new place is a bit more spacious. hope they keep going and keep thriving.

Chris S.

Yelp
We were craving some Barbecue and went looking for the old Pork Chop and Bubba which is now called Bakersfield Barbecue. Their new location is in a building on the corner on 21st street. It's a much bigger building and has a great outdoor seating area with picnic tables and cooling too. It's decorated so nicely.Of course the food is always five star. We ordered our brisket plates with fried okra and onion rings cole slaw and tater tots. It was delicious as always. The onion rings and the fried okra were especially great. We had excellent service also. We are happy they are back in service after the move. Take your family here for some great barbecue.

Frank H.

Yelp
Two stars, could be better. I have had my last two visits here with good food-bad service. Two weeks ago I ordered a three meat combo and recieved only two meats. This after paying the $27 or so for the three meats. They did fix this but why would they not ask me what I ordered instead of refunding my card for one meat and shorting my order? I tipped them $5 to screw up this order but did not really complain. So this past Sunday I went in at about 2:00 pm. I ordered the three meat combo again. I waited outside in the patio area where EVERY table was dirty, most were covered in trash from customers before. Customers were using the sleeve of their long sleeve shirts to clean a small section of the dirty table to eat at a clean area. People who came after me were getting served so after about 20 minutes I went inside to check on my order. So my order was sitting on the counter to the right of the cash registers. Why even bother with asking my name? You did not even notify me that the food was ready. EVERY time I have eaten here or at H Street they have taken the food out to me. This time I also tipped same $5 to get no service. After I ate my food I approached one of the employees I recognized from previous visits and tried to tell here that I was not happy about the service. She cut me off and started telling me that she is not happy either, they are understaffed and trying to run a restaurant with high school students. She complained about no breaks, no lunch break, not even time to use the restroom. I tried to butt in the conversation to tell her that I was not expecting to be "special", but that I just wanted a very basic level of customer service. A clean table to eat at and the food to be taken to the table ( like all 50 to 60 of my prior visits to this one and H Street). She continued to tell me how bad it was working here, and reiterated that the restaurant is pretty much ran with the help of children from high school.. I would submit to anyone reading this that no one is being forced to work here, they all choose to work here each and every day they come to work. May be time for me to stop coming here, they don't give a shit on the weekends apparently. At the very least it is time to stop tipping and rewarding such crappy service. My conclusion is that I'm pushing the limits of what they are willing to offer service-wise.

Brandon S.

Yelp
Amazing food get there early they sell out quick !! Top notch meats at aggressive prices. Meat inflation is real and margins are thin. They've done an absolute bang up job keeping the prices competitive. They honor veterans, law enforcement and fire dept. amazing specials every week get there early it's definitely a lunch place. If you want dinner you best pick it up at noon or 2 because chances are it's gone by 5 Support local business. It's that good!!!

Sabrina J.

Yelp
Audrey was delightfully helpful. She made helpful suggestions and checked on us to make sure we enjoyed what we ordered. The restaurant is small and very friendly. Solid wood benches with cow print and cute funny pictures of cows and pigs. Our food was delicious. We each ordered something different and loved every bite of it. This is hands down the best brisket I have EVER had. It was moist and tender with a wonderfully Smokey. It is reasonably priced for all four of us it was under $70. I recommend this to everyone.

Darian H.

Yelp
This place is a cute little restaurant off 21st and R st. Apparently used to be Pork Chops and Bubbas, but this is the same peeps with the name change. The food was great! The burger was actually pretty good and a good size. I didn't care much for the Mac and cheese. It just tasted like your run of the mill Mac from a BBQ place, nothing special. HOWEVER, I was taken aback by the prices! My lord this place is pricey!! I know we've got the whole inflation situation going on, but hot damn $21 for a bacon cheeseburger with 1 side (no drink) seems excessive Sit-down restaurants don't even charge this much. Hands down the most I've ever paid for just a regular bacon burger. Other than that, this place is great!! Just wouldn't be back due to the prices unfortunately... *Response to owner (not sure how to send a message privately or reply to comment below)* That's what I saw in the menu as well ($15), but when the girl rang me up, she read me a $21 charge ‍ I'd be happy to send you a screenshot of the charge. I just remember because I was shocked at the jump. Not sure if the hot link Mac was extra? I did ask her if the hot link Mac was an option as a side and she said yes (never mentioning any up charges). I also only got a 30 minute lunch break so was in no position to fight about the price of a burger, so I just bit the bullet ‍

Petunnia G.

Yelp
Honestly the best bbq place in town; I don't care what famous tv personally says about other establishments. The service was a bit slow with two girls running basically the front (taking orders, serving food, cleaning the tables, etc). But they were very apologetic about it. It was a bit loud of the amount of customers, the music and the side of the room. The food was excellent. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, three meats (brisket, deep pot, and ribs, the crack appetizer, and Mac n cheese, potato salad, and beans as sides. The best thing we ordered was the sandwich. It was juicy and it combined well with the slaw. Our three near, my favorite has always been the deep pot. I did not care much for the other two but my husband loves them. As to the side, they were all great. My only wish was for the crack to have an option of small/regular or regular/large. In all, the service and food is worthy of being the best in Bakersfield. My only main complaint was that they only had one high chair (they have 2 booster seats). Another family took the high chair and my son was not ready for the booster seats.

Keren M.

Yelp
Absolutely The BEST BBQ place in California!!! Five stars for service five stars for food five stars for quality! Try the Hush Puppies as an appetiser!! Yum yum!

Miss D.

Yelp
This used to be Pork Chop & Bubba's. Love the food here. I wish there was a location closer to me in the northwest, but I'll make a special trip to get my fix!

Rama H.

Yelp
We heard about this place from a friend who lives in Bakersfield. We opened the entrance door and there was a long line which means only one thing, good food! There were 4 of us so we ordered a pound of brisket, two meats (tri-tip and 1/4 rack of ribs) that comes with two sides, smoked chicken with buffalo sauce appetizer, side of mac and cheese and baked potatoes, hot link mac n cheese and fries. I would rate the brisket, tri-tip and ribs 4.5 stars, I am taking away 0.5 only because it's on the verge of being salty. Other than that, if you want melt in your mouth, tender juicy brisket this is the place! I would not recommend the buffalo smoked chicken, we could not finish it. It was waaay too salty. I would suggest to the owner or manager to cut back on the salt. Mac and cheese was flavorful (of course its got a lot of butter in it). I would order the hot link mac and cheese only because my husband and I liked food with a little bit of kick to it. Plain mac and cheese was my kids favorite. If you ever visit Bakersfield, I would totally recommend this place. I cannot wait to go back there.

Mase R.

Yelp
Excellent service, killer bbq, especially the brisket. I tried the ass-crack and it was one of the best meals I could've asked for, it's your choice of meat, stacked on top homemade creamy Mac n cheese on a bed of tots, gotta love it!!

Ryan B.

Yelp
It was my first time driving by their new location on 21st street and I saw they were open early for breakfast. I'm glad I stopped in to try a hearty breakfast with the best bbq in town. I was craving some of their legendary brisket, but had to try the pastrami mash. I got it with eggs over medium on top and it was a delicious breakfast. I will definitely be back early to catch more of their breakfast plates and I need to get back as soon as possible to get that brisket! Great job and congratulations on the new location.

Mark T.

Yelp
Visited this new location of the former Pork Chop & Bubba's for the first time. My first impression was how popular it was. By 11:30 the line was about 20-30 people deep. My grandson and I are an unofficial best-burger-in-Bakersfield seekers so that's what we ordered, even though I know from past experience that the brisket is to die for. The burgers did not disappoint, but they weren't "best in Bakersfield" contenders. The meat was ample and flavorful, although my bud thought it was light on seasoning. The buns were just a tad on the stale side...not hard but not soft and chewy or flavorful. The saving grace of the burger was the fixings...fresh and in perfect proportion to the meat and bread. Let's just say the burger is a good junior varsity player but needs a little work to get the call up to the varsity! The service was great although I think they could change to a "sit down and be served" format. The girls (didn't see any guys) were attentive to refill drinks or bring requested items. Mostly cheerful and gracious. Better than most. The atmosphere is a bit confusing. The building has been refurbished with a rustic flare...but nothing is rustic. Call it faux-rustic. Some actual old barn wood siding would better effect that feel, if that is what they are trying for. Of course there is PC&B's traditional tribute to our fallen heroes, and veterans. I greatly appreciate this but it struggles to fit into the country/farm house theme. The music was much too loud, making it difficult for conversation. It seemed like it was being played by and for the employees and wasn't really about the relaxation or enjoyment of the patrons. I observed a couple of tables of business people and if they were combining lunch with business talk, it is not really conducive to that. I love the place and what they are doing. I will definitely be a regular...I will just be ordering brisket and mac 'n cheese. And I will likely visit before or after the lunch rush!

William D.

Yelp
Everything went well. It was close to Christmas time. Everyone there was so polite and nice to us. Mario is a great gutirast and I do the vocals. We had a wonderful time. An evening to remember. Thanx very much. Will Dirck.

Rachel B.

Yelp
Food was great and so was the service. I would definitely go back again. Their Mac and cheese is delicious.

Michael S.

Yelp
This is one of those BBQ spots worth driving to. Lots of championship quality bbq items to chose from. Tons of sides to chose from as well. We had a hard time deciding! I ordered the 3 meats plus 2 sides-brisket, chicken and ribs- sides were Mac n cheese and chili beans. Wife ordered tri tip sandwich and garlic tots. Our order with drinks and tax was $62 which is a fair price for quality and portion size. The brisket was smoky and tender. The ribs are fall off the bone tender and Smokey. The chicken was Smokey and still juicy!! The Mac was great and the chili beans were just ok imo but just my taste. Tri tip sandwich was very big and the tri tip was flavorful and soft!! These guys know how to BBQ!! Texas quality bbq in Downtown Bakersfield!! The dining room was very clean which was impressive considering how busy they were. The service was decent nothing great but can't complain either! Over all this is one of those destination food spots that is worth traveling for!!

Ray And Stella H.

Yelp
If you do not get around to eating here. You are missing out! We stopped in an loved it! Great country atmosphere and good service. It casual here, made us feel right at home! Right away, my husband was eyeballing my wings. Good thing he wanted some, it was a huge serving! Limited seating so get there early! You may see us ahead of you when we come back.

Christina S.

Yelp
Finally got to try the artist formerly known as Pork Chop and Bubba's in their new location. I was worried they would change with the rebranding. Well, I didn't need to worry. It's still delicious, and the best barbecue around. The new location has more seating available. The only cons are the lack of parking, and the fact that it's further from my house. Lol. It would be helpful to have signs directing you to the restrooms. Overall, though, still a great experience. Service is always good, portions are generous, and food is delicious. My husband really loves their ribs. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich and onion rings. Just make sure you have plenty of napkins.

Nancy S.

Yelp
The food is awesome! The service is very friendly and they respect Veterans! . Eat inside or outside the restaurant is clean, new looking, and great background music! Will definitely be back. Thanks

Ches L.

Yelp
I walked in with the last 45 mins of closing and the staff greeted me like i was a long time customer. the gentleman told me they were pretty much out of majority of their meats which is understandable due to the time i got there. all they had was the Links, Pulled Pork & Deep Pit Beef. let me tell you, all three were fantastic! the Mac & Cheese and the Coleslaw was a nice addition too. i highly recommend this place!

Spencer A.

Yelp
What was once Porkchop & Bubbas has turned into Bakersfield Barbeque Co. Its the same great bbq, just a different name. If you are going to spend those hard earned dollars of American Currency, then this is the bbq joint to spend it at. The brisket is on point as well the pulled pork and pit beef. The mac and cheese is on another level and makes every other mac and cheese offered by competitors as cheap immitations. Do yourself a favor. Go here now and thank me later.

Victoria G.

Yelp
First time yesterday. Everything was so delicious!! The sweet potato fries are fantastic and come with some sweet sauce! The service was friendly and it was nice place! Definitely will be back! Oh later in the evening they run out of meats so get there early.

Jynie W.

Yelp
Service was wonderful. I ordered 1/2 lbs tri-tip and 1/2 Turkey, which I found extremely salty for my taste. If you are high blood pressure, be extremely careful due to extremely salty. I heard so much great stuff about this place until my very first time purchasing food from here. They were extremely busy for lunch today.

Elizabeth O.

Yelp
The best brisket hands down! The new location has a lot more seating and the food is still amazing. Service is great.

Heidi W.

Yelp
Drove down from Hanford and Went in for the first time on 9/7/2024 and was taken by surprise with how clean the entire place was. It was spic and span clean, even the bathrooms, and the outside area. It's so nice to see the attention and time they give to maintain their restaurant. It still looked 100% bbq but spotless. The service was so wonderful. The young lady cashier was so nice and polite and had a wonderful sense of humor and the man (owner?) who brought the food out was so pleasant as well and repeatedly checked in to see if we needed any refills or anything else. The bbq was great. The chicken was so moist and delicious. The ribs were cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese was good and the chili was my favorite side. The inferno burger was great and I loved the freshness of the vegetables. The onion rings were the best I've had in a very long time. I don't know if they make them or buy frozen, but I loved that they stayed crispy even after they had sat for 1/2 hour while I ate other things. The hush puppies had great texture and flavor too. The bbq sauces were very good and I couldn't decide which one I liked best. We will definitely be returning and praying they bring one closer to us

Lynn A.

Yelp
Good variety on menu. I chose shredded pork with coleslaw. It was a huge sandwich with excellent French fries. I need to try another sandwich soon. Very helpful servers and loved the patio outside.

Yelp
I had not been to the new location since they moved and changed the name. The food was delicious and the location is so cute! Food is exactly the same and I will be back. Lots of seating indoor and out

Yelp
Was told over the phone by a woman that works there that they only do dine-in only. That's insane, I like to eat at home.

Yelp
Expanded seating for what was once Pork Chop & Bubbas. Brandon and his team never miss. The BBQ is still as amazing as always. Nice outside seating area and a good amount of room inside now. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, are all incredible, even the kids love it. Plus, best tots around.

Yelp
tried Bakersfield BBQ for the first time and I was not disappointed. price is average and food top notch. Portion size good, wait time easy breezy and the staff friendly. The establishment was clean and cool no complaints highly recommend.

Yelp
This place is a 10/10. Stumbled upon it by accident but the best bbq place I've ever tried. The brisket is so tender it falls apart! The crack is addicting as stated in its name I added brisket to it which made it even better! I will come again (even all the way from Ventura county) worth the trip and money!
