"One of the more unique wedding venues in LA, this is a place for car lovers who can take drives around Porsche’s track, and then soak in the modern European vibes at Restaurant 917, which does some excellent California and Asian-influenced food. There’s options for four-hour evening sessions or all-day events as well." - Matthew Kang, Crystal Coser

Came here back in April, celebrated a birthday. The food was great, I loved the pretzel bread with the Porsche shaped butter. The waitress was very kind and gave me good recommendations. After our lunch we took a look around, I saw they were working on Rexy 🦖. I ordered the 6oz Snake River Hanger Steak and he got the 917 burger.

Google
Great driving experience on the handling courses in awesome Porsche cars with great instructors. Not inexpensive, but the experience was totally worth it. I wish I lived closer to be able to visit more often – I’d absolutely do it again to experience and drive additional cars. If you buy a new Porsche, this is the best place outside of Germany to take delivery. Amazing experience overall.

Google
If you enjoy cars, this will be an amazing experience for you. You get to learn about the physics behind the vehicle and challenge yourself to learn how the car performs. I drove the 911 4s during my experience and am still smiling from the joy that car brought me.

My parents and I enjoyed an absolutely extraordinary and delicious meal here at the 917 restaurant today. I had duck, and my folks had the Salmon. No regrets whatsoever. My father mentioned that it may have been one of the best meals he's EVER had. Yes, it can be a little pricey- 40$ entres, 20$ apps, 20-30$ cocktails, however worth it by mile. My drink was delicious (mezcal) and everything came out in a reasonable timeframe. Our server Camille was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend going here just for the food alone, even if you have no interest in Motorsports or Porsche history. I decided against doing a driving experience due to the cost, however the people who came back after a lap or two appeared ecstatic! Watching the cars from the observation deck just outside the restaurant was a fun break in between activities, the sound of a porsche flat 6 is just... Undeniably beautiful, and an experience in itself if you don't get to hear them often. After lunch, I decided to give the simulators a go. They are... good. Not insane, but good. They used a Fanatec direct drive system based on assetto corsa. Nothing to write home about, but a blast none the less. 10/10 will be going again.

Google
The sound I like the most. Chasing lines, clearing minds. Throttle therapy. Burning rubber, not time. Reset. Refocus. Race. Where adrenaline meets peace. Heartbeats sync with engines. This is my escape.

Google
An absolute blast driving around the track in a couple of gorgeous 911s and then finishing off with an exquisite burger and fries at the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Google
This place was nice. We had a nice meal at the cafe upstairs. Good burgers. Didn’t get to drive a Pourch. Make sure to reserve prior to going. Hand a nice time overall.

Google
Fantastic place! Making dreams come true. I had a great driving experience here with Rain, who was really giving great tips and instructions. The course is great, and it's so fun to drift and do the launch control. This place is amazing. There's a nice coffee place with outdoor seating and a great bar and restaurant upstairs with nice views of the truck. Great service and crew and an easy check-in. Very fun day altogether.

Yelp
A car enthusiast's playground! This place is awesome! You can either bring your own Porsche to drive on their track, or choose one of their many experiences that they offer. You can choose a demo lap to ride passenger in a Porsche of your choosing, or you can choose to drive 1 (or a few) Porsches for a few laps. There's a big cost difference, of course. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday to have a demo lap in a GT3RS. Upon arrival, you'll check in at the front desk and the person driving or doing a demo lap will receive a lanyard with their name on it. Any guests not doing anything will receive a visitor sticker to wear. There's a few cars inside to look at, a little gift shop, and a cafe with outdoor seating that you can check out while waiting. There's also couches and chairs to sit at in the middle of the place. When it was almost time for her demo lap we got in line, then shortly after the car pulled up to pick her up. We snapped a few photos then she was off! The driver demonstrated the launch control at the beginning and zoomed quickly around the 1.3mi track. They were literally done in less than 2 minutes and she exited the car with a big smile. Definitely a good place for a date (especially if you book a reservation at Restaurant 917) or for fun. Easy parking, good customer service, and a good time. I recommend this place!

Yelp
An awesome event! Thanks to @Gabriel Resendez and @integrity for inviting me! The driving experience in a Cayman vs. a 911 was amazing. Track time, skid plate, and acceleration run. Definitely checking off a major item on the bucket list. Food was extremely good. Lots of options from a quick snack at the Speedster to a full lunch at the 917. Plus a gift shop with all kinds of Porsche merch! A five star event!

Yelp
Nice turnout for Father's Day Morning Shift. There's a little something for the whole family to enjoy at PECLA. The retail store currently has a nice variety of quality/stylish Porsche shirts!! Tips: *Arrive early if you want to park on the main lot. *If you plan on eating at 917 resturant make a reservation. *If the resturant is booked full the cafe downstairs offers a descent barrier of food, snacks and beverages. *Free coffee is available out front during the Morning Shift event. *morning Shift is no longer every month so check the calendar on the website for event dates.

Yelp
5 STAR ALL THE WAY!!!! First time here with Co-NetWomen, a women's business networking group that knows how to mix business with the smell of burning rubber! As soon as you check in at the front desk, you're greeted by a parade of vintage Porsches and the roar of engines on the track. I managed to snag a ride in a GT3, and let me tell you, the driver was so good I thought they were auditioning for the next Fast & Furious movie. Zooming through turns at 98 to 100 mph, the car stuck to the track like it was coated in superglue. I had about five mini heart attacks thinking we were going to roll over, but nope, the driver and the car were like, "We've got this!" By the time I climbed out, I was grinning from ear to ear, though my stomach was doing somersaults. After the ride of my life, we headed upstairs to a private room for a fancy and delicious prefix menu lunch. The food was excellent and the presentation was spectacular. Seriously, if you haven't done this, clear your calendar and make a day of it. You won't regret it! I highly recommend this for anybody and totally affordable.

Shaquanna W.

Yelp
I took my fiancé here for a date day and let's just say it was absolutely amazing. We both enjoyed ourselves so much I definitely would go back. The views were. So dope you're able to see people test driving the Porsche cars. The service was amazing. Everybody was absolutely very friendly and helpful an attendant to your needs. The food was delicious. We got the burger medium well and it was full of flavor. I also like how they brought out pretzel bread with mini shape car butters very creative little touches like that make the experience 10 times better. Downstairs you're able to purchase merchandise from Porsche and you're also able to view a few cars. Please make sure to make reservations in advance. This place gets booked up quickly.

Zachary S.

Yelp
It's Porsche, there is no substitute of course. I'm a frequent visitor of this facility, and I'm a Porsche enthusiast for a very long time now. There is nothing like the Porsche community. If you are also an enthusiast, joint the Porsche clubs and come here to experience what Porsche is all about. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you for reading.

Huey B.

Yelp
Wow, hard to believe that I have not written a review about PELA since it's one of my favorite places to go for lunch and watch those Porsches drive around the race track. While I have not done the real Porsche Experience by renting a Porsche here in LA, I was very fortunate growing up with Porsche while living in Germany where they come in dime a dozen. I highly recommend this place even if you're only a spectator!

Christian C.

Yelp
This is the best place for people like me who love cars, especially Porsche 911. I like to call this place an adult's playground. You can see the cool Porsche cars on display on the first floor, and you can also see cars being worked on in the workshop. There are several types of Porsche cars available on the track. Prices are all different, but for example, driving a 911 GT3 RS on the track with training from a professional driver costs $3,650. Driving the track in your own car costs $600. I just watched other people driving the track. Next time I plan to drive the 911 Carrera 4S on the track.

Jason L.

Yelp
If you're a fan of Porsches or know someone who does, bring them here! The cost to drive one is expensive, cheapest one being $600 and the more nicer and faster models being $1000+, but there is still a lot of neat stuff to check out for free. There are a ton of nice Porsches on display in the main lobby ranging from a Macan, GT3RS, 911, GT4, etc. as well as a porsche driving simulation which costs $50 for half an hour for the arcade style machines or $65? around there for the VR experience. Honestly I'd skip the virtual simulation and just walk over to the cafe where they have coffee and other drinks including alcoholic ones and step outside to the patio and watch all the cars run on the race track. If you head upstairs, there is the Porsche restaurant and a balcony which you can enter if you want a higher view of the entire race track. Spent about 2 hours watching all the cars, and it was definitely a fun experience!

Yvon Meow J S.

Yelp
Great place to learn how to drive your Porsches. I can literally spend a few days here to relax, learn and take selfies. There is just so much to do here, even if you are not a car person. There's a restaurant upstairs and a cafe downstairs next to to souvenir shop to accessorize. All and all, the experience is great and of course with anything Porsche, there's is NO substitute!

Amy F.

Yelp
From the phone call to ask a question, down to the entrance, this place knows how to service a customer. Yes a customer. I don't play around. I work hard. I play hard. I bought a porsche hat before. I wore it a few times. Don't know where it is. However, today, I went and saw that I can come here all the time and watch the cars go. I love it. I'll be back.

Janeth G.

Yelp
Food : delicious! Wagyu burger, sooo flavorful. The butter cars for the bread is super cute, and the cocktails are perfectly made. The steak is so cooked perfectly! Customer service: one of the friendliest people you will meet. Ambiance: super welcoming, clean and eating while Porsche's do donuts and race?! How much better can it get? I would definitely come back no doubt!

Yelp
I took my boyfriend here for our anniversary and it was better than I thought. The foods, service, and the view were great. I recommend get a table by the windows so you see the track and the cars.

MinhAnh T.

Yelp
Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and he absolutely enjoyed it! Went to the restaurant first and ordered duck and lamb chop. The food was super flavorful (also I can't get over how the butter is Porsche shaped). Then walked around the small museum to view the cars before my boyfriend decided to try the sim racing rig. Overall a fun day! Thank you to all of the staff who worked hard to make our day easy and enjoyable!

Andrea K.

Yelp
Make sure to book an appt early They book up about three months I. Advance. Get the biggest and best package they offer You won't regret it They offer superb driving instructions Book a RSVP at the restaurant so you have a great view Can't wait to go back

Yelp
Unbelievable adrenaline rush! This is a must experience if you've always wanted to drive fast, push a car to your limits and get some great driver coaching along the way!

Phillip S.

Yelp
What an amazing day. Did the GT3 experience with Andrew Chinnici as my instructor. Andrew was patient, motivational, and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this experience 100%!

Brian C.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of enjoying the Porsche Driving Experience on my birthday and had an absolute blast! My coach was Even who taught me so much about driving and would push me harder and harder each lap around the circuit. At the end of the day I was mentally and physically exhausted, but that meant Evan was doing his job and made sure I got the most out of my experience. Now all I think about is racing! Will definitely be back and thanks Evan for making my birthday extra special!

Alyssa T.

Yelp
We hosted a corporate event utilizing one of PECLA's meeting rooms - Briana and her team could not have been more helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. The space was well kept, IT equipment user-friendly, lunch was delicious, and the simulator room was a fun break that our team enjoyed. Thank you for everything!

Yelp
UPDATE!: I posted a review on Google Maps that was nearly identical to the one below, 1 star but totally accurate and fair, and Porsche had it removed within 24 hours. Didn't even know you could do that. Check their page, there are no recent negative reviews because they must pay to get them removed. Sounds like a huge class action lawsuit to me. This place is a lot of fun but be VERY careful with the driving experiences, we were charged $2,500!! extra for 'damage' to the vehicle yet as you can see in the picture, the car is totally fine. Paid $650 x 3 for a 911 driving experience and got the extra $50 damage waiver but they still charged us extra for damage. I challenged on my credit card but thought the whole process was pretty shady if you ask me. Took my dad and brother here for my dad's birthday and we each had our own car and instructor who starts in the car with you. When it came time to do the laps on the course, my instructor Alessio told me they were out of cars for him to drive so I wasn't able to follow him (seems like a big issue if they don't have enough cars for instructors). Instead, we rode together and he coached me. First major issue since it is much easier to follow another professional driver. Not once did they mention anything about potential damage/liability/things to watch out for/etc. If anything, they really encourage you to have fun, drive fast, take the car to the limit, etc. Which is awesome until, you have an issue... So I came around a turn at the end of the circuit and just slid off the track 2-3 feet into the loose gravel and apparently, this is what caused 'thousands of dollars in damage'. Even though, there was no visible or noticeable damage and they never provided any before photos of the car. Crazy. This was not a total crash or anything serious, I literally just slid off a few feet into the gravel and boom, huge issue. We ended up switching cars after this and it was much easier to follow the instructor on his lines and go fast/etc. Obviously, I wasn't driving crazy since they gave me another car. The whole time, my instructor made it seem like it wasn't a big deal, and my brother's instructor also said that they don't usually charge for single wheel rim damage or anything cosmetic.. yet apparently today they did. What's worse is that after the 'accident', they usher you into a room by yourself and make you fill out all this paperwork without giving any guidance or explanation. Make it seem like you are in huge trouble. Kind of ruined the whole day if you ask me.. If you're gonna do this, just make sure you get the damage waiver and are very careful with your driving, you do not want to go off track by even a foot or they'll slam you with thousands of dollars.

Yelp
Best car experience ever! If you love Porsches, this is the place for you! they have such an amazing restaurant, recommend reserving in advance (months)

Yelp
PORSCHE EXPERIENCE CENTER LA wow Wow WOW! So amazing to drive someone else's Porsche on a track and let them roar! First off, #THANKYOU wife for the Christmas Gift from 2022 - didn't use it until now, but hey, well worth the wait. I rented a 2023 Porsche Carrera 4S as my track weapon, which I felt would be something similar to my 2007 turbo. Now I love my paid for car, but dang this new one was nice and honestly faster and easier to drive than my 2007. The PDK transmission could definitely out shift me on the track all day long - I'm no slouch, I drive a manual daily, but the pdk allowed me to concentrate on the point and shoot - it was always at the right rpm and applying the power I needed whether I was going 20 on the slick track or 110 on the straights. My instructor, Matt, started out riding with me but after the first lap had me pull off the track and he got into his own equal car so I had him to chase. Watching his lines and braking points really enhanced the experience and allowed me to push the car harder in every turn and straight. And needless to say, we tore it up, passing all other drivers and models for nearly 2 hours. If you have the opportunity to do a track day, DO IT. And if you are lucky enough to use someone else's equipment, enjoy it to the fullest! This was easily one of the best days I've had in a car - ranking right up there with awesome bike riding days. #fun111 #porsche #pecLA #carrera #thereisnosubstitute #merryxmas #racecar

Yelp
Knowing what Porsche vehicles are capable of and the extent to which they perform, you can be sure to expect the same level of commitment for any Porsche Product, including this experience. Having Vegas driving experiences been my only point of references I can say this will blow away those driving experiences by a mile. When you check in with the front desk, you'll be told to meet your instructor at a certain spot. From there you quickly get acquainted with instructor and vehicle and are off to the track. The best part of this whole experience is you can dictate what you would like to work on (skill wise) or what part of the track you would like to experience. Believe me, as far as variety goes, I have not seen any place like this. Straightaway for acceleration? Autocross to practice cornering? Skidpad for car control? This place has it all. At the end, should u have enough time, you can tie all those skills in by putting it all to the test around the track. My first experience prompted me to come back again, in a much less powerful car but where I was able to polish some of the finer points smooth and fast driving. All the whole the instructors here were encouraging, helpful, and knowledgeable...everything you would want in this experience regardless of if you're a beginner, intermediate or professional in skill.

Yelp
absolutely the best experience ever. instructor hart is the best. i'll be doing this again. cheaper than owning one

Yelp
Gina!!!!! Was the best server we could have ever gotten. The duck was great, the wagyu burger was great. The view was something to see. So many porches rolling around. Thank you Gina for making this experience a great. We will Be back to try the Scallops you recommended!!!!!

Jorge L.

Yelp
Such a great experience if you are a huge Porsche fan I also went for the restaurant and the burger was so good took lots of pictures. Highly recommend it.

Peter N.

Yelp
This is a fun, exciting, and welcoming place for Porsche and sports car enthusiasts. Aside from the driving experiences you can purchase, there are cars on display, viewing areas, a pro shop, cafe, and upscale restaurant. The locations is conveniently adjacent to the 405 and there are standard and EV charging parking spots.

Lisa C.

Yelp
Worth the wait! Took my son for his 17th Birthday and overall, a very enjoyable experience. Food and drinks were pricey but delicious. Skip the "still or sparkling water" option, just ask for regular water. Birthday dessert treat was a little sad considering the cost of the meals, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Spent $50 on simulator for 30 minutes but in hindsight- should've added another $50 for actual drive with a professional. Still a good day!

Javier C.

Yelp
Emerson went above and beyond to accommodate us! Had a fantastic anniversary lunch at Porsche Experience Thanks Emerson!

Swapnil J.

Yelp
What an experience! Need for speed. Fulfilled. If you love cars then this is your spot. And, if you love Porsche then this is your heaven. I got to drive all of the models including Porsche Cayman, Porsche Taycan (all electric), Porsche Macan, and Porsche 911! All this with an experienced driver leading you to do tricks that you only see in the movies. I was allowed to do drifting donuts on a special track made for it while I was in a $125-$150k fully loaded Porsche. I drove on an "outdoors simulation" track in a Macan and the car felt like it was hugging the road despite it being on 70 degrees incline. The electric Taycan while blew my mind. Its handling was exceptional at very high speeds around the track. And the responsiveness to the acceleration wasn't spotty. I couldn't tell that I was driving electric. I was able to take the 911 from 0-60 in 3 seconds or something. Full acceleration while breaking and then take the breaks off. You are in the ludicrous mode without the fart horns.. lol The staff and my coach (a female) was so knowledgeable and patient with me that at times I felt embarrassed to be disappointing her. She kept instructing to me on the radio and pushing the limits. I think this is a special arrangement due to COVID that the instructor doesn't drive with you. Which is actually better because then you are in full control of the car. I may have sneaked in a few tricks that I once did as a teenager in my stick shift! Anyways, I left the amazing experience with a gift and a lead foot that made me get back home in less than an hour. Thankfully my good old Mercedes didn't disappoint! Even though, she could smell the Porsche new car smell on me.

Chris G.

Yelp
I've had lunch here before at the 917 (K)afe and it was excellent. This time around I attended a Christmas party at the facility, which included a trip around the track with a professional driver. The party was phenomenal and the exhilaration from the passenger seat in the 911S was amazing. First class facility, I highly recommend having a meal here, AND getting behind the wheel. The retail shop has lots of great paraphernalia also.

Roy C.

Yelp
I had an amazing experience at this incredible venue where dreams become a reality. My time here was made unforgettable by Rain, who offered valuable guidance and advice during the thrilling driving session. The course itself is fantastic, providing the perfect setting for drifting and trying out the launch control feature. This establishment truly stands out, not only for its outstanding services and friendly staff but also for its charming coffee spot with outdoor seating, as well as the superb bar and restaurant on the upper floor that offers breathtaking views of the area. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, adding to the overall enjoyable experience of the day.

Derek S.

Yelp
Came by the other day to drive the 911S. Made a reservation via their website 75 days in advance and completed all of the necessary forms including insurance add-on. Interestingly enough, there was no communication between booking and my date of arrival, which was different... Parking was plentiful and had numerous "secure" parking spots for car enthusiasts. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze with the staff checking drivers licenses. Most of the staff were wearing uniforms and some even had masks on... 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time, my coach, John, came up to greet me at my designated spot. We started off getting to know each other, before hoping into the car ensuring the seats and mirrors were properly adjusted. Due to Covid, the experience was done via a lead/follow along with a one way walkie-talkie. There were numerous exercises including a straight line by leveraging launch control, skid pads, slalom courses etc. As the experience was one-on-one, John was able to personalize the experience and cater the experience to my needs. Definitely an experience to try out!

Alaric S.

Yelp
Love coming to the Porsche experience Center, it's an adult playground! You can test drive cars there and if you're a Porsche owner you can go on owner days The shop is awesome as well, expect to find apparel but you can't find anywhere else!

Brandon R.

Yelp
I thought this was gonna be fun, ended up asking for another instructor due to the existing one seemed scared. Let me add I was in a gt3 and paid their price (Wasn't cheap)! I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to actually drive the car. Over priced, and people don't know how say hello, they just stair. I'll just enjoy my 911 somewhere else. You've been warned.

Karl K.

Yelp
Dear #YelpEditors, now is the time to allow 6 stars (out of 5!) -----------------------//------------------ This was a completely EPIC experience. Wifey got a 911 turbo driving experience for my Bday. I was so excited I could barely sleep the night before. The location was... interesting. First of all, even though it is in Carson, they still call it Porsche Experience Center - Los Angeles. Second of all, on our drive there, we passed right by a Waste Management sorting facility. Ok... But no matter! As soon as we made the left turn we were instantly back on track to IKEA-land (a la a generic European industrial park feel). The drive itself- what can I say?? My instructor Mauricio gave me a 30 second crash course on the key controls (it helps to own something from the Porsche family), and then let me loose. In a 2021 Gentian blue 911 Turbo S! One silver lining of Covid was that the instructor is in his own car, and you are in your own car, listening on a one-way radio (lead-follow). How many times can you honestly say you've driven a 640 hp, $200k+ vehicle to its absolute limit. First, driving on a kick plate, a wet concrete pad (to simulate spin out and recovery). Then, Learning slaloms. Next, doing launch control (be careful, it's like a rocket!!), followed by a lap around the Carousel (straight from the Nurburgring). And most importantly, track time with your coach in the lead, following his racing lines through S shaped turns (like chasing your ghost in Mario Kart). Restaurant 917 was open for lunch - this overlooks the track! An EPIC first experience, but definitely won't be my last - already looking into the Porsche/Barber track experience in Birmingham, Alabama! 6/5 stars!

Yelp
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH great things about this experience! My husband and I have been wanting to try the experiences at Porsche for some time. I had some questions and requests, and when reaching out to them via email, they were very helpful and prompt in answering my questions. I was able to book something, get in there and even have brunch after our experience. It was near perfect! After booking our reservations, there isn't really any communication between the center and you. There are some forms to complete ahead of time but nothing too tedious. When checking in, you simply give them your name and there's a line at the back where you get into the Porsche for the drive-around experience. We strolled around, saw the store, and even took a look at the restaurant upstairs before getting to the back for our experience. The experience is one on one, where you aren't able to have your phone out because quite honestly? You don't and won't be able to hold it up! The laps around, your coach is driving and giving you information about the turns, spins, etc. It's so quick! And really thrilling. Now once a month, they have brunch. I suggest trying this as it's ONCE every month ... that's 12 times a year! Order the special and order some more. :) You cannot be disappointed.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Wife asked ti buy a gift certificate for me. They said "their system" does not have gift certificates, but is she can pay for a reservation, and we can call and change it anytime so it's like a gift certificate. So wife sent $650 and gave me a card explaining the experience. I was excited. Called to book. They wanted to charge me to change the date!!! After it was their systems lack of capability and their Mai agree suggestion that we do it this way. So I asked for a full refund as I don't trust companies that don't do what they said they would. Could only imagine how bad they would be to deal with if any accident happened. They said no to refund!!! To they basically conned my wife out of $650. Is soo petty. Porsche built this so people can try the cars, fall in love and buy a $80-$800k car. And they are ok burning the relationship over $650 after they did nothing to earn $650. Sad. Skip this place. Go to places that care about not steeling from customers.

Yelp
Just like a Porsche, the Experience center is a well oiled machine. My daughter and I took a Turbo S lesson with Aaron Sly, which hit all sensations; speed, friendly, adrenalin, instruction, and a great personality. If al the instructors are like this, then they have it figured out. I would also like to recommend going to the 917 restaurant and **especially** the gift shop. Sharon was so kind and friendly, she stood out. She was a sweetheart to my entire family and we would go back just to say hi to her again. What a gem. We will be back!

Yelp
My oldest daughter's favorite car is the Porsche Cayenne. For her 30th birthday last month, I purchased the 90-minute experience for her as a surprise gift. I was so looking forward to seeing her behind the wheel of the Cayenne. The day finally arrived, about a month after her birthday, because the schedule fills up quickly. From check-in, to grabbing a cup of coffee in their breakfast area, the instructors wearing matching shirts, the lobby, restaurant upstairs, to the repair shop adjacent to the lobby, this place was a well-oiled machine. It reminded me of shopping at Nordstrom's. FANTASTIC customer service, courteous people, not a speck of dirt anywhere, just a flat out experience all around. And, I was a spectator! My daughter drove by several times close to 2nd floor balcony in which I was watching the entire thing, and every time she drove by she had this huge smile on her face. The 90-minute experience isn't exactly cheap but the smiles from driving her dream car was well worth it! As I mentioned above, this place/experience reminds me of Nordstrom's customer service model and it just flowed smoothly from start to finish.

Yelp
I just had the most wonderful experience today. It took me months to book lunch reservations, but it was soooo worth it. The moment you walk into the door, we were greeted and had a brief history of the facility from another nice gentleman who was on the show floor. My friend has a Porsche, which was his dream car to own since he was a kid, so for his birthday, I thought this was the right place to take him. He was sooo surprised and was sooooo amazed at how amazing this was. We got there super early, which was great to see the speedway of all the bright colorful cars on the tracks. Our server Ruby, was delightful! Was extremely knowledgeable and we have such a delicious lunch. I can see why everyone ordered the 917 Burger. What a burger!!!!!!!! We started with Ruby's request- The octopus and I had the Crudo- The citrus sauce was so delicious, I would have licked the plate. :P By far the Vanilla Margarita was the drink to order. We were so full, that coffee was the only thing left for us instead of dessert. I plan to come back. Such a great time.

Yelp
Last weekend was my 2nd experience at this place. My first one was last year and I did Turbo S vs. GT3. While I had some gripes about my first time (as I was not given the accelerated course for some reason and also felt bit rushed the entire time), I signed up again and this time, I picked Carrera GTS. I had coach Evan Jacobs. In short, he is the GOAT! He made the whole driving experience into an extremely effective learning experience and I personally felt I came out as a better driver. I clearly saw that I was doing better than most on the track (all other drivers were constantly giving me path to overtake). Evan customized the courses to my preference and taught me continuously to do better. I really appreciate him for taking time to explain to me the details and correcting me constantly, instead of giving me a random rush with no learning at all. He never looked the watch at once during the entire time and never tried to waste time. Evan - you are a great coach! Keep up the great work. I am really hoping to get you again when I come for the next time.

Yelp
We came here twice within a month and both times were so much fun. The first time we went was early in the day and the cafe wasn't open and there wasn't any food options save a few pastries in the plastic case. The second time we came for 2pm appointments and it was so different with full meals being served, etc. We didn't know so we ate lunch before showing up. Oh well! First time we came was hubby cashing in my bday gift to him from 2 years ago. His brother decided to join him so the wives sat upstairs and watched, took videos/photos for the next 1.5 hour. Hubby drove a bright blue GT3. (Forgot what BIL drove.) They make a big show about taking your guest out to see the car very briefly, take a couple photos...then they escort you back into the building. Hubby's instructor was Rain and he ended up being awesome. So because the guys had such a great experience, the girls decided to get in on the action, too, a few weeks later. We both ended up driving the same cars our hubbies did so I ended up in the GT3 as well, a gorgeous white one. I was also able to request Rain as my instructor. He was clear, concise, encouraging and generally positive. And the drive experience was wholly unique and amazing. I walked on clouds for days. The brakes! OMG! I'm grinning as I write this, a whole month after our experience. SIL had fun with her guy, too. He was very profuse when describing how great she was. Later on, we compared notes on the experience and it was amusing to realize that the instructors all sort of use a script (betting their tips, etc.). Almost everyone we encountered was friendly (doormen, especially). It was such a great experience that we decided to make it an annual thing.

Yelp
We're lucky to have a PEC here in LA. There's nothing else close it. Always a great experience, from beginning to end, top to bottom. The staff here is always friendly, and everyone is engaged in the experience. The showroom itself is like a mini racing museum. Classroom time is pretty well organized and structured. Course time is okay with the two car lead-follow format. I don't think they can do any better during COVID, so that's understandable. Cafe and restaurant are both enjoyable. The virtual experience/simulation is not exactly my thing, but I'd say overall it was very well put together also. Like most things Porsche-related, it's not a value proposition, so don't try to convince yourself that that's what you're getting here. It's more of something to appeal to mind and emotions, so make sure you set your expectations appropriately, and you'll have a great time.

Yelp
My wife surprised me with a track experience for my birthday. I was initially nervous, but my coach Eric was fantastic and made my experience really great. He was fun, focused and provided excellent feedback throughout our 1.5 hr 911 GT3 session. He coached me on when to brake, speed up, and encouraged me to push the limits. I learned so much and had so much fun! I highly recommend Eric when doing this event. I will be returning hopefully next time I'll get to drive the GT4 RS.
