An incredibly supportive local music venue with tasty wine, wonderful staff, warm regulars, and talented musicians. And when it’s available, their in-house pizza is fantastic! Lynda (music coordinator) is a charming host who brings the whole audience into the mix creating a sense of friends/family and cohesion.

Google
A community place to promote live music, with very talented owners. 2016 Syrah. Wow. Pizza. Wow. Local musicians with great talent too. Wow. I keep returning as a solo woman and am entirely comfortable and welcomed. Especially by the 'barkeep'! So grateful for this special place. I like to buy a bottle, have a glass, and take the rest home.

Google
Great local spot in downtown Everett for live music and drinks. They have wine, beer, soda, pizza, and free popcorn, plenty of popcorn. Live music every Friday and Saturday night. Tables are available. Cool art and a fun weekend night!

Had a nice evening and decided to stop in on the way home hoping for a tasting, that was accommodated for. It was a tad different than the tastings I was use too with that being we went up to the bar for the next pour instead of someone coming to our table to keep the pours coming, no worries with that though! The pizza looked and smelled delicious as it was going around us to other tables. $9 tasting 6 pours? You kidding me!?!? We lucked out on a band night too with this cute band playing some oldie but goodies. As a newer Everett resident that loves his wine I for one was joyed to see a venue so close to home to eliminate a drive. I will return!

There is an open mic on Thursday nights. I recommend checking it out if you're a musicain interested in performing. Great welcoming staff, nice regulars, and it all takes place in a cozy atmosphere.

Have you heard of Howard Mack? Or Sandy Carter? Me neither, but a very beautiful woman I know invited me to see them play at Port Gardner Bay Winery last Saturday. I picked up the beautiful woman and drove to downtown Everett. During the day, Everett was hosting an art walk, so many of the streets were closed off. Fortunately, the winery on Rucker was easy to find and there was plenty of parking on the nearby streets. The beautiful woman held my hand while we walked in. Her friends had reserved a table right up front where we settled in and chatted with Howard. He was well dressed right down to his unique shoes. He promised to put on a good show and recommended the pizza. A woman came by and explained that when we knew what we wanted, we could order at the bar in the back. We decided to get some drinks and wait for the rest of our group before getting food. There were a number of wines on the list from the winery, but we were not in a wine mood, so I had a beer and the beautiful woman had a cider. The friends showed up and we went through all the usual negotiations to find a pizza that everyone would like. The beautiful woman’s favorite pizza is Hawaian style, but she was shy about ordering such a controversial pie. The solution was obvious - we got a half and half Hawaian and sausage. The smell of pizza hit us a bit before our pie hit the table. There was a hint of burned bread in the smell, but our pizza was fine. It was just the right size for four people and was generously covered with toppings. The beautiful woman and I quickly polished off warm pineapple and ham while the friends ate up their half. Everyone pronounced their half delicious. Howard Mack stated that the music would be an eclectic mix and proved himself right. Sandy provided some jazz guitar riffs on a few songs and steel guitar for the rest. Both of the guys did a good job on everything from Buck Owens to Neil Young. They hit all the right notes for the somewhat older crowd. One thing they did that you don’t see much is that they invited a couple of folks from the crowd up to do guest vocals. The show went on for around 2 and a half action packed hours. I would like to report about prices, but the friends of the beautiful woman picked up the check. From what I saw on the menu, everything was quite reasonable even after making a donation to the musician’s tip jar. It was a lovely evening and, who knows, maybe the beautiful woman and I will find occasions to go back a few times.

LIVE MUSIC!!!!! Free popcorn. Fun atmosphere. A little bit hard to find because the door sign is for the engineering firm it shares the space with. The menu was small, but the pizza was good. The wine was excellent (the sampler is the way to go, it's a tasting room too) and everything was reasonably priced.

Google
Great music listening room, and the pizza is delicious! Nice wine offerings also. Always can find good artists playing there.

Yelp
Thank you for the hospitality!!! Wine is great, appreciate the ambiance, music and friends!

Yelp
Friendly, welcoming feel-the pizza is great and the in-house made wine is excellent. But the music is the big draw! Always great, including weekly open mike.

Yelp
Good music and friendly venue. Delicious pizza. I make the drive from Anacortes a couple of times a month to share an evening with friends!

Yelp
Super casual place with lots of friendly folks. Came for a live music night. Offer wine, beer, sodas. Have free popcorn and there were table offerings of some chex mix and candy. Pizza is available to purchase-they have a wood fired oven in the back, and it's pretty good. We stayed longer than we planned because the music was good, people were friendly, and drinks affordable. We will be back.

Yelp
Friendly folks, generous pours, good music, very friendly patrons, it's like a big neighborhood party. Everybody laughing and having a good time. Will go back soon.

Yelp
Had the weirdest experience here. Had never tried this place but found it on Yelp so my husband and I thought we would pop on in for a glass of wine. We pulled up to the storefront on a Friday night about 5pm. Wasn't sure if it was open so we walked up to the door. It was locked and there was a woman sleeping in a couch under the front window. WTH? Is this place out of business?

Yelp
This was an amazing winery! The wine is superb and the owners are very kind. We had my 13 year old daughter and the Owner brought out donuts, crackers, and skittles to appease her while my mom and I enjoyed tasting. Please support this wonderful establishment!

Yelp
My husband and I stopped by the Port Gardner Bay Winery for the first time and had a great time. The owners are terrific!!! So warm and Christmasy inside & the wines were amazing!!!I hope those of you that live nearby can meet us there! Construction is a rough time for our retailers.

Yelp
Performed at the Thursday evening open mic. Fun. A great sense of community. Lovely, warm atmosphere. Host of the open mic, Chris, really made me feel welcome. Plan to return with friends.

Yelp
What a local find! The owners are so inviting and friendly, the wine is good and priced reasonably, the entertainment is amazing! This is definitely a place we will make the drive again from Ballard to Everett and bring friends along to enjoy the music and atmosphere.

Yelp
My other half saw this place after finding parking nearby for a Silvertips game and thought it was worth checking out. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon/evening, sampled their wines and were satisfied with our experience. There is a small decorated tasting room area which is next to a larger open garage space. They apparently open the garage door when the weather is nice but since it was ~40 degrees out, it remained shut. There is a fireplace with some couches for lounging around and chatting with friends or strangers as well as open space for a band and room to dance if the mood strikes. It's casual and cozy. Since they were out of several wines, our wine flight consisted of everything they had: one Riesling and several reds. Wine can also be purchased by the glass or bottle. The owner gives a generous pour so you don't walk away wondering why you had two small sips of each wine. They don't have a kitchen but the owner does provide salami/cheese/cracker plates and some bread with olive oil and vinegar on the house. We enjoyed their wines and ended up purchasing a bottle of Riesling and Merlot. The owner was friendly and provided good service. He was helpful with any questions we had about the wine and even showed us the cellar space where the barreled wine was stored. We enjoyed our experience and look forward to returning when the weather is warmer.

Yelp
I had an excellent experience at the PGB Winery. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place thanks to Yelp. I have nothing but good things to say about both the service and the wine. For starters, everyone there was very friendly. It felt like a family inviting us to share their delicious wine. The wine kept coming with the tasting, and the company was just as great. I personally think the atmosphere of a place helps to define their repuation, and this place is probably one of the best places I have been since moving to the West Coast. Second, the wine. Every single wine we tried was absolutely delicious. It was very hard to only choose 2 bottles to take home with us. We did a red wine flight where we were able to choose 6 out of about ~10 reds to try. Don't worry, they have whites as well, we just were in a red mood. Every wine we tried was very good. How anyone could have rated this bad, I don't know. The wine was great, and everyone we encountered knew their stuff, which was nice never having WA wine before. There was cheese/salami/crackers served with the wine, which I didn't touch very much because I was so focused on the wine, but it was nice that they had something to go along with while you drink. Honestly, the wine may speak volumes for itself, but the people made it that much better. They welcomed us and made our first experience exploring Everett and the WA wine world even better than we had expected. We will be back here, no questions about that! A precious gem in the heart of Everett!

Yelp
I really had a good time at this place. We kinda found this place online and because of the horrible traffic, we decided to find a place to chill. I've always been a great fan of wineries, so I've picked this place to chill. The place kinda doesn't look like one of the wineries I've been to, but the owner is really friendly and I really had a good time here. He served cheese and salami along with the wine, and some of the wines really go quite well with cheese and crackers. I bought bottle of riesling since my girlfriend really loves riesling, and a bottle of PGB red for myself. This is a great place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon and have a few sips of drinks. If I ever pass by Everett again, I'd drop by sometimes again.

Yelp
Enjoyed the College Event and the tasting...Oh those oysters were superb! Thanks Chris! I'm really looking forward to the Grand Opening soon... Les

Yelp
This place is a JOKE! Not only is it a cluster F*ck, but the owner is terrible. Accused our party of stealing wine when it was already paid for, but the so called snacks were just as much a joke. Crackers and shitty cheese. No utensils and super unsanitary. If I could give this a a negative review, I would. Oh and they would accept your card for a tab, then tell you that your card was stolen. Never again!!!!!!!

Yelp
Love the friendly couple who own the winery, and the great events they organize to enjoy great wine tastings, socializing and music. I also attended a wine making overview class and learned so much about what it takes to make great wine varitals like they have created.

Yelp
I loved this place. A friend and I stumbled onto this place just looking for tasting rooms in the area while we were on a work trip. It was such a friendly, relaxing experience. The wine was delicious and we got a tour of the storage area. The coolest thing to me is that they actually use recycled bottles!!! I love that it's kinda eco-friendly. I purchased the Tempranillo and Sangiovese. So thrilled with my purchase! The prices are completely reasonable as well and I believe each bottle was $16 or $18. Can't wait to order more!!!

Yelp
Friendly owners who are so generous with tastings. Couches to chill on. Great, mellow hangout spot hidden from the masses!

Yelp
Really good wine at a great value plus live music with no cover! I think I just found a new Friday night favorite.

Yelp
Cool Downtown Everett place. I have been to this tasting room several times in the past year. Why? Because it a very chill, eclectic place to hang out. The owners are friendly. The mix of friendly customers, owners, live music and great wine make it feel like your own house party. Friday is the best night to go. Starts the weekend early.

Yelp
My girlfriend Angela wanted us to go here. I would say it is a nice place to relax and hang out and drinks some awesome wine

Yelp
We love the relaxed atmosphere at this winery. Feel right at home listening to our favorite Dusty Rose!

Cindy A.

Yelp
Wonderful quaint little wine bar to go to:) We have enjoyed music and friends several times there.

Lindsay M.

Yelp
This is not your typical winery. They had great wine to taste and live music when we were there, but it has a lazy living room feel. It was a great place to start our Saturday night.
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
Like a few other posters I stumbled upon this on a date. The best hospitality ever! Great, friendly atmosphere. Brought home two bottles! Try the Malbec.

L H.

Yelp
I really, really, really want to like this place more. The owners are so nice and obviously proud of the place they have created. There's live music on the weekends and it feels like a relaxed enough place to sit in for hours. However... I really don't like the wine. I had the tasting flight and ended up chucking about half of the tasters after a sip (and I'm not one to throw away alcohol). One or two were decent and all the wines are well priced so if you want a place in Everett to relax with live music you can probably find a drinkable bottle and enjoy the owners' company.
google avatar

Becky L.

Yelp
We always enjoy our time here. Great music and great people. Want a party? Great place to hold it. All ages welcome so we can bring all our family.
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
I'm not much of a wine drinker but I really liked this place. I went there on a Saturday around 9:00pm, walked in to a very cozy atmosphere and live music. The owners and staff are friendly and make you feel at home!

Lori L.

Yelp
This place is fun! Love the wine - reds are more flavorful yet softer than most. Excellent finish. So love the Chardonnay (personal fave). A nice hide-away in the heart of downtown Everett. They're starting up live music on Saturday nights, too. It's a cool working winery. And all the wines are only $15 a bottle! I think it's a great deal. There is actually a separate seating area outside the tasting room where I think kids can sit. And it's dog friendly in the summer!

Julie O.

Yelp
Don't waste your time!! #1 The wine isn't very good #2 They put cheese & crackers out on paper plates & just recycled from table to table because they don't have a kitchen. #3 The owners accused our birthday party group of stealing wine that had already been paid for?!?! They were absolutely rude to my family members & their friends.
google avatar

Lola D.

Yelp
I purchased a Groupon for a wine making class for two. I called, left messages and emailed these people however they would never get back to me. I've never had problems with Groupon before, but after I proved to them I had sent emails they never got back to me. I just wasted $75. DO NOT get a Groupon for wine making as you may never be able to go.
google avatar

Nicole Y.

Yelp
Heard about this place from a couple of friends who raved about their wine tasting experience here so the boyfriend and I decided to give it a shot. It was not at all what I would have expected from a wine tasting (although I've only been to a few) to the right of the entrance was a wide open garage - large and tidy inside complete with couches, arm chairs and ottomans for seating, a fireplace and what looked like a group of friends sitting around sipping from their glasses. The owner of the business served us generous portions for the tasting and was more warm and conversational than informative. It was nice. We were welcomed into the garage to join the group and sip our wine with complimentary cracker, cheese and salami platters as well as brownies and cheesecake. Turns out the group of "friends" were actually just loyal regular customers, most of whom had met there at the winery. This is a community place. We were introduced around the circle and spent the night trying 8 or 9 of the different wines for a VERY reasonable price and laughing and chatting it up with the group. Can't say it's the best wine or food I've ever had, but it was good and one of the most enjoyable and unexpected experiences I've had. Will definitely return and won't be surprised if we're greeted by name.

Doreen F.

Yelp
Unique, good prices and decent wine. But...they recycle the appetizers from customer to customer. The salami, cheeses and Ritz crackers were just disgusting. I wonder what the health dept. would think about that???

Sarah J.

Yelp
This place was great. The wine was amazing and the winemaker was blast. Everything was clean and nicely displayed... can't wait till they install the PA System this month. I also heard they are partnering with a microbrewery soon. Can't wait.

E P.

Yelp
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing....So glad we found this little jewel in our own backyard. The owner Chris was fun and super knowledgeable and such an non-pretentious winemaker...what a nice change. We will be back !
