Took my family here for a special occasion and we all loved it. My mother is an extremely picky eater but this place hit every mark for her! Employee explained how to order and explained the options for cooking. I honestly can’t believe how fresh everything was. Not one thing was overly salted every dish just has amazing deep flavors. I really thought we were going to end up spending an arm and a leg but it was so reasonably priced! This restaurant is a beautiful addition to the neighborhood and I wish them nothing but the most success!! We will absolutely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The Alfredo pasta with shrimp was absolutely outstanding — creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned, with tender shrimp that elevated every bite. Their fried shrimp was golden, crispy, and bursting with flavor, while the fried calamari was cooked to perfection — lightly battered, not greasy, and paired with a delicious dipping sauce. The grilled shrimp was another highlight, expertly seasoned and charred just right to bring out its natural sweetness. And then there’s the pizza — phenomenal is the only word that fits. The crust was just the right balance of crisp and chewy, topped with fresh ingredients that worked in perfect harmony. Beyond the food, the drinks were just as impressive, crafted with care and full of flavor. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. The service was exceptional — attentive without being intrusive — and the staff’s friendliness really stood out. The people there made the experience even more special. Overall, a must-visit spot for amazing food, drinks, and vibes.

I loved the concept of choosing your own fish and cooking style. The food was amazing — from crispy shrimp to juicy fish, every bite was bursting with flavor. Even my picky-eater kids enjoyed everything. The appetizers were delicious, and the fresh-baked bread was truly a work of art. The service was excellent, and the interior design felt so authentic.

I thought I ordered too much food and I didn’t because everything was so delicious we ate it all. Fish is fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff was incredibly patient with us as we had a lot of questions and decision fatigue. Atmosphere could use some very small touch ups that would have a big impact on experience.

I had such a great experience at Port Said! The seafood was super fresh and delicious, and I really loved the way it was cooked. Everything had amazing flavor and was prepared perfectly. The staff were very friendly. Definitely one of the best seafood spots I’ve tried in Brooklyn—I’ll be coming back for sure

My sister said she had been meaning to check this place out, so three of us stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday at around 1:30. There was no one dining there at the time, but there were a few people coming in for take-out. You have to order in the back. You pick the type of seafood you want (which is on display), and then the style/flavor you want them to cook it. You can choose from Greek style, fried, Egyptian Grilled, and Olive Oil & Lemon. They said the most popular one is Greek style, so we picked that one with a branzino. The person working there was really nice - we don't have much experience in picking a good fish and he let us know that a sign that fish is fresh is if the gills are bright red, and the eyes are clear (and not cloudy). They charge by weight and the prices aren't listed. We probably should have asked about it but we didn't - and to our surprise, it did not cost an arm and a leg. In fact, it was cheap for a grilled/fresh/whole fish. I believe we paid about $20 for the fish. We also ordered the garlic eggplant, roasted cauliflower, and French fries. Beware of the menu because not all of the items have descriptions and if they do, it could be wrong. For example, the roasted cauliflower was actually fried, and the cauliflower itself was fried to oblivion - it was so mushy. The fries don't say that it comes with seasoning but it comes covered in Old Bay. The other issue was that there were flies everywhere. They had employees in the dining room using one of those fly racket zappers. Not exactly an appetizing sound to hear while you're eating lunch. I'm wondering it that means the place isn't too clean. If they work that issue along with the menu issue out, it would be a much better experience - especially since the seafood is fresh and inexpensive. I don't know if I'd come back until they have the fly issue fixed but if I do, I'm sticking to seafood items only next time!

Absolutely blown away by this seafood spot! They let you choose how you want your fresh fish cooked—Greek style, Egyptian style, fried, you name it—and the results were beyond amazing. Every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with care. We tried a variety of dishes: fried calamari, shrimp, branzino, salmon, garlic shrimp, fries, baba ganoush, hummus, eggplant salad—and more. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well-seasoned, and the appetizers were just as impressive as the mains. The hibiscus drink deserves a special shoutout—made from scratch and hands down the best we’ve ever had. The service was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back for their grand opening. This place is going to be a hit!

Google
Authentic, Fresh, and Delicious! I was incredibly impressed by the authenticity and freshness of the dishes here. Everything was flavorful and made with high-quality, healthy ingredients. I l absolutely love the seasoning! The fish, in particular, was outstanding, I ordered the Dorado and my friend the branzino so fresh and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the difference and grilled. We had a few sides eggplant, rice, cauliflower and a salad. All very fresh! What made the experience even better was the price. For the quality you’re getting, it’s truly a great value. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for fresh, healthy, and authentic food. A true gem!

Yelp
I really enjoyed this style of dining. They offer a few styles of cooking, and they're happy to explain the differences to you. I chose a sea bass. Mine was Egyptian style grilled and lightly breaded topped with a spicy sauce. Wow, I don't think I can describe how satisfying it was. Got a few sides as well but honestly they paled in comparison to the fish entree. The sides were a little lackadaisically prepared. Fries were excessively crispy and lacking potato, the beet salad was refreshing but a little sad. But l'd definitely come back for more fish!

Yelp
08/07/2025@4:13pm My son wanna try this place out. Walk in and you go straight to the back area to choose your seafoods, choose your style and it gets weighted. Then grab a seat on available table and you can order more item that's on the menu with the only one waiter available. The service for the back where you choose seafood was friendly but the one that serve your table is not so. As he seems to don't even want to be there and just there to do his job and get it over with. I'm not sure is this the style of the restaurant as the waiter never remove any finish dishes on our table as he walk back and forth bring more food on our table and never once care to take away any dishes as so i had to keep stacking the plates like a Jenga to make room as he bring in more of our orders. The cooking of the Greek Style for our clams, mussels, shrimps and scallops was ok. The cooking of the Egyptian Grilled was not my cup of tea, plus the worst part is there were still a-lot of scales on the fish so the skin was inedible but the fish meat was nice and juicy! Rice Sayadia was dry and a-bit hard. Roasted Cauliflower was over breaded and the cauliflower was mushy. Fresh Baked Bread seems move like a toasted dry bread. I don't understand why my son still gave 20% tips as I don't even think it deserve 15% PS as you can see in the pictures (is not busy during the time) The star are for the service in the fish market area and the Greek style seafoods of our choice.

Yelp
It's no Hamido, but it's a tasty seafood spot where you can pick your fish and add to that. I was early and I was only able to get shrimp and hummus. The four shrimp were incredible, grilled Greek style and the pita hot & fresh but my bill was $30. I was too tired and hungry to argue but that was lunch. No gracias.

Yelp
What a great addition to the neighborhood! I'd been looking forward to this place opening ever since I saw the sign go up. I've been to similar spots where you choose your own seafood and decide how you want it prepared, so I was excited to finally have one close by. I knew I had to bring a few friends since there were so many dishes I wanted to try. We ordered the Egyptian-style grilled branzino, scallops with olive and lemon, fried calamari, Greek-style octopus, fries, Greek salad, and garlic eggplant. The seafood was fresh and beautifully cooked. The standout for me was definitely the scallops. I'd probably skip the fries and garlic eggplant next time, but everything else really hit the spot. Service was great. Staff checked in on us several times to make sure everything was to our liking.

Yelp
Fantastic new spot in Bay Ridge. They specialize in seafood, and everything is made fresh to order. Ordering is in the back area, where all the fish and seafood is laid out, and then they bring the food to your table as it's ready. You choose your fish (priced by the pound), and then choose one of the four styles (Greek, Egyptian grilled, fried, or olive and lemon), and can also add on sides, appetizers, or other dishes. We went with dorado, Greek style, and it was perfectly grilled. It really reminded me of getting grilled fish in Greece exactly like this. On the side, we ordered rice sayadia and a Greek salad, and it came with this amazing bread. Everything we got was delicious, and I can't wait to try the rest of the fish styles on future visits. Everyone there was so nice and thoroughly answered all of our (many) questions about the food (allergy in the family). So glad they opened here!

Yelp
Phenomenal new addition to the neighborhood. Fresh seafood ordered in the back and cooked to order. They have an extensive variety of both fish and shellfish available for choosing as well as sides that you can add on as well. Service is fast and friendly, and every member of the staff we spoke with was knowledgeable and extremely kind. It was quiet when we went, but they were also still in soft opening so I imagine as the weird gets out more and more they'll get busier and more lively.

Yelp
We got the shrimp tagen and fried red snapper. Everything was super delicious. Just enough salt and spices. Greek salad and french fries were also very good. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Never have I experienced such attentive care while dining out. I found the portion adequate for a meal. Port Said Sea Food is centrally situated and comfortably arranged. Staff demonstrates knowledge alongside pleasant service. I'm anxious to return at the earliest opportunity.

Yelp
Came here for my brothers birthday. The staff were so friendly and energetic. They seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Very hospitable. The hummus and Greek salad were light and fresh. The bread was hot and fluffy. And the French fries were covered in Egyptian spices, I wish there were even more spices on them because it tasted so good. In the back of the restaurant they have a fish market style pick and choose set up. You tell them how much (by weight) of each thing you want. If you are unsure what to get, how much to get, or how to prepare it, just ask the server for their recommendations and you won't be disappointed! The shrimp and mussels were the best I ever had. We had them Greek style. The shrimp were colossal and a little charred. I will be coming back just for that. The mussels were amazing as well. Very tender and saucy. The branzino and sea bass were also very yummy. I would get any of the fish Egyptian style as it's covered in spices and garlic. I will be back!

Yelp
What an awesome addition to the area! Highly recommend getting their shrimp-- perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly and service was on point. Will visit again!
