If you ever come near this place, run the other way. I’ve once accidentally swallowed a bug and even that tasted better than whatever we were served that day.
After a long trip and walk around trying to find something eatable we came across this place, which looked nice enough. The menu was poor but we all found something that we liked out of the 4 options they had. We really should’ve left right after the passive aggressive waitress sat us down right next to the workers drilling the street.
The schnitzel wasn’t terrible but whatever sauce they drowned it in was too buttery, the potatoes were uncooked and the onions were burned. How did they manage to mix up so many horribly made ingredients to make one awful meal? Pure talent.
The rest of the group had the same luck with their meals. One ordered fish and it came as a sort of fried ball of mashed fish mixed with something else that we couldn’t decipher and it was too salty to even try to finish it.
Maybe this is just the way Swedish people like their food, but if you’re a tourist who wants to actually eat whatever (expensive) dish you order: STAY AWAY.
The passive aggressive waitress also stood next to us watching us as we paid. Seems to be the way they press you to leave a tip for their bad service.
