The Green Jasmine Blended Boba Tea with almond milk was 🔥very natural favored aromatic and not too sweet. The employees were sweet and helpful. I also loved the smell of all the beautiful teas as you walk in. Great vibe for the whole store. I highly recommend for enjoying any kind of tea. I have been again and tried the bubble tea warm and it was good as well. I also love their chai tea lattes.

Nothing too in depth here except the boba was good and they have merchandise that kept me h entertained for a while. The seating area was quaint like Portland as you expect and cozy. Other than it taking a little while to order and be acknowledged, everything was pretty good. Sorry not too much here. Try it out and let me what you think! Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo

What a CUTE little tea house! They have SO many options to choose from- hot, iced, milk tea, boba, and so many leaves to choose from. The employee was patient, helpful and kind as it was my first visit- always a good sign that someone isn't rushing you. The atmosphere is chill and super relaxed, a great place to catch up with a friend or stop by for an afternoon refreshment. I got a rose flavored black tea and it was pretty good! Prices are decent as well. 10/10, will return and recommend to others!

Great atmosphere, service and Boba. The prices are low and the people are kind, I had money issues and this woman helped me right away. There was barely a wait for my drink! I got two drinks and my total was under 10 dollars! Service was so great I had to tip!!

Lovely bubble tea! I liked the variety of options of tea and toppings. Plus, the teas weren’t overwhelming sweet but rather had a milder sweet flavor. Plus, the inside of the shop is spacious with a mellow vibe.

My friend and I came in 30 mins before close and there was an evening rush which we understood. I asked for my drink to be made in a mug, and the barista said no because we wouldn’t be able to drink the drinks before she would need us to leave. I felt that to be a bit off-putting but since it took 20 mins to make our drinks, this did prove to be true. Unfortunately she make both drinks incorrectly (wrong size) and had to remake them. She told everyone to leave around 5 til close so I didn’t even have time to ask her to remake them. The atmosphere is cute so it would have been since to sit and enjoy for even a few minutes. The tea itself was just ok. I have enjoyed other locations of Tea Chai Te but not this one unfortunately.

2023: February- happily thermostat was at 69 tonight! But I asked for honey in the tea but they didn't do it in our pot automatically as I'm used to. He said - there's honey and sugar over there. Umph. 2023: it's January and the thermostat is set to 63 degrees! I don't even go that low at home for overnight. I asked the non-melanated gal at the counter if we could turn it up (all 3 of us wore our coats while trying to enjoy our delicious pot of Short Sands chai w/ oatmilk and honey) and she said "But like, then I would get too hot while I'm making everyone's tea." And walked away! She can dress for her warmer body so that the experience of this tea shop is cozy as it should be in Portland winter. *Please have a tea smelling wall - I loved that at the now defunct Townsend's on Alberta. 2022: adorable bipoc staff were super helpful and friendly. 2021: Nice to be able to get delicious tea made and sold in bulk now that Townsend's is no more. They have something like the Alberta Street Chai - I'm grateful for that!
