The food is super good! A lot of Japanese influences. And the wine pairing is surprisingly excellent. They don’t pair with “ordinary” wines. Personally I don’t think Japanese milk bread matches the whole set (it’s a bit too heavy/much). I would love to have a sourdough bread. But I can understand some people like it. Only downside is the missing AC in the restaurant. It was super hot inside the day we went.😅

This restaurant is a must in The Hague. The food is incredible and the menu changes after some time so you can even go and experience it again. Highly recommended, the staff is also really nice. 10/10

This place is a Gem 💎 In the heart of the city. The excellent food creatieve and explained with passion , the vast wines offered, and l'endroit so classy and polished, makes it a true experience. We are often too in a hurry merly surviving the daily madness to reflect on what's really important: at Portfolio you get served with attention and commitment, no rush and time pressure ❣️ and the time flies by beautifully

Perfect! We've been here twice and had different menus and both times were incredible. From start to finish it was lovely and the flavours were bold, refreshing, and also well balanced. We loved the asian influences and ingredients in the dishes, and the whole experience felt like a journey. The service was very nice and it gives us a cozy feeling in a relaxed atmosphere. We also opted for the non-alcoholic pairing, and it is insanely well made by the sommelier, mixes and flavours that compliments the chefs menu very nicely.

We went here for our anniversary and had the Chefs menu. The wine and non alcoholic pairings are just amazing. Every course is a treat and it’s just fabulous to see how the kitchen is in control to give you an incredible food experience. In my opinion the best restaurant in The Hague.

Incredible fine dining experience with outstanding European-Asian fusion plates. Suits a special night! What strike me the most about the plates were the balance of different flavours. While usually meat and fish steal the show, I loved how it was possible to taste and enjoy each and every ingredient. On another note, I personally liked the relaxed and unassuming atmosphere in the restaurant. The dishes and service stood out instead of the decor. The sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable about both the wine and the menu. Thank you very much for hosting us!

After several times tried to book the table, finally yesterday we could have dinner at the bar! The place is not that big, so a reservation in advance is a must. The food is fantastic, i have to say that everything is very special that you always get an explosion of tastes in your mouth in every dish which cause a big smile on your face and your belly! We took 8 courses with wine arrangement and everything is perfect from the start until the end. The best restaurant in Den Haag so far! Totally recommended and for sure we will come back again.

Best restaurant in The Hague. Changing menu with the seasons, fresh ingredients, great flavors and beautiful plates. In one word: perfect! No à la carte, there is a unique menu. Small restaurant, a must-visit in The Hague, maybe for a special occasion. Quality justifies the price.
