Upon walking into the location to retrieve my online catering order of a salad and bottle of salad dressing, I noticed the increased staff present for the holidays. Many were huddled, so I thought they might be having a meeting; I didn't want to interrupt, so I waited. Several staff made eye contact with me, but never spoke, never addressed me in any way, never even asked me if I was being helped, nothing. So I just stood there 8 whole minutes without being addressed by anyone. A Caucasian woman walks in and staff go immediately to speak and help her. I didn't say anything, I continue waiting. When a second staff member went and addressed the same woman asking to help, that is when I interrupted to voice that I had been waiting all this time and no one had addressed me, but they were tripping over themselves to address other customers. One staff apologized and said he thought I had been helped. Another staff went to get my order and she slid that across the counter to me with an attitude and a "thank you" that I knew she didn't mean by the rude tone of her delivery. I visit this location often and I have NEVER experienced such rude behavior. Before I received my order and left, a third staff member addressed the same woman to help her! It's as if I was invisible to them. Very hurtful, very disappointed.
