The only thing that makes this a tiki bar is that they have tiki mugs on display, which you cannot buy if you wanted - only for display. They have a scorpion bowl that was pretty good. The service was not. Both the guy at the door and the bartender were not super friendly. We were going to leave when we were told there was a $10 cover but then were told we could come in for free. Maybe the cover was because there was a band, which was pretty good. We would have stayed longer to enjoy the band and drink more, but they told my brother-in-law if he ordered another drink then he’d also have to pay the $10 cover. The drinks weren’t that good.
There were hardly any tables inside, enough for about maybe 10 people to sit, and about 5 tables outside. There was a large, open floor like they expected people to dance but it was empty and completely awkward.
