Always friendly, helpful, and makes things simple and fast. Always a frequent visitor for dropping for packages for sending packages, haven't had one issue and will be a regular here.

Absolutely great customer service! I've used this place several times and always had excellent service. These folks are there to help you get what you need done. I've even dropped off USPS packages that were delivered by mistake to my house and they had no problem helping get it back to USPS without me having to go through the hassle of going to the post office. Highly recommend them.

One of the best post offices I’ve been to! First, when you walk in it smells so good. Second, the PO Boxes are so nice and fancy— definitely an eye catcher. Third, the ladies inside are so nice! Definitely will be my go to drop off when I’m in the area. I have to take my three year old son everywhere. He’s very high energy…. All the time 😭 sometimes it’s overwhelming for me. The ladies inside were very extremely nice to him— that’s not always the case in public areas but I just wanted to highlight their friendliness.

Outstanding customer service, the Associate was super friendly and extremely helpful. He understood what I needed, how to acquire and how to solve my dilemma. I needed to return a package with a QR code from my phone. The value was priceless for his knowledge and great enthusiasm.

One of the most convenient and accommodating mailing facility in Richmond. Suletha, Maria and i forgot there is another girl that works there, they have the best customer service. I have been coming here for 2 years now. They are helpful from simple inquiries to challenging mailing questions. You will be given an option to choose the right shipping rates that matches the value of your money. Yelp 5 stars are not enough to express how professional and friendly they are.
