Austin’s New Restaurant & Bar Openings - Austin - The Infatuation

"The Arizona-based wine bar first expanded to Austin last year, with a location next to Paperboy on South Lamar. Now, they’ve added a second location near 35th and MoPac with a similar menu of small plates, snacks, cheese and charcuterie boards, and, of course, wine." - nicolai mccrary, matthew jacobs

We LOVE this spot. We’ve been for brunch, lunch, and dinner and it’s never disappointed. You can’t beat the $6 glasses of wine and the amazingly fresh and delicious food. The best part? Our server Alicia. We’ve had her the past few times we’ve been and she’s always spot-on with her recommendations, our glasses are never empty and our table is never cluttered. She’s a 10/10. Miles the manager is also super friendly and helpful, serving up suggestions with a smile. Some of my favorites are the grilled cheese with tomato bisque, the Brie and prosciutto panini, the bruschetta (I loved the lox one!) and the green salad. 🤌🏼 delicious!

Our server Max is the best! He even remembered our food allergies from a visit weeks ago. The food here is outstanding. Bruschetta is so tasty (favorites - French Onion and Smoked Salmon). We haven’t ordered something we haven’t loved!

Google
Loved the vibe of the place. The server was great! The meatballs were by far the best part. Not all of the bruschetta options were great but they were filling. I'd certainly go back for more appetizers!

We had an amazing meal at Postino! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We sat outside, and the atmosphere was perfect relaxed, fresh. I ordered the Chicken & Mozzarella Panini with a side Brussels Sprouts Caesar Salad—both were incredibly flavorful and fresh. The salad was especially impressive packed with texture, and full of flavor. We also got the Bruschetta Board, and it was a highlight of our visit. I chose the these toppings • Smoked Salmon with Pesto, Capers & Pickled Onion • Ricotta with Pistachios & Dried Cherries • Mushrooms with Truffle Oil & Parmesan • Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil Everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and so satisfying. I highly recommend Postino for anyone looking for delicious food, great vibes, and a lovely patio dining experience!

We wanted to try a new brunch place. We went on a Saturday and waited a few minutes before being seated. The hostess was personable and sat us outside per our request. Sitting outside is life! Russ was awesome and recommended the bruschetta. We got the classic remix with bacon and P.R.E.A.M. Bowl with chicken and two mimosas. We decided to sit at the bar after eating and had the French toast as well in addition to 2 more mimosas. The food was flavorful and the sauce wanted to make you slap someone. The happy hour is where you want to be at this establishment. We will definitely return.

So I wasn't sure what to expect when I first received the invite, but I was pleasantly surprised. There were people dressed for date night and casual. The atmosphere was lively and that was even before the wine. We went on a Tuesday for bottle and board night and my apologies now because my pics do not do justice to the food and service. It was a fun lighthearted night. And I was impressed with everything that touched my tongue. I can't wait to go back and work my way through their menu. & you can get a GF board!

Google
Me and my wife just happened upon this as we were walking around the Rim. At first we were unsure as the menu felt different. But we got there at the perfect time. Being our first time there they gave us a sample of one of their bruschetta. This is clearly a specialty and I highly recommend. Recommend and if ever around we will go back... several more things to try on the menu what sounded great! (Really great brunch spot)

Postino’s is always a great spot—amazing bruschetta and friendly service. One of my favorites!

Yelp
Loved, loved, loved this place! Came here for a work lunch and was absolutely impressed!! As we mentioned to our waiter - the outside looks a little unassuming but you walk into a really cool space with great decor and a fantastic menu! They have lots of fun, different bruschetta boards, cheese boards - we selected the smoked salmon board which was fresh and delicious!! I also enjoyed the burrata which was so good! Served with seasonal vegetables! They have some great happy hour specials with boards and discount beers and wines so I will definitely be bald to explore that !!

Yelp
We are big fans of the Broadway location. I've been there several times and decided to try this location since we were so close after leaving the movies at the palladium. Nice place with a good vibe. Music is kind of loud and has a different field than the Broadway location. Because we were some of the original folks at the other location we ended up with a bottle and board card that they continue to honor, even though it is expired. And unfortunately, did not honor it here so we were a bit disappointed, but the beer was good and the environment was nice.

Yelp
Went to lunch for a combined birthday get together with friends. A lot of us had been traveling so it was nice to catch up after a month of not seeing each other. I picked this spot because of the ambiance and variety of finger food with drinks. I've been here & the Broadway location before but it's been awhile since I've been back. I made a reservation for 5 people and wanted a table with a view so the greeter asked if it was okay if she sat us on the orange sofas and I said "Sure!" It was a perfect spot for us with the soft cushions, semi-circle sectional by the windows and with 2 extra bulky fabric chairs where we ended up putting the presents. It started raining then pouring rain when my friends arrived so some were a little wet but we made the best of it. Luckily we were there for awhile and the sun came out and cleared up with only a slight drizzle by the time we left. I was greeted by Josua who gave me the menus and I asked about the $6 wine glass before 5pm price listed. I wanted to try the Sparkling Wines and asked about what was dry between the top 3 Sparkling Wines listed? He let me try 2 first(Vicenza and Perelada), then the Sparkling Rosé which tasted savory to me. The Vicenza was very dry and the Brut was just okay. I asked if he had anything sweeter by the time my friends arrived and he pointed out the Moscato so I chose that. My friends wanted to sample a couple of wines but they were out of the wine with the Mother Block with Orange notes. My other friend asked for another wine but they were out of it as well. She ordered a cocktail. The other ones ended up with a Riesling and one with a Moscato. The other ordered a Cucumber Honey Lemonade. While we were tasting, Josua asked if we were ordering food so we quickly decided on 2 Bruschetta Boards and a Charcuterie Board. We ordered Smoked Salmon & Pesto; Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil; Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato; Prosciutto, Fig & Mascarpone; Warm Artichoke Spread; Mushroom & Mascarpone. In both boards we added a Chef's Choice which had Lox/Capers/Pickled Onions on one and the other had Bacon/Tomatoes/Artichoke Hearts(?). The Charcuterie Board had Prosciutto, Spanish Chorizo, Salami, Whipped Feta, I think Manchego Cheese, Kalamata & Green Olives, Almond Hummus, Charred Artichokes, Red & Yellow Sweet Peppers, Lavash Bread and some Crostini Bread. There were Spicy Almonds as well. My friends loved the finger food vs. eating a huge entree and it was very enjoyable. For our bday dessert, they brought out 6 donut holes with a candle on the side & served with 3 different dipping sauces: Chocolate, Simple Syrup & Caramel. That was cute. The donuts were fine as is but the dark chocolate sauce was thick and yummy as well! More people came in surprisingly and the place was busy for a Thursday, I guess because of the upcoming 3-day July 4th weekend. My only suggestion would be to serve taller glasses of iced water as it's a hot, humid summer and I was thirsty esp. drinking the wine. It's good to hydrate and I had to ask for water refills. I'd like to try some of the other red wines and other Boards the next time I visit.

Yelp
This place is awesome for anyone who enjoys wine and crafted food to pair with it. I love customizing the bruschetta boards and adding some other appetizers to make a meal. The ambiance and décor at this location is fun with great seating combinations perfect for socializing. The service is always great as well with plenty of staff on hand to keep the food and wine flowing.

Yelp
The OMG grilled cheese was OMG delicious! Not too big and not too small, this grilled cheese sandwich with a twist totally hit the spot. Who would have known, adding a little bit of bacon on the inside would deliver such a flavor punch. Dipping the sandwich into the tomato soup brought back childhood memories. Aside from the great food, I must also compliment the fantastic service. Our server was attentive, personable, and made recommendations that hit the spot. I highly recommend this place for a chill vibe and some good eats.

Yelp
This place always has great drinks and the atmosphere is fantastic, but the service is very robotic and non-personally oriented and now the water has taken a turn, you better order a bottle of water because the water they serve you from the tap, literally taste like pond water so we ordered bottled water, the funny thing is we aren't even water snobs it was just that bad

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service was friendly and bubbly. The drinks were delicious and the ambiance of the whole place is definitely something I'd go back to.

Yelp
Postino has amazing small bites and increble wine that match perfectly. ($6 happy hour) Bruschetta was my favorite or all of them to be exact.

Yelp
Great Staff, Toxic Manager The staff here is incredible -- warm, attentive, and professional. Sadly, their manager, Raquel, is everything they're not: rude, elitist, and condescending. She treats delivery drivers like they're an inconvenience, speaks to her own team with thinly veiled contempt, and greets customers with eye rolls instead of genuine service. On my last visit, I asked to see her and waited a short five minutes. She finally appeared, stopped to belittle DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers, saw me waiting, and walked away to "polish" glasses rather than address me. It's a shame such a talented staff has to work under leadership that drags down the entire atmosphere. Honestly, take the extra drive to Broadway -- the service there is a 10/10 every time.

Yelp
Postino will get a good review from me everytime - what I like about this location is that they do have a little semi private area for large parties/groups. Definitely give their wine menu a peruse and don't leave without trying their famous boards! Get the French Onion - you will NOT regret it!!

Yelp
$6 glasses of wine during happy hour, 7 days a week? Please - I'll be here every day. This is the place you go for date night or with your girls. The different food boards are fun, and their salads are delicious. I'd love to try more food items on the menu, but again, the $6 wine during HH seems to be enough to get me through the door. My only complaint is the last time we were here there were tons of flies around us and my wine essentially became a fruit fly graveyard. We were seated indoors in the back corner, so not sure if other areas of the restaurant experienced this same problem.

Yelp
The food was so delicious!!!! It's very much a cool little hang out to meet up with your girls or even a not- so- formal business meeting. The vibe was very cool. It's a wine bar with sooo much to choose from. The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in.

Yelp
Postino at the Rim is such a great place and it's my favorite go-to place when meeting up with friends! It feels warm and cozy as soon as you walk in. The vibe is really chill and friendly, whether you're there for lunch, dinner or just to hang out anywhere in between. The restaurant is spacious but also feels relaxed; not too fancy yet not too plain. They have a great wine list with lots of choices and their happy hour is awesome! They offer good deals that's hard to beat. Customer service is superb-- attentive but not too pushy nor will they make you feel rushed. I love the small plates you can share. The bruschetta is always fresh and tasty and I love that you can pick different flavors with friends. Everything comes out looking and tasting great without being too fancy or overdone. Overall, Postino is one of those places you keep coming back to. Good food, good drinks and a great place to relax and enjoy time with people you like. This place meets every personality, it's a whole vibe. Definitely my favorite!

Yelp
Our first night in San Antonio and we were looking for a cool new spot to try and we landed on Postino. Now I'm just sad we're leaving since there's no Postino in Vegas! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a bustling ambiance and were immediately brought over to a table. It was pretty busy for a Monday night, so be sure to make a reservation beforehand. Our server, Grace, was so lovely! She was super kind and explained the menu and checked up on us several times. We got a bunch of stuff to share, but the standouts were the Bruschetta Board and the Crispy Cauliflower. The Bruschetta Board is such a great idea, and each one we tried was unique and tasted amazing. For our 4 choices we got the French Onion, Warm Artichoke, Smoked Salmon and the chefs selection which was Beets Cheese with candied Pecans. Wow. I was obsessed!! The beets were my personal favorite, but we each enjoyed all of them. And they cut it up for the table which was such a good touch. The Crispy Cauliflower was outstanding. It was loaded with sauce underneath and the cauliflower was warm and soft as you cut through it. Really delicious! They also had a great variety of lemonade "mocktails" which was nice to see. I opted for the Blackberry Smash, which I believe was a blackberry arnold palmer. It wasn't too sweet and was super refreshing! Overall, our experience was amazing thanks to the out of this world food and consistent service. Next time we're in Texas, we're definitely coming back!

Yelp
Great location and outdoor seating. Service was prompt and just the right level of engagement. The menu is very interesting, I was a bit stand-offish at first but I was reformed quickly! This place is Millennial meets Italy and thats a compliment from a GenX'r. Its a great place to relax and enjoy some wine and snack after a Long day shopping!
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to grab a drink and something to eat. Service was great. Good selection of craft beer.
google avatar

Wilnesa C.

Yelp
Today, I ordered my usual: a board and some cucumber honey lemonade. It delivered as always. What was a bit disappointing, was the service. Every single time the waiter came to the table to ask if I needed anything, he would stop at every other table as well, because he was "doing his rounds". That's all fine and dandy, but after a while of continuous waiting, it became annoying. Nonetheless, Postino's will always get my business. Prices are good, nice vibes, and the wine is amazing!

Yelp
We live in Arizona and were excited to try this location. Totally disappointed in the bar service, Blake W was an absolutely horrible server. He never once asked if we wanted water nor did he once ask if everything was okay. He made himself totally unavailable and then we had to ask someone to get him so we could pay. He doesn't belong in the service industry. And the last thing I'll say is there were on 8 people at the bar. The two things he couldn't ruin were the food and the ambiance! The food is exactly the same as in Phoenix, outstanding. The place is huge and it's absolutely beautiful. I will always love the Postino in Phoenix because it was the first one and it actually was a post office. I would have given a five star rating if it weren't for Blake.

Yelp
As hard as it seems to believe, it was already time for another of my monthly retiree luncheons. I'm not sure I ever revealed that I am the coordinator for my elementary school group. Twelve of us had planned on meeting in New Braunfels at a particular restaurant but they would not work with me on a reservation. I was told we could have two tables in different dining rooms or a two hour wait for a table for twelve. They wouldn't even allow a reservation for twelve and actually told me to call and check the waitlist before leaving my house. Then, I could call everyone and tell them what time to arrive. I think not! I polled our group, and we opted on finding another place. Luckily, I found Postino. We were seated at a large table in a semi-private area of the restaurant. At first, I thought the music was a bit loud, but after a few minutes, I didn't even notice the music. The room was bright and cheery with an awesome chandelier above our heads and huge pieces of matching art on the back wall, which the server told us was from a circus. Let's talk about our server, Sebastian. He was great. He was able to answer any question we threw at him and got all of our orders correct. He was friendly and really seemed to want us to enjoy ourselves. I will add one thing, although it is probably totally inappropriate. Sebastian was one of the best looking humans I have ever seen in person. I mean this dude had movie star good looks. Nothing in his behavior or attitude indicated that he was aware of it, but several of the people at the table commented on his good looks. Everyone at the table was impressed with their food. It all looked super appealing and delicious. I had the soup of the day, which was an Italian style navy bean and sausage. It was really good. I wish I could have eaten it with a crusty loaf of bread. I also had the chopped chicken salad. It was truly amazing. All the different greens were chopped to the point of being indistinguishable. But, the fresh flavors of each of them came shining through with each bite. The dressing was really light and did not disguise anything. The salad was a definite party for the tastebuds. I tried the olive oil cake for dessert. It was really good, but not as good as my mother used to make. They gave me two big pieces on the plate. I ate one and passed the second around for others to taste. I'm not real big on taking things home- especially when I wasn't really supposed to be eating them. Oh... One more thing I want to mention. Since I am new to the "non-alcoholic" scene because of my diabetic medications, I always check for non-alcoholic wines, beers, or cocktails. This establishment has one of each. I was very pleased with the non-alcoholic IPA they had available. I actually had two. The new brews are crafted really well and are hard to tell from fully alcoholic ones.

Yelp
We had a very chill Friday evening at postino in candlelight. The girls and I ordered apps on apps. Everything we ordered was good!! Order a bottle and have a girls night it's just the spot.

Yelp
I totally get the hype around this place! I was visiting from the DMV, and since our Airbnb was just down the street, we decided to stop by an hour before closing. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us with smiles, and we were seated right away. We ordered drinks and got to enjoy some truly incredible food. The prosciutto and brie was an absolute standout--I'm a big fan of this combo and they nailed it, easily a 10/10. The Caesar salad was perfectly crisp and fresh. The ambiance is lovely too--dim lighting, great atmosphere, and their wine list is both exclusive and impressive. This would be an ideal spot for a first date or a casual meet-up with friends. I'm already planning to return for their brunch next time I'm in town!

Yelp
Vibey spot for a drink and app at the bar. Love the bartenders. Jona is a viiiiiibe. I enjoyed the meatball app. Not sure the specials but I'd go again for the bar vibes.

Yelp
We made a reservation for Sunday at 11:30 AM. It wasn't busy, and we were greeted right away. The host was friendly, and we were seated quickly. The restaurant had lots of colorful, decorative art on the walls, which added to the atmosphere. Our server was great--super friendly and easy to talk to. He even shared that he was planning a cruise, though I can't remember his name. Ross? Super chill, had excellent recommendations and was very knowledgeable. For drinks, my wife ordered the white peach bellini. It wasn't overly sweet--just a nice balance of flavors with prosecco and peach purée. I went for the Real Ale IPA, and they had $6 pitchers on Sundays, which worked out to about three pints--definitely a better deal than the bottled beers, which were mostly $7. They had a good selection of draft beers available for the $6 pitcher deal, maybe 7 or 8 options, if not more. For food, we ordered the Tuscan Grilled Tuna Sandwich with a side of romaine, the Italian Beef Panini with potato soup and tater tots, and the Beef and Chicken Skewers. The Tuscan Tuna Sandwich had pickles and tasted like a more refined, "grown-up" version of a classic tuna sandwich--warm, flavorful, and not too fishy. The Italian Beef was tender and juicy, served with au jus that wasn't overly salty, making it perfect for dipping. The skewers were well-seasoned and moist, not dry at all. They came with a Greek yogurt sauce that was fresh, tangy, and creamy, with hints of dill--an excellent pairing. The tater tots were next-level--super crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not greasy. They came with a sauce that had a little spice to it, adding a nice kick. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and the music wasn't too loud. We'll definitely be back--next time, we're trying the bruschetta!
google avatar

Jessica E.

Yelp
Stopped in for a casual hangout and as per usual, was not disappointed. We ordered a bruschetta board with all our favorites, everything tasted fresh! Keegan, our server, was attentive, personable, and made our experience memorable. I enjoyed a Malbec and we also scarfed down the warm brownie dessert in about 2 minutes flat. Certainly not our first time in, and won't be our last. Great spot for meeting up with friends, dates, and/or HH with coworkers!
google avatar

Troy L.

Yelp
We decided to swing by today while we had a bit of time to kill. We lucked out and hit Happy Hour with $6 wine glasses! All four wines that we tried were excellent! For a snack we ordered a bruschetta board with four different options. They were all incredible but the stand out was the pepper jam and goat cheese. It had just a bit of heat to offset the goat cheese and was absolutely perfect to pair with the wine. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Dorris T.

Yelp
Great service and the food was really good. Went there with my daughter and granddaughter. We ordered the hummus and it was really delicious. Their ice tea was so refreshing and had a really good flavor to it. We ordered the humus for an app and then shared the chicken pesto sandwich. The kids meal was just adorable. Best looking kids meal I have ever seen. So packed with goodness. The chicken sandwich was also really really good. The service again was amazing. They kept us full with ice tea and always asking us how things were and if we needed anything. Great service.

Yelp
This was the first time I had eaten at the Postino at the Rim. They didn't disappoint me. I got the Bruschetta board. It was worth the $18. The Mexican street corn is my favorite one. They also have a chef's choice option. It's different every time. I also got a small pitcher of beer for only $11. It's equivalent to about three pints of beer. That's good value for the money. A pint by itself is $7. I received very good customer service from the staff. I highly recommend Postino when you are in the Rim area.
google avatar

Marissa L.

Yelp
Hello flavor:) their menu items all so flavorful and delicious. I wasn't excited at first to try it but it surprised me. The moscato wine is delicious and their wait staff are very attentive and it's such a beautiful place. I will definitely go again
google avatar

Yelp
The Chicken Mozzarella panini is so good! Their iced tea has a fruity taste to it - also delicious. 5 stars for food alone! The service is a little slow, it took a while for refills on drinks. The server and other waitstaff were friendly and we were seated immediately upon walking in. Highly recommended, but if you go - you gotta try the chicken mozzarella panini!

Yelp
Went here as a quick dinner with a friend from out of town. Loved the bruschetta board it was so delicious and a great portion for the price. Took some home and ate it later. Opted for the apricot Arnold Palmer which was also great! Our server was so nice and helpful. He moved the umbrella over to us when it started sprinkling. Overall nice place and will need to return when in the area.

Yelp
We went for happy hour and loved it ! Obviously great wine selection , great beer , and the food we got was perfect too ! We shared hummus and skewers . Can't wait to come back and try more off the menu

Yelp
This isn't our usual scene as we're a low key diner vibe people but we gave it a shot. The food was great, my wife and I got paninis and the sweet potato wedges then got the donut holes which were delicious. Food portion is a good size. Nothing dinky. Max was a great server. He brought out a complimentary apple bruschetta since it was our first time and that hit. Max was really personable and genuine throughout the dinner. Welcoming people like him is why we'll come back!

Yelp
I had a wonderful time having lunch with my best friend when she was in town. The bartenders were wonderful and very attentive. The decor is really fun and sparked some great conversation. This has quickly became one of my favorite places on the north side.

Yelp
Blake I believe that was his name. He was an amazing bartender. We didn't have to wait for anything, he was always asking if we needed something. Drinks were perfect no issues with them what do ever. He was very polite and professional. Very good at talking to customers. Will be in fact returning again.

Yelp
Do you love good wine and good food? Then Postino is the place for you! My friend and I were looking to grab a small bite before meeting with friends later, so we decided to stop by Postino at The Rim. They are located in one of the busiests sections at The Rim, so I would highly encourage you to park on their back side which is across from the movie theatre. There are usually open parking spots on that side, and it make it very easy to get in and out of there. The place was not super busy and were seated very quickly. We decided to go with their bruschetta board and a glass of wine. I love that for the bruschetta you can choose you can pick and choose from different ones. If you ask me which one was my favorite? Frankly I wouldn't be able to choose because they were all equally delicious. Also, it was happy hour so we were able to get a glass of wine for only $6 (yes!). Overall, it was an amazing experience and can't wait to come back and try some of their other bruschettas!

John P.

Yelp
Great service and great food. A bit pricey but it's worth it. Manager is friendly as well as the staff. Great environment, with nice patio at the heart of the Rim.

Yelp
Every food we ordered was very good and they were nicely pared with wines I picked. I am a type of person who wants to just eat snackies when I drink and like to share food with my friends. So this place is perfect for me! Interestingly our servers were switched three times while we were there about a few hours, which was not a problem. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The ambiance is casual and cozy. I appreciate that they have happy hours. Next time I want to order a pitcher of beer because it's so affordable during happy hours!

Yelp
Keegan our waiter was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and friendly. We had a large party and he took real good care of us. Great recommendations on food and drinks. Thank you for so

Yelp
I think this is our new favorite wine and wino snack bar! Nice selections of wine by the bottle or glass. Ample beer selections, too! Excellent happy hour prices. Delicious bruschetta choices. Amazing service by Sofia. Perfect cool night with large doors open to create a beautiful lanai feel. Mushroom heaters for outdoor seating for chilly nights. Yeah, we'll be back next week. Thank you!!

Yelp
I've passed by Postino so many times and finally stopped in for lunch recently and... I love this place! It was about 100 degrees outside so I was looking for something light that pairs well with a sparkling wine or champagne and voila! Charcuterie Boards on the menu AND a nice sparkling rose! Not to mention the ambiance and overall vibe with all the natural sunlight coming in, you can people-watch from the bar, and the crowd is nice. I wish I could remember the bartender's name, he was really good. I will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Finally, a Postino in San Antonio! I am a long time fan of the Postino Restaurants from my time in Phoenix and would drive to Houston just to have the Bruschetta boards. This was our first time at The Rim location and everything was so fresh. We got a bruschetta board (you have to get a board when you come), French Onion Soup, and the Hannah's Field Salad. For the bruschetta, we got the Brie, Apple, and Fig, Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil, Warm Artichoke Spread, Burrata, Bacon, Arugula, and the Mexican Street Corn. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the ingiridients were fresh. We've had some locations where the Mozzarella/tomato wasn't the freshest or the bacon was kind of stale but we had a great experience here. I don't normally like French Onion Soup but my fiance loves it and he said it was excellent. I had a few sips and it was very good. The Hannah's Field salad was crunchy and fresh. I will continue to come to this location. I think Postino would be a perfect fit on the Riverwalk or even in Austin. But overall, I am happy there is a location within 45 minutes of me now!

Yelp
Sébastian was amazing 15/10 very knowledgeable about his wine and his recommendations. Great person to talk to and interact. Will be looking forward to come back just for him.

Yelp
Horrible service. My friend and I were sitting at the bar around 3pm and waited about 10 minutes for someone to ask us if we had been served. Shortly thereafter it appeared shifts had changed and the new staff had to be called a few times to get their attention to get another drink and check.

Yelp
I loved the pretzel and the bruschetta with the apple, fig spread, and Brie. This restaurant is definitely more suited for adults than children. It was very crowded, so plan ahead and go between meals or make reservations.

Yelp
Last weekend, my date and I decided to try a lighter meal and wandered into Postino at the Rim. We were greeted immediately by our Server Christian and presented with the menus. We decided to dine outside because it was a lovely day and thought our tables were a weeeeee close for comfort. (didn't destroy the mood though)... The restaurant was not loud and the servers from other tables must understand teamwork, as they also checked on us. We treated ourselves to a Cucumber Lemonade along with a Raspberry lemonade and selected the Bruschetta Board to snack on. The Board boasts Gluten Free options, as well as, a selection of 4 choices of Bruschetta cut in four for sharing. We selected 1. Brie, Apple and Fig, 2. The Sweet N' Spicy Pepper Jam and Goat Cheese 3. The Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig and Mascarpone and selection 4. "The Salmon Pesto" completed the spread. The meal was out within 10 minutes and I must add that in my 10 years here in SA, I've never seen such a delicate and beautiful presentation of bruschetta. Not only do we eat with our mouths, but we can also devour our meals with our eyes. That bread had the perfect crunch and the accoutrements presented created a symphony of music in my mouth. The fig and apple were just a fantastic choice. None of the bruschetta were over loaded and Christian explained that the Cauliflower appetizer and Shrimp Scampi should definitely be on the return trip. The meal and ambiance of the scene were just amazing. I would hope that each trip creates the same foodgasm with my tastebuds. Highly recommended and absolutely delicious! An expeditious Return is in the near future! Ms . Foodie AKA Da Islandgal29412

Yelp
I just stopped in for a drink and appetizer. Much better experience with Matthew at the bar. Very attentive and friendly. The music was upbeat and atmosphere is hoping. Good place to come for happy hour.

Yelp
We love Postino The Rim for late-evening snacks and bruschetta. There's a great outdoor patio area, and seats at the bar are fun for people-watching. Bruschetta is the star of the show - one board is a perfectly sized snack for two people to share. You can choose four different varieties, and each one is sliced into four pieces. The classic tomato, mozzarella and basil is always a good call - or get more exotic with selections like goat cheese and pistachio, or salami and pesto. Old carnival game signs add a fun touch to the interior.

Yelp
Love a good brunch spot and they had a decent menu!! I was feeling basic or I would've ordered the toast/boards but this plate always hits. The bottles aren't too expensive either, we did the mimosa bottle service and were pleased with our server who kept filling up our drinks without having to be asked. They have plenty of wine options if you're not into bubbly too! The music and vibe in here are definitely cute. We've been here before for date night but I decided to take the girls here before catching a movie at the nearby theatre. We actually were able to walk there from this spot so super convenient!
