Ordered food. An hour later was told the order was cancelled. Contacted restaurant and they said the food has been ready for half an hour. Post mates gave us an outstanding $5 credit. Never again will I order from them.

My delivery time got pushed back later and later and then I never even received my order. The photograph connected to the delivery was someone else's front porch. They did give me a full refund the next day, but I was really disappointed to not get my food.

Postmates has an exceptional performance at charging credit cards. Get them to perform or accept feedback not so much. Solution: call the restaurant and order directly.

Poorer communities are excluded. Visited a friend in her neighborhood not "hood" but an underprivileged area of town, a neighborhood. Cannot get any viable food options delivered!!! Grocery stores are scarce here & Postmates doesn't participate in inclusivity for ALL. Poorer communities don't have transportation or viable options and your Company isn't helping them at all. Shame on you!

I have had several orders cancelled due to lack of available delivery persons. Cancelled my membership. Go with DoorDash instead. Much more reliable!

I ordered my food and got charged an extra almost $8 on my order. After being on hold for over an hour I was told that I was charged correctly. That the system doesn’t update the price until after I order.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could... I ordered food and they delivered it to the wrong address. When I tried to contact support, there is no way to contact them by phone. Trying to get my money refunded was a joke, as they tried to give me credit for a service I will never use again... Horrible experience, no stars, and I recommend using ANYONE else to get your food delivered.

Ordered my food and the delivery time just got farther and farther away. Tryed to cancel but it just sits on the loading screen. Stuck with a order still waiting for. Need to get to bed. I could of got it and been to bed.
