Came to potbelly on my lunch break for the first time EVER, had a taste for a sub and did Not have a great experience there. I asked for a SIMPLE large ham and cheese.... I did not know that potbelly TOASTED ALL THERE SUBS, that’s something they should put up, most sub shop will ask if you want it toasted... I seen my sub being toasted and I told one of the team members I didn’t want it toasted, she tells me I should’ve said something, WELP I OBVIOUSLY DIDNT KNOW YOU GUYS TOASTED EVERY SUB, I could’ve sworn there were also COLD SUBS.... then when I paid for my sub at the register everything was all good until I got to work and open my sub, I’m a real picky eater so this pissed me off, They gave me the wrong sub... Their lucky I didn’t run back and got my money back. People are allergic to certain things and y’all are rushing at lunch times to hand people the wrong Damn Sub. 10 whole dollars for a sub that wasn’t even mines 😑
