Potbelly

One of the most underwhelming subs I had in a while. Recent got to try their pizza melt sub with a whole pickle, and I was hugely disappointed by both the quality and the quantity served. Not only was the portion small, but also the toppings inside looked miserable. Although everything tasted okay, it was just not worth its price tag. There are so many Italian sub places in Boston that do subs much better at a lower price, so I would recommend looking for a different option.

I always have a great experience, my go to is The Mediterranean sandwich and its delicious and always hits the spot ! Thank you to Jennifer, Jose, Sebastian, Vivian and Marisol for always being warm and inviting and for the best service.

Poor service. First time here, I didn't know they don't even ask before they run the sandwich through the toaster if you want it toasted, so when they did that I told the lady I didn't want mines toasted so they obviously had to make it again. Then they start talking in Spanish the entire time. I thought that was completely rude!

Terrible customer service. Everybody looked completely miserable. Person making my sandwich looked like I just kicked her dog. When I was charged at the register I asked to confirm on the pricing. The girl either lied to my face or didn't care enough to actually check. Ended up paying more than was advertised on the menu. Sandwich was ok.

Awful customer service. Absolutely dumbfounded that the “manager” Jennifer would ever be put in a position of leadership. Displayed a complete lack of respect for customers and care for her position, would never return to an establishment run as poorly as this one.

Came to potbelly on my lunch break for the first time EVER, had a taste for a sub and did Not have a great experience there. I asked for a SIMPLE large ham and cheese.... I did not know that potbelly TOASTED ALL THERE SUBS, that’s something they should put up, most sub shop will ask if you want it toasted... I seen my sub being toasted and I told one of the team members I didn’t want it toasted, she tells me I should’ve said something, WELP I OBVIOUSLY DIDNT KNOW YOU GUYS TOASTED EVERY SUB, I could’ve sworn there were also COLD SUBS.... then when I paid for my sub at the register everything was all good until I got to work and open my sub, I’m a real picky eater so this pissed me off, They gave me the wrong sub... Their lucky I didn’t run back and got my money back. People are allergic to certain things and y’all are rushing at lunch times to hand people the wrong Damn Sub. 10 whole dollars for a sub that wasn’t even mines 😑

This location is the best one! Always accommodating and food is so good and delicious! I'm just sad they aren't open on the weekends

Friendly staff, fast service, clean tables and work areas. Many choices both healthy (salads) and semi healthy (cookies).
