Tasty food- fun atmosphere! I love their subs with the spicy peppers in there- roast beef and provolone is where it’s at. Looks like they have a spot for musicians to play too!

Every time we come to this Potbelly, we’re met with such kindness — truly, everyone is always so, so kind. It makes the whole experience that much better. Special shoutout to Julian H — he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right. Great service, great food, and even better people. Thank you!

Horrible customer service lady calling out orders and I’m trying to tell her the name of my order she just saying wait til she call it out and then I ask other lady she told me they don’t even have the order so basically I would be just waisting my time here if listen to other girl horrible customer service like if u don’t wanna help customers don’t come to work the manager basically saying she gonna cancel my order

Edit. Called and they wrote my name down for a free sandwich. Told them I'd swing by tomorrow. I placed an online order 2 hours before it was scheduled to be picked up. When I arrived it wasn't done. There were like 6 orders needed to be done and wasn't. When I got my food I got home and sat down to eat it. Opened it and there was no meat on my sandwich at all!! None. I ordered the chicken salad and there was none! Nothing but veggies. After having to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. I understand bad days but I wanted this sandwich so badly and I had went to a work meeting out there and figured since I was passing it I would go ahead and order dinner. Now I have a hot pepper tomato sandwich. 😞

Ordered today to be delivered for 7 people. Ordering and delivery was pretty quick, no issues. Everyone’s meal was as ordered nothing messed up. My sandwich as you can tell in the pick was pretty messy. It was soaked and not only soaked through the paper it was rapped with, but also the bag. I still gave 4 stars since the sandwich was really good in spite of me having to wipe my hands with a towel so many times. It could have been just my choices on the dressing. Would have to try a second time to see if it would be like that again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. I am not one to write reviews, even when the experience is bad, but my time here at this potbelly was nothing short of disgraceful. This is all attributed to the awful manager with short hair. I have never seen a manager with such low and rude customer service. Honestly I’m even shocked she got to that level with her attitude. I was ordering my sandwich here and just got hit with a wave of disrespect from her because I was taking my time. Even her counterparts were embarrassed for her to be speaking to me in that manner, but didn’t seemed to be shocked because it was a regular thing. I took a minute or two to read the menu and she audibly gasps and tells me to hurry up. I am seriously appalled. I have never experienced this level of customer service at any other potbelly, this is a first! I thought to myself maybe she’s having a rough day let me take it easy on her, I then go to the reviews to see if this was a consistent issue…. She’s all over the reviews!! Bad customer experience after the next! I then felt the need to share my story with her as I am not one to take this to the next level, but some kind of action needs to be served towards this lady. I also work in customer service in a pharmacy and I understand some people have bad days, but this seems to be a consistent issue and as a manager of the pharmacy this is not something I stand for my technicians to do and stand against it completely. I’m assuming this being a big corporation no action will be taken but at the very least the people will prepare themselves coming into the store to see a manager with such low respect and dignity.

The Manager is HORRIBLE. DID NOT DO AS ASKED IN ORDER. WHEN CALLED TO TELL HER, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! How hard is it to sell me a salad that is complete...not one that is less than half full. Over lettuce? I've eaten here for 8 years, and only since this Manager has managed has this happened! Twice now, and even after calling to make sure it was done correctly. REPORTING TO DISTRICT. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. OH, AND FIRST TIME IN 8 YEARS I HAVE BEEN TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR AN ADD ON THAT IS FREE! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Hanging up on the customer was a slap to my face. DO NOT GO HERE. MANAGER SHOULD BE RETRAINED WITH CUSTOMERS IN MIND, OR DEMOTED.

Would never go to subway again, far way better tuna salad than any sub so far. I really appreciate the freshness of tuna and the bread. Excellent thank you 🙏 and definitely recommend to everyone . The packaging was excellent, you can eat confidently and know that your food is not touched.

Yelp
Always good, Italian bmt is my go to order, fresh and delightful. Sometimes lunch can be busy so get there early.

Yelp
Love the VEGGIE MELT! It come with fresh-sliced avocado (I watched the sandwich wizard scoop it out!), swiss, cheddar, provolone and mushrooms. Definitely add extra mushrooms (only 10 cents extra!). Add-ons: mayo, heavy tomatoes, lettuce, onions, oil and spices. DELISH! I have it "scooped out" for less bread/carbs. Grab a shake and a sugar cookie if you are feeling REALLY indulgent. Service is on top of it 100% and very friendly and efficient.

Yelp
I had an Avo Turkey wrap with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, oil, and vinegar. The wrap was soft and delicious. My husband had the Reuben and my daughter had a turkey and Swiss sandwich. They both said the sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Three young men waited on us and were very patient while we ordered. We had not been to a Potbelly in years and it was like the first time. The restaurant was cold but it was bearable. Thanks!

Yelp
I ordered the original chicken salad sandwich on white bread with provolone cheese. They toast the bread and cheese. I just added lettuce, and it was really good. It was delicious. They had these small booths which I thought were really cute too. The service was fast and friendly. I will be back.

Yelp
Don't come to this location. How the hell you're going to tell me to ask for permission to get water when I'm a damn customer? Stupid ass lady.

Yelp
The food is freshly made and the staff is respectful. The sandwiches are packed with meat and cheese. The flavor is great. The chips are retro style and the desert option is substantial. The only big issue I had was not having internet Wi-Fi offered. I only had an iPad that day and was waiting on a repair appointment nearby. I had no internet access to watch programs on my iPad or get a good picture of my food for here. So I took out a book to read... if I didn't have that however I would've been board to pieces. They should consider the need to provide guest internet and also turn up the heat a bit more. I kept my coat on as it was extremely chilly each time people opened the door.

David S.

Yelp
Love the roast beef sandwich with the pickled peppers on it!! Bread is always fresh and they make the sandwich while you wait. Staff is usually talkative and attentive to your sandwich preferences. Love me some Potbelly!

JuJu J.

Yelp
Sandwiches were fresh and tasty. A bit expensive for the size. Cute decor, quiet and relaxing. They give you the key to use the bathroom which is not COVID or germ safe. They need a key code for the bathroom.

Yelp
Got an Italian with everything....delicious! The bread is fresh and just the right amount of crusty. Loaded with meat and veggies. The peppers are spicy. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
From 10/23/23 to 10/27/23, poor training zero communication The 5715 lemon avenue location of potbelly has poor unprofessional working environment They're cooking frozen cookies heating up sandwiches with no AC management gets upset over things that are done incorrectly in front of the physical customers I'm going to have nothing to do with management disappointment Management repeats this that they're frustrated as their bringing someone up and then in the same breath and Bobby management is stating that he's gone from being frustrated to being mad again with the physical customer that has nothing to do with it The same goes for the employee Addy she shouts out in front of physical customers when something goes wrong This location is bringing aggressive employees to work at this location, as I was being trained on the cash register they show me a couple of things not explaining anything to me One of the employees that are transferring to the lemon location I asked for help they hit the delete button it was my fourth day and still haven't been shown everything on the cash register mustache registers I've been on have a void button, that removes transactions not a button that says delete I was shown to hit the delete button when the cash register was frozen So then I'm under the impression it's okay to hit delete to make the cash register function I get yelled at in front of customers by Addy, then I'm asked to just work on sandwiches, a manager that came from another location keeps watching me over my shoulder telling me what I'm doing wrong Manager from another location introduces their name to me states that they are a manager. Gets mad because my gloves are greasy with junk on them so I don't shake their hand The same manager from another location tells Bobby I'm disrespectful and I'm not following direction Bobby informs me through text message and it's not a good fit I'm not going to work out I've been asked for direct deposit Bobby said to use the pay card I don't know how to use a pay card I've never used a pay card, I don't believe but it's asking too much to ask for direct deposit Unprofessional management

Yelp
Not even sure why I continue ordering from this Potbelly location. I always give them the benefit of the doubt, but almost every single time I order from Uber Eats, they completely forget items. Today I was missing mac and cheese and two whole pickles. How do you forget three whole items? Who bagged it and thought that was okay? Waste of time and I do not recommend ordering to go.

Yelp
This place gets slower every time I go. Workers move at a snails pace so line is always long. Found hair in my food for the second time today - disgusting, never going back to this location.

Yelp
Phenomenal customer service. We had made an order online but it did not go thru. This is where Lauren the manager stepped in. We checked the orders with the manager and we saw it faour end it gave us a confirmation so we didn't think about it till now. The manager was super helpful and got the team started on my order and had it ready super quickly especially considering it was a huge order to begin with. Overall they had amazing service and the food was great and super fresh.

Yelp
This location was a very bad decision on my behalf. I went after the lunch time hours and wanted to give it a try. Upon entering the building one of the employees was on her personal cell phone screaming at someone over and over while we tried to place our order. During this time another employee appeared and carried on like this was business as usual. The sandwiches were made by a nice individual then the individual with the cell phone came back and added the toppings before getting back to her phone call and screaming match. The building was clean, service from everyone else was okay, the food was not so good. The bread was old on both sandwiches and were both discarded because it didn't get any better. Will try another location before recommending this business to anyone.

Yelp
If you're thinking of going to this Potbelly, please avoid this location. I've had issues before, but I always give more chances. This one takes the cake. I will never order from here again. I made an order from the app at 11:16am. It says it will be delivered by 11:38am. Great!! 12:02pm, I receive the notification that it has been delivered. No one has knocked and there is no food at my door. I call PB. Young lady says hold on let me check on your order. On hold 7 minutes. I call back. Same young lady says delivery guy said he put it in front of my door. The front desk of our apartment said we have had no delivery today. I tell the young lady that no food was delivered. She asked did I check with the front desk. I say..you just said he put it at my door. She said well it was delivered because it's not here. I said it's not here either, I'll just take a refund. She says it was delivered. I say let me speak to a manager. On hold forever again. Call back over and over and now they won't answer the phone. I have been calling for about an hour. Seriously, a business will not answer the phone and give me a refund for food that I never received. I've dealt with the unprofessionalism of the workers and management at this location before. I'm not sure why I give multiple chances. So again...as I work on getting my money back, please avoid this location and the headaches they like to give their loyal customers. After 1.5 hrs of calling and still no lunch, I finally had to just drive to the store. Manager(his first day) says he can't give a refund. He has to call the district manager to see what to do. He said the delivery driver said I didn't answer the door. I was sitting in my home office right by the front door the entire time. Again, no delivery was made to my apartment. This location is an absolute joke.

Yelp
I usually get the Avo/Turkey on whole grain bread. The portions are generous and it is fabulous. Not at all cold like a deli sandwich. They have great cookies - chocolate chip, chocolate brownie, oatmeal chocolate - chip. The brownie chocolate chip cookie is my favorite. The staff throws me in a car and drives me away. I keep telling myself that I will never darken their considerable doorway again. The only workers behind the counter who don't seem confused are the line "guys." They always look at me like I'm Ms Cellophane. Several weeks ago I ordered online at ~9:45 and said that I'd pick it up by 11:00. When I arrived, my order was not on the shelf, and when I asked if it was ready, I got the blank stare look. She said she'd look for it. All the walk-ins were served immediately, while the growing number of onliners waited and waited. My husband waited at the pickup stand where we were waiting before, and I got in line; time was a factor. I got the sandwich as a walk-in, and my husband was still waiting for pickup. We we're leaving just when they called his name. SO ... We had to pay for 2 sandwiches and 2 cookies. I'm afraid to go back! When I try to cash in on my free perq, I didn't indicate that it was a perq. They didn't fix it or try to help. Food vs Staff

Yelp
I've given this place several chances because it's close to work but this time i have to say something. They always manage to mess up my order. It's not even like it's a difficult order either, they're just super disorganized and there is no communication between the staff . I repeated my order to three different people " Avo Turkey, add bacon" and guess who the only one that heard me was..... yes, the one that charged me for the extra bacon that was never put on, of course. And this happens every time. I'm not even exaggerating, it's every time.

Yelp
Employee of the year works here!!!! We ordered 100$ of food for hospital staff. The uber eats driver picked up one small bag, she left the majority of the order at Potbelly. When she arrived at the hospital she refused to go back and get the full order. She was unapologetic and said I would have to place the order again. Then she had the audacity to say I was costing her money! I told her she cost me 100$ and no one has their lunch. She hung up on me. I call Potbelly and spoke with Lorena, one of the managers. Told her what happened - she drove the sandwiches/food over to the hospital herself!!!!! That is the kind of person we need more of in this world! We all thank you Lorena, you are kind and a very hard worker. No respect for uber eats driver or customer service department , will never use uber anything anymore.

Yelp
I really liked Potbelly when I first started coming here, but the staff need more training on the menu. The last 4x I've been here they have made the Veggie Melt incorrectly. Today I didn't even have the energy to return it. It's obvious that they don't know what actually goes in the sandwich because they add ingredients that aren't on the menu or that I requested. I mean, you guys made the menu, how do staff not know what goes in the sandwich? I don't feel like having to return a sandwich every time I come here. I just won't come anymore if you can't take the time to learn your own menu and listen to the customer's order.

Larissa M.

Yelp
not very friendly they don't say thank you it was my first time here the lady asked me what i wanted to add to my sandwich and when i told her she looked at me like i was crazy when she handed me the sandwich i said thank you she didn't say have a nice day nothing just rude then my sandwich wasn't that great i would have been better off jimmy johns

Yelp
Today was the last time I order lunch from Potbelly's. I placed an order at 11:30 through the app and went to pick it up at 12:00 assuming it would be at the pick up area. I found the store to be packed so I waited a few minutes. It looked like the staff was working on a large catering order. After about 3 rounds of customers went through the line, I approached two employees and they were both extremely rude and informed me that they had orders delayed as much as an hour. At this point, I went back to work hungry. I returned at 1:00 and one of the same employees that I approached earlier handed me my meal. Not an apology and not a you're welcome when I thanked her. I understand restaurants get busy sometimes but the way they handled it today was unacceptable.

Thomas ..

Yelp
Awful customer experience! I ordered my sandwich and then wanted to watch the condiments added. I wanted to watch because there was an angry woman with 3 foot dreadlocks at the sandwich station and I didn't want the sandwich if that hair was going to be part of it. She told me 4 times I had to move. She really wasn't doing any work anyway so I ignored her but then some mean blonde woman behind the counter literally started yelling at me! I work downtown so typically eat at this Potbelly twice a week but will never go again! Rudest employees ever!

Yelp
Pretty effin good. I ordered chicken pot pie soup and a wreck sandwich with all the toppings with Swiss cheese. They were out of bread so I had to order the flatbread. My flatbread sandwich looked a mess and the flatbread looked too thick. But to my surprise I'm glad I had to default to flatbread. The bread was crisp and firm enough for a crunch but followed through with softness. With all the oils, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and mustard, it did not soak through to make the flatbread soggy. Meat was slightly heated which made it taste like legit deli meat and the vegetables balanced it nicely with the slightly cold and fresh aspect. My food took a long time to get to me but I didn't know if it was due to Uber Eats or the restaurant. The chicken pot pie soup was ok. I got it with toppings which is almost like pie crust with chicken pot pie jus. Just soup base and pie crust. No vegetables or chicken. Flavors were there but a bit lacking in ingredients. Nonetheless I enjoyed the sandwich; however, they should put wet elements on the side especially when it's take out/delivery.

Yelp
I was working in uptown yesterday and wanted to grab some grub for myself and my team. I went to a Smashburger since I haven't had it in forever and the employee authoritatively yells at me the moment I walk in the door that they will not serve me (even a to-go order) without a mask on. Meanwhile, he and the girl next to him have CLOTH masks (the equivalent of installing a chain link fence to stop mosquitos) that are resting over their mouth and BELOW their nose... I said good day and left. I will never eat there again. I ended up next door at Potbelly whose policy is "we prefer if you wear a mask, but since it isn't law, please observe social distancing." I observed the same practice with their employees and their cloth masks, but they were polite and didn't make a fuss about the mask whatsoever.

Yelp
Just the worst , long time waits , ditsy employees bad time management , 0 regard for customers in front of them

Yelp
Wow. What a monumentally disappointing lunch experience this place turned out to be during my most recent trip. Ordered a chili with onions and a quartered pickle via the App. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes while at least 15 people in the line passed through. When I asked to cancel the order because all it would take to make was a few scoops and two cuts with a knife I was again asked my name and then the employee proceeded to make the order. She briskly and very rudely pushed the bag at me, no onions, no spoon, no crackers, no napkins, and the chili was luke warm at best. If you have a lot of time on your hands, enjoy half your order and being treated like dirt I recommend this location. There are better options for the rest of us who work downtown.
google avatar

Arthur A.

Yelp
I typically would not rate a chain restaurant, but the staff at this particular location is really good. Everyone is really friendly and they go out of their way to make sure your sandwich is done right. And it's always clean. I actually find myself going in there more often than I thought I would.
google avatar

Katlyn C.

Yelp
I don't think I'm going to come to this location anymore, it seems like no matter what sandwich you order they either forget things or they just don't listen. I ordered a BLTA and I only got bacon Mayo and onions, then I ordered lunch again today and got the avo turkey and all I got was turkey and cucumber.. usually I'm not one to complain because I know it can be hard during a rush but honestly I'm tired of paying extra for avocado and not getting it.

Jordan A.

Yelp
This place is truly hit or miss. I've either experienced great food/short wait/great customer service OR...it's the opposite. I love Potbelly's food in general, but I've had a few issues with this store. First, the parking here can be a real pain. The plaza this particular store is located in is VERY busy at lunch, so parking can be very difficult. My office orders from this store pretty frequently and twice we've had serious delays with the deliveries. I understand things can get behind, but to have to wait close to an hour past the requested delivery window (twice) is absurd. When I called to check on my food, I was on hold for 10 minutes- also ridiculous. The lady who finally answered apologized for my wait, but she couldn't give me an estimate for the actual delivery. The food is usually good, but it's mulled by the varying other issues. I definitely won't order from this particular store again.
google avatar

Yelp
Can't say much about their food (generic sandwiches and mediocre salads), but they have an excellent coat check. Left a jacket here. Couldn't pick it up before they closed. Called and asked them to leave it with my name on it for me to pick up the next day. Picked it up 30 minutes before they closed the next day. That jacket was still there. I'll be. What nice, honest folk.

Yelp
It's safe to say that Potbelly has a pretty good operation, in that it doesn't matter which location you go to, the same service and menu will be given to you. This location is convenient for me as it is a short walk from the office. During lunch time the line isn't so bad, I think largely due to the other food options available in the area. I love the Mediterranean salad with EXTRA hot peppers!!! They have a variety of sandwich and salad combinations that appeals to every appetite. You can't go wrong with a last minute quick bite here.
google avatar

Scott H.

Yelp
This is an average pot belly. Sandwiches aren't the greatest, especially anything made with turkey. They use the standard Ultra wet turkey luncheon meat.
google avatar

Regina T.

Yelp
Eat at own risk! I was served bread from the shipping box. I don't know about you but I'll pass on the salmonella today Potbelly! Additionally, the employee was annoyed that I asked about being served bread from the box. As if I shouldn't ask and "what's the big deal"! Needless to say - I walked out the door and allowed them to keep the shipping box bread for some other person!!
google avatar

Steve K.

Yelp
I went here for lunch and it was OK. It's a nice enough place. I got a meatball sandwich. They put together the sandwich for you first - the bread, meats and cheeses, then send it through a toaster a-la Quizno's. Then, they ask you what you want on top - cold stuff - like lettuce, pickles, mayo, etc. For a meatball sandwich, it was OK. It wasn't crazy flavorful. The sauce and meatballs were... just OK. To compare it to Quizno's, which has a similar setup, every sandwich from Quizno's has like crazy-flavor to it or a really nice sauce in it. This place, well, maybe I'll give it another shot but I wasn't blown away by any means.

Yelp
I having been grabbing lunch here for about three years. During my visits, I have always experienced great customer service. I enjoy the salads and the sandwiches. There is plenty of walk up traffic with limited parking. I usually go early to grab a parking spot. During the summer and spring, plenty of outside seating. I recommend this location for the freshness and outstanding customer service.
google avatar

Dennis P.

Yelp
Sloppy sandwiches basically sums up what I experienced. Stopped by while traveling through. Meat seemed old and tasted funny. All the vegetables were borderline off and the place wasn't clean at all.
google avatar

Candy R.

Yelp
Came in during rush hour, 1 p.m. The line was as expected, long! Yet, they where ready. As you stand in line an employee walks up to you and takes your order. This makes the line air faster. The only issue is, if your like me the menu is not near sight and I had no idea what I wanted. Overall, the customer service was good and the line was a little faster than I expected it to be. A lot of sitting inside and out. The bad thing is parking, yet it's uptown theirs no parking anyways.
google avatar

Haley D.

Yelp
I'm not a huge sandwich person, but I LOVE the Italian at Potbelly. Super quick place to grab lunch.
google avatar

Justin M.

Yelp
What's not to like about Potbelly. These guys seem to have the sandwich and really the process down pat. Even during the busy lunch time. They line can be long at times but they will have someone taking your order before you even get up to the front. EFFICIENCY in every stage. My go to is usually The Wreck on wheat but I opted for the buffalo chicken on wheat today. Overall pretty good sandwich, with blue cheese, ranch, and franks hot sauce. Hit the spot! Parking at the location off McKinney by the Crescent can be a nightmare when it's busy. Do yourself a favor and just swing around out back and park below in the garage. Plenty of spots, covered, not in the sun and there are steps right by that take you out right in front of Wells Fargo and then Potbelly! Overall it's Potbelly, a sandwich shop. It's not going to be a Michillan star restaurant or some other fancy award but it will give you a great sub, quickly and at a fair price. Cheers Justin

Yelp
Ok, as the current Yelp "Duchess" of this joint (taking my bow as I speak) I would like to say that I LOVE this place! I am honestly a newer fan to Potbelly, but once I found the deliciousness of The Wreck and the cookies, I've been addicted. And like another Yelper posted... I like my Wreck drippin! I've been to three locations and this one is the closest to work and my favorite overall. Pros: Staff here is always really friendly, they take your order from the line if it gets busy, first front line sandwich pro has made recommendations which I love. Now I get provolone! Management has given me a free cookie when they didn't have the one I requested, given me a large cup for my water without my asking (I prefer to eat my calories- not drink them), offered me a free drink while waiting on my to go order for my staff... All of which I appreciate and love from a place I am a regular. I like when a company gives management free reign to make decisions like this. Oh and the man that walks around to clear the tables couldn't be sweeter! I notice. My son loves that you carry IBC root beer and cream soda. I love that sides are reasonably priced and you're not forced to combo anything. Cons, that WON'T keep me from coming back: One guy on the line repeatedly messes up my toppings order. He wants you to say them all quickly, but then each time he forgets one or two things. Repeatedly means the four times he has ever made my sandwich- each time. It's not a huge problem though, the really friendly girl on the end always gives me a side of what I'm missing when I go up there and ask. I HATE when an olive (I guess from the hot peppers) makes its way on to my otherwise perfect sandwich. I get rid of it immediately and try to erase the memory of it ever touching my sandwich in any way. A quick search for them normally corrects this problem, but don't ever change from whole olives to chopped ones as it may ruin my hot pepper experience for good. Lastly, I drop my card all the time into the bowl and never get called. Overall, love it and will keep coming back for more. I've gotten my staff and hubby addicted to wrecks now too! Hint, hint!

Sheridan E.

Yelp
Called to place an order on my lunch break to pick up on my way back. Was put on hold 4 times... I was on hold for 34 minutes...... I have an hour long lunch break. They could've at least said they are busy and it would be about an ____ minute wait so I didn't sit on hold for my lunch break. I called back Incase maybe they forgot but each time, they said "okay give me one second and I'll take that order" ....also, might go insane if I hear that guitar strumming song they have when you are put on hold ever again. I like potbelly a lot! But don't go to this location, their sandwiches aren't ever that good either. Just save at least 34 MINUTES OF TIME going to another location.

Yelp
These are good sandwiches and I'm not just saying that because I love sandwiches and I do love sandwiches. I really do. Wish they were bigger, I get "The Wreck" when I stop by. Staff is great; when you walk in the door they always say "Welcome to Potbelly can I wash your car?" Not really, but they are so cool that you almost expect them to say that they'll wash your car. They will make you a fresh delicious sandwich, I get it on wheat. The soup is great and they have ice-cream, do you want a shake? No problem they'll make it before your sandwich is made, if they don't... they'll wash your car. Not really I'm lying. They also have homemade cookies and sugar infested cookie bar thing-a-ma-jigs that make my diabetes hurt, there just that good! Next time your in there tell'em Andy sent ya! They'll look at you weird and say "Who?" And then they'll ask you what kind of sandwich you want. Oh they have free refrigerator magnets, I hope their free because I stuck one my pocket without asking anyone if they were free so don't be a magnet hog and take more then one. Okay

Yelp
What a popular place! The line about to the door and I am thinking, "man, this must be the best sandwich I am ever going to eat." I guess first things first is the parking, in the middle of lunch you will be hunting for a parking spot in this busy plaza. Then the line...I shouldn't complain I guess because my coworkers who went to Pei Wei didn't get done sooner. I ordered the whole wheat turkey with lettuce, tomato and onion. At first I was uneasy about their decision to toast my sandwich without asking but didn't feel I had a choice but in the end it was pretty tasty. Three stars due to how busy it was, it's still just a sandwich not sure I really thought it was worth the hastle. I would go back in non-peak times perhaps.

Yelp
Sandwiches and service was good. Afterwards, I ordered a Coconut Pineapple smoothie. After I hit the road and looking forward to this tropical treat and it was more like a vanilla shake with a hint of coconut and pineapple. Come on Potbelly, you can do better. If I wasn't already driving around dodging downtown traffic, I would have returned it for something else.

Yelp
What is the point of pre-ordering on the Potbelly app if I'm going to stand in there for 10 minutes and people who get in line after I got there get their sandwiches and food before me?

Yelp
I was customer here when I lived in Dallas and I decided to come back recently when I was in town. When I got there I remembered why I stopped going in the first place. My very first potbelly experience I was in line as they were bagging my sandwich up, I approached the register and I'll never forget her name was Tiffany. Very polite girl offered me peppers and a drink, even asked if I was a rewards member..to which I wasn't but I am now thanks to Tiffany. One thing that did ruin my experience was another employee with a red hat at the end (heavier set girl) had said something to a significantly smaller girl who went by Ashley. The bigger girl made a comment about attacking tiffany on the job and how the devil was going to come out of here. I was appalled that that's what's allowed in front of customers. When I spoke to a manager, if I remember correctly her name was Sasha, completely dismissed me and seemed to not care about what was witnessed not only by me but at least a dozen other customers waiting in the line wrapped the door. Definitely avoiding this location.

Yelp
I'll take a sandwich from here any day to go into my pot belly! Delicious!! I love the fact that they have so many options. Skinny sandwiches for those who prefer less bread and meat; regular sandwiches for those who like just enough but not too much; large sandwiches for those who like a lot of it all. The skinny sandwich (turkey on wheat) is normally my order; however, whenever I am feeling more hungry, I will get the regular sandwich. If you call your order in ahead of time you can skip the line so that you don't have to wait. That's the way I like to go. Go ahead and make your pot bellies happy and give it a try.

Yelp
Very busy M-F with the uptown lunch crowd. Uusually a long line but goes very fast. Some of the lunch staff are friendlier than others, but they are heads down moving people through. Parking is a nightmare. Exactly what you'd expect from PB, a mid-priced sandwich made warm with quality ingredients. Constant quality every time. If your waistline can handle it they have great MALTS and probably one of the beat oatmeal chocolate chip cookies you'll ever have.

Yelp
The chicken salad sandwich is my number one choice for their sandwiches. I recommend getting it with skinny bread which is not to be confused with a skinny chicken salad. Skinny bread means thinner bread but skinny (insert sandwich name) means less of everything on the sandwich. The shakes are good but I really want them to bring back their boysenberry shake! It was SO DELICIOUS. If you're in the mood for dessert the ice cream sandwich is a top choice. But get ready to get sticky because ice cream gets everywhere and it's worth it! Their dream bars are also amazing! They have many bottled drinks that I don't see too often. Chips to have with your sandwich and also you can order a whole pickle. Their pickles are the best pickles of any other restaurant I've had. Crisp, crunchy and fresh! Basically you can't go wrong here. MUST have something sweet here if not multiple sweet things!
