If you guys call that a Cubano you must be joking! - This is garbage. First and last time eating at a "Potbelly". Also buyers, the bowl size, is that one you see in the picture, small and almost 10$ dollars. If anyone is craving for a good big sandwich for a good price, go to " El Patriota" on Hurst.

My first time here and the menu stood out to me because this restaurant had milkshakes. This is the first gourmet restaurant sandwich place that I have been to that offers milkshakes alongside sandwiches. This made this place unique for me! Turns out things got even better with it being my first time because the staff the guy who made my sandwich and the lady who checked me out sealed the deal for me. I’ll be back to order something else and oh yeah the rewards are worth every dollar you spend. I wish I had gotten employees names so I could shout them out!

I stop here a few times a week and the service is always consistent which is nice. This is a great location with wonderful employees. Lexi always makes Pleasant conversation and recommendations for how to Jazz up my sandwich. It's a great location, keep it up!

I didn't take a picture of my food I just took a picture of my grandsons.The food is delicious but the only thing that I would say about this place is they don't have any healthy drinks for the kids meals. Almost every place in town has either apple juice orange juice milk chocolate milk and for a place that strives on healthy food I don't know who would give there four year old grandchild soda.I ended up giving him the strawberry dragon fruit which actually I would prefer not to give him that either but I guess it's better than soda or ice tea. It's very important that children especially in these younger years but all through their life but especially in the younger years like my grandson is, but they eat healthy and to not have nutritious drinks for the kids meals isn't right

This is a neat, trendy Sammie shop. Roomie, clean, well staffed with friendly helpful humans just being awesome. Got the App. Ordering an Italian toasty sandwich. Looking around other tables, these sandwiches look serious. Even before my food this spot is a deli cut above. And elevated Sandwich shop.

They completely mess up one of my sandwiches, we found a pretty big jalapeño on the kids sandwich (he wouldn't eat it...) and the bacon was very strongly peppered bacon (not listed as such online)

Today, 12.09.2023, I placed an order via Doordash. I requested ‘easy’ lettuce and onions. Something I do everytime I order from any Potbelly’s location. When I received the sandwich, the lettuce was an inch think. My first response would typically be to just remove the excess lettuce because really, it’s not that big of an issue. But in this case, I also ordered oil and seasoning which is placed directly on the lettuce. When I remove the excess lettuce, I also remove the oil and seasonings. I am also posting the receipt to show my request which is at the top.

I love the wreck sandwich from potbelly. This location is always consistent, and the staff has always been accommodating and efficient.

Terrible experience. I went to store to order for to go. I did order skinny BLTA with mayo and Swiss cheese. I heard that the guy who took my order told the another guy who is preparing "Skinny BLTA". But somehow I got "Skinny B" !!!!! Where's other LTA??? I found it out after I arrived at home. My husband called them right away. I was very hungry but they never offered delivery the correct item.

Food: bread was not toasted but I didn't find out until I got home. Service: 3 employees, no eye contact, not friendly or welcoming Ambience: restaurant was empty. That should've been my first clue. I called them to let them know that their oven could not have been working because the bread was absolutely NOT toasted at all. The person preparing the sandwich with the condiments should have noticed but she was also not interested customer service. Lastly, when you pay you get a suggestion to tip. Really? I won't be back.

Just received first order. The sandwich (most popular) was plain, no veggies as advertised. Just meat and bread. ????? The soup, vegetable, was hot but tasteless.

They had no ice and informed me but i bought a drink anyway. I assumed it would have come out if the machine colder than it did, my mistake. There were two female employees who greeted me and took my order. Maybe i didnt realize the samdwich would be served hot which wasnt my preference. The sandwich was fine, not spectacular.

Love this sandwich place! Got a few sandwiches to go for a trip to the park with the kids today. The place was packed and I can't blame anyone. They give oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with kids meals and WOW! I got the Mediterranean and loved it. The spicy hummus they put on it is on point. My kids chomped down and even my 2 year old scarfed the Mac n cheese and she typically doesn't like Mac. I love that they have an option for thin bread and not just loafs. They got all our sandwiches correct. Great spot!!

Potbelly hits the spot for a hot sandwich. I've been wanting nothing but sandwiches lately and potbelly has been scratching that itch. I've been getting the Italian with mayo n mustard and dressing which is pretty good. They also have zapps and being a Louisiana native I love that. Not much else to add to the experience I wanted a sandwich n got one from a good franchise. They kinda pricy though. We got two sandwiches chips drinks n a small Mac n cheese for the baby and it was almost 40 bucks wowzers.

Hi Y'all. How's your Monday the 13th? Hope it was epic and the start-up to a beautiful week. Monday after a clock rollback is tough for those that have to get up. In solidarity with you, I slept in the extra hour.. for you. Wasn't that nice of me? I'm too good to you. Any way. Got late and I just didn't feel like cooking or eating anything heavy. My sons have always told me to try PBS. I have driven by it since it opened years ago on the way to and fro. I just thought Firehouse was the bees and their tiny knees. It is. Well, tonight I looked on Yelp at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Everything clicked. The top was down on the swanky convertible for a brisk eves drive. Walked in, and was greeted through the door. Nice. The store was incredibly neat, trendy, clean, warm, and organized. So far so great. Used the App in-store to build freebies points. Gotta get my points on. Ordered a comparison sammie. My FH fave is Italian, so let's compare Italians. prep time was minimal. The booths are comfy, so the wait isn't bad. I cheated on my sugar numbers game I play with my doctor and allowed myself a Dr. Pepper from the fountain. Fountain drinks are rarely as good as bottles or cans. This was as close to cans as I could imagine. Lots of fizzzzzz. So my sammie is up. I unveil it. Steamy, hot, lots of fresh veggies. I ordered extra lettuce and pickles. The pickles are cut lengthwise. Yikes! So extra means extra. Massive win. Unique layout. Most shops add meat on the bottom bun, then cheese, then toppings. At this spot, they make a meat canoe. Yes. A meatnoe. Meat is cradled across and between both buns (naughty) I thought about how that sounded after writing it. It stays. Then the cheese. Toasted so it has a nice buttery crust. Then the veggies and topping are put in and the sandwich is closed around the veggies with meat, cheese, veggies bottom, then cheese and meat on top. The veggies are surrounded. It was weird enough to be incredibly delicious. It was as if tonight, Monday the 13th, I had my first great sub. What about dessert you say? I ordered my son his go-to, and an emergency Italian sub for tomorrow. Anything could happen. You never know when you'll need an emergency sub. I'm ready. Got ready to leave, and compliment the staff on preparing the single best sandwich I've eaten yet. Even better than my own fried bologna, or fried Spam. Wish I had taken pics of my sandwich, but no picture can capture the flavor. For that reason, might I suggest you stop by? If you made it this far, I truly appreciate your tenacity. I wish I could say the food was good but I did not get utensils (as requested) or salad dressing for my wreck salad. I took advantage of the free delivery and provided a tip (ahead of time). This was a very disappointing experience while I was eagerly looking forward to my lunch break while working with retail customers all day. Please do not choose this restaurant as a delivery option.

We like Potbelly. It is nice to have a warm, toasty sandwich. I actually got their meatball sub. I have had it before but not recently...it is really good. Heavy but good and especially good on a chilly day. People working at this location seemed nice and good at their job. I also like that Potbelly makes consistent food, location to location. I didn't get them this time but I do like their hot peppers (they definitely have a kick but also a good flavor).

The vegetable soup, loaded baked potato soup and Cuban sandwich were all great. I work nearby and wanted something not exactly fast food, but didn't have a lot of time. Ordered through the website and the food was ready pretty quickly for pick up. When I arrived for my order the staff were friendly and the place looked clean. I recommend this place and will be returning.

Very good sandwiches!! Warm and toasty! Always fresh! We've tried them all and they are all amazing

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and positivity! All of the associates involved in preparing my order were fantastic and my food tasted great. I will note that they don't serve the kids menu anymore, in case anyone is wondering where it went ( I asked the same question). My kiddo was disappointed, but I ended up just sharing mine. Great experience, thank you all!

Came in late when storms knocked our power out. A nice location we've been to a number of times (used to be our primary one until we got another location closer to home). Friendly staff, made a great sammich! The place is clean, kept straightened up, the refill center tidy and stocked, restroom pretty good. Nice spot! Don't forget to grab ya a bottle of the blended peppers to take home, they're beyond delicious, and versatile in the kitchen. Thanks, Potbelly!

I got the number four with mayo, mustard, spicy relish, and banana peppers. Don't ask me what the Number 4 is; I picked it because it was the number 1 sandwich on a Mashed.com list. It was delicious! I never went here before and can't wait to go back. I couldn't eat it for 20 minutes because I had to stop at a donut shop that wasn't closed this past Friday at 10am (seriously, what was going on?) and it was still great. The bread wasn't soaked through or anything. It was my breakfast and lunch and I was full 'til dinnertime. This lawyer was happy because I had so much discovery to get out that day.

Great place to go for a quick sandwich chips and drink! Nice to sit out on the sidewalk in one of their patio tables. I eat here about twice a month. Love their cookies!

Most definitely would suggest potbelly sandwiches, clean store great people ambience is good and of course, the sandwiches are really good. I wish I could say I have a favorite, but I'll tried them all and like all of them. Services pretty efficient as well.

The food is good but would not recommend ordering online because I have had my food stolen twice. So the workers have to rush to remake the food and it's most commonly a thrown together sandwich with the wrong sides. The service is always fine but just never the best experience.

Ordered via Door Dash. I love their Italian sandwich. I order it with no lettuce and no mayo. I add mustard and of course jalapeños. Tonight I ordered the half sandwich and soup. I chose their chili which was pretty good and of course the delicious Italian sandwich. I also ordered a whole pickle as I love pickles !!! It was huge and cut into quarters. It was delicious !!!

I regularly stop in here for to go sandwiches on my way to my daughters house. We always get the Italian and it never disappoints. I love the crispy bread and the tangy meats with some oil and vinegar. This is the friendliest staff I have come across in a long time!! Seriously, every time I come they are happy, courteous and ready to serve. The iced tea is fresh and yummy, as are the cookies!

Today I went to potbelly to order an avocado and turkey sandwich with all vegetables except pepper. I told the sandwich maker and paid for my food at the cash register. After paying for my food my sandwich never came. 2 customers after me proceeded with their purchase and left with their meals. I asked the cashier if my sandwich was coming soon and he told me they messed up my sandwich and was remaking it. After waiting an additional 7 mins I asked again where my sandwich was. He asked what was on my sandwich and the sandwich maker came to the front and asked the same question. I waited for another 5 minutes and said I wanted a refund. After requesting the refund the wrong sandwich was handed to me without any of the additions I asked for. I requested a refund again and the cashier gave me attitude and told me to get my refund from the bank. The sandwich maker said it'll take 5 days for my refund but other than that their was nothing she could do. I do no appreciate the attitude and disrespect from the cashier after they messed up my order.

Tried this place the other day for the first time. I ordered the Wreck which is very similar to a club sandwich. I had them put everything on it they offered as toppings except pickles and it was very tasty. I like the toasted bread and it gives it some extra texture and taste. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely return.

First time ordering from Potbelly and I have been missing out, I got the wreck with jalapeño chips. One of the top sandwich shops I've eaten or I was blinded by my hunger, I guess I have to return to find out.

Potbelly is always a favorite when looking for something easy. I was feeling adventurous and ordered the Mediterranean Sandwich (no chicken) and a chocolate brownie cookie. The service was quick and the ladies working there were friendly! My sandwich was the perfect temp but was unfortunately folded over in a weird way so it caused a bit of a mess when trying to eat. The brownie cookie was SO good.

Potbelly makes a really good sandwich. I really like their yellow peppers. They have a kick but are really good and make the sandwich. I also always end up getting their jalapeno chips which just add more spice. a great lunch spot. If you are in a different mood, their salads are also surprisingly good.

Fast friendly service... Facility was very clean and calm atmosphere..Food was fresh and delicious.I got the turkey swiss add mayo and bacon toasted yummy .With the bake potato soup...If your wanting a great tasting sandwich shop this is the spot.

Tried a potbelly sandwich for the first time recently! In the past I think we had gotten a free cookie or a shake coupon from kids events where they had gotten coupons for those kinds of treats but had not gotten sandwiches here. Normally We are not fans of sandwiches that come with a pre-set list of ingredients because we feel like we're loosing money by having to take stuff off & then possibly pay more to add things we want. Was looking to try something different and had seen they had a new avo-turkey sandwich, which was set up how I would want a sandwich... possibly only removing or subbing a sauce ... and got a side of Mac n cheese. The sandwich was absolutely delicious, I hope it becomes a permanent item on their menu. The mac n cheese was just ok, personally I wouldn't get it against Next time I'll try a soup instead or go with a bag of chips. I appreciate them having various sides vs only having chips like other sandwich places.

Who doesn't love a great sandwich?! Potbelly has so many options for every craving!!! I typically order the wreck because it never disappoints! I appreciate their huge chip selection! The half order uptown salad was a great size and pretty filling as a side. There's plenty of seating, even on busy days/times. Fast and friendly service. We will definitely be back.

Potbelly is one of my favorites and the ones I've visited has always been friendly and on top of it. I ordered food online, didn't realize ordering online are in bulk. I walked in to pick up and the cashier was so rude. She didn't even look at me or didn't want to hear my question, she just pointed me to the bin that I had already looked at. When I got my food, the lady handed it to me was just as rude. Got in the car and looked inside the bag to find pounds of meat only. The online ordering app is not user friendly. We were in rush and need food so I went back to get online. They were so slow, one girl was standing by their computer waiting for online orders to be printed and another person maybe a manager running around looking very confused. It was only 2 of us in line for a while then about 5 additional People walked in the line. The the girl making our sandwiches was so slow and decided to take everyone's order at the same and putting it all in the toaster line. Naturally sandwiches started piling up by the time she got to it. The cashier just watched it pile up until someone told her to help. It was just horrible watching them work.

I really wanted to leave a 5 star review, the staff is friendly. The food is good, but I bit down on a chunk of hard plastic one day. As I was letting the staff know that they should look around for where it might have come from so it doesn't happen to someone else, I watched one of them smack the knife on the edge of the plastic bins the ingredients are kept in. And right in that spot where they smack them all day, the edge was broken off. Same black plastic. So I pointed to it and let them know that I found where it came from. They didn't seem to care. I went back one more time a week later and that same bin with pieces breaking off into the lettuce was still being used, and they were still smacking it with knives doing their best to put sharp plastic into the food. Such as easy fix and such an easy way to get sued but they didn't seem to care at all. Subway isn't nearly as good but I've been eating there ever since.

Always good service and food here. I am a creature of habit and get a turkey sandwich most every visit. I hate really thick cuts of sandwich meat so the slice thickness is something I look for. For me, it's the perfect sized slice. Melted cheese, toasted bread, delicious taste. Love the sugar cookies too. This location has always been clean when i've been in and I've never had any issues.

I went to pick up food for my husband and me. The restaurant was not busy, but it still took a while. Our sandwiches weren't given a toasted or not option. They were given to me cold. I had an issue ordering, because everytime I asked if something had onions, the answer was always yes. That's a bummer. Some people, especially my husband, won't eat anything that has touched an onion... All in all, a 3 star place. I felt like I was wasting the guy's time, but the food was still good.

This post is not directly related to the food but I wanted to spotlight the great attitude and candor of one of the managers here. A customer who came in and refused to wear a mask asked to speak to a manager. He tried to argue with the manager and was aggressive and condescending with his tone and was simply being difficult (to put it nicely). The manager continued to repeat that the mask was part of their policy and followed the guidelines of the local health officials. Despite the bad attitude and rudeness displayed by the customer the manager kept his cool the whole time and was perfectly polite to the gentleman until he finally left. I didn't get the manager's name but he was a Caucasian male around 50 years old perhaps. At any rate he deserves some recognition.

Don't waste your time installing their app for the convenience of on line ordering - they don't check it. I wasted 20 minutes setting everything up including my credit card payment for the convenience of walking in and walking out. Placed order at 1:40, was supposed to be ready at 1:55, gave them and extra 5 minutes and showed up at 2. After I told them I was there to pick up an on line order they walked over to the printer and picked my ticket up and said they would start working on it. And no they aren't busy. Major inconvenience and lack of follow through in their operations. On a side note - the employees were apologetic and nice.

Very fond of Potbelly food, regardless of location. However just left the one in Hurst and service was subpar ‍ Nice that have a kids menu now that is advertised (and the advertisement is directly below the New BBQ pulled pork sandwhich...and I mean LITERALLY BENEATH it) and was told...Oh, that doesn't apply to kids. Then said "Ok"..ordered something else along with two soups. Checked out, TOLD the guy I got two cups soups, he rang me up for two cups of soup... then when he bagged up the food he said "Oh..you got One bowl and one cup ...you NEED TO PAY for the bowl!! Ouch..wasn't try to steal a whole 50 cents...maybe the cashier and soup pourer should be on the same page. Had to charge on my card an additional 56 cents...I'm sure the merchant fee for my car transaction charged them more than 56 cents... ###common sense###pay attentionpotbelly

My first time trying Potbelly. I got the wreck, it was super yummy. No complaints. I ordered via yelp, smooth process. I'll be back in a year or so. I rarely get cravings for subs.

First and last time coming here. Walk in and place and ok. Not busy so good, I thought. Ordered food wasn't given an option to get my sandwich hot or cold. Go to get sandwich made person stood there getting after first girl about my order... Try to get my drink and floor and drink station is nasty!!! Try to find a table clean, no luck!!! Long blonde hair all over table and bench!! Sandwich was kinda burnt but other than that it was good. Looking around and napkins all over floor here and there. Sad sad sad...

I am in love with Potbelly and I am so glad there is one so close to my house now. The sandwiches are fresh, delicious, and always hot. The sandwich guys are great; they are talkative and funny! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie is always the pinnacle of any trip to Potbelly for me! The only negative to this new location was our cashier today. She was very slow and obviously could not multitask well. She was scooping 3 scoops of ice cream for over 3 minutes. But, aside from it taking forever to pay for my order, I enjoyed my trip.

I really like their sandwiches and their mac and cheese was fresh when I tried it a few weeks ago. I've been really pleased with all of my orders this year.

Yummy! This place is really good. My first potbelly sandwich! ! Both the wreck and turkey club is soooo good. Deliciously yummy warm sandwich. Service is pretty cool too.

One of my favorite sandwich stops. My favorite sandwich here is the smoked ham with peppers! I tried their chili and milk shake today and they taste great! I use their app to order ahead a lot here and they are quick and their attitudes are always upbeat .

The staff is amazing, the menu is diverse, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful but most importantly the prices could not be more fair. You will get the best bang for your buck here than any other sandwich shop, if you have a healthy appreciation for quality over quantity. I placed a mobile order and I was greeted very soon after arriving. While my order took a few minutes longer than expected to be ready it was a non issue because I was offered a complimentary beverage while I waited and I would rather them take their time to make quality dishes than to rush. We ordered the Wreck, in sandwich and salad form, the Meatball sandwich and the cheese pizza sandwich kids meal. Each item was obviously made with care and special requests were executed perfectly. The salad was EPIC! It was prepared by Anna and not only did she tell me how excited she was to make it, I could tell when I dug into it. I guess a day full of Prime Rib sandwich making can create ample desire to execute a killer salad. It has been years since we chose Potbelly for dinner and I will never make that mistake again. We will be back frequently and I look forward to seeing the friendly faces and trying their Apple Cider Donut Sundae with caramel sauce. Didn't even know I needed that in my life! If your experience is anything like mine was, you will not regret visiting this establishment.

It's pretty good. Takes a while to get your sandwich made. Macaroni and cheese was really good and the meatball was nice and toasty with the Jalapeño relish thhey have.

Oh, Potbelly. You conjure up memories of my time as a college student walking across the street from campus to buy sammiches and meet up with friends. Nostalgia aside, sometimes I just get a hankering for an Italian sandwich from Potbelly. This was the case as I was recently in the area to get a massage and visit Northeast Mall. I saw this Potbelly and had to pull over. The employees were really friendly and were very thorough with ensuring customers were happy. For customers whose meals took a while to prepare, they offered to bring it to their tables so they would not have to stand. My sandwich was out quickly and boy did they make those hot peppers extra spicy. Craving fulfilled. I'll be good for another few months until the Italian craving strikes again.

This is a great sandwich shop in the midi cities. Their cute service is really good and the size is nice as well.

Great service and good ingredients. Usually pretty quick prepping food. We did to go this time and everything was ready when we got there. Repeat customer!

Walked in. Was excited to try a new place. The menu looked like I had some good choices. Waited for a few minutes. No one was behind the counter figured they'll be out soon. Soon came and went. Thought any second now... nope seconds turned to minutes. Thought maybe there is a bell or something. Nope no bell. Looked around no one to be seen. Maybe they were abducted by aliens. Went outside didn't see any UFO tracks or anything. So I figured they were vaporized so I went next store to Pei Wei. No alien abductions here. Ordered food and went home and had a delicious food experience from Pei Wei.

Great sandwich place! Love everything about Potbelly! Bread is so tasty. Customer service is great and their team is always glad to see you. One of our favorite sandwich places.
