Google
This was the prime rib sandwich. Nice and hot a couple gritty pieces. The bread was delicious and I substituted the Swiss for provolone.

Google
The first bite is Iike biting into a little peice of heaven with its evenly delivered flavors. With the last bite you think you are going to die from the spicy peppers. A great way to pick yourself up in the afternoon. The staff is made up of the most accommodating and understanding people! Great people, great food, great atmosphere!

Google
Absolutely fantastic experience with Potbelly and their incredible team! I needed last-minute catering, and they truly went above and beyond to make it happen. The entire crew was helpful, efficient, and made the whole process so smooth. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was phenomenal from start to finish. I couldn’t be more impressed or grateful for their dedication and support. Highly recommend Potbelly for any catering needs – they’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

The owner delivered my sandwich personally, the sandwiches or stuff completely full. You had a bite of meat and I’m not talking about a little piece of meat. I’m talking about every bite. You had a big bite. It is well worth the money well worth the the flavor, the taste the service is all excellent. This was my first time ever trying a potbelly, but we will definitely order again and we will definitely go in and order food to stay this place blew my mind you get for you. Get what you pay for. It’s a good business honest sandwiches truly made properly. I can’t say enough. I’ve eaten all over the world and this was probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life it was salami, ham capicola, tomatoes, mayo, cause I took off the roast beef and the turkey but that’s what I liked and pickles fresh real pickles I mean there’s I just can’t say enough about this place. It is The best sandwich shop in Omaha, Nebraska.

Google
I waited 30 minutes, with one family ahead of me. I paid $40, and didn't get all of my order. Wasn't worth it 🤠 The food I did get (two sandwiches) was good, though.

William S.

Google
One of the better sandwiches I have had. The only reason why I wouldn't give it a perfect score, is I love food (too much), and the sandwich was on the smaller side. The guys behind the counter were nice and actually sounded like they ate and liked the food. So many places when I ask I get 'recommended' 10 different options, when I ask for 1; here I was given the 1 option and it tasted great.

Michael G.

Google
So I went there thinking it would not be that good. Wow was I surprised! The sandwich was fresh and delicious with a lot of toppings and was toasted!! So good, my new fav place and get the hot peppers on your sandwich so good!! Also I appreciate the nice people who worked there, that’s rare to find—esp in this part of town, thank you so much!! A rare find in Northwest Omaha.

Google
After and long and hard week seeing everyone there interact with other regulars and talking to them like people instead of customers really helped changed my day. Good food, good people, good environment.

Yelp
Good food. My sandwich was excellent. Service was adequate. We sat outside, which was nice.

Yelp
I'd never been here before but was pleasantly surprised by the amount of options, the good flavors, and the calories displayed in the menu. I got the 'A Wreck' with flatbread which was filling without being too much. Overall I think the prices are a bit high for what you get, but it was a tasty, quick, and filling lunch so I would come back if this was a convenient spot again in the future.

Yelp
Normal sandwich is plenty big! The Mediterranean is my favorite sub sandwich in Omaha. Very good selection of fresh veggies, they even cut the avocado right in front of me. Fast, friendly, service !
google avatar

Nikki J.

Yelp
Potbelly is by far my favorite sandwich shop in the area! The staff and manager Zane are always super friendly and helpful with menu questions. My favorite sandwich is the Mediterranean, and pair that with the apple walnut salad or chicken pot pie soup, you have a great meal! I also love their desserts, and they have a good selection of bottled drinks, as well as fountain and flavored lemonades. Use their app to earn rewards and order ahead.

Yelp
Had this delivered tonight via DoorDash and it was exactly what I wanted. The sandwich bread was toasted perfectly, and had a hearty whole grain flavor which I loved. The sandwich was packed with meat (which I usually don't love) but the turkey was sliced so thin and was delicate and delicious. I got the horseradish sauce and it's so good. The Mac and cheese was hot and creamy, but not my favorite flavor ever. It was good to satisfy my cheesy pasta craving though. I'll try to potato soup next time.

Da M.

Yelp
Food was great but when it comes to margaritas, don't get a large... it is fraudulently the exact same size as a small and when I showed the staff they were unapologetic and didn't change the bill!!

Yelp
Everything went well. We just wanted a salad. And were we pleasantly surprised that one of our favorite sandwich places had such beautiful salads. Husband had the Farm house salad with ranch dressing. It was crispy fresh, lots of chopped egg, bacon , chicken, tomatoes. And blue cheese crumble. I had the powerhouse and wow it was delicious combination of crispy greens, chopped egg, avo, chicken , cukes, tomatoes and a nice scoop of spicy humus. Wow it was so big it was our main meal. Added some tea and smiling servers at the counter and our day was complete. Sorry no pictures. We were pretty hungry so didn't stage a showy picture but it was worth everything it cost.

Yelp
Met two friends at Potbelly Sandwich Shop for lunch, I chose the broccoli cheddar soup and farmer's salad. I enjoyed the soup which was very good while there and ended up taking the salad home with me. I enjoyed it at home later in the day. It had a nice mixture of ingredients. My friends both ordered the potato soup and a sandwich. One ordered the chicken salad sandwich, I don't know what the other ordered, but both enjoyed their meals. I want to return so that I can try other items on the menu. The service was fine. This is an order at a counter establishment where you place your order at one end of the counter, then walk to the other end where you pay and pick up your meal. I imagine it took 1 - 2 minutes to receive our meals. We chose our own table and threw our trash away when we were done. All of the food was packaged so that it could easily have been taken out of the restaurant. I do have a couple suggestions. 1. I had trouble deciding which combination to choose as they offer soup and salad, soup and sandwich, and salad and sandwich. I actually wish they would have had an option to choose all three as I would have liked to have taken a sandwich home in addition to the salad that I ended up taking home. 2. All three of us are coffee drinkers and would have liked to have had a cup of coffee with our meals. That option was not available for us. Considering the type of place it is, maybe something like a Keurig could be made available. One of my friends commented during our time there that they were consistently busy. There were a few that sat down and enjoyed their meal there like us, but it was obvious that it is a popular take out eatery. All in all, we enjoyed our meal and will undoubtedly return to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
Excellent service and nailed it on a great sandwich. If you have never had their delicious broccoli cheddar soup, you're missing out on it. No matter the weather i have to get some. POTBELLY you never disappoint me.

Yelp
I was craving a sandwich and tried this place for lunch! I've always driven passed it and decided to give it a go. The place was nice and clean. I enjoyed the decor inside. Felt real comfortable and plenty of seating. I was greeted right away. The service was great. I tried the A wreck sandwich. I got it on white bread and I got all the toppings they offered. Although all the toppings made my sandwich a bit sloppy. It was pretty good ! I got the regular size and it filled me up. The jalapeño chips were tasty too. Not the best sandwich I've had but it was still good and satisfying. Worth a try !

Yelp
Potbelly used the COVID experience to figure out online ordering! We order online from Potbelly on a regular basis and utilize their Rewards program to earn free cookies and sandwiches. We try and order on Thursday to earn double points. On our most recent trip we used the online app to order and as usual, our order was ready and waiting when we arrived. One of the features of the online app is the ability to "repeat" a previous order without having to go through the extensive menu to reselect the bread choice, toppings, etc. If you are like us and tend to develop a favorite sandwich, the app makes it quick and easy to place an order. On this particular Thursday evening, we ordered our "regular" sandwich--The Wreck. The combination of ham, turkey, roast beef and salami with warm melted swiss cheese and white bread has become our go to menu item. We did not order soup on this trip, but Potbelly offers a "pick your pair" option on their menu that includes a half sandwich and cup of soup. I usually go for the potato and my husband prefers the broccoli cheese. When ordering online, each order is packaged with a receipt that includes the individual items ordered, a healthy stack of napkins and plastic utensils. I know it is a small thing, but if you are ordering for a family it is very convenient to give each person their own labeled bag. (See attached photo of receipt) Always friendly, accurate orders, and great food make Potbelly an easy choice at our house for sandwiches, soup, and cookies.

Yelp
I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 boxes of delicious sandwiches in under 15 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!

Yelp
Best chain sandwich in Omaha. Quick service and great mobile/to go ordering app. Just a shame there aren't more locations around town.
google avatar

Yelp
I am have made a habit of coming here this past year and am always pleased with the food and the service. They keep the place clean and always get my order right.

Carmen C.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick sandwich over lunch and ordered a chicken salad sandwich. There wasn't much to as far as recipes go, just the chicken and mayo mix, which was very bland. Added some tomatoes, cucumber. Definitely not worth the money.

Yelp
After having a great experience trying a Potbelly sandwich in KC, decided to check out this location in Omaha on 120th & Blondo today, Oct 11 at 1:40pm. As I was there another couple of people also drove up and the place was CLOSED with no explanation even though it was during Open Hours. I called the telephone number and no one answered and no message came up. Not Good...

Yelp
If you like a quick sandwich this is the place! I have been to potbelly many times and every time it a good experience. Love their Mediterranean sandwich!

Yelp
I love toasted hoagie sandwiches and Pot Belly makes delicious ones! I highly recommend trying them out

Brian B.

Yelp
Ive eaten at this place before definitely one of the better sandwich places in Omaha. Steven, one of the managers on 139th provided exemplary service. very knowledgeable, have a recommendation on then"reck" sandwich. five stars. Definitely recommend if ur in the area to try this place out. If you get Stephen to serve you you'll see how sandwich places are supposed to serve their customers the right way.

Yelp
I wrote a not so fun review about two weeks ago and I felt like I needed to do right by the shop and come back in and get what I know is good. I came in last Monday around 12:00 with a few friends. There wasn't anyone in the line so we got to order right away. I snagged a cream soda out of the fridge, ordered a Wreck Sandwhich (my favorite by far) and added some hot peppers to it. It's a satisfying, filling and delicious meal.

Oscar B.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious and amazing staff! Unfortunately I live in Texas and we don't have these but will definitely be back when I'm back in Omaha.
google avatar

Pamela C.

Yelp
We had the chicken pot pie soup, If was really good. Unfortunately they no longer carry sweetener for tea, seemed odd. The staff was very young & could definitely do with some training. Unsure how to make change when handed the "change" part of the bill. They had put the 20.. they observed before waiting to see that they were getting change 22.25 given for a 12.15 bill. I literally had to explain how much I received back. A 10. Bill & 100 ent s they really couldn't get the concept since they didn't have the computer telling them.

Jim C.

Yelp
Who doesn't put at least mayo on a sandwich or even ask. Horrible experience. What happened to deli style sandwiches?
google avatar

Michelle S.

Yelp
Delicious, fast and fresh! Always appreciate the skinny options as they are tasty and healthy!

Jim C.

Yelp
Great sandwiches. A family favorite for sure! The wreck is one of the best sandwiches. Love going to this location.

Jenny M.

Yelp
I used to LOVE Potbelly and would go all the time. I hadn't been in awhile and decided to stop in one day. I got the Wreck sandwich and the amount of meat that came on this was embarrassing. I was so disappointed that it wasn't the same potbelly that I once knew and loved so much.
google avatar

Meg B.

Yelp
Ugh. I really hate to report that I had a very very unfortunate delivery experience tonight. Neither sandwich was made correctly or appetizing at all. I hope DoorDash and potbelly can work together to fix their interface so it's easier to understand. When you look forward to a delivery, and it's over $30, nothing is worse than unsatisfactory food :( order delivery at your own discretion.

Haily S.

Yelp
My favorite sandwich shop, every sandwich I've tried has been delicious. I also love the broccoli cheddar and chicken pot pie soups. Oh and the cookies, do yourself a favor and grab a cookie! The employees are kind and quick, always making small talk while the sandwich is being made. Tonight, they had ran out of s'mores cookies and I mentioned how they looked tasty and that I'd have to come back to try them. The employee ran to the back and came back with a s'mores cookie! Above and beyond service! And omg that was the best cookie flavor yet. Thank you, Pot Belly!
google avatar

Malcolm C.

Yelp
What can I say if your in the mood for a fresh loaded tasty toasted sub give this place a try. Large sandwiches with tons of meat cheese and veg, they even have fresh mushrooms and Chicago style hot peppers for toppings. I'm a fan of the Italian on wheat and the "wreck" sub when your really hungry. Voodoo chips for sides, chili or soup. I recommend going with the chili it's very tasty.
google avatar

Cm C.

Yelp
I would give zero stars if I could. I saw an advertisement and it looked good. Went in and was kicked out for no mask by the mask nazi's that work there on blondo even though I have a medical condition and there is no signs posted. Some short dude with a beard. I have never tried Potbelly and at this point never will. I posted the experience on every anti mask page I know to let thousands of people know not to spend money there.
google avatar

Yelp
Still one of my all time favorite sandwich places to go. Love me some Philly cheesesteaks.
google avatar

Thomas S.

Yelp
Very good. Fresh and tasty, kinda like a subway but much better. I will definitely be back
google avatar

Teri M.

Yelp
Zane took my phone order and was very friendly and polite and explained everything since I was a first-timer. Food was delicious and will definitely come back to this contentious establishment.

Mariah M.

Yelp
one of my Fav places to eat. Don't go much but when i do its always a good time. the workers are so nice and make sure everything is ok. I love the set up they have as well. Totally recommend this place
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
The Grilled Chicken & Cheddar sandie is my jam, and was always a welcome diversion at Chicago's Midway. So I was thrilled when Potbelly started to open up in Omaha. Still am. Sandwiches, chips, smoothies, cookies, Mac & cheese, live blues guitar. What more could you want?
google avatar

Bill M.

Yelp
Again, an easy place to stop for lunch on the way home on Sunday. Tried the Mac & cheese with blue cheese. Never had their M&C, nor any with blue cheese, and thought I'd give it a try. It was good. Not the best I've ever had, but a nice twist on an old favorite. The only con would be that the staff doesn't speak up, and it's a noisier that average their. So it's hard to hear what they are asking about your order, so your order isn't always exactly what you wanted.

Chris D.

Yelp
The bread was like cardboard. Tuna was good with extra Mayo like I requested. Unfortunately 40 PERCENT of a good sandwich is the bread!
google avatar

Faith E.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of sandwiches like most people, went here on a thursday night and it seemed rather slow. Get there and got a sandwich in like 3 mins. I got 'A wreck' which is their original sandwich with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. Which seems like the sandwich would be a lot to handle and we'd have a spillage problem. Well we didn't they was delicious. i've never had a potbelly sandwich or really know what one is but they were fire br0. They also have soups and shakes available. For two sandwiches with drinks was around $20. A bit on the pricey side but worth it. side note lowkey reminded me of a better little king sandwich.
google avatar

Lauren T.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. So much so that it's probably a good thing I don't live near by. I have been to this specific location about 3 times now and always get the chicken and cheddar original on white bread. Last time I was in they asked if I'd like to add bacon. For only $1 the choice was easy. As toppings I usually do mayo salt & pepper & pickles or sub ranch dressing for mayo. They also have delicious fresh baked cookies! I always get the oatmeal chocolate chip so that I can pretend the oatmeal makes it good for me. All in all a signature sub, chips and a cookie ran me $9.95 which isn't terrible for an every now and then treat.
google avatar

Tom A.

Yelp
Inside seating available, can refill soft drinks, can use the restroom, and the food was excellent. I give the management of this location a lot of credit for opening up seating. It was like going to a restaurant circa, March 2020. I will say that management missed the point of the NE law to allow only 50% capacity. Instead of blocking off every other table, they just roped off half the seating area.

Katey L.

Yelp
They redefine poor service. First, they now charge for double meat to substitute ham for mortadella. Then they had to redo the second sandwich because they made it wrong. This can happen but the lady acted pissed because it was wrong. In addition, I went to pay and the guy was rude and said he would not ring me up until both sandwiches were made. Not to mention sorry and smiles don't exist anymore there. The cashier places my soups and the one sandwich on a tray. I told him it was to go and he just stared at me. They get done redoing my sandwich and Instead of handing it to the cashier they place it on a ledge no where near me. I asked where the sandwich was and he said I had to go get it. He then rings me up. And hands me a bag to bad my own order. What a Dick! So that's the last time I eat there. Used to love it. They used to have nice staff.
google avatar

Ruth S.

Yelp
Our first trip to Potbelly's! The staff was friendly, polite and so helpful, helping us to quickly grasp choices, etc., as this was our first visit to this franchise. Not all sandwich shops are created equal! VERY pleasantly satisfied with the delicious, generous (fat!) sandwiches, the cleanliness and decor. Our one and only complaint was a "design flaw" in their bench design. It had a little wood design piece that stuck out, preventing my daughter from sliding out without snagging her leg. She'll take a bruise with her back to Mexico, but she will still have a good review!
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
Really, what can one say about a sandwich shop? It is quite simple to do at home. a few pieces of bread and you put something between them. When Potbelly came to town I was super excited because I had eaten at a Chicago location and enjoyed it greatly. Potbelly has the one thing that perpetrates them from the others and the one thing that appeals to me. PB&J! toasted goodness. It can be more expensive than doing it yourself, but that is why one usually goes out to eat. Give them a shot. I will be back when I am in the area.
google avatar

Mark N.

Yelp
This is the first Potbelly Sandwich Shop in the Omaha area, and today, the day after their Grand Opening, it was a busy luncheon hour, there were hardly any tables left in the restaurant, and the ordering lines were almost going to the door. Typical order: choose your Sandwich and Bread, Sandwich Extras, and then your toppings, which are made to order. I didn't know they had Soups and Shakes (I was told by my sandwich maker that the Oreo Shake was the best). I just ordered the Mediterranean Sandwich (Hummus, Feta Cheese, Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Peppers) with Chicken, and it was very decent, spicier then I thought, but smaller than other local sandwich shops. I had heard good things from people who have been to the Chicago Potbelly's, we will have to see if this Sandwich Shop finds a niche in our market. Inside was cozy, parking ample, and it is easy to see off of Blondo... I hear that they will have live, local bands here in the future, so we might see more opening up soon in our area.
google avatar

Alex B.

Yelp
It seems that they alternate crews every other Sunday- the 3/10/19 crew is slow, unattentive and generally uninterested in their jobs. usually have to tell them multiple times what you want or remind them you ordered soup etc. The other crew is maybe a 3.5/5. Friendlier, remember your order but the restaurant's staff could use a turnover all together. There is ALWAYS a full trash. Plus is that the food is reasonably priced and good!
