Potbelly Sandwich Shop

It was a cute little sandwich shop with a little old time charm. The menu was clear and easy to read. The service was top notch, they directed me where to go and made the food fast. I have found a new favorite sandwich place. The Cubano was delicious! Perfect proportions of the meats and pickles, could have used more deli mustard but was overall very tasty. I will definitely be back to this location!

Ordered the chicken salad sandwich and I have to say I feel pretty misled by the advertising. There was maybe a spoonful of chicken salad and hardly any actual food other than bread. The extra star is for the cookie however, which I thought was good! Probably won’t be back.

Finished eating at Potbelly here in Ogden. I picked the pick a pair and had the bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado sandwich, and it was great. The bacon was really tasty and had lots of Fixin’s! I also had the chicken pot pie soup, which had a really good flavor. They also have these refresher drinks that were really good! I had the strawberry dragon fruit flavor that hit the spot. Yummy!!!! The people fixing our food were also very nice!!!

This was our first time here and the sandwich’s were delicious! The people helping us were also so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back. 10/10

People complaining about price have no idea how the restaurant industry works .. and probably still pay $15 for a Big Mac meal lol Frequent flyer here and have never had a bad meal. Sandwich soup combo is well priced and filling !!! Chicken pot pie soup gets Me EVERY time and I go hard on the Italian and Cubano. Tamyah and Tania give great vibes !!!

This potbelly's is one of the best. The sandwich artists are very nice and will take care of any requests you have. I had a problem with my sandwich. They took care of it right away. Also, the music that they play is great. Great atmosphere. Great food! Potbelly's

I loved their chicken club with caramelized onions and sweet BBQ. It's my new fave sandwich. Will be going there from no on. I apologize I can't find my picture!

Our first visit was not the best but we wrote it off because they were brand new they just opened. So we decided to give it another go today and again was very disappointed.. The food is good can’t deny that but All 3 sandwiches were made wrong I ordered a big and they gave me an original. the service was meh like they didn’t care and when telling them what you want on the sandwich they seemed annoyed to have to do it. All around was not a good experience won’t be going to this location again anytime soon.

Staff was friendly, went through the drive thru. We got what we asked for and we enjoyed our food. First time trying this restaurant and we will go again.

Ordered a prime rib sandwich with mushrooms through the drive thru. Got home and they had given me a "wreck" with mushrooms. No mayo just bread meat and mushrooms. Make sure to check your order!

This was our first time trying Potbelly. The employees were not very friendly. We were excited to try something new, but all of them seemed very snobby and in a rush, minus the cashier. The cashier was kind, but she did overcharge us. We didn't go back for a refund, but it was odd she charged us for combos and added the drinks and chips in separately on top of that. The food itself was really good, so I'm happy about that. The Mac and cheese my son had was delicious! Inside was mainly clean, but all the tables were taken, so we ended up eating at a park instead. Overall, good food, but customer service could be improved.

Pretty impressed with this little sandwich shop. They're brand new and still working things out so the service was a bit slow but overall it was good. I think once they get into their groove and get a few weeks under their belt it'll run quicker. The sandwiches were delicious and we split an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie which was soft and tasty. I am looking forward to trying the soups, Mac and cheese and chili Mac when fall gets here but it's way too hot out to try those now. They also serve ice cream shakes and they looked so good when they made one but I can't do dairy with the heat so I'll have to wait to try them. The decor was pretty unique and made for a clean feeling. They had old pictures of potbelly stoves and a little section of tin ceiling over the kitchen. The staff were great and welcoming and they have a little set up for picking up online orders. There's also a drive thru. This is definitely a place I'll be frequenting in the future.

Great sandwich. Friendly staff. I wish there was one closer to my house. All the usual faves and some creative options. I'm hooked.
