⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My buddy and I had lunch here today. I’m a big fan of a good pressed Cuban sandwich, and that was the one thing missing—it wasn’t pressed, just run through a conveyor oven. Still tasted great, just not quite the traditional pressed Cuban I was hoping for. That said, the sandwich was still really good, the restaurant was super clean, the sweet tea hit the spot, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My buddy’s BLT looked amazing too. I almost gave it four stars, but everything else made up for it—definitely a five-star experience overall. Everyone should give this place a shot!

Very affordable. Great customer service. Benny and Elsa both provide excellent customer service. Both were patient, helpful, and friendly. I took Elsa’s recommendation for a sandwich and it was delicious. Would definitely come back here.

Great sandwiches and decent pricing. The service was slower due to one employee working, but he was working hard! The bread was fresh and toasted, and it didn’t fall apart. Inside is cute but nothing crazy. I did like the little signs hanging around advertising snacks.

Ordered the Apple chicken salad, it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!! love that they do not skimp out on the pecans or the dried cranberries. I added guacamole for $2 and it was well worth it. I paid $13 for this. Loved the mixed greens!

My wife and I ate at Potbelly for the first the other day. I am so tired of the traditional sandwich shops over the years I wnat3d to try something new. I had the classic BLT!! Everything is a bit different, and just when u think you know, you have no idea. Brands of chips and sizes of sandwich are all different lingos and cool atmosphere. Overall, we had a nice lunch date.

I love this place come all the time I actually work down the road and run for a quick meal. Two times I’ve gone now I’ve been given a plain turkey sandwich with no cheese or any toppings at all when I ask very cleary for an AvoTurkey. Definitely disappointing considering I get it for the sandwich toppings and not a $6 plain turkey sandwich. Other than that they’re good when it’s made right.

I saw the reviews so I was hesitant. But the employees seems to be paying attention to what I wanted in my sandwhich. I got a BLTA and STEAK sandwich. Both were really good! Their bread was fantastic crispy but soft on the inside. Will definitely come back again 🥰

The past two days I have ordered them twice and has been the best two sandwiches I’ve had in years. The customer service was immaculate. They greeted me from the moment I walked in can’t wait to go back.

This is certainly not my first time going to Potbelly's - it is very close to my work, so I often find myself going there for a quick and delicious lunch or grabbing something on my way home from work. I cannot recommend their chicken pot pie soup enough - it is SO delicious. Their sugar cookies are also worth the splurge. :) As far as sandwiches, I also usually get an Avo Turkey sandwich, but I've tried a few others and have always been impressed by them. The app is extremely generous with rewards, and it's always been super easy to order through the app, drive to the restaurant, and it's ready to grab and go. The real reason I'm writing this review, though, is because I did my usual grab and go on the way home from work last night. When I walked in to grab my order, though, I could tell they were SLAMMED busy. Three guys were all running around, and the mobile orders just kept spitting out while the line wrapped around longer than I'd ever seen it. I could tell my order wasn't ready, so I just stood around and waited. The guys working were all kind and helpful to every patron that I observed. They finally got down to ONE person in line, and... he was an absolute jerk. He started heckling them about having to wait around while they finished up a mobile order even though HE was standing right in front of them (despite 4 or 5 of us also clearly standing and waiting for our mobile orders, too.) In spite of his attitude, they were exceedingly courteous with him while they tried to wrap up their current order... until he finally flipped them off, told them he was leaving, and yelled curses at them on his way out... yikes. Their response? A stunned silence (like everyone else's) before one of them said "It's all good, just let it go, we've got too much to do to focus on that." You'd think this guy was standing there waiting for help and getting ignored for 20 minutes, right? Nope - this all happened in a span of about ONE minute while they were trying to wrap up an order that was already in process. In spite of getting yelled at, cursed at, and heckled, they continued to work hard at their job AND keep a courteous attitude with other patrons. I just wanted to write this review to not only acknowledge the tasty food, but also to send some appreciation to the staff for always going above and beyond on their customer service - even when customers forget that it costs literally nothing to be a decent, patient human being. Those guys were rock stars last night, and I hope they know that it WAS seen and appreciated by other patrons in the store.

Can't get an order correct if it their life. I enjoy pot belly however we cannot order from them because every time we they up my daughter's order. She does not eat pork or red and they constantly put bacon even though it's requested to not. Now I have to place another order from grubhub from somewhere else that might be able to figure it out. You call potbelly & explain & they're like ok sorry, nothing further. Get it together

This is the second location potbelly sandwich shop that we have visited. The front parking spot is very limited. I would suggest park at the back building and use the alley way between building to access to the front. I have the wrecked. This is their flagship shop sandwich. It has all kind of meat. I have the top as lecture tomato with their bacon. The sandwich is toasted with crispy bread. I have old and spice with salt and pepper. The sandwich is well packed. Taste is delicious. Sandwich is worth the money. Order sandwiches are straight forward. I would said you can try their roast beef sandwich too.

Food is amazing. I wish they had this in Fort Myers or somewhere closer to SWFL. By the way, I drove all the way from Fort Myers to Tampa to try this out. Ordered three different subs. Mediterranean Italian Lucky 7 Knowledgeable, insightful and a solid crew. Answered all my questions. Kudos

They are not kidding around when they say they make toasty sandwiches - fresh bread, toasty, with just the right amount of crispy bite should make this a must....the service puts it over the top. We appreciated the gentleman helping us Saturday evening - he was professional, courteous, and took care of us. Definitely worth stopping by for a bite.

Wow! We are staying at the Country Inn & Suites behind the small strip building. We usually do table-side service for our Embarkation Night Eve night, but decided to go cheap. The prices were decent (for today's competitors and actually a tad bit less expensive than other chained places) and the food was very good! The young lady working tonight 01/18/2025 was very kind and welcomed us once it was our turn. Big smile and just all around kind. The guy working the topping area was very nice and explained more about some of the other products sold - we ended up buying Mac and cheese along with a side of chilli. They both sold us on how good the sides were. They did not lie. Some of the best guest service I have seen, especially in recent years with everyone's attitude overstepping . We'll be back next time we're leaving from Tampa!

*Actual rating is a 2.5* My wife and I stopped by here on a recent trip to Tampa. We heard great things but unfortunately were very disappointed. Upon entry the place was empty which is never a good sign. I ordered a sandwich but my wife didn't feel comfortable ordering food since it looked unsanitary. They use the same gloves and the scale they use to weigh the meats seems like it doesn't get cleaned which isn't safe for people with food allergies or restrictions. I got my wife a cup of broccoli cheddar soup and a Mac and cheese. They were alright but the place itself wasn't hygienic and the sandwich was OK. Wouldn't order from here again.

Sorry for the gullibles thinking this was top knotch. Lots of them around here. There were 6 of us and everyone was underwhelmed. Average score was a 5. My sandwich, a pizza something was supposed to have crumbled ground beef but that was really just an afterthought. What you got was 6 thin slices of pepperoni. Today's world, ya'know. Lots of nice marketing... Milkshake, other items = meh. Salads looked pretty big and good. Unsure how greasy any of this was. Did like the sauces as far as choices go. Can't say whether I thought anything else was worth the $$$ but one tip: err on the side of the 'skinny' option. They'll make money but I'd prefer a family establishment, ya'know, local.

Absolutely love this place. Must have the sandwiches and the salads are great too. But you must have the shakes.

Despite a great increase in of sandwiches places around town, these sandwiches are good. The prices are fair and the service is good, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sandwiches.

One of the sandwiches wasn't properly prepared and missed two of the ingredients were ordered. While ordering with yelp other two ordered items weren't delivered. In other other orders haven't had such a poor experience.

Went to see George Strait at Raymond Stadium and stayed at a local hotel. Potbelly was within walking distance and decided to give it a try. OMG!!! So good. Service was awesome, food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Freshly made to order, fast, friendly service & the ambiance is typical sandwich style ambiance. Absolutely worth a trip.

I would give this restaurant more than five stars based on what I ate here... I had eaten dinner already it we stopped in spontaneously We got a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie and a red velvet cookie to split! Both were amazing! I am a diehard chocolate chip cookie fan but my vote for best cookie of the two was the red velvet cookie! They taste like your Grandma made them! I am including some pictures of the menu because after looking at it, I definitely want to go back for actual food ....and then some cookies too!!!

We ate at Potbelly before Monster Jam on 2/11. Not only were the sandwiches and salads amazing, but the customer service was top notch. The manager engaged with our son and made him feel special and both ladies working were friendly. We will definitely be back when in the area.

The shop was meticulous and had the best toppings I had ever seen. I could choose from Humus, artichoke hearts, and a variety of other fresh vegetables for my sandwich. They were getting ready to close but I was thinking about this shop throughout the day. The service was fast and courteous. I can't wait yo go back.

I was happy to see a Potbelly in Tampa. The workers were busy chit chatting and seemed slightly bothered to make my sandwich. Taste was the same as other Potbelly sites but the workers were the reason for -2 stars.

I've been driving by Potbelly for a while, I've been meaning to stop there to try a sandwich. On National Sandwich Day I finally did! I was impressed! Their sandwiches are delicious! Great quality and quantity. The ingredients tasted fresh. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, it was phenomenal! There was lots of chicken and veggies. I was satisfied and full! I love that they have artichokes as a topping option. I recommended Potbelly to all my friends!

As a former Michigander, I was so excited to see Potbelly down here in Florida! The sandwiches are all so good. Keep in mind, all the sandwiches are toasted unless you ask for them not to be. My personal favorite is the tuna salad or the Mediterranean. You place your order at the back/the end of the sandwich line and then move down to the end near the registers to customize with whatever toppings you want. Besides the awesome sandwiches, the shakes here are amazing too, but my absolute favorite thing here is the freshly baked oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping in. You won't regret it!

One of the best Italian sandwiches I have ever ordered! The only negative is that they don't have one closer to where I live! Cannot wait to go back

I saw this on the list of 'Best Sandwich Shops'. I had never heard of Potbelly's. It's 5 minutes from St. Joseph's hospital. I went after a Dr. appt. I chose it due to location. It's in a new strip mall (used to be Sam Seltzer's). When I walked in @ 12:15 pm, there was a good crowd (always a good sign). I placed my order (Italian) with a young man who sliced the bread (whole grain) and put the meat/cheese onto the bread. He places it in the toaster. When it comes out the other side, a very friendly Erica puts on my chosen additions: mayo, lettuce, onions, oil and Italian seasonings. They also offer milkshakes! I ordered the cold brew shake. Erica rang me up and said she'd bring me my shake (they're made to order, with real ice cream). The sandwich was delicious - the bread was toasty on the outside, soft on the inside and the meat/cheese stayed warm until the last bite. The milk shake was great and came with a little shortbread cookie garnish. Erica was wonderful and I will be back!

This is the perfect spot to pick up lunch after a morning at the zoo. Order on the app before you leave the parking lot and your food will be ready when you get there. I've avoided potbelly's in the past because I am generally not a fan of toasted sandwiches. However, even though all their sandwiches are toasted, the bread is still nice and soft. The ingredients are high quality, and the portions are generous. Both times we've been our sandwiches have been delicious (can recommend any of the following: avoturkey, a wreck, the Italian, and the ham and Swiss). Just beware- the hot peppers are HOT! If you haven't tried them before, you may want to start with a "light" amount (which, btw still left my lips tingling).

Worst customer service. Out of EVERYTHING. Waited in line for 45 mins just for cheese and bread. Not to mention, I asked them to put all toppings on and they didn't add anything, just rolled their eyes. Do NOT go here

I was in D.C. for work. Walking to my class, I found Potbelly Sandwich Shoppe. The food was delicious, the service was quick and the ambiance was great. I wish we had one in Georgia!

Drove by tonight and decided to come in to get some dinner, the 2 gentleman working tonight made one of the best sandwiches we've ever had and were super nice. Def recommend the steak house sub with a broccoli cheddar soup! Thanks guys

Great experience all around and a delicious sandwich. This location opened up less a mile from my office so a few of us decided to get takeout to try. The online ordering was super easy and very customizable. The minute I got there the food was ready and the staff were friendly. Everything was in the bag as well as plenty of napkins and utensils. The food itself was SO good. Mac n' cheese was fantastic, I tried a bite of someone else's portion and regretted not getting it myself. We had two turkey sandwiches, a Mediterranean and a BLTA as well as some mac n cheese and a broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was good and hot, but the mac n cheese was the clear winner. The Mediterranean was fabulous but very hearty. Everything was toasted, hot, fresh and super tasty. This is being added to the lunch rotation!

My first Potbelly's was 35+ years ago at the original on Lincoln Ave. in Chicago. Made by the "Mayor of Bucktown" and pedicab owner/driver. I just tried Tampas' version', near Ray J and found myself sadly disappointed. The avocado on the Avo-Turkey was brown! The other Sandwiches we ordered were blah. Bland. Of no taste consequence. I want to love ''em and frequent the place. But Alesisi and John Smith hands down are better choices. Jersey Mike's, Quiznos and Subway compete. I'll give y'all one more try so please take more care and pride in your product and the legacy it represents.

Expensive, poor value, priced really high. The potato chips were delicious and the Coke was ok. The staff is a bit strange not knowing what to put on a Turkey & avocado sandwich so I kept a straight face and said "turkey & avocado" .

Good sandwiches, inside is clean and atmosphere is nice. I decided to get the Mac and cheese and it was pretty good- more of a baked Mac and not too gooey and runny, which I like.

It has finally arrived in Florida and not inside an airport! What a wonderful and amazing place this is! As a fan of this chain of establishments, seeing this come into Central Florida is a dream come true! I really hope this place blows up in the area and can lead to this amazing chain entering the Orlando/Kissimmee/International Drive scene as this would fit right it! Great staff, amazing food, wonderful value, and perfect as always!!

Tried the Mediterranean Chicken since i wasn't paying and , well why not try something new? IT WAS AMAZING! I love their soups too! The food, the service and the absolute uniqueness of the place has me going back every week! I highly recommend this sandwich shop,....which is the BEST sandwich shop on the planet...in my humble opinion! PS: have scored two more free lunches from co-workers but also have paid myself 3 times ...so total of 6 times in less than 4 weeks I have gone here for yummies!

First time at this spot and it was a great experience. Menu was new to me but had some options that I would like to try in the future. Looking forward to my next visit. It's not a cheap lunch but it is a quality lunch.

I am really not upset about the food per se. But....if you offer drive thru service, maybe your fastest clerks should not be utilized elsewhere other than the drive thru. I realize lunch rushes are a thing, but staff needs to step up their game. Also the attention to detail is key. Wrong salad dressing or lack of utensils for same is a big no no. Gonna hope they get this sorted out.

I had never heard of this small sandwich chain but decided to try it when I was in Tampa for some auto maintenance. It's a fairly small but attractive sandwich shop, with a familiar setup; start at one end with your basic order and work your way down a short line, selecting the toppings and condiments you want. I had the Mediterranean sandwich consisting of grilled chicken chunks, red pepper hummus, artichoke hearts, cucumber slices, etc. The chicken was good and a reasonable portion, and bread was fresh and flavorful. The generous amount of hummus was a little spicier than I would prefer, but I would order that sandwich again and just request a lighter amount. The total price (for a good sized half sandwich), small bag of "Dirty" Deli style sweet potato chips and small fountain drink was just over $11.00, a great deal in my opinion. The staff was friendly and courteous and the shop was very clean and neat. I will definitely go back to Potbelly Sandwich Shop when I can!

Stopped into this new location for a bite to eat. Ordered the Mediterranean with grilled chicken sandwich and a cup of vegetable garden soup. It was delicious! Come on in if you're in the area and don't forget to sign up for the potbelly perks.

Sandwich was good. Generous portion of ingredients. Staff was cordial and helpful. Restaurant was clean. I was disappointed in decor, but most likely because I am originally from Chicago where this brand originated and the quirky decor and warm ambience was part of the appeal of the store experience. Additional food items, such as chips and cookies, appreared the same. Would recommend for a good warm sandwich.

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. this was a staple in my house growing up. I moved to spring hill & have missed this behind words. I had high hopes walking in, a taste of home. This experience was everything I needed. 10/10 amazing. Thank you Potbelly's

I order from here several times a week and it is always delicious, fresh, and prepared quickly. Quality is high especially for the price point. The team is so nice! Recommend 10/10!
