I walked in because I didn’t realize the store had relocated and I was excited to look at their seasonal decor. When I walked in I saw multiple employees (3) and was not greeted once. I made it all the way through the store, twice staff walked in front of me and I was not acknowledged. I had two items in my hand for purchase and in the back corner finally a staff member acknowledged my presence. She asked if she could put the items up front. I stated I was headed up to the front soon so no thank you and she just walked away. After that on my way to purchase I stopped in the middle of the store to waffle between items and the staff member followed me and started communicating on her walkie to other team members. Two other staff started staring at me till I finally walked to the front to check out. I felt awkward (like I was being watched) and frustrated with the lack of pleasant interaction with a single staff member. The checkout was not much better and I’ll never be back. I was happy the items I purchased were on sale but other than that not much else to praise. Lack of customer service around the holidays makes me very sad for that brick and mortar.

After a massage appointment I decided to walk over to Pottery Barn to replace a few wine glasses. I picked up the two I could reach on a high shelf. They were priced a dollar difference. I thought it was odd because it was the same sku. The sales person went to check and the new price was set higher. When she asked the manager she looked me up and down as if I magically wasted my time changing the prices and said it was the higher price. While I know that the price labeled is how the item should be charged I was surprised that the rude manager looked away and continued to talk to two other employees. I then asked for a wine glass that would have the correct sticker price and the manager re-inserted herself and said they can just take off the price. Now not only was she rude, now she doesn’t want to be bothered to add the correct price for a glass. I decided I was treated poorly enough for one day and that there are plenty of other places to shop. This store should be embarrassed and that manager should work in a back room and away from customers.

It was a nice store while it open in the Chandler Fashion Mall but three days ago it closed its doors. Pottery Barn will be moving to the shoppes in Casa Paloma. Ray & I 10. Currently I can see workers packing up items behind the closed mall door.

Absolutely Love this place, it has such great collection of everything you need to make any place feel like, home! Some things are modern, and others sort of give you a feeling of old times but upgraded to modern (hmm 🤔) I just think it's a great place to explore.

I have shopped at Pottery Barn at Chandler fashion mall for years. I have spent a lot of money there. It was convenient to go to Chandler Mall and the new location is further to go to. I won’t be shopping at the new store location and I will be closing my account. I enjoyed going into the store to purchase in person and I will no longer be a customer!

Really impressed with this store. Needed new linen bedsheets, they have over 35 colors, the store has a huge rack with all 35 color samples in real size. VERY helpful when trying to pick these out since they're so expensive. Much better than West Elm. They also have a clearance section, found what i would've likely bought online for half off! Saved like $150. Huge selection of 100% cotton/linen blankets too (no polyester in them at all), which is hard to find these days. Love this store and the products they offer.

Management needs to read “ The ideal team player”. This place was not transparent with delivery I was told many different things throughout this process. Had I been told upfront, none of this would have been an issue. It takes one bad apple to leave a horrible review and the way I was treated over the phone was disgraceful. When you have a design manager asking the customer if they should do the right thing. You have some serious internal issues that need to be addressed. Especially when that is projected onto the customer. Pottery Barn do better.

Grand opening tonight and drinks and light bites were offered. Nice addition to this part of town. The Potery Barn and Williams Sonoma are connected inside, so you can wander over to each side. Public bathrooms also available in the back. Lots of nice home furnishings available for Valentines Day and Easter. Come check it out when you may need to spruce up your home with classy and charming furniture and home decor.
