I bought a sectional with Pottery Barn and they promised the delivery for May 13- 27, it is late and they don’t have a clue when it is goin to be delivered. Their customer service is terrible. Nobody helps me, they are lost, totally disorganized. I have a long planned vacation, I am not going to be home for few weeks and when I am back we will have guests. Are they going to seat at the floor? I asked my money back and they refused. No sofa, no money, expensive stuff, $6.2K they really don’t care. Stay away from Pottery Barn, not a store that can be trusted.

I ordered flatware from PB back in July... partially paid on a giftcard $190, I owed $19. I provided my debit card to be charged. They said they would ship to me. Its now 3 months later and I have yet to receive my product. I've called every other week for 3 months... on the phone with them 90 mins at a time. They have stolen my money at this point. I'm so very disappointed in their customer service. For what they charge for goods this is absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing customer service. Was going back and forth with corporate customer service on a warranty issue. Decided to head to the store. John Paul cleaned it all up in less than 10 minutes. Great in store customer service experience!!!! Plus all the sales associates were pleasant, welcoming, and were generally interested in solving my issue. Great store because of great people!!!

We had gone into another location and we were dismissed pretty quickly and when I asked if they had the leaf to the table to see it the lady treated me like I was asking for the world to the point where I apologized profusely to her for asking. What a difference a location makes!!! Came to Glenn Mills to place the order and EVERYONE was friendly, fun, kind and helpful. There was an issue with my payment and everyone helped to fix it. I can’t wait to get my table and I can’t wait to shop here for our next piece of furniture! Thank you Elissa and everyone for being so kind…

It's nice having a store around to look at things in person that you may want to purchase. They helped getting my new sofa set but delivery was awful. They lost my chair and I had to do all the work to locate and set up delivery. The store dropped the ball when it came to actual customer service when it was really needed but as for corporate they resolved the lack of customer care once the set was delivered and reimbursed me for my time.

We bought really expensive furniture from the pottery barn at Kung of Prussia mall. All the sofa cores collapsed within a month. We are not being contacted by the store manager inspite of several emails and phone calls. Have to deal with their horrible customer service who also have been give us the run around for several months now. I would never go to this store.

Please do not buy from pottery Ban. I bought a sofa in September and am still trying to get them to come pick it up as they delivered the wrong sofa. Not less than fifteen calls and no one can help but a supervisor. Supervisor never calls you back which means I am now out $1,800

I visited to exchange an item. The store was not crowded. I was waiting behind two folks being served by two store employees. When the one employee frees up, she walked away. Waited a no tmr, the employee came back, ignored me, and helped someone else while I waited. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

This is the worst pottery barn ever. Customer service is non existent. The sales individuals are the most pretentious and rude cashiers ever encountered - for no reason. Check yourselves. You work at pottery barn - in the suburbs. Done with even trying to explain to the individuals here how bad it is - going to corporate.

I called the store today to ask for a 1 day extension for an item I ordered and had held for pickup. The employee that answered the phone was so rude and sounded as if I was annoying him with my request. I'm not even confident my request will be honored based on the conversation. Poor customer service sounds like a trend at this location.

This is the worst PB I've ever been in...their staff is extremely rude, incompetent, and worst of all, if you have the audacity to ask a question they look down at you! I made a huge purchase, it was a nightmare getting the correct details, and ending up going to the Christiana Mall Store to correct the order! The folks at Christiana were so helpful and nice- the only reason I didn't cancel the entire order.

I've been to several PB's and every time I go in I get treated like I don't exist. I know it's because of my color because I got COMPLETELY IGNORED by their personnel. (when you've been in brown skin all your life YOU KNOW) Walked around entire store, picked up things, looked interested and NOTHING. I've been to much more higher end stores (Tiffany's, Arhaus) and get treated with kindness and respect from associates. All in all, wasn't meant to spend my money there, and believe me I was planning on spending since I just bought a new home. Pottery Barn if you're reading this, your employees need to realize that judging a person based on appearance will get you nothing, except disappointed customers who write bad reviews about the company. BTW both Glen Mills, PA and Christiana, DE locales have THE RUDEST PEOPLE working for you. I hope you care enough to do something about it.

Went in today for assistance with a bed we saw on line. When we asked about " white glove" delivery assistance, they were rude, and barely looked up from the register. Wound up buying a complete bedroom , chair and china cabinet from other vendors: lost a good sale and potential other business.
