POTUS Bar and Restaurant

Wonderful restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The smoked salmon was delicious. Tasted very fresh and the capers and lemon paired with it was very nice. The lentil soup was very good. The Angus burger was horribly overcooked. I usually have a burger medium well. They cook their burgers to well done and over cooked it to the point of being a rock. It was very dry and they should reconsider cooking it to Medium well. Other than that, everything else was delightful.

Ordered two mojitos last night. Albeit it may have been quite late as it was 11pm. However, I did not expect a deep sigh from the bartender when we politely ordered our drinks, especially from such an affluent bar. The mojitos were £30 in total and the service was absolutely abysmal. Especially when we are celebrating our anniversary it was ridiculous. Luckily it didn’t put a downer on our night but still absolutely ridiculous!!!

Yesterday at night I had probably one of the best experiences when I visited this bar. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I would like to highlight the attention and service offered by Jason. Many thanks and I truly recommend this place if you want a have an outstanding experience drinking your favorite drink.

Good selection of breakfast buffet and a la carte items, they run with the American president theme also with some creative appproach to the drinks in their bar. I enjoyed the food here, from breakfast to dinner and drinks. The service is very attentive and friendly and Nabil is simply amazing.

This is a brand new gem of a restaurant and we were so lucky to have discovered it. I came here for a dinner with friends on a Thursday night and had an absolute blast. Beautiful interiors coupled with live music by the bar, creating a relaxing ambiance. Excellent steak and wine followed by excellent desserts. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need and I couldn’t have asked for a better night. I would highly recommend this place.

Our bartender Jason was absolute aces. Knew us by name after our first night, remembered our favorite drinks, and created special cocktails for us each evening. Could not have been luckier to find him!

The place was nice, good atmosphere and good food, the staff was very friendly. The Security/Porter guy at the front door was welcoming and made sure we was looked after, our waitress Marianne was lovely and gave great service and I fully enjoyed what the chef made.
