This is not an Irish Pub.
I emailed the place because I wanted to celebrate my 40th years old, on Wednesday, and I asked if they had a live band, and they said "no, but on Wednesdays we have - Name that tune - a very fun game from 7-9pm" so I decided to give it a try.
I invite a couple of friends and I arrived there at 6h30p. I got in shocked when I entered the place: it was playing Rap/Hip Hop songs VERY LOUD (really - I cant stand this music style - but because I thought this was an Irish Pub, they would play some kind of rock n roll?).
My husband and I sat in a table (it was dirty, but the other table was also dirty so...)... the place was empty, around 8/9 people there.... I saw a girl with the place shirt drinking at the bar, I believe it was a waitress, but in 20 min - no one - no one - came to serve or talk to us. After that, a guy screams from the bar "Hey, are you waiting for someone?" . I felt extremely weird. We said, yes a couple of friends.
After 20 minutes finally the guy turn off the loud hip hop and the music was better. We got up and pick the menu at the bar and .... really, a sandwich $14?
Well my friends arrived at 7p, and we waited for more 15 min. No one. No "game". Nothing. So we left and went to another place.
I have been to Irish Pubs, and I can say, this was the most unfriendly pub I have ever been. We were in 4 people, and that was our first time there - and maybe the last (I hope no - I hope something change - that is the reason of this long review).
