We booked a private event at Luckies and had an amazing experience! The space was perfect, and Caroline was incredibly accommodating—friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly, and we’ll definitely be back!

I've been to this venue a few times now and the most recent being a festival catered for families. It was a fun event with food trucks, performance, and prizes. The overall atmosphere is a chill place to hang with bars all around.

Google
The concert venue was easy to find & conveniently located a walk away from our hotel. Three blocks to be exact. 0.2 miles or a 5 minute walk. We chose to get a Lyft for convenience. We went to the Power Plant Live to see the Never Early Fest. The nearest parking garage to the Power Plant was tricky in that it had very narrow driveway. We got a ride from a friend back to our hotel after midnight, and we notice mirrors on corners used to help prevent cars from colliding against each other in the garage driveway. The car before us on the drive down in the parking garage got hit. It was the first time I ever got stressed in a parking garage, and I was just a passenger. I like how it was easy to find seats outdoors on the second floor balcony with a good view of the main stage, the many & clean bathrooms, and the open air ambience of the venue. Navigating the different stages & areas for different music artists was easy & we were provided assistance/ service with swift efficiency. Some of the stages were indoors at different bars. The main stage was outdoors. The only concerns we had was finding the elevator, the interruptions (people ) & traffic flow blocking concert goers view of performances at one stage area, and not being in a well ventilated areas. We did not eat the food there & only had Diet Coke fountain drinks at a bar. The major highlight of the venue is that we were able to see multiple music artists of different genres on five different stages & places within this concert venue - indoors & outdoors. I would have liked having coffee & white wine options there yet was unable to find them at a bar by the main stage. Overall, we had a spectacular time at The Power Plant Live for The Never Early Fest by Rappolla Entertainment. It was the largest concert music venue we ever went to in our life, and there was very little issues to deal with during the day & night. It really helps significantly to get a hotel room nearby & walk or get a ride to the concert venue. We got to experience many unknown & brilliant music artists and genres at The Never Early Fest - acoustic, 90’s rock, punk, alternative, & folk music - and some of the music artists were from the local Maryland music scene.

Google
That was the big dill festival. It was fantastic! Thousands of people. It seemed like hundreds of vendors. Live music. Contests, it was super cool. I'll be sure to get to the next one. I had a great time.

Google
I attended an event with my husband last night. It’s the most time I’ve ever spent at this facility and I was very pleased. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Everything was well run and organized. It was a great night!

Google
It's an awesome venue that is set up like its own side street. All the cool little bars and restaurants are nice too. On the main stage it's nice having two bars right there and the sound system was super good. Overall love the area and the venue definitely will be coming back when Svdden Death does Nevermore again!! Another thing I liked is how you can overlook the main stage from upstairs and it offers a really great view.

Google
Was able to see the man Mr. Clinton and his show didnt disappoint me and my wife at all. We rock and roll all night long. We sang most of the songs. It wasna great event. The place is not to bad either. This concert was a standing concert, still good to rock and roll

Google
My legitimate favorite band that got together for reunion tour, better known as Acid Bath, played a gig at Rams Head Live (correct me if I got the name wrong) and it was amazing. I felt much more comfortable inside the gig which is what I was there for than I did outside of the gig, which is what I would assume was power plant live. The Energy felt quite chaotic, people were kind of rude, pushy, and not as courteous as you would hope. I'm a wheelchair user so at least I can say that it was accessible to get in there, however I have a good amount of experience using my wheelchair and I can absolutely confirm that not all Mobility devices such as a power chair, are going to fit into certain places in the area. Not to mention just the fact that it's extremely crowded, and pretty loud. Overall I got to see my favorite band wish I never thought would happen in my lifetime so I'm happy.

Yelp
One and done! First time here and I'm good....dont need to come back! lol Fun indoors/outdoors venue for events (music, shows, club nights, concerts, etc.) -- makes it so that itis accommodating, spacious, and it doesn't get too crowded or uncomfortable for anyone. The music was on trend....lots of your old school hits, classics, today's pop, rnb, line dancing music and even country songs.....and the crowd was an eclectic mix....young, old, everything in-between and all over the place to be honest! lol We came here as a night cap for some late night drinks and a party vibe. We at least got that and I can say I've been here. In all, cool spot and venue but just not necessarily my kind vibe...if you catch my drift. One thing to share....the drinks are mad strong and the bathrooms were super clean. lol. Worth a visit when in this area and looking for something to do on the late night tip....because most other places in the Baltimore Harbor area are closed by 10pm or before midnight.

Yelp
Power Plant Live is such a fun environment. With an indoor, outdoor vibe, you expect a good time, good drinks and good music. From MOSAIC to PBR, to Underground pizza and a beer garden, Power Plant Live has it all, any time of day. The drinks are very reasonably priced, the bartenders are so nice, there's great security throughout, and there's a great vibe everywhere. DJ Pauly D is my favorite to see there, but there are always great DJs and great events. Tickets are always fairly priced. It's conveniently located in Baltimore City, making it easy to reach by uber and to get an uber any time of day or night. You can always expect large crowds with a diverse crowd, full of various ages! It's perfect for going with friends, especially on the weekends!

Yelp
This was my first time visiting POWER PLANT LIVE! under new management and it exceeded my expectations! We arrived early to get some drinks prior to our concert, the grapefruit crush was delicious! It was quite smooth and easy to retrieve parking vouchers, park our car, and enter the concert venue. For the EDM FOAM concert, it seemed the enter place was exclusively kept for concert goer's, but I think they could have opened it to non-concert patrons. Staff were friendly and helpful to point us in the right direction. Music was GREAT and overall a wonderful time! Can't wait to be back soon again for a music event!

Yelp
Husband is from the area and he stated this was the spot to go to back in the day. Visited on a Saturday night around midnight and it was surprisingly empty. It's a courtyard filled with restaurants, bars, and what looked like a nightclub in the back. In the middle, there is a stage where I'm assuming bands and concerts happen with plenty of standing space and a few tables around. It was a little ok the colder side so I'm not sure if that's the reason it was empty. Either way, it looks like it could be a grand time, especially in the warmer weather and summertime! Wouldn't mind coming and visiting during that time. Overall nice venue and would recommend it.

Yelp
We decided to drive up to Baltimore to try out the Street Food Festival that was hosted here. There were a ton of parking garages right outside the space, so no issues there. Garages in Baltimore seem to be the same price as DC garages, so don't expect any breaks there. The Power Plant Live space is really setup to hang out. We stopped into a few of the bars, and one bar even had a mechanical bull! It was fun to try it out, and also watch others try to take on the bull. We had no issues with service to get drinks, and all the bars had bartenders that were rather quick. We also popped in and tried the axe throwing. We definitely plan to go back when there isn't a festival going on as it seems like a casual spot to just go hang out and have a good time with friends.

Yelp
We were referred here by our driver so we visited on our last night in Baltimore. It was right across from the hotel so no parking necessary. It had been rainy all day so it was a nice way to end the night. We didn't know what to expect.. Service 3/5 Bouncer was funny and personable enough. Explained the venue, cover charge and where we could grab cash. Bartenders were fast and helpful. Ambiance 3/5 it was space with several venues. I envisioned something else however the bar we went to had karaoke night and was fire. Plenty of seating and views for the stage. We were definitely out of townersand it showed. Lol I'm convinced everyone were regulars there. Lol we had fun nevertheless and it was like a mini concert ‍ Cost 4/5 we weren't aware it was a cover of $10 or a spot for different bars, restaurants and hang outs. It wasn't too bad. Grab cash from the pizza place which had a live band and nice bathroom. Service charge was insane Chile but we made due. Drinks were affordably priced and they had a great selection. Raspberry Lemonade Long Island $13 Overall 3/5 It was alright just not what I expected. I thought it was a lounge however it wasn't, we still had a great time!

Yelp
we went to an Acraze show at the Power Plant and it was AMAZING! beautiful venue and beautiful vibes!

Yelp
I was in town for a music festival this past weekend, and went here two nights in a row for an after party. This is by far one of the best venues I've ever been to, and I travel a lot. The sound system is great, it is all outdoor where they put the stage area, the bartenders were good, the drinks were good, and I had no issue with Uber or Lyft, getting in and out of there. Wish it was where I live!
google avatar

Yelp
What a great first time and for a Halloween party at that. The event was very organized with tickets being sold online, and they sold out very fast. Neat lines when we're ids were checked and tickets were scanned. Apon arriving you get hit with loud music from every direction, lights flashing and drinks being poured along the many bars they have lining the building. There's a spot for everyone here with the different clubs, and music entertainment I recommend this place for anyone that is wanting to have a good time in the city. Live music has the crowd going full effect I can't wait for the next event!

Andrae W.

Yelp
Margarita fest was great! Sandy at luckiest taverns was amazing! She was the best part of the experience. I'm def coming back.

Odera A.

Yelp
I went to see an edm show. I showed my ticket and was allowed reentry and given a stamp. I went outside the venue for fresh air and to grab a hand fan out of my car. When I returned I was denied entry. When I asked why I was not given a reason and simply told "I was told not to let you back in) and tried to argue and figure out what happened for over an hour in 20 degree weather in gym shorts and a Hawaiian shirt and ended up crying and pubicly embarrassing myself. I repeatedly asked if i offended, touched harassed someone or was untoward or belligerent in any way and implored them for if any reason to tell me so that I knew for next time what not to do yet they refused to give me an answer. I'm usually not someone to play race card but after discussing it with friends and reading similar reviews I shockingly realized this may have been a factor as they seem to have a history of this type of behavior.

Yelp
Great place to visit and have some good food, drinks, and have a good night on the town. Multiple restaurants with great choices.
google avatar

Tara R.

Yelp
I used to come here a ton many years ago with friends and always had a great time. There are a ton of different bars and restaurants to choose from. Many people come here to celebrate birthdays since there are so many places in close proximity. There is a parking garage right across the street which makes that easy, although parking isn't cheap. I visited Power Plant last weekend for the pickle festival. I was only there for maybe two hours and parking cost twenty-five dollars. (eyeroll) The event was great and we stopped in a couple of the bars/restaurants for drinks and food. I know this place can get a little rowdy at night and they have security. I have no desire to come back during that time to see how it truly is.
google avatar

Sealicia W.

Yelp
The drinks were bomb as hell. Went to voice door where they serve Vegan pizza. It was everything I dream of. You definitely gotta come through

Randy S.

Yelp
I showed up for the ufc fight around noon just to find out the venue was closed. They even advertised a ufc fight event for today. Very unprofessional. Maybe they thought the fight was at night. Either way very inconvenient
google avatar

Sean S.

Yelp
It was a dead night for a Friday. Only a couple spots open. Overall I have to come back on another Friday that isn't the first of the month!
google avatar

Devaneé T.

Yelp
A place full of great food, restaurants and bars. Can come take fun photos and videos. If you're ever in the area, definitely stop by for a visit!
google avatar

Gail B.

Yelp
This event venue has several bars and space for concerts and celebrations. It is located close to the Baltimore Aquarium and Inner Harbor. The upper bar has a great views. It also has a mechanical bull. The restaurants and menus are on the website. Pier V parking is less than 2blocks away.
google avatar

Amy M.

Yelp
Great event space. Indoor and outdoor space, ending in the back with a sound stage for bands. Even an upstairs with a bar and seating area. There's also a bridge that overlooks to stage. There's some fun bars with games and an indoor/outdoor deck bar. There was still lots of space to fit outside food trucks, booths, and accommodate lines. The space was good but the event itself - the Mac and Cheese Festival was a dud. The ticket system was changed prior to the event after most people and already purchased and one day even sold out. Which switched 5 drink tickets to 1 drink ticket and samples. There were only two distillery booths - one with 3 samples and the other with 2. Both of which were very small.
google avatar

Yelp
What a fun time! Came with some friends on a Saturday night and it was a blast! Drink prices varied, but all were very tasty. The service was great across the whole venue. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but had a great time. There were an assortment of bars and venues on two levels with a myriad of different vibes (night club, country bar, rock bar, etc.). A little something for everyone! It was a great time.
google avatar

Aly W.

Yelp
GREAT set up for the Cody Johnson (and Josh Ward) show. We had already seen him once in Philly. The place was packed but you could see from anywhere, so important! Typically I steer all the way clear of Power Plant unless someone Country is coming to PBR. I should've known this would be good as 93.1 was involved. Loved being able to be outdoors for a show instead of trapped in PBR!

Da'Quan N.

Yelp
I got a bottled water and the bottle and water tasted like metal. I drank a quarter of the bottle and threw it out. The customer service was great and the bartenders were amazing. I'm not sure I'f it has something to do with the cooler. Other than that good atmosphere.

Tiara H.

Yelp
Brenda was great! We came into Miracle just 49 minutes before it closed and she was soo open to seat us and served us. She was so nice and even took our pictures! We will definitely be back next time!
google avatar

Elayna D.

Yelp
Brenda @Miracle was super nice. We arent from Baltimore so she made us feel extra special and took good care of us.
google avatar

Johnnyboy D.

Yelp
Cool spot located on the Baltimore Barbour. Chilled at Crush bar. Decent music nice crowd. Not too crowded for a Saturday but I'm here early. Be Mmm hm was my bartender. Pretty cool she was. The Barbour has grown since my last visit. Very nice.
google avatar

Megan W.

Yelp
The concept of this place is really cool-several different style bars all in 1 gated area- however this place is a disaster. Why advertise a rock n roll bar & a PBR when all they play is bad rap. I'm not sure if we came on a bad day where the crowd was extremely trashy or if it's always like that.. it literally felt like we were being watched so people could rob us. The only place we felt comfortable was in PBR but even that was still bad. It took forever to get drinks because the bartenders were ripping shots & competing for the highest score on the punching machine. Overall I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
google avatar

Cheryl S.

Yelp
I came a couple months ago to see Jordan Davis with my boyfriend and it was a great concert here. The concert was outdoors, but the standing area is covered so that you don't have to worry about the rain! When I went they had a couple different food trucks and got the most amazing donut holes and some tacos. Power plant has many different bars that you can go to to get beers and cocktails. I typically get drinks at the Leinie lodge beer garden. They have an inside and outside area with a great happy hour for drink specials, which they offer Monday thru Friday from 4-7pm. There is parking at the Pier V garage on Pratt St, but I typically walk or Uber there to skip the hassle of parking. Can't wait to go back to see Chris Lane.
google avatar

Kimberly M.

Yelp
I hadn't been to Power Plant Live in years! My gf wanted to come to listen to an up and coming musician performing at one of the bars. That is one of the great things about Power Plant, you can see a country artist playing at one venue, an r&b group performing next door. You can wander throughout the different bars. Meeting new people, playing corn hole, sitting inside or out. Listening to music, dancing. Just a fun, great time in a safe environment. The bouncers don't play! You will see anyone from 21 to 70 years old enjoying themselves. Drinks are good, plenty of bars to choose from. Can't go wrong on a Friday or Saturday night in downtown Baltimore!
google avatar

Lenora G.

Yelp
A cute area with lots of bars and eateries. They do host concert events, but nothing was going on when I was out. Quick walk from the hotels in the Inner Harbor.
google avatar

Kari C.

Yelp
Power Plant Live offers a series of bars and entertainment for patrons. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Inner Harbor and is a great place to hang out for tourists. We ventured, by chance, and checked out the scene early on Cinco De Mayo. There were about three or four bars open during the day and there were several patrons in each establishment. We inquired about specials, but there was nothing truly compelling. However, we enjoyed the ambiance of this area.
google avatar

Lashanda L.

Yelp
Wyclef Jean showed up and showed out. He was one with the crowd as he jumped in and rocked with us. Standing room only and we were just feet away from the star. A bottle of water costs $3. There were several restaurants to choose from, but food choices were not spectacular. I don't drink....much, so I missed out on spending all my money on beverages, as I'm sure one could. Nice outdoor venue to enjoy music and vibes of the city.
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
Brett young concert. Sucked. They took forever to valet the car. Then Brett young took forever to play. The concert was short for the money we spent. Then. When trying to leave. The valet took and hour and half. Just to get the car. Whatever company they use is the worst. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst
google avatar

Trinette H.

Yelp
Lots of variety. I had a good time celebrating my friends birthday. Great security. Not a lot of parking options. But overall a lot of fun.
google avatar

Stephanie T.

Yelp
There are a ton of things that age you, but special are the things that can make you feel old and young at the same time. This is what Power Plant does to me. With a ton of bars under one roof, the night is always guarenteed to be a good time. You can bar hop and get cheap drinks, music is playing wherever you go, and if your vice is eating chicken tenders all night long, then be ready to indulge! However, you will have to deal with pretty watered down drinks and patrons who might not have as much composure as you once you've knocked a few back. That's putting it pretty nicely. Expect to see lots of "woo!" girls too. Shoutout to How I Met Your Mother for that one. The coolest thing about Power Plant is that they host concerts there and it always feels more intimate than larger concert venues. I also do like the "happy hours" you can win.
google avatar

Mariah M.

Yelp
Always the place to go! Different bars for different groups and styles of music. Great food, drink specials and even concerts! Definitely a good idea for a simple date night or a group event!

Dominic L.

Yelp
Great spot, great variety of food, drinks, and venues with different music. Clean, not too loud, not to small. Great place. Just wish PBR promoted more dancing instead of watching their working girls dance.
google avatar

Ferlyn M.

Yelp
Don't get me wrong. This place is FUN. This review is for AHA and his crew that checked my party and I in. I came here for a birthday celebration that the birthday host threw. Having the event pre arranged, the birthday girl instructed us to go through the VIP line BEFORE 11pm--ok no problem. Easy enough. A woman working VIP took us to our bottle service table. **Note no wristbands or indication was given that we were granted access to the venue before 11pm because after 11pm there is a $10 cover charge. Fast forward to the night, not knowing my friend and I have to tell the bouncer we are leaving to pick up a friend, we leave the exit not telling the bouncer a thing, not having a wristband or any indication we arrived before 11pm. We try to enter again--we are not granted access because we "were not given a wristband or told the bouncer we were leaving". This message is for UPPER MANAGEMENT to communicate with their staff on tracking their guests. I'm not suprised if the male bouncer gave me a fake first name "Aha" is his name. Well Mr. Aha, please tell your workers to count VIP guests accordingly. It will save you and your staff the headache. 1/10 for customer service.
google avatar

Yelp
We were here for the Pig and Swig Event. Which also included unlimited beer tasting and Bourbon tasting. Now mind you. I really came for the bacon and beer. Now l have been known to taste a little Jack Daniels on occasion but l'm not a huge whiskey fan but I have to say that may be changing lol. I tried something called spiced box and Cabin fever, and my favorite was the Jim Beam Apple.. omgggggg l loved it. Now ladies you would definitely like this. I had it straight with no ice or mixer. It had a delightful apple scent. Went down very smooth with the apple flavor. Now some whisky would have me frowning as l taste it but not this stuff here. Now some fellas may think it's to sweet but l didn't. Actually I think it could become dangerous if left around the house. I could see myself with a daily shot glass in my hand. So l won't be buying a bottle but now l know if ever out and feeling like something different l would be purchasing it. This event was awesome and we received a BBQ meal ticket with it and they had plenty of seating available indoors and outdoors with the electric heaters going on near the beer garden. Which came in handy since it was a bit cooler. The manager was nice and gave us our own exclusive VIP pass for future ref. They also have two nearby parking garages very close by. I think if l return l would be interested in their Happy Hour. Would definitely come back for an event such as this one in the future.

Yelp
So I know it's probably cheesy to the locals. But I'm not one so I don't really care. This place has a bunch of venues for live music and great places to eat. I think because I remember before it was there, there wasn't much around there. But whenever I go to Baltimore, I always manage to go here to find a place to eat or drink. Or highly recommend it to anyone. I avoid Baltimore Inner Harbor like the plague in the dead of summer. The best times to go is fall and late spring. Winter too. It's dead there and weather is mostly bearable.
google avatar

Austin C.

Yelp
Fun place, multiple clubs different feels. Country, House music, rock and hip hop what more could you ask for.
google avatar

Yelp
At the Bacon Beer festival at Power Plant Live. If you have never been there it is a fantastic event with tons of food all centered around bacon and about 10 bars that feature every kind of drink including bacon infused drinks. They give you drink and food coupons plus a few stands gave you free samples.

Laniya B.

Yelp
Last night was my first night at power plant live and the people that work there are so mean. I had to pay for a ticket twice because THEIR system wasn't working, so I paid 80 in total just to get into this place. The bartenders and security are extremely rude and pick fights with the customers. My friend was yelled at for not "speaking loud enough" when ordering drinks. My other friend was in the way another time and a security pushed her and cussed at her instead of just asking her to move. I didn't eat, but the drinks were poorly made, simple example, Ginger-ale in a margarita? This is the kind of place to go once, and that's that hahaha.
google avatar

Katherine W.

Yelp
This place sucks!!! The drinks were cheap and nasty, the place itself was dirty and the people here are super shady!! I had a purse with me and was carrying both my own wallet and my friend's wristlet (with her phone) in it. I had my purse on me at all times but somehow by the end of the night both my wallet and her wristlet were gone! Eventually, I got my wallet back with no cash left in it and my friend never got her wristlet/phone back! We heard the next day that this happened to several customers the night we were there. Never going back here again!
google avatar

Becca H.

Yelp
Came here for the 1st time 9-22-18 for an "around the world" bar crawl (for a friend's birthday). First of all, I got the tickets to the bar crawl for $5 each with a coupon (normally $10 each) so that was a great deal. Had great drink specials and I loved all of the bar options. They had different fun contests, live music, etc. I love that you can drink out in the open, makes you feel like you're in Vegas haha. I'm mad I've been in Maryland for 9 years and am just now discovering how fun power plant is. We'll definitely be back!
google avatar

George B.

Yelp
$5 cover after 11pm? Please I don't need you, you need me. This is the hub for a whole bunch of bars and will feature live music. However, this cover isn't for the entertainment per se, its for the right to get into a bar. Thanks but no thanks, I can grab a drink elsewhere.
google avatar

Erica J.

Yelp
This was all of what I read it was. I liked how they card everyone at the front then you are free to roam throughout the place. They only took cards at the front. No cash. That was kind of weird to me. What if I didn't bring my card? It was mostly a younger crowd - mid 20's. There were a lot of extremely drunk people just roaming around. At approximately 1:30 am they announce last call for the bathrooms?????? About 10 minutes later its last call for alcohol. At about 10 of 1, they just empty the place. Everyone has to be out. It was kind of strange. It was cool for people watching but I don't have to come back.... ever.
google avatar

Nina C.

Yelp
I've never been to a place like this, it's really neat! So many bars in one. I know you can get wrist bands to get into different places if you get your name on the list. They have chill bars, house music, hip-hop, country.. Just everything. Also many creeps. Be aware, ladies. Since it's an open place, I wonder what it's like in winter? Yes! I can't wait to come here again
google avatar

Andrew P.

Yelp
I've been to Power Plant Live! a couple of times either when I or friends won happy hours. I haven't been in like a year.... but out of the blue, I got a notification that I won a bar crawl to hop between most of the spots! Since when have they done bar crawls? I was super excited! So I assembled my crew and we went. I got there around 6... my first time going in the daytime. It's beautiful there in the daytime, I wish I could make it that early every time, but not with how I work in DC.... anyways, my first stop was Luckie's, where my email advertised complimentary appetizers until 7:00. Here, I learned that people just walk around with platters and allow you to just pick one piece off (finger food basically), so it was no way near enough to fill you... I still had to buy food. I only had one tiny piece of a quesadilla...nothing else came around. I wasn't upset though, because the quesadilla was worth buying, BUT I do think that they should clarify how the complimentary appetizers work, because I was expecting way more. After leaving there I got my cup to drink unlimited, then went into the Leinenkugel's Beer Garden. It's a nice open place, but the service was super slow... I am fairly certain that our waitress was new, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on that. We also saw a mouse in there... The place IS pretty open so I don't know if that was a Baltimore mouse or a mouse exclusive to that place... either way, yikes. After that, had an absolute blast in PBR because they had A BULL! I'd never ridden a mech bull before but I hope that footage doesn't see the light of day because I got pwned. Lastly was Mosaic, which got really live after the concert ended and we really enjoyed ourselves there too. The best part about winning this bar crawl is that no one had to pay, and we all got free parking in Pier 5... it's a beautiful thing. All you have to do is say the host's name at the tent and give them your Pier V parking stub and you're good to go! Make friends... everything is better when it's free (or discounted). Pros: Mechanical bull, environmental variety in different places, outdoor seating, free parking Cons: EEK! A mouse, Slow service in Leinenkugel's, weak drinks
