And at 7 PM the unit was running like new. Yes, he staid into the evening to complete the repair. A first class outfit!

After a frustrating experience with another Generac dealer, I called Powerhouse and am SO glad I did. They had a technician at my house within hours of my call and immediately fixed a problem that had eluded the other dealer for four months. Both Lisa in the office and the technician (Brazilian dude whose name rhymes with John but don’t know exactly what it is 😂) were responsive and awesome. I 100% recommend Powerhouse. After years of using a small generator and running drop cords we decided to upgrade to a whole house generator system for our new home.
