The 29 Best Restaurants In Lisbon - Lisbon - The Infatuation

"You’ll see locals here for just about every occasion—celebrating something momentous, having a business lunch on someone else’s dime, or just eating with friends among the over-the-top decor, which includes a giant giraffe perched over the bar. The menu’s full of plates like angus ribeye, king crab salad, steak tartare, and oysters, but the experience of eating at Praia no Parque is far from stuffy—you’ll see tequila shots on tables, bottle sparklers, and diners waving napkins in the air to the sound of “Sweet Caroline.” Make sure to book a table ahead of time, since it gets full almost every night." - rita geraldes

Praia no Parque — An Unforgettable Experience From the moment you arrive, Praia no Parque stands out with its outrageous decor and a truly extraordinary entrance that sets the tone for a memorable visit. The vibrant and unique design creates a fun and lively atmosphere, perfect for those looking to enjoy a different kind of beachside experience. The food and service were both good, offering a satisfying dining experience in a stunning setting. The bathroom was particularly interesting, adding an extra touch of quirkiness to the overall vibe. The scenery and location were perfect for capturing great photos and relaxing in a beautiful environment. Overall, Praia no Parque is a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience a lively, unconventional spot with a fantastic setting. I would definitely recommend it for a fun night out!

You definitely pay for the view and not for the food. The restaurant is beautiful, so is the surrounding. The food is basic, for the price I was very disappointed with the plating and the lack of flavours. The waitress did not ask how we want our meat and tuna steak to be cooked, which I expect at a dinner for 50€+ a person. My friend ordered a dessert with hazelnuts and confirmed by the waiter that it contains only hazelnuts and not almonds (where she is allergic to) and also the menu said nothing about the almonds. The waiter says it also contains almonds when bringing the food and we then asked for a new plate without the almonds. The waitress was a bit unfriendly and blamed us by not saying that before but we did check if it had almonds. Mistakes can happen but I did not appreciate the way it got handled. I ate in cheaper restaurants with friendlier service and tastier food. On top you have people around you constantly taking selfies with flashlights that takes a bit the charm of the cozy atmosphere.

our experience started off a bit frustrating, as we were placed at a very poor table even though there were other empty ones, and it took some effort to be moved. once we changed tables, things improved, we were well looked after by one of the waiters who was very attentive and really made the evening better! the decor is…extravagant, a bit tacky, but probably great for those who like to take instagram photos. the restaurant itself is just ok, the tartare was fine, the carpaccio was fine, and overall the dishes were nothing memorable. not a bad place, but definitely one i’ll skip next time.

What a way to end a birthday trip to Lisbon, from The Midlands, England. Fantastic meal for myself and 3 others. We stumbled across the restaurant for a few drinks over lunch on our first day for a refreshing drink. We ended up staying for 3 hours in the outside area. We enjoyed it so much we decided to book our last evening meal a few days later. WOW! Beyond what we were expecting. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Our table waiter was great and one of the girls with glasses was lovely and knowledgeable with her recommendations. We had 3 black Angus steaks and a ravioli and enjoyed everything very much!! The rosemary salt was a big hit with the steak and the atmosphere was perfect and relaxing! We didn't want the meal to end! Huge thanks to the whole team who made the experience so enjoyable and to their manager (wish we got your name), see pics! Thank you!

Service was a little slow but if you have the time the cocktails are great. Atmosphere is very pleasant on a hot day. The Praia Star Martini tastes like floral banana candy, I loved it. They regularly adjust their shades and mist the outdoor tables. Fun interior.

Google
Really amazing food in a beautiful setting. Excellent service from the guy who seemed to be the manager - but unfortunately the rest of the staff weren't as good (switching between inattentive and ignoring us, to rushing us through dessert/bill). Nevertheless, I'd still definitely recommend a visit when in Lisbon.

I might just be out of touch with Lisbon’s current hotspots, but today I was genuinely surprised by my visit to Praia no Parque. What an incredible place — elegant, vibrant, and with a true summer vibe, right in the heart of the city. We felt almost teleported to another latitude, far from the city’s rhythm, in a setting of pure, sophisticated summer — drawn in through the enormous windows that frame it all. The atmosphere is effortlessly charming — relaxed and luminous, perfect for a laid-back lunch with friends or a spontaneous escape into something special. I had the privilege of being in excellent company, which made the whole experience even more memorable. It’s impossible not to give this place 5 stars. I can only imagine how magical it must be at night — I’ll definitely be back to discover that other side.

Google
Beautiful location for a drink in the park This place is a serene haven in the center of the park for a drink at the gorgeous centre bar. We stopped in and were welcomed without a reservation. It’s a little bit more expensive, at £7 per pint of beer, but we feel it’s worth it for the scenery and quiet, sophisticated environment.

Yelp
Wow - this was good...if a little pricy and spoiled with a 5€ cover charge and another €5 for water...that's a little annoying when you see that We went through the park, sat at the bar to start with...great, fun barman so a dry martini and a Tanqueray G&T while we looked through the menu We ordered a Picanha and a bife Parque, chips, a decent bottle of rouge, sorbets...€164 We really enjoyed our evening...the food was excellent, the atmosphere great, service on all fronts very good We go to Lisbon occasionally so it will definitely be on our radar next time

Yelp
My husband and I found this restaurant online before our trip and decided to try it while in Lisbon. It's located in the middle of a park and I must say the restaurant is just as beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside! It's an upscale restaurant with a classy safari theme. It was so nice just to look around because the inside was just stunning. The service we received was fantastic! Cocktail, and wine Menu had a great selection. The food was pretty good as well, I would say it was a hit or miss depending what you ordered. The duck appetizer was absolutely delicious. The ribeye and sirloin meat was decent, not the highest quality but it was good. The side dish for the truffle pasta was overloaded in truffle, it wasn't bad but I found it to be much. The sea salt chocolate mousse and espresso martini was fantastic (easily the best desert and martini I had while in Lisbon). If I come here again I would probably stick to apps and dessert, definitely worth checking out at least once!

Yelp
First off the hostess had attitude just because we came in a group of 8. Then once we sat down. We literally ordered twice because they forgot our orders. After my friend ordered his steak 3 times they finally brought it out but they also took 45 minutes after everyone else was eating. They somehow forgot his drink and brought it out finally as we're paying our tabs. Aside from that the food was excellent the service just isn't on par.

Yelp
The atmosphere and decor were really pretty. The location was great, right in the park with great views nearby. However, for me, the food and drinks were not worth the price. We tried four drinks, I cannot recall the names, but we only loved 1. The menu was decent, I got the ravioli which was filling but not amazing. We also ordered shrimp tacos for the family to go. The family said they were dry. The service was great. Everyone was helpful. I wouldn't return. On tik tok, trindi.darling , has a video review.

Yelp
Beautiful interior. Decent cocktails. Good sashimi. The lacking was in the service. We went early for dinner in Lisbon (6:30) we were maybe one of three couples there. We were promptly seated in front of a drafty window in what was clearly the hinterlands of the place. We took a pass at evaluating what we wore and trying to determine if we smelled... we settled on the fact that we probably looked like American tourists but it's not like I was wearing a tank top or white tennis shoes or anything. Anyway, we didn't push it. When we pointed out the cold air coming in through the poorly sealed picture window, the guy seating us went to the trouble of actually moving the whole table 10 inches rather than just seating us at a better table. We ordered sushi, sashimi and a couple of martinis. The place had a lot of staff working and all connected via radio headsets. In fact, I saw the main man (who had originally sat us) look over to where we had been banished, and snap at our waiter on the radio as we were clearly looking to order drinks, then order food, then re-order drinks... none of it was made easy. They weren't assholes or anything... but they clearly were not trying to woo us back for a second visit, either. Had this been in Los Angeles, had it not been raining, had we had easy alternatives... we might have said screw you, we're out. Instead, we swallowed our pride and the excellent sushi and left, feeling like slightly disrespected tourists. So... one star for not making us feel warm and fuzzy, like welcomed guests. And five stars for really flawless fish and a nicely mixed martini.

Yelp
Wow! What a great place!! Upon arriving, I was impressed by the updated postmodern architecture and swanky decor. I love the location in the middle of a prominent park in Lisboa. The hostess greeted us and kindly took our coats. Our servers were super friendly and sweet, not at all pretentious as is sometime seen at upscale eateries (mostly in the United States). We ordered a scrumptious sangria and various glasses of Portuguese wine from their extensive, but not overwhelming wine list. The bread and butter was tasty, in particular, the pretzel roll! Oh and the food was spectacular! We ordered the octopus and sea bass...carefully and deliciously prepared! Make sure you save room for dessert...they are fantastic! We ordered the budim and the apple tart. Pair these with the Alentejo late harvest wine and I promise your toes will curl! So, if you are in Lisboa and want an upscale, swanky yet comfy and cozy meal, head to Praia no Parque!!!

Yelp
Great location inside the park, very tasty food (had fish and really enjoyed it), nice cocktails, cool atmosphere. Includes a big bar where you can have an aperitif before being seated to the table. On the cons, it has 2 seatings at 20:30 and 22:30 and if you are in the 1st, they just tell you to leave so that they give the table. In addition, the staff needs some serious training for a place that would like to position on the posh side; they are very kind but not trained properly.
