We purchased the cake of the month for June, which was a strawberry and cream cake, for our wedding! The cake was stunning and exactly what we were hoping for, not to mention delicious! We absolutely loved our wedding cake made by Elizabeth's Prairie Baking Co. At the beginning of the process we had no idea what we really wanted. However, she helped us discern our individual tastes into a combined vision for our wedding cake. We ended up deciding on Apple Chai and Chocolate Raspberry and a buttercream frosting for our Fall wedding. Stylistically she designed our cake to match our wedding invitation which was a special touch. My husband and I had a piece of each and both were absolutely luscious. The cake was a huge hit among our guests and was actually the centerpiece of our reception as we entered the room. We can't recommend Elizabeth highly enough!
