We purchased the cake of the month for June, which was a strawberry and cream cake, for our wedding! The cake was stunning and exactly what we were hoping for, not to mention delicious! We went into the bakery and were able to chat with the Baker right then and there, discussing what we wanted. It was very easy and seamless, and we couldn't be happier with our cake! We highly recommend Prairie Baking Co. to anyone looking for their wedding cake!

We got our wedding cake from Prairie Baking, and it was absolutely perfect — and somehow, it tasted even better than it looked! It was exactly what we wanted in every way. The design was beautiful, the flavors were spot on, and it didn’t stand a chance... we finished the entire thing within a week! The bakery truly delivered something special that we'll never forget. We used Prairie Baking Co. for our wedding cake and are SO HAPPY that we did. Elizabeth designed an extraordinary cake for us that was as delicious as it was beautiful. Our guests were raving about it. We saved some leftovers in our freezer and it continues to be a delicious reminder of our special day on each of our month 'anniversary' celebrations. I love a good strawberries and cream cake and this is one of the best I have had!

I ordered my 30th birthday cake from Elizabeth and it was perfect! It tasted and looked great and was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend for any of your celebration needs.

Elizabeth was wonderful to work with for our wedding! We ordered 3 small cakes to sample at home and decided to go with the chocolate caramel cake which was absolutely delicious! Not only was it tasty, the cake was a beautiful piece of art! Thank you Elizabeth and Prairie Baking Co!!

We absolutely loved our wedding cake made by Elizabeth's Prairie Baking Co. At the beginning of the process we had no idea what we really wanted. However, she helped us discern our individual tastes into a combined vision for our wedding cake. We ended up deciding on Apple Chai and Chocolate Raspberry and a buttercream frosting for our Fall wedding. Stylistically she designed our cake to match our wedding invitation which was a special touch. My husband and I had a piece of each and both were absolutely luscious. The cake was a huge hit among our guests and was actually the centerpiece of our reception as we entered the room. We can't recommend Elizabeth highly enough!
