We used Prairie Baking Co. for our wedding cake (we had a smaller wedding of 20 people) - and so happy we did! We got married in October and chose to have the apple cardamom cake - it was so yummy! Not to mention - the cake was beautiful. She uses fresh flowers to decorate the cake which was stunning! Highly recommend if you are local to the Portland area to use Prairie Baking Co. for your wedding cake.

We purchased the cake of the month for June, which was a strawberry and cream cake, for our wedding! The cake was stunning and exactly what we were hoping for, not to mention delicious! We went into the bakery and were able to chat with the Baker right then and there, discussing what we wanted. It was very easy and seamless, and we couldn't be happier with our cake! We highly recommend Prairie Baking Co. to anyone looking for their wedding cake!

We got our wedding cake from Prairie Baking, and it was absolutely perfect — and somehow, it tasted even better than it looked! It was exactly what we wanted in every way. The design was beautiful, the flavors were spot on, and it didn’t stand a chance... we finished the entire thing within a week! The bakery truly delivered something special that we'll never forget. We used Prairie Baking Co. for our wedding cake and are SO HAPPY that we did. Elizabeth designed an extraordinary cake for us that was as delicious as it was beautiful. Our guests were raving about it. We saved some leftovers in our freezer and it continues to be a delicious reminder of our special day on each of our month 'anniversary' celebrations. I love a good strawberries and cream cake and this is one of the best I have had!

I ordered my 30th birthday cake from Elizabeth and it was perfect! It tasted and looked great and was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend for any of your celebration needs.

I enjoy the friendly atmosphere of Prairie Baking Co., and their pastries are great. Sadly, our wedding cake was quite dry and lacking in flavor. I would go there again for coffee & treats but would not recommend them for wedding cake.

Our wedding cake was from Prairie Baking Co. and we were truly blown away! Beyond the stunning vintage-style decoration, the cake was delicious (we chose the apple maple caramel flavor and would highly recommend). Already looking forward to the frozen pieces we'll have on our first anniversary!

Ordered my wedding cakes from Prairie. We ordered a few of the cakes of the month for our guests — beautiful blueberry buttermilk cakes topped with seasonal flowers. They were beautiful AND delicious and Prairie was super easy to work with! Thank you!
