The pastry's are delicious, the coffee is great. Service is a bit slow, especially when they have to make an espresso drink. I saw someone in line leave because it was taking so long, I would have too, had I stood there for 5 minutes while the one employee made a cappuccino luckily I got there when there was no line, but I was the o e waiting 5 minutes for my drink. But the food is really good.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I absolutely love this place. You NEED to try their cinnamon indulgence bread. We use it to make French toast and it’s really out of this world. Staff is always friendly as well.

Had the 3 cheese & ham panini, was good along with a tasty apple turnover. Only complaint would be that it could have had less ham. Hard to keep it together when eating. Friendly staff made me feel welcomed.

It could have been a 4 star but because it was my first time in here, I told the guy this and asked if I could have an iced tea and he explained that it had to be hot and he could give me a cup of ice and I figured that wouldn't make sense and would take a while to cool down, not to mention it would change the flavor of the tea. So instead I went with an iced coffee/latte and asked for almond syrup, whole milk, and Carmel sauce/drizzle but I guess he forgot the milk and had to go back and fix it and I also asked for an apple turnover which he forgot and had to go back to get as well. I guess he could have handled it a little better and I didn't feel welcomed as a first timer.

It’s much nicer than the Starbucks. The food is phenomenal and fast. I especially recommend the sandwiches they are delicious and warm. The environment is always cozy and welcoming. Outstanding staff

They make the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, carrot muffins, apricot biscotti, and chicken curry salad sandwich. Their variety of breads are also delicious. The service is great, too!

This is the latest rendition of a bakery at this location. I think I have seen four different bakeshops go through. There is no parking except for the street. The current owners have painted the inside with ridiculously childish colors. I don't recall any table service. It just didn't make it for me.

Very good service. Fresh salads. I enjoy their coffee and scones. Need to pay attention to cleanliness. A food establishment should have clean washrooms.
