Submitted an order for two 12pc chicken breast on Monday, 3/28. The order was supposed to arrive on Friday, 4/1. I received an email on Friday stating that a package had been delivered, but that my order had been processed incorrectly and the contents would not be what was ordered. I received no package at all--indeed, the FedEx tracking number I was provided along with the order showed that a shipping label had been created, and nothing else--so it seems PMC was already mistaken that anything had been delivered. The email I received also explicitly stated that the correct order would be delivered Saturday. It was not. On Sunday, I asked for an update. Having received no response by Monday afternoon, I called and cancelled the order. Will not be ordering from this company again, also would not recommend.
