I've been getting PMC meat for a while now. I was a high end private chef for many years and their quality is on par with the best I've ever worked with. I just got their Wagyu beef cheeks, which was such a rare thrill. Ended up making braised beef cheek ragu on fresh pappardelle with fava beans and fiddlehead ferns. One of my best meals ever. Thank you PMC.

The 5 star is for Luis that helped us, while our vehicle that we were driving got auto locked with keys, phone inside. Luis it was a blessing that you were around at Cima mining gas station at 6am this morning helping and assisting us with necessary phone calls. We appreciate it. I have been a customer of Premier Meats for over twenty years. As a chef, I have worked in several food service operations. I have always reached out to Premier to help me get the current food service operation back on track with using quality meat and seafood. Their dedication to customer service and providing premium products is unmatched. Their representative, Melissa always goes above and beyond by making sure that we get the items that we need, when we need them.

One of your drivers was driving erratically and insanely towards Dtla at 11:30 am on Saturday Sept 7th. He’s dangerous. Something should be done about that.

Limited parking on street. A little tight but completely manageable. 2 hours to unload. Jon at the gate, helpful and out there making it happen.

Submitted an order for two 12pc chicken breast on Monday, 3/28. The order was supposed to arrive on Friday, 4/1. I received an email on Friday stating that a package had been delivered, but that my order had been processed incorrectly and the contents would not be what was ordered. I received no package at all--indeed, the FedEx tracking number I was provided along with the order showed that a shipping label had been created, and nothing else--so it seems PMC was already mistaken that anything had been delivered. The email I received also explicitly stated that the correct order would be delivered Saturday. It was not. On Sunday, I asked for an update. Having received no response by Monday afternoon, I called and cancelled the order. Will not be ordering from this company again, also would not recommend.

Great meat selection. Logan is a great sales person. However their delivery service can be hit or miss. I still give 5 stars just because they figure out how to make it right. Plus Logan is an all star on fixing problems. If you want great meats call Premier Meat Company.

I used to use this company as they had great meat and I live locally in Orange County so shipping was very reasonable. I stopped using this business as they no longer allow you to shop online and you must call in to get pricing and place an order.

I had initially left a great review because a staff member named Alex used to help me out. Last 2 times I called it just felt like I was bugging them and they wanted to get off the phone. Started buying from another company.

Hands down the best hidden gem in town, with high quality meat in a beautiful range of prices. No shortage of quality and kindness when it comes to the Premier Meat Company. They supply over 1500 restaurants that include Boa, Fig&Olive, Houston's, and Katsuya to name a few. Find their meat truck on Saturdays throughout LA they've got seriously unbeatable prices and cuts you really can't find in grocery stores. Arrive early because people come from far and wide to shop their limited assortment. If you need to know more details ask for Victor and Udy, they work hard know what they're talking about. Go out of your way to try this place, you won't be disappointed. Don't sleep.

Very delicious high-quality meat. Online orders come in styrofoam packaging with gel cooling packs so they don't have to be frozen. Family-owned company. Great work!

Unprofesssional Customer Service. Please take caution. I called them to ask some simple questions about their halal certification process. The lady said we don't do halal even though they do. Then she hung the phone up. I emailed them on instagram and got a rude customer service rep. I tried calling back and they hung the phone up and now just won't answer. This was all after I spent $400, they asked me to take my business elsewhere. Even if you don't want to provide requested information, it's not a crime to be courteous. Update: Rather than give me a call back, they just blocked me from their social media.

Found this business after the shut down in April and am so happy I did! Excellent meats, deals and customer service. Great price on shipping if you live in So Cal! Meat was just as fresh and delicious after months of being frozen. Highly recommend for all occasions!

I first got introduced to premier meat company in early 2013, was amazed by the quality and not quantity product they carried. After sticking to a few certain cuts, my sales rep Udi introduced me to a whole line of new cuts including some premium dry aged and wagu cuts that are on a league if there own! The marble and tenderness is hands down some of the best quality meats I've tasted,major thumbs up to the cleanliness, attention and top quality these guys deliver!

Just so you have the "end of the story" ... I sent them another email after Christmas had come and gone, and they asked me to call and discuss the situation. I had to explain again (despite the fact that I'd talked with several people, AND the fact that they had an email from me with all the info). They then issued a refund. And we threw into the trash -- into the TRASH - 9 lbs of prime rib that had traveled for more than 72 hours and arrived barely cool, and well past Christmas. There's already so much food waste - and they caused more. I remain unimpressed by their nonchalant and uncaring attitude towards a customer service failure, and have found other great sources of prime meats (locally, and online). You can get great meat anywhere - but you'd better have good service to back it up. They don't.

Best place to get all the freshest meat and fish you need. Throughout the course of the year I order duck, brisket, rib eyes, ground beef and pork, lobster and a number of other things. All come right on time and are very good. Thanks again Premier!

This company is horrible they have a telephone number on the back of their truck that is not valid you have to look them up I don't know how they got all the endorsements their drive tried to play chicken and almost ran me off the road. I called to complain and was dropped in a void. If their meat is anything like their customer service, I would think twice.

Horrible service all around, beware. Also goes under the name meat the Butchers. First order received had spoiled lamb chops in it, not something you expect for $35 for 4 small chops. Was supposed to have a replacement order come, yet to arrive, 3 days late now. Calling these guys, no help, bunch of people try and just transfer me to a voicemail. Don't bother. Won't be using them again

The first time I've ordered meats from Premier meats, I knew right away it won't be my last! I love the quality of the meats this company offers and the variety of cuts that are available. Udi was my go to person and still is for all of my orders lately and he has been very very helpful from start to finish! All orders have been delivered promptly and estimated as said, except for one small mistake which was just before Christmas weekend 2018, BUT it was taken care of really really quick!!! I made a big order for a Christmas party and noticed one item was missing, I didnt even bother to panic. Got a hold of Udi and he explained the mistake happening on their end (I totally understand, we are all humans and we all make mistakes) and he promised it delivered ASAP! I thought the delivery wont be til the next business day, but when I came home later that evening from work, it was delivered that same day! Udi was like a Butcher Santa and went beyond expectations to make sure I was saved ahead of time! Premier meats will always be my go to butcher for all of my meats and again thanks to Udi for being a very helpful person!!!

Have been a customer of Premier Meats for about a year now and they have enhanced our business greatly! Their Australian Wagyu gives us a huge point of difference and blows the domestic Wagyu away each and everytime!

I ordered 1 whole new york strip loin, and some chuck short ribs for a small gathering i was having, i thought maybe i'd receive my meats frozen but nope it all came fresh, which is a massive plus, would definitely recommend.

These people are greedy, practice deceptive advertising and are price gougers!!! STAY AWAY. They do not care about customer relationships! I have been buying $250-$400 worth of meat from them since the pandemic started. Recently I ordered my usual grill pack as well as some extras--namely the duck breasts and the lamb lollipops. On the website they show 4 lollipop charts and 4 duck breasts. The description said 4 oz portions with an S and under additional information it says 1Lb. That comes out to about 4 chops--same as what is pictured. Price - $20 bucks. Same thing for the duck breasts, price $15 bucks and says 1lb under additional information. I get my order and I have a single duck breast and one little ass lamb lollipop! I called and talked to someone and he said he would check into it--I waited a week and he never called me back. I called again and they said "the website says only one 4 oz chop and that is what you get". So he went to the online order dept, told them what happened and instead of admitting that is was misleading, they went and changed the website. She told me that $20 bucks is the price for one f^&*& lamb lollipop the size of a large marshmallow! And it wasn't even Wagyu. I said to them "why would I pay 20 dollars to a supposedly wholesale meat company when the retail grocery doesn't even charge that much? I could have had an entire meal with that chop for $20 bucks!" Screw them. The said there was nothing they could do. So in other words--f@#$@ the little guy. I hate companies that practice these sort of business ethics and they need to be held accountable. This review will be posted on every social media platform I can think of!

Premier carries the best, highest quality meats and is always a pleasure to work with!

First off I'd like to say, I made a mistake with the zip on my delivery address so that was not their fault, but my own. However, the customer service they've provided thus far has been very poor. I've requested for claims forms they've submitted and have not received. I'm suppose to get a call back from "Jackie", but she has yet to call. I spent 130 plus on some meat and their position is, it's not our fault you entered the wrong zip code. Mind you, I called FedEx as soon as possible and even offered to pick up my package since it was food, and was denied. They said it would be delivered the next business day, it took 3 whole effing days! And they best they can offer is a 25% discount hahahaha. Very bad experience and I can careless if their meats are top notch! Customer Service is terrible and I will not get give them another penny! I knew it was too good to be true when they put their tomahawks on sale!
