Premier San Miguel House Rental and Concierge

We had a beautiful stay at Casa Oasis last week with some of our friends. The location was perfect - near the town and Live Aqua, which was a great place for dinner, cigar bars, and shopping. It also overlooks the Pressa. Not only did we have privacy, but we also had a main area where we could all be together. The staff was excellent and attentive and the food was amazing. There was fantastic golf nearby as well. This place is charming and authentic, it almost makes you feel as though you’re going back in time. I look forward to returning to Casa Oasis again soon! You can tell the owners have put a lot of care into their home, it is gorgeous.

I have rented homes from Premier San Miguel for many years and have always had a fabulous experience! The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. They all make you feel welcome, comfortable and safe while you are in San Miguel. Casa Lucy is like my second home--- I can't wait to return!

The only place to go - the very best, impeccable service, and such wonderful people to work with and they know the town inside and out. Our house was far and above expectations and absolutely gorgeous and in the perfect location. We had a great experience and were so in love with our house, it felt like staying in a luxury hotel and having it all to ourselves. High recommend!

PREMIER San Miguel IS THE BEST!!! We stayed at Casa de Vida Feliz for a week and it was one of the best trips of my life. The house was massive and comfortable, with several dining areas and two living rooms. The staff made us breakfast several mornings and it was phenomenal. If I ever return to San Miguel, I'll be staying there.

I've used them for years to rent a home before I bought down here. I still recommend them to visitors. Well run and good communication. One time a friend had a dental emergency on a Saturday. Premier had her in a dentist chair in less than an hour. What could have ruined a trip was handled with ease.

This rental conglomerate is operated by long term stateside-prioritized oriented via Founder idealism I believe her name is Katherine Hibberts Even so, Premier Rentals has excelled in providing the notion of above and beyond for far far far beyond years of proving consistent facilitation in and around San Miguel area proper and beyond While I do not know individuals directly, this group is thankfully doing a reliable consistent RIGHT

The service from this agency is quite terrible. Unfortunately they do have monopoly in the SMA market and consumers don't have much choice if they want to rent a specific property that deal with them exclusively.
