Came here on a Saturday night, early for a reservation and they were accommodating. Not that they weren't busy-we came at about 6 and by 7-ish the place was slammed. There's an upscale vibe here-not hipster but a coolness that isn't pretentious. The food is pretty straight forward, pretty enough to appreciate the ingredients but still know what you ordered.
We had the skinny fries with three dipping sauces-very crispy, not oily, and you can't stop dipping them in ketchup, ranch, or a spicy aioli. Next up was a Caesar salad with a fine shred of Parmesan, crisp croutons that melted in your mouth. We also ordered the Papardelle Pasta with a Braised Short Rib - so tender but the pasta sad packed with flavor. Sooo good! Finally we had the Fish Tacos, the only slight miss of the evening. It was okay relative to the other dishes but it lacked flavor.
Our waiter was knowledgeable and not overbearing, like he's been doing this for a while. Come to think of it, the entire waitstaff was cool that way.
I'd come back in a heartbeat, what a great experience!
