This place is in my opinion the best restaurant in town. I have been here several times and had many different dishes, all of them were amazing. The drinks are also fantastic. The service has always been amazing. The specials are good and the menu changes often. This is my favorite place to go for a birthday or anniversary.

I first went here a few years ago and did not have the amazing experience that so many others have raved about. However I’m so beyond happy I went back tonight for another chance. While it is a pricier meal it didn’t disappoint at all! We got the caviar tater tot which was amazing along with some non alcoholic beverages which was a plus! I went with bartenders choice and she made a delightful punch that was flavorful and sweet but not overpowering! My husband got the steak and I got the duck special which were both absolutely amazing! Mine had a sweet/sour cabbage with it that was so amazing! We also finished off with the pistachio brown butter cake and that was amazing! Not only was our food amazing we were lucky to have Leah as our server, not only did we get great service but warm, personable conversation as well! I couldn’t wait to make mention since it was such a great and impressive experience from our first time and I’m so grateful for giving another chance! The only reason I docked a star is because the metal chairs are terribly uncomfortable. I would have loved to be just a bit more comfortable for the price point of the meal. Other than that I would definitely recommend coming here!

Google
The steak special, pork, and burger were all delicious - my mom said it was the best burger she’s ever had. Our server (I think Connor?) was wonderful and the kitchen was very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. Patio was lovely but definitely gets a lot of sun on half of it. We would love to eat here again!

Google
Everything was fantastic! The arancini was perfectly crispy and full of flavor, and the Bigoli pasta was so good I ordered another one to take home for the next day. I don’t remember the name of my dessert, but it was phenomenal too. Great service, delicious food, and a great spot overall — can’t wait to go back!

Google
This was our first time at Prescotts, all I can say is that everything was Great! We had the oysters and caviar tater tots for appetizers, the flavors were amazing. The swordfish schnitzel, hangar steak and truffle ravioli were cooked perfectly and again the flavor combinations were perfect. The pistachio cake wax next level and the Manhattan was on point! Highly recommended, wait staff was engaging and helpful with menu.

Google
This place is out of this world. This is easily one of the best restaurants on Buffalo. We went for our anniversary and every aspect of our meal was delicious. We didn’t want to stop eating it was so good. Also we left satisfied and not overly full which is good. Worth going here as it was a top 5 meal we’ve ever had!

Google
Our server Tim was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great vibe, a little loud inside. Food was delicious with a few tweaks (burger was very undercooked/red and king salmon was close to raw on the middle, even though that was “medium” for the chef). In all we enjoyed the experience. Octopus appetizer was delicious!

Google
Prescott’s is one of our go to choices because the food, service, and atmosphere are always top notch! I would normally recommend making reservations if you are planning on dinner. They have a large indoor and outdoor space but it fills quickly. I would always opt for the patio if you can. The food is phenomenal. I think we’ve tried most of their small plates and quite honestly the small plates are the standout on the menu. The artichokes are my guilty pleasure and I think I’d cry if they ever got taken off the menu. Some of our other regular favorites are the aranchini and focaccia. The mains are still good, don’t get me wrong. The pastas are great and their steak is always fantastic. They typically have a steak meal on the menu and then a special.. always get the special, it’s so good!

Yelp
Did the owners of this place transport it Upstate from Bushwick?! Wow. Hosted a business dinner here recently. This is truly the best meal I've ever had in Western New York. Service: -Our waitress knew the menu backwards. No detail was missed Environment: -Cool little spot. You wouldn't know until you sit. I initially thought it was just a BBQ restaurant Food. -They have a wood-fired oven and pit here. The dishes are creative and portions are big. Order as much of a variety as you can. Our entire party was thrilled - we got steaks, the pork, fish, and most appetizers on the menu. All 5/5 Don't miss Prescott's Provisions!!!

Yelp
Went here last night for our 2 year anniversary dinner after hearing so many good things about this place. It did not disappoint! We were running about 25 minutes late from our reservation after hitting some traffic, and they were still able to accommodate us even though it was packed in there. Very nice! We were seated on their enclosed outdoor patio and it was so cute. Makes me want to come back over the summer when its nice out and open-aired out there. It felt inviting and casual yet upscale at the same time. Our waiter was nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered dirty martini's to start, along with the fried artichoke appetizer and caviar "tater tots". All were fantastic! We both then ordered 2 different steaks - the NY strip steak special and the hangar steak on the menu. Melt in your mouth and cooked to perfection. So so good. We sadly didn't have enough room for dessert! My only complaint was having a tough time finding parking. Street parking and a couple parking lots and still not enough room for everyone wanting to dine there. Will not deter us from coming back though. Can't wait for next meal here!

Yelp
Decided to take my parents out for a nice dinner, so I chose PP. I have never gone but heard great reviews. We made reservations and were seated right away. The atmosphere was wonderfull, but the metal chairs on concrete made it seem like we were in a cafateria setting, not to mention it was loud with people talking and chairs scooting on the floor. The food was platted well and tasted good. Except for out mashed potatoes were cold and my father french fries were cold. Our veggies were also cold. I was a bit disappointed for the cost of $320.00. I would have let our server know but he only stopped by after we were done eating to see if we wanted anything else and brought the check. At that point I did not see the need. We will not be going back.

Yelp
This is one of the best overall dining experiences we've had all year! We started with the focaccia bread as well as the arancini balls for appetizers. Would definitely recommend getting both if deciding between the two. The bread was seriously some of the best we've ever had- so fresh and warm and great flavor. Arancini balls were fantastic. My fiancé got the wagyu special which was delicious. I got the dry aged salmon and loved it. Our waitress was very attentive and had great knowledge of the menu. The restaurant was nicely decorated for the holidays. Was not a long wait for our food. Will absolutely be back!

Yelp
This place is amazing. The menu is diverse with something for everyone. The regular menu is full of delicious dishes, and the specials are even more unique. The service was wonderful. The waitress talk to us like family and advised us on her favorite dishes. The view of the river is lovely with the boats trolling up and down. I highly recommend this place for an elegant special meal.

Yelp
We went on a very busy Saturday night so we certainly expected it to be crowded, but the service was very slow. Our server seemed to have a larger than appropriate section. We had been sitting for around 15 minutes before any water came and 30 minutes by the time we put in a drink order. The specialty cocktail was Okay, but tasted pretty strong of matcha. If you like Matcha, you'll probably love it. I tried it bc it was the only vodka option....My husband order the Agave Au Poivre drink and he seemed pleased with it. The ambiance was nice enough but we were seated on the makeshift patio along the windows which had a pretty cold breeze coming in the entire time. The patio had heaters and I thought that was a great touch, but certainly when making a reservation you should be asked if you want indoor or outdoor seating. Several people in our section had coats on. All in all, we were there two hours, which was far too long for what we ordered and expected. What I can rave about is the food though. Outstanding apps, octopus was delicious, tuna crudo rocked my world, and the tater tots were everything I hoped for. After that we split a burger, which was super solid, and we paired it with a nice beer. We really liked it but would make the following tweaks- only coming during the warm weather, non prime time , and come prepared for a longer dinner seating despite its menu focused on small plates.

Yelp
I haven't updated my review in a long time and we've been SO MANY more times since so I just have to say how amazing 10000/10 this spot is. I don't know how people in Buffalo haven't been here yet and I want everyone to try it out. The best most delicious meals we've had. We love sitting inside or at a high top in the bar for the best ambience, patio is also amazing! The staff is always awesome and helpful with suggestions. We are excited every single time we come here whether there are new dishes or not. Do not skip on this spot and do not skip on the brown butter cake dessert ever.

Yelp
Unique flavor combinations that always surprise me with how they meld together so well. Great place for a celebration meal, date night...or when you just want some guaranteed great food! Service is always on point. Has a romantic vibe but a little loud because of dining room acoustics, depending on what you are looking for. The focaccia is a must...it's my favorite part of the meal!

Eric P.

Yelp
Stag was knowledgeable, funny and have been there long term. Food was out of this world and great flavor combinations with every course

Yelp
My wife and I had dinner at Prescott's recently after reading and hearing great reviews. We enjoyed the ambiance, the cocktails and appetizer were great, however we were very disappointed with the steak my wife ordered. She requested it be cooked to medium, and it came out nearly blue rare. Our server sent it back and when it returned it was still between rare and medium rare. The sides were also ice cold. For an upscale dining experience(and price), you would expect the temperature of a steak to be correct. We would be willing to give them another shot in the future but there are plenty of other places on our list to try.

Yelp
This was my second time at Prescott's Provisions. I think it probably is the best restaurant in Buffalo. The food is incredible and the service unmatched. I don't think my water ever went below half way full! Some very nitpicky things for me about this meal: I didn't love the mignonette with the oysters - I think I just prefer a more vinegary flavor, and the purée with the salmon was seasoned with some kind of curry, which just wasn't my preference. These aren't even real criticisms, just my own taste preferences. The steak was delicious, the lobster mezzaluna terrific, and the dessert unmatched. It's also a nice casual vibe, despite being an upscale menu. If you have people visiting and want to impress or just want to enjoy a nice meal for a special occasion, this is the place.

Yelp
Amazing! Arrived a bit late and the specials (Wagyu and Lobster Roll) were already sold out but everything else was still great. Started with the artichokes and the arancini. Artichokes were very unique, the sauce was great. Arancini were excellent. Ordered the Prime Striploin for the entree and was not disappointed - the french onion-like sauce was lovely. A couple cocktails and a nice seat on the patio tied it all together.

Yelp
Best meal we had in the Niagara region. Start to finish, food was amazing. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable in what she recommended and description how the dishes are prepared.

Yelp
Me and my husband came here for the second time for our anniversary last night and can't say enough good things. We recently went to dinner at a very similar type dining establishment and wanted to compare the two and they were neck at neck by the end, so this will remain one of our favorite restaurants in Buffalo. This time around we opted to go for four apps and a pizza as well as dessert. We tried the tuna crudo, the caviar tater tots (again), the burrata with tomatoes, the prosciutto and melon, and the black truffle pizza. Everything was delicious but the real standouts were the burrata which was the creamiest I've ever had and the prosciutto and melon. The prosciutto was the best I've ever had and was aged for 24 months. It was perfectly paired with the melon and some kind of creamy cheese and nut filling. The tuna was also really delicious. I will say after my second try of the caviar tots that the tot really overwhelms the actual caviar so you can't enjoy the caviar taste. This app is more for someone who wants to get the experience of trying caviar but doesn't actually know if they like it yet. Since I have tried caviar many times since our first time trying it here, I can confidently say it's better on its own or served with a simple potato chip. The tater tot really just overwhelms the taste of the caviar so you don't actually get to taste it. They do give you a generous portion of caviar though so I just scraped it off and ate it on its own. We tried the dolce de leche dessert with pecan filling and a scoop of vanilla gelato and the vanilla gelato was really delightful as was the dolce. The pecan filling was surprisingly the perfect touch. Our waiter was great. We did opt to sit on the patio which got a little bit chilly after the sun went down, but they made an effort to close the patio off to trap in the heat which I appreciated. It'll be really nice once the heaters are going on the patio. We have yet to sit inside, but maybe on our next trip here we'll opt for a table inside!

Yelp
Had an absolutely fabulous meal on the patio here while celebrating a friend's birthday on our yearly trip to the area. The group ordered a bunch of appetizers for the table, and my husband and I split a Wagyu steak special, then we all split the three desserts that were on offer that night. There was not a stinker in the bunch. The beets and crispy artichoke appetizers were delicious and ginormous. Honestly I could have ordered one of those just for me and made it an entree, and it still would have been a little too big. The burrata had some delicious caramelized onions on them. Our steak was perfectly cooked and super tender, it came with perfectly cooked asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes. I must confess I did scoop the mushrooms off the top though. I wish I'd had room to finish the steak because it was perfection. Of the three desserts (their signature cake, a pb/chocolate bomb, and a strawberry rhubarb tart) my favorite was the tart, followed by the signature cake. They were all good though. I also enjoyed a mocktail version of their passionfruit cocktail since I was driving. While this isn't a restaurant you go to when you're on a budget I think the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the volume of food and the quality. A lot of upscale places like this would charge the same for a 3 bite appetizer vs. something that is highly sharable. Service was excellent, ambiance was great, will definitely plan to return next year.

Yelp
The ambience at this restaurant was exactly what we wanted. It was a lovely anniversary meal for my wife and I. The food was good, but we were a little concerned about the pace that it came out. We ordered three little plates and a big plate. All three little plates came out at the same time. Two were hot one was cold, so we had a choice of either eating the hot while it's hot and letting the cold warm up or eating the cold while it was cold and letting the hot cool off. we solved our problem by eating too fast. Just kidding, we ate the hot stuff and let the cool stuff warm up slightly. The people at the restaurant are the reason for the four stars. More specifically the waiter. The lovely lady that sat us and the absolutely wonderful young lady that bust our table and kept our waterfall. we're both fantastic. However, we were not impressed by the waiter. When we asked about the little plates he got defensive. We just had a generally bad vibe from him.

Yelp
Service was excellent and he knew the wines and food to make recommendations! Suggested splitting an entree. It was perfect for us on GLP-1 First 4 star restaurant that did that! The food was delicious. And the Spanish Wine was amazing!

Yelp
Easily one of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Buffalo! Prescott Provisions is an absolute gem in Tonawanda that never disappoints. Nicole provided great service throughout my meal, making me feel right at home. I started off with oysters, which are always fresh and paired perfectly with the bell pepper mignonette. The yellowtail crudo was another great choice - light and flavorful! For the main course, I had the Bigoli pasta, featuring perfectly cooked lobster and a sauce that was an amazing combo of tart with a hint of spice. The stinging nettle pasta was solid too - light with just the right hint of citrus. Lastly, I couldn't resist the Wagyu bavette special. Cooked medium rare and topped with truffles, it was absolutely divine. Highly recommend and I look forward to my next visit!!
google avatar

Lauren G.

Yelp
Went for a nicer date night and it was such a pleasant experience. Service was a little slow but I think this is more to avoid rushing us through our dinner as food came out timely. We started with the caviar tater tots which we fun and unique. Then we had the scallops app which was good, not amazing but good. Then we split the seafood Calabrian pasta which was the perfect level of spicy and sauced with a heavy dose of seafood. We also did the short rib on special that evening and it was just cooked to perfection.
google avatar

Amanda C.

Yelp
My husband and myself went to dinner with friends of ours to Prescott Provisions and we had a superb time! The food is absolutely outstanding! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! I ordered the salmon which was cooked perfectly and probably the best salmon I've ever had as far as flavor goes! My husband ordered the hanger steak which was so tender and juicy it was delicious! The service was quick, and efficient and the meals arrived in a timely fashion! We sat at a cozy table in the enclosed patio under a heater and it was the perfect location for a cold Buffalo winters night! I will definitely return to prescotts for another nice dinner in the future!
google avatar

Kelly B.

Yelp
Fantastic dinner at Prescotts Provisions! The space feels nice without being fancy, and though we came in the winter I'm sure it's that much nicer in the summer with the patio and windows open. After ordering drinks, we got the bread service and beets, both which exceeded expectations. My husband got the hanger steak which was perfectly medium rare and was served with a crispy potato and creamy béarnaise. And I got the bigoli pasta with lots of lobster and a sauce that was to die for. I'd definitely return for the pasta alone. Too full for dessert, sadly, but hopefully we'll try it next time we return!!
google avatar

Pearl B.

Yelp
Best restaurant in the Buffalo area imo. Never been disappointed in their service or food. They regularly change up their menu, keeping things unique and interesting.
google avatar

Paige T.

Yelp
One of our favorite places to dine. The food has always been delicious and the service is amazing. The menu is limited but they always have specials. I do wish they would bring back the risotto with scallops and peas!

Yelp
If you're looking for a dining experience with stunning views and delicious food, this restaurant by the water is a must-visit. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing meal, with glass windows that lookout onto the Erie Canal. The menu offers a variety of options whether it's pasta, seafood pizza or steak each dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The service is attentive and friendly, making sure you're well taken care of throughout your meal. We started off the evening with sharing homemade buttery focaccia and a side of butter and waygu shortrib arancini balls with a light vodka sauce on top both excellent. For dinner we ordered the gnocchetti, strip loin, hanger steak and the salmon. Each steak was cooked perfectly with fantastic potato accompaniments and onion rings and mushrooms. The homemade pasta was top notch cooked with a mixture of beef and pork ragu both rich and creamy. The salmon was cooked perfectly alongside a smooth carrot puree which sounds weird but it was different and worked well with the dill salsa and pistachios as a great compliment. We rounded out the night with 2 delicious desserts. One lemon tart and a chocolate peanut butter bomb. The cocktails accompanying this meal were very on point. If you're looking for something light the Dear Fitzgerald hits all those notes. More into bourbon? The Siciliano is almost a manhattan but has orange notes making it like an old fashioned. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Had the absolute pleasure of dining at Prescott's Provisions for my recent birthday dinner! I've heard so many people rave about the food here, I knew it would be a good place to celebrate. I was able to make a reservation about a month or so in advance with no issues. We sat on their patio, which is enclosed and has heaters on for the winter. It was a nice change in pace from just eating inside! I was here with four other people and we all got something different for our main. We started with their focaccia bread and one of their special small plates for the night, both were delicious. I opted for the radiatori verde for my main. You could tell how fresh everything was and I loved it! Next time, though, I definitely want to get a seafood entree since they're known for it. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy a nice dinner -- I don't think you can go wrong with Prescott's. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and they change up their menu pretty routinely, so I know I'll be back to try more.

Yelp
Well, we finally made it here. I've heard plenty about this place from friends that live up in the area but it always seemed like there were too many good restaurants close to downtown to travel up there. Go!! If you have the chance, go! An awesome set up, great decor, very new everything. Parking was a little chaotic but just have to park down the street sometimes. Appetizer I ordered some fresh bread and this could have been a full meal! Perfect for 4 people to split up. Striploin (ordered medium) was fantastic. TONS of food and I saved nearly 1/3rd of it to bring home which seldomly happens. Just as good the next day too. My girlfriend ordered the Bigoli and I was a little jealous after tasting some of it. As fresh as can be. Delicious and might order it myself when I go back there. The bill will be worth what you pay for here. Definitely make a reservation if you're going on a popular date night. Enjoy!

Yelp
First two times here was fabulous. Pork chop the second time, was not cooked the same but it was pretty good. Went twice more and ordering the steak. Extremely " chewy " knowing the second time was no coincidence. Also referred a friend to go. Her response about the steak was also the same as my experience. Also to add her burger was undercooked, just like the pork chop was my second time. 3star Entree: Hit or miss. 4star : Artichokes small plate or appetizer (deep fried) on point Beet feta (appetizer ) on point as well

Nicholas O.

Yelp
The best two meals I've had in my four years in Western New York were both at Prescott's. Excellent apps, seafood, and steaks, and excellent service. Really just a perfect place for a special occasion.
google avatar

Margo U.

Yelp
The service was excellent. The pork loin had a great flavor but had an overwhelming amount of fat. Half of the meat portion was fat. I understand the fat helps in retaining the flavor of the meat while cooking but it took up half of the serving on the plate. I would go back for the service, but not for the food.
google avatar

Bonnie T.

Yelp
This is a must go when the kids are in town. This time we had the small dishes of fried artichoke, St Louis ribs, beef tartar, octopus. Then we tried the pork chops, and Bigoli. All were delicious! We were eyeing the 30 layer lasagna but it was sold out, myst be really good, we will need to try it the next time.

Yelp
Oops, forgot to write a review when we came on a whim the other week. This place has been on my list to try for a while, and I'm sure we'll be back. They have a small seasonal menu of small plates, large plates, and cocktails. My husband had a trentino Manhattan. It was very good, and one of the smoother Manhattans I've had. I tried the Barbados Redux, a rum based drink with a pronounced ginger flavor. We shared the St. Louis Ribs and Provision burger. The ribs were thick and juicy. The burger has a bacon onion jam. The bacon wasn't noticeable and the onions were big long strips rather than the smaller onions we expected. I had my half plain, but the burger itself tasted amazing without anything else. My husband said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. It's an elegant restaurant, but service was friendly and not snooty. Busier than expected for a Tuesday night but we were seated right away. The only downside is the patio (where we did not eat) overlooks the parking lot instead of the canal.
google avatar

Maddison T.

Yelp
The food was absolutely amazing. Focaccia was warm and soft, striploin was cooked to perfection, and bigoli was so fresh it didn't drop temperature for ten minutes. We come every valentines, Joshua helped us each time with recommendations and it's perfect every visit. Dim lit room, very romantic for valentines.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
We had a great time at Prescott's. We each had a cocktail, and shared a few small plates including tuna crudo, heirloom tomatoes and some oysters on the half shell. The food and drinks were fantastic. I'll be dreaming of tomatoes all summer. Service was friendly and fast. The only complaint I had was that we were told we had to place our order all at once which I thought was a bit odd. However, it did not stop us from enjoying ourselves!
google avatar

Taylor R.

Yelp
Amazing food, service, and experience at Prescott's last night. We had the special lobster roll for a starter and it was melt in your mouth! The filet was cooked perfectly and also melt in your mouth- had Gorgonzola butter on top that paired perfectly. The burger was amazing too- juicy, great flavor. We finished the night with a a pistachio cake dessert that was to die for. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I had a steak and I don't think I've a better one in a long long term me. The service is excellent and upscale but the atmosphere is casual. It's a very comfortable and fulfilling dining experience

Fernando B.

Yelp
Went to Prescott's on Saturday evening with my girlfriend to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We did book a reservation in advanced and i'm glad we did because it was quite busy. The service was great but a bit slow. The staff was really friendly and the ambience is very nice. We started with some drinks which were good but nothing special. For appetizers we ordered the caviar tater tots, raw oysters, and the Honeynut squash " bruschetta". The tots were good but a bit overrated in my opinion and the oysters were excellent but are small. The real star was the Honeynut squash " bruschetta" which was filling and the flavors complement each other very well. Will order it again next time. For mains, we opted for the wagyu daily special which was phenomenal albeit a bit pricey. It was perfectly cooked and the sauce was not overpowering. Good portion. The prime hanger steak was also well cooked and served with a great combination of mushrooms and potatoes. For dessert, we finished our meal with the Brown Butter Cake which if you like the favor of creme brulee you will enjoy. Its served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. We are coffee lovers so the espresso layered cake was an incredible finish to a fantastic meal. Overall, we really enjoyed coming to Prescott's Provision. We will certainly be back!

Whitnee C.

Yelp
I've been here more times than I can count, & nothing on the menu disappoints, ever! Also, save room for dessert because they are the best & most unique around.

Yelp
Prescott's Provisions is located in Tonawanda along the water, and offers high quality food with a view. I finally tried Prescott's after living nearby for a few years. The menu is quite pricey, but the quality of food is very high. It offers a variety of food, everything from tapas to pasta to fish. We were a party of 6 and when we arrived the restaurant was quite empty. We made reservations in advance and I suggest everyone else does too. It took about an hour for our food to arrive. We had reservations at 5.45 so this didn't bother me, but just be prepared to wait. When the food arrived, it looked and tasted beautiful. I had the chestnut ravioli and it was honestly the best pasta I've had since eating nidi in Orvieto, Italy. I also had the basque cheesecake, which is one of my favorite desserts, and it was fantastic. Very creamy. Prescott's deserves a 5/5 stars simply for the food. However, I would give it maybe a 3/5 for the service and noise. Our waitress was honestly quite rude and condescending. I understand the food and beverage industry is hard work, but her attitude was uncalled for. The seating area is completely surrounded by glass windows so it is very loud. Again, didn't bother me, but if you're looking for something more intimate, I'd go elsewhere. Overall, I'd recommend Prescott's. High quality food and a nice view.

Yelp
Came here for a special occasion dinner date a few months back (my 3rd visit here). They have some permanent menu items and then an ever changing list of other creations. Started with popover, tartare and arancini balls. Tartare was my fave. The popovers don't have much cheesy flavour to them. For main had the shrimp pasta and mushroom pizza, both very good. Their desserts are really what keep me coming back. The banana caramel is so rich and satisfying. The chocolate mousse with sorbet had a lighter more refreshing feel. Another mention not on here that I've had before is their octopus (amazing, not pictured here as it was a different visit). Service is always excellent and it's got a fancy vibe but easily casual ambiance also.

Yelp
This was my first time there, my wife has been several times. It was a busy restaurant with plenty of staff. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. We ordered the scallops, ribs and octopus small plates. The octopus lacked flavor, the ribs were great and the scallops were ok. For entrees we ordered the bigoli pasta with lobster and the salmon. Salmon was undercooked, nothing to write home about. It did have a nice seared skin though. The bigoli was ok, but again nothing blew me away. For a $300 meal I was less than impressed with the lack of flavor - missing that "wow" factor I was hoping for. Just my two cents.

Yelp
We had a reservation for 4 and arrived early. The hostess didn't say hello or greet us in any way, she just said to follow her to our table. Despite my inlaws moving a little slowly, she didn't slow down to wait on the way to the table on the far side of the outdoor patio. We were sat next to another four top that was so loud, we couldn't hear eachother, yet the majority of the patio was not full at 6:30, we didn't need to be next to a loud party. Our waiter came by, took our drink orders but didn't take our food orders when the drinks came out so we had to wait. He rattled off the specials and took our order - other than very quick, cursory stops, we barely saw him the rest of the night. When we were given water and refills, there wasn't any friendliness. My husband and I both got fish dishes - there was maybe 8 halves of cherry tomato and half a dozen paper thin slices of squash in one and a little potato chowder in the other, which was really disappointing for how expensive the dishes were ($42 and $48). Additional vegetable sides weren't an option on the menu, so while fish was really good, we expected more than a small piece without much else. Considering the location (our view was of an abandoned warehouse even if there's a river nearby) this place cannot justify lacking service, unfriendly staff, small portions and high prices.

Yelp
Visited Thursday, 9/11/25. Seated at 5:30, promptly. Rita was our server. She was amazing!!! Explained each menu item eloquently. Offered non alcoholic drink options, had the Agave Au Poivre, refreshing cucumber, lime, genery, and a sprinkle of black pepper. Yummy! Small plate: Beets with feta, yogurt, tahini, hazelnuts, quinoa and schug(micro greens)..enough to share...so very unique..loved it! Large plate: Summer corn ravioli with pine nut, lemon, pecorino and summer truffles, in abundance!!! DELICIOUS! My dinner friends had the Salmon and pork belly dishes....all were enjoyed and the plates were cleaned. Dessert was a luscious butter cake with fresh peaches, caramel, coffee gelato and a wonderful whipped cream..and a Birthday candle, so thoughtful!!!! Never been here before, but would definitely come again! Service was fantastic! For a Thursday, it was packed. Reservations are a must....ample seating with unique venues in each section. My Birthday was a smash because of my visit here! Thank you Rita and staff for making my evening so very enjoyable!

Yelp
Wow.... I have never been to Prescott's Provisions before and I feel like now that I have been, I need to tell everyone about it. We made a bar reservation for yesterday at 7:30 for New Year's Eve and every part of my experience was enjoyable. We started out with the risotto for an appetizer. When it came out, I was hesitant because I've never had truffles before, but considering we were entering the new year, I had a strong calling to just try something new, and I'm so glad I did. DELICIOUS. There wasn't a since risotto left in that dish. Next, for main courses, I got the free range chicken and my husband opted for the NY Strip. Again, not a single drop left for either of us. Every bite was perfectly seasoned with incredible flavors that I can't even begin to describe. I loved every bite. Lastly, I must compliment the vibes. It's definitely and upscale restaurant, however it was so chill. Relaxing lighting with a classy ambiance, but still had a comfy and welcoming aura. Our waitress/bartender was friendly, attentive and kind. I will totally be back.

Yelp
I appreciated seeing a somewhat diverse group of guests--it was refreshing and added a nice touch to the atmosphere. I brought my spouse here a few months ago for a special occasion, hoping for a memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, it fell short in several ways. My spouse ordered the scallops entrée, which was beautifully plated but shockingly small--just THREE scallops for $45. It felt more like an appetizer than a main course, and left us both disappointed. I ordered a chicken dish, which was decent, but not filling either. By the end of the meal, neither of us felt satisfied, which was incredibly deflating for what was meant to be a celebratory night. To top it off, when I asked if I could order a pizza to go--something simple to make up for how hungry I still was--the server gave me a look like I had three heads. I left feeling really judged. I understand this is considered a high-end restaurant, but that shouldn't come at the cost of basic hospitality or value for money.

Yelp
Visiting from out of state, we were referred to Prescott's Provisions by another restaurant and were eager to try it. Although we showed up early (6:30),we were told there'd be a 90+ minute wait. We made the wait, and while dinner was good (though slow--over 30 minutes to arrive), the real shock came with the bill: the short ribs we ordered turned out to be Wagyu steak, at nearly double the price of the most expensive entrée on the menu. Our waiter, Connor, never mentioned this. When questioned, he said, "I forgot to mention they were Wagyu, but since you didn't ask the price, I assumed you didn't want to know." We had already ordered a Wagyu appetizer and knew the price difference--this felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of us. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Yelp
Amazing food and amazing ambience with so relaxing feel. Service was great as our server was nice to give us time and help us in ordering menu and explaining stuff. It was out first time so he took utmost care of us . The food was delicious but it's on heavy side with lot of butter and cheese so surely you will gain a lot of calories here . We took rice ball squash in small plate and it was delicious , then had Ravioli for main course and dessert was special one which our server recommended was pistachio ice cream with cake and had lot more but I must say it was delicious.

Yelp
I have always rated this place a 5, but a recent experience left me disappointed. We found a hair in our food--definitely not ours. The staff replaced the dish, which I appreciated, but they still left it on the bill. Our waitress was excellent--apologetic and professional--but a small gesture, like comping the item, would have gone a long way. It's not about the $20; it's about customer care. There's still a lot to like here, so I can't give a 1-star review, but I also can't justify a 5. Settling on a 3.

Yelp
SO and I were in town and stopped for dinner at this low-key restaurant nestled along the Gateway Harbor area. We started off with the Mediterranean Octopus, which came with a tasty romesco sauce, and the Yellowfin Crudo, which came atop an eggplant caponata sauce...both were light and excellent starters. We also shared the roasted scallops and the swordfish schnitzel. The scallops were perfectly seared and were accompanied by a tasty squash puree and risotto, which all blended well together. The swordfish schnitzel was the standout of the night...there was a nice crust that formed on the outside and the celery root puree was the perfect accompaniment. We ended with a chocolate dessert that was rich and decadent. Bottom line, the service was attentive and the food was on the money. Their seafood is spectacular and we'll be back the first chance we get to try their other offerings.
