"You can buy every Goya product known to man at this Hialeah supermarket, but if you don’t feel like dealing with your own stove, walk in and turn left. That’s where you’ll find Presidente’s cafeteria. Every location of this local chain has one, but this particular Presidente makes the best food. The chicken drumsticks are tender and the massive strips of chicharron should intimidate someone with dental issues, but still contain juicy meat inside. This is just the kind of affordable, easy, and delicious meal everyone loves, which is probably why it's also in the top five of Miami's most chaotic parking lots. If you’ve got the time to wait around for a pressed sandwich, they also do a good pan con bistec large enough to split with a coworker for lunch, or maybe even the construction workers in line next to you. Excellent supermarket. Great variety of food and drinks. Very nice people and friendly staff. Good location and good service of food to take out or to eat inside. Very accessible parking lots.

If you are looking for a replacement for Publix go elsewhere. The place is older but they do have all the existential. Lots of fruits, vegetable and meat options. This is the one place you will find organ meats, hearts livers, pigs feet and bulk meats as well. Prices are better than Publix but you will not get the ambience. They also have a good variety of cafeteria food as well. To me it's worth it just for the specialty meats.

Absolute trash environment and caliber of people. Not one person (employees) in this store spoke English and all were extremely dismissive and ignored me while I stood there holding the next number in my hand.... So you have customers trying to translate for customers and they are looking at you like you're crazy... Hialeah or not... get with it people! It's called manners.

Prices are OK, however, cashiers are always in a hurry. They hardly look at the customer. Saturday, I got some groceries. The cashier was pushing my bags really fast away to her left and, before I started picking them up, she had started pushing bags for the next customer next to mine. I felt hurried and left. After I got home, I realized the bag with 3 lbs. of tomatoes had been left behind. The rush made me lose control.

I'm a fan of this chain of supermarkets. I always buy some of the specials for me and my family. One of the Kendall locations works really good. The weekly specials have a very competitive prices. The gouda cheese "Domestico" brand, the parboiled rice, Goya black beans, Goya red beans, Cachita and Rica coffe, Harina pan, tomatoes, onions, beer... etc. The best prices on special weekly products. BUT this particular location I will avoid at all cost. The customer service is unrealistically bad, my only two interactions with the staff where almost science fiction. One of them was with a cashier, this lady block my way out, move my shopping cart making me reverse (I was moving first in order to pay and go) and besides that she complained!! The store needs cleaning and the fresh vegetables are not fresh. So.. avoid this one and try another Presidente supermarket.

Great prices. Always stocked. Fantastic fresh fruits and vegetables Had to change my option. 7/22 overpriced fruits and vegetables. Plus had an argument with a manager. Again they did not have things that were advertised. Also signs with prices on sale items were wrong. We are not going back for a while.

Reasonable prices, average looking store. Good selections in the Deli department.
