Great teas and I mean like actual tea. While I do like their blended drinks (Avocado Smoothie and Mango), their teas are actually refreshing and you can taste the tea. I’m a little bit different than most when it comes to milk tea, but if you like milk teas or boba, those are also good here too! Also their daily specials and happy hours are a plus as well!

Some days, boba are delicious. They're soft and warm and other days, not so much. Kiosk ordering is a bit confusing because it doesn't show what you already ordered. I think this is what causing the frustration I witnessed with large groups too. Took 15 minutes to order accurately and to get the weekly promotions to work. Very pricey compared to other boba places. It's worth it on a good chewy boba day. Not worth it when I don't like the boba texture at all. Plenty of boba shops here in Elk Grove so I most likely won't be back.

The boba here is actually decent! The teas we got were pronounced in flavor and they have lots of happy hour deals as well.

If you are in the Sacramento Area and want some quality boba, then check this place out! I saw there was a recent Grand Opening and had to stop by. A very welcoming atmosphere and a variety of drinks to choose from. The tea and coffee is superb! And do not forget the boba! Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Truly!

We came here mainly for the Pokemon card show on Saturday. The place has 5 vendors and nice ambience. We of course ordered drinks too. They have substitution options on the kiosk which makes it easy. The drinks are about average but the fast ordering and drinks preparation fully make up to it. Price is also comparable to competitors. The newly closed down Teacup was our drink place before. It they held more card shows in the future we probably will be back more often as we rarely go to this plaza otherwise. If only there is a Pokegym here it will be perfect!

Service was great and they made our drinks really fast. The ambiance was cool very bright and had lots of toy claw machines to keep people/kids occupied while waiting. Winter melon milk tea - not too sweet but I've had better Brown sugar crème brûlée - was way too sweet definitely need to adjust the sweetness

Vast variety of flavors and excellent service! One of the few places that has Genmaicha milk tea. Kiosks are helpful to customize drinks. Ambiance is nice and cozy.

The best Roasted Hojicha tea in the area is here. It's my go to each time I visit or dash.

They have 2 self service kiosks to order on. Picked our drinks and waited for them. Drinks out pretty quick as they were not busy. But the drinks are really bad. The Vietnamese coffee was undrinkable as it tasted super burnt. McDonald's makes better coffee than this. Passionfruit tea tasted like water with a hint of passionfruit. No tea flavor at all either. Mango tea was the only decent one as it had some taste and was palatable. Plenty of other boba spots in EG that are way better so do not waste your time or money here.

3 reasons why I come to this boba place. 1. Wintermelon milk tea. I spontaneously tried the wintermelon drink here and I was hooked. I love that they actually put little pieces of wintermelon in the drink. I like the texture. I haven't tried very many wintermelon drinks but this is one of the only places I'll order it. 2. Avocado smoothie. It's literally one off the best in the area. I recommend getting it 100% sweet which is a lot for me. I usually get 50% with my boba drinks but I think the sugar helps make the blend more smooth. 3. Miniature claw machines. Im addicted to those *dumb* claw machines. Dumb cause I'm so addicted and I keep getting suckered into trying them out. But the truth is that I do love the thrill of playing it! Also it's not impossible to win things there. I have definitely gotten a few of the prizes. :)

Their milk teas here are one of the best in Elk Grove! Their teas are so aromatic and provide so much flavor to the drinks. I got the Hojicha and Lychee milk teas and they both were delicious!! 50% sweet was the right amount and the drinks come out so fast! Great quality, I'll be coming back to try their other drinks :))

I enjoy boba. A lot. So does my son. He did great on his test so I wanted to give him a treat and decided to come by here and get him a blended mango slush. They let you customize so he didn't want the creme and less sugar and it was perfect. No cash only machine pay. Services were quick and so nice. The ambiance is great for teens who want to hang out and there are some claw machines they can try their hand out. I think my teens would like this place. I will share with them my take on it but for sure my son loved his mango drink. Go here you will be happy!

I recently stopped by Presotea with my family after lunch for an afternoon pick me up. Their menu is extensive and offers a wide variety of drinks. I ordered a hot wintermelon milk tea since the weather was really cold today. The flavor was perfect, but the drink itself was lukewarm, which was really disappointing, hence a 4 star review. Otherwise, my family commented that their drinks were really good and not too sweet. Presotea is a great place for a casual meet up if you are in the area for boba. It is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. Will be back to try their other items!

Clean interior with easy parking infront. Signature fruit tea is basic, solid B with a strong tea taste with light fruity notes. Boba pearls were a bit too mushy for my taste and tasteless-could have used a light honey taste. I'd consider returning if I'm in the area and craving boba-but would probably opt for Rose Tea or the new Yi Fang instead.

Got four drinks and they were so watered down and tasted not good had him remake two and they were disgusting ! Never again

Another boba shop in Elk Grove that's like a hidden gem. It's not in a larger plaza so unless you're seerching for boba on yelp it may be very easy to miss this place as I've never been into this plaza until now. Great unique flavors and items to choose from. Orders came out quickly. Prices were fair. Order using the kiosk. Will be one of my go to spots for jobs moving forward

Today I had the pleasure of working with Lindzie and Shellie. They were both so sweet, attentive and fast with making their drinks. I usually order a wintermelon hojich but they also introduced me to the signature fruit tea. I enjoyed my time here. Although I miss big boba theory, the ambience and vibe here is super cute and homey. They even have kiosks for ordering as well as claw machines!!!

They have amazing deals depending on what day you go! Sometimes the teas are too sweet and sometimes they are just right!

Service was a bit too long. Place was cute but it was very busy when I came. Didn't not try any food.

Haven't stopped by for a while so we popped in on our way home. I just found out they have weekly specials now, so I'll be sure to take advantage of these before work next time. It's also their anniversary so they are currently having BOGO 50% off as well as a deal with Oyster Bar where if you buy $20 here, you get $15 gift card for Oyster Bar. Thanks to the great deals, I got 6 drinks for just $28 today and even the $15 gift card. The champagne milk tea is my favorite in this batch. It's very light like jasmine milk tea and I think a hint of grape in it. It's very light and refreshing and I highly recommend

I decided to give Presotea another try since my last visit wasn't quite memorable but also it was grand opening weekend. Probably not the best time to come since it was hectic and busy. I stopped in today because I saw on social media they had drinks that looked delicious and refreshing. What caught my eye was the Sakura Milk Tea. This was an interesting take on Sakura Milk Tea because this version has peach flavors & strawberry puree. I'm typically accustomed to the traditional Sakura MT which has floral notes. Presotea's version is an interpretation of spring, I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong. It essentially tastes like strawberry milk. Light, in bloom, and refreshing. I think I may have detected some tea notes but they were subtle. I didn't get any add ons (toppings) with my drink and the only customization I did was adjusting the sweetness to 70%. Overall, I did like it but it would be nice to add a bit of floral notes for it to be a true Sakura MT. I'm wanting to try their other drinks such as Taro Cloud and the Ali Shan Milk Tea (also not 100% on that spelling but something along those lines). I came on a Friday afternoon around 5 pm and there was one group already sitting & enjoying their drinks. Orders are placed at the kiosk and card payment only. I was greeted and the bobarista was sweet. Wait time wasn't long because it was just me and my drink came out quick. The bobarista also did let me know as she handed me my drink to let her know if anything else is needed.

Top 3 boba spot for me! Came here a few times and the drinks, service, and cleanliness never disappoints! I've tried a few drinks here but the taro cloud and lychee strawberry fruit tea are my favorites I never had boba with a frappe but the flan cafe frappe highly recommend trying for my coffee lovers!

I am always around this shop really early in the morning so I never got a chance to try them until today. You order at their kiosk so I don't know if you can order with cash, but the kiosk provides really detailed descriptions of each item on their menu. Their fruit teas sounded the most interesting so I got their Blueberry Midnight. You can adjust the settings of the tea during the order. The drink was pretty refreshing and I liked the crunch of the seeds in it. I noticed there is a Presotea app but I couldn't find this location on the app. Would love the earn reward points with having to scan the QR code. Service was fast and friendly. The small shop was nice and clean with a decent amount of tables inside. I'd probably come back in the future to try their other flavors.

I visited Presotea as a participant in Explore Elk Grove's Boba-licious challenge. I have tried many drinks here but noticed a new drink - Sakura milk tea. I looked at the online menu for the ingredients (in order to redeem the promo for the challenge I had to order at the register not the kiosk). The Sakura milk tea is a white peach tea with strawberry purée. The combination sounded perfect as those are two of my favorite fruits. The drink was better than I expected and it has become my favorite fruit based milk tea option. My sister loves a good blended drink. She choose to order the Mango Cloud and it had a refreshing mango taste with a nice blend of cream. Also keep an eye out for their previous months' top three favorite promotion. If you follow on Instagram they will post the top three drinks from the previous month. Order any of them M-F, all-day you will get 15% off. August's top three drinks were: 1. A-li-shan Milk Tea 2. While visiting the Sacramento area, our local friends -- who are boba aficionados -- took us here and told us it's one of their favorites. I deviated from my go to green milk tea order and tried their gembmaicha milk tea with 30% sugar and it was the perfect amount of sweetness. My husband got the green milk tea with boba and 30% sugar and liked it. It would say the taste and quality reminds me of Sunright in the Bay. We got a mango cloud drink with 30% sugar for our kids, which was creamy and chock full of fruit; I didn't even get boba for them the way I normally do because I felt there was already enough going on. They accidentally messed up one of our orders and left out the sugar completely, but our friends took it back and they fixed it without any problem. Great customer service and I'm sure I'll be back the next time I'm visiting my friends.

Presotea offers high quality and authentic tea drinks! Every cup is brewed to order, so you're definitely getting fresh drinks every time! A-Li Shan milk tea is my favorite! The tea was nice and creamy and you can definitely taste the tea flavor. The boba had the perfect texture, soft and chewy without being mushy. The house coffee was strong and it had the perfect amount of sweetness (I got mine 50% sweet). Mango cloud was creamy and refreshing. White Peach Oolong tea had a strong tea flavor and subtle peach notes. You cannot go wrong with any of these drinks!

I was only here for a quick minute, but the ambience was nice inside! It was easy to order through the kiosks, and service was quick. I received my drinks in about 5-7 minutes. The employees were friendly too! I got the A Li-Shan Milk Tea with Oat Milk and a Wintermelon Milk Tea. They were both refreshing and gave me the right fix I needed. The menu was pretty extensive, and because it was my first time going here I had a lot of trouble choosing what to get. I'll definitely come back to try the other drinks!

I'm very disappointed by this boba tea shops service. I am being charged for toppings and I didn't get mine. Went to pick it up and drink at home. This is an order of one drink. How do you mess up an order of one drink??! The drinks are good but I am being charged for lychee jelly I didn't get. Unacceptable.

The Genmaicha milk tea is like no other! Something about the drink tastes so nostalgic. My typical order is the Genmaicha milk tea with just pudding.

Avocado smoothie. This is a winner. Such a struggle to try something different when the avocado smoothie is so perfect. It's creamy, perfect sweetness, and very avocado-y. Of course, it is! Not to say other beverages aren't fantastic. The crème brûlée milk tea is a wonderful, sweet treat! The taro cloud is also a winner. If you don't know what to order, try this one. The Oreo cloud is just as good! Place your order online or the kiosks in the shop. Try your luck on the claw machines for novelty items. You'll need tokens to play. Get some near the ordering kiosk. Good luck! Even if you don't win anything from the claw machines, your drink will be the prize. Enjoy!

I've tried a few of their fruit teas but haven't liked any that I'd get again. My SO who usually describes most drinks as "pretty good" or "okay" said his signature fruit tea was "nasty but better than water." I don't remember the boba previous times but this time was so mushy :(

After seeing this place pop up in my Yelp feed repeatedly, I figured I'd check it out and see what it was about. Presotea takes over a previous boba tea type shop that I'd been to once before (don't remember it's name off top, because it has been some years). But this place definitely seemed new and exciting. Going to a new place with so many options can seem very overwhelming at times, but luckily my son and I were the only patrons in at the time. So we were able to look over the different options and ask the employee as many questions as we needed. Which were graciously answered, and recommendations were given as well. My son decided to go with a Strawberry Mango Slush with Boba, and I chose a White Peach Oolong Fruit Tea. The guy at the counter before making our drinks asked how sweet did we want them, which neither of us were sure of. So he gave us both our drinks at 70% sweet, so making them more or less sweet is an option. My drinks was pretty good, and I really like the dress Passion Fruit purple at the bottom. Plus the White Peach fruit tea also has fresh orange and apple slices in it as well. Which is a really nice touch. Before leaving instead of ordering at the counter, I used the kiosk option as noted by the employee at the counter. Just to see how easy it was to use. And picked up my girlfriend a Popping Strawberry Bubble waffle. There weren't any pics on the stores main menu, at the kiosk, or on Yelp of their waffles. Making it a little more different to know what the bubble waffle would look like. And my girlfriend had thought it might come with fresh strawberries, but it instead comes with strawberry pearls...hence the "popping" strawberry name. She was a little disappointed as was I but, she was still ok with it. More images and or better descriptions would definitely go a long way, for those who don't frequent here. Like me most eat with our eyes, and like the posters and the "Top 10 drinks" and the TV screen. More drink & food pics would help. Overall: Good drinks and atmosphere and friendly employees. If I'm in the area again and I'm in the mood for a sweet and refreshing drink. I definitely may just stop in at Presotea again and try something new or something familiar.

Hmmm, with all the great reviews, I'm wondering if I ordered the wrong thing or if they were having an off-day when I visited. Presotea is another boba tea place in Elk Grove. In my opinion, there's no such thing as too many milk tea choices so I visited with high hopes. Clean and bright inside, staff greeted me immediately, and I placed my drink order on their self-service kiosk. Honestly, I really hate kiosks - they're impersonal, annoying to use when adjusting drink preferences, and take away the opportunity for staff to provide great customer service and engagement. But, I'm sure this element is supposed to increase efficiency?! Anyway. I ordered one of their signature milk teas: A-Li Shan Milk Tea with boba. Full sugar, no other adjustments. I have no idea what the tea base was - other than some kind of black tea. The drink lacked tea flavor. And the boba texture was overly soft - one of my pet peeves when it comes to boba texture. $5.85 + tax + tip and I ended up throwing it away because it was that bad. I won't be returning. I also started receiving advertising texts from Presotea. There may have been some fine print at the kiosk about receiving ads from them but this is too much of a stretch for having no choice but to use their kiosk for ordering.

An OK tea place if you want a quick fix. They use espresso method to brew their tea bag. I don't think it affects the tea flavors in finished products. Or their teabag is just of average quality. Tea 18 in Natomas used the same method but yield better results. If you're shopping in the area and want some boba, theirs is not bad. Not a favorite, but not bad.

I stopped here during grand opening BOGO half off. I love boba tea spots this one is pretty much like all the others. I ordered the Matcha milk tea and I order a white peach milk tea. The Matcha was mid, but the white peach milk tea is refreshing and fantastic. The service is very slow and they did mess up one of my drinks but fixed it, but took 10 mins for me to receive it. I probably would stop by if I'm in the area to try the blended drinks. Over all I rate them a 3.5 stars.

First time trying this chain! It was ok, love the concept that it offers lots of different kind of tea but I think it lack of some adds on or modifying the drink .. for example if you have "Ceylon " black tea .. normally most Asian people will associate it with lemon/lemonade with Ceylon tea .. which is the golden pair! Tea was pretty good, tried their grape flavored black tea. And their mango cloud, overall is good. The place is a little hot inside ... probably should leave the door open or at least have some kind of AC /window

New year!! New boba spot, well technically they soft opened back in December but I just went back yesterday. So of the two times I've been there - I've tried the: A-Li Shan Milk Tea, Creme Brûlée Milk Tea, Taro Cloud, Blueberry Midnight & Signature Fruit Tea Of all the drinks we've tried my favorite was definitely the A-Li Shan & Creme Brûlée Milk Tea. They both weren't overly sweet and I love the roasted taste! If you're a fan of roasted milk teas you'll definitely enjoy these! ALSOOO their boba consistency is so good! It's the right amount of soft and chewiness. Loveee it As for the fruit teas, their signature one is more on the tea side and it's not sweet at all. Very subtle. It's great if you just want something light and refreshing. I enjoyed the fruit and lychee jelly. The blueberry midnight was really interesting since most places don't have blueberry flavoring. The flavor was very distinct! As for interior and service; the interior is super spacious and welcoming. They have smart devices to take your order if you're paying with card so I think that's great and efficient. Great service, the staff was super helpful and friendly. I believe they now offer bubble waffles too which is basically an egg puff! I definitely want to come back to try their white peach oolong & flan cafe frappe!

It wasn't too crowded when I got there around noon on Sunday. They have two self order kiosks. It's easy to place an order and drinks were ready within 10 minutes. I had the Brown Sugar Milk Pudding with 50% sweetness and less ice. The sugar level is perfect. Not too sweet and just right (for me). The pudding is silky soft. It was like a meal in a cup, kind of filling. I also got the lychee milk tea boba with same sweetness and ice level. That was really good too! Another great boba place in Elk Grove/Sacramento! We are getting spoiled with so many options!

Could be a cute cafe to do work in with their trendy interior design. There's something I love about neon signs on a faux shrub wall with these new boba shops that come up. They have a kiosk inside to order from and plenty of seating options. It was pretty busy when I went on a Saturday afternoon, so the drink took around 10-15 minutes to come out. Ordered the A-li Shan Milk Tea with boba. The drink itself was okay, didn't really taste anything special apart from a typical milk tea, and the taste was diluted with a lot of water. The default size of the drink is the larger cup (16oz) but I would've preferred a regular 12oz cup with a more concentrated flavor. The boba was chewy and not too sweet.

Just recently visited after a few horrible visits and I can confirm the drinks are back to its normal chilled perfection. Sacramento is very lucky to have Presotea, I keep telling my friends that Presotea has the best tea. Even better than chichasansen. As always, white peach oolong tea is to die for.

We came across this boba place and decided to check it out last night. Walking in, it had a cute decor on the wall. Definitely a nice picture spot if your into that stuff. Ordering was easy. There were staff to take your order, but also kiosk available. We opted for the kiosk and was able to choose our options within it. We ordered the lychee snow and the winter melon and hojicha milk tea. We were both surprised on how good each tasted. The winter melon had real bits within in. The lychee did come with lychee jelly as well. Definitely will come back. We enjoyed our drinks. Thanks!

Some friends and I went for their soft opening and we really enjoyed it! Since they just opened, there weren't too many people there (grand opening this Saturday 12/17) but there was still a steady stream! The employees were super friendly and helpful and you could choose to order at the counter or at the kiosk. They kiosk was cool because you could see how many people had ordered each drink! You can customize the sweetness, ice, add toppings and substitute milk (though there is also a cost). I got the brown sugar pearl milk tea at 100% sweet and as much as I like sugar, I probably would've enjoyed it more at 70%. My friends got the genmaicha milk tea which was also really good and I'd recommend! They do have a bunch of fruit teas as well as fruit milk teas and some coffees so I'd want to come back and try that! There is a parking lot outside when plenty of space so it shouldn't be a problem!

We were in Elk Grove and we were looking for a boba place that did blended bobas. My son suggested Presotea! I had the Hawaiian Slush (Kumquat with pineapple) and boba blended and my husband had the Taro Cloud blended with no boba and we both had 30% sugar and it still tasted pretty sweet! We might even try 20% sugar next time! The Kumquat blended still had quite a bit of ice that didn't get blended! It just needed a little bit more blending!

I was so excited when I saw Presotea on Yelp! I used to go to the locations in SoCal, so imagine my pleasant surprise when the very first NorCal location turned out to be in Elk Grove. I had high expectations because I enjoyed the drinks in the past and loved that their other locations oftentimes had great promotions or deals going on. When you walk in, there are people taking orders and two mobile order tablets as well, which makes ordering easy. There are a few tables too for people to sit at, but it is still a smaller space overall. Presotea has a large variety of drinks, including fruit teas, teas, milk teas, Vietnamese coffees, and others. I decided on the hojicha milk tea, 50% sweetness, less ice, and panda boba. The tea flavor itself was good and strong, and I enjoyed the combination of black and agar boba. The drink was a tad bit on the sweeter side for my preference, but next time I'll just get 25% sweetness. The cashier wasn't quite sure whether or not the creamer was nondairy when I asked, but they do allow substitutions with oat milk or another alternative for an extra cost. The prices are reasonable, and they also have a point system. The (I believe) owner of the shop also came around to check in on us and ask how we enjoyed the drinks, so that was nice of him. Overall, I'm glad Presotea has made its way up here, and I'm excited to keep coming back to try their other drinks! Hopefully they will have just as many good deals as their SoCal location too.

First time here! I ordered the Wintermelon Hojicha milk tea with 100% sweetness, less ice and with boba. This was the most basic drink (considering the wait time ~15 min) I should've read the description, and noticed the puree possibly in my drink, tasted like potatoes for sure. The boba was too soft for sure - tasted like store bought boba IYKYK. Although, there were good aesthetics, and chill music for the vibes and seating areas which is why it deserves the 3rd star. I would definitely stop by if around the area, but order ahead of time.

Some of my trued so far is ... . Genmaicha milk tea with no sweet add boba and less ice. - it was perfect on the taste. The ice wasn't enough so I asked for a ice on the side to make it colder for it to be easier to drink. The first couple sip reminds me of a boba shop inside Japan town in LA which is bomb gigity! . Specialty fruit tea , has passion fruit puree and white oolong peach flavor tea. So good and refreshing. I added popping boba instead of regular boba and some aloe Vera which is yummy. . Boba - chewy and has some sweet honey or in general sweet flavor. Chewy texture is great, not hard, not super soft but middle chewy which I like. . The interior has a couple tables and plain wall with artificial grass with neon light saying. It's cute and simple. . Overall I am fan. I will be back for more boba drinks when I'm in the area. Came during Presotea's soft opening. I'm glad that a new boba spot took over the location! I've had Presotea in SoCal and it was decent but I was a little let down since there was so much hype around it. This time around I tried the White Peach Oolong Tea w/boba and Lychee Milk Tea. I got the White Peach Oolong Tea with 50% sugar and it was still a good amount of sweetness with the bitterness of the tea. Something that's very refreshing! The boba was more on the loose side and didn't have much of a chew or bounce. The lychee milk tea was also good, however I wouldn't prefer lychee in my milk tea and would rather have it with a fruit tea. My boo actually really enjoyed it though! He got less sugar too and it was still a good balance.

This spot took over Big Bobba Theory and is next door to Tokyo Teriyaki. I tried the Preso coffee which is served iced. The drink was strong and tasty. The menu isn't as diverse as some tea shops but it's still worth a visit.

Staff are nice, place is clean, and they have a large variety of drinks. We ordered 5 different flavors and they were all way too sweet for us. I recommend asking if there's a way to make your drink a tad less sweet.
