Press Enclave of India carries an old-world charm, deeply rooted in Delhi’s journalistic and political history. The vibe here is distinct—serious yet lively, with journalists, bureaucrats, and intellectuals often engaged in intense discussions over chai/coffee/beer. It’s one of those places where the pulse of current affairs can almost be felt in the air. When it comes to food, the options are mostly classic and very affordable. The canteens serve simple yet hearty meals—nothing extravagant, but full of character. Expect well-brewed tea, samosas, and sandwiches, often enjoyed in the company of seasoned reporters and young media aspirants. It’s more about the experience than gourmet dining, making it a must-visit for those who appreciate nostalgia, history, and a glimpse into India’s press culture.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Press Club of India for a health check-up camp, where our dental team provided medical services. The facilities and amenities provided by the club were impressive, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The club's atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great venue for events and gatherings. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend the Press Club of India as a great spot to visit 5/5 stars I like this place 😊

A meeting point for journalists, Press Club is a space you can only get into if you’re a part of the journalism community A small conference room is also available for press conferences or meetings etc

It Was A Nice Place To Spend Time With Good Enough Food Along With Old School Seating. Though Starters Can Be Upgraded, Main Course, Soup & Desserts Are Good.

The place was made for a meeting points fit journalists and hosting conferences. It has many small conference rooms which can be pre-booked at affordable charges. In house catering is available. There is a large open canteen space which serves snacks like sandwiches , tea , coffee , pakoras etc at very cheap prices but the quality is pretty good. Best part is that it is easily accessible by metro train and buses. Parking is not available nearby but at a distance.

A nice, small place with a lovely open courtyard where one can meet and find quite many media people. The food is also quite good and economical. Had veg pasta in white sauce. You need to have a reference from a member to make entry at the reception. Sit, relax, converse, spend quality time and even work if you wish. Parking is a bit tricky though. Two parking spaces available - one for the members and the other for the guests. But difficult to find a spot.

Entry only for members. Guests can go with members with an entry fee of Rs. 50. You will find many veteran journalists sitting there. Every table has its unique discussion on various issues along with delicious food.
