The waffle I got was so delicious, my favorite part was the whipped cream. Only complaint was that the strawberries were a bit sour, and the waffle was kind of hard and maybe a bit old. The girl who fulfilled my order was so nice. I ordered a waffle without Nutella and she accidentally made it with Nutella but made another waffle without it and gave both of them to me. I ordered take out and when she saw me struggling to carry it, she offered me a bag.

So I came here with my friend and it was interesting to say the least! There’s not that many savory options for the waffles and as well it’s dessert waffles (recipe uses more sugar so the batter is dense with caramelization) so it’s not what I was expecting. As well the chicken is frozen not fresh so a little disappointing. This place is trendy though so 4 stars for atmosphere and presentation makes it better like look how cute my picture is! The food is great for pictures but it tastes like constipation. 4 stars!

Left the house with one thing on my mind, waffles. Came here with the Mrs. and the little one and was not disappointed. This place is located in the Legacy Hall which offers a variety of cuisine and flavors side by side. Awesome vibe and great waffles. We ordered one custom waffle and the Southern Belle. I really liked the tangy lemon curd and you will too if you’re into that. Vibe: I think the vibe and experience really compliments the waffle indulgence as well. Will definitely be back to try out some of the other places.

Waiting for 45 mins in line for waffles! The House waffle was excellent! The service by Robert was exceptional!!! The poor reviews is for the owners and no one else!! We’ve been coming here for years for the amazing waffles but past two weekends they have been under staffed and poor employee working solo on a weekend night having to prep, take orders and make the waffles. Robert was exceptional and though it looked like he was manning a 3 person job he still did it with a smile and great attitude! The owners need to figure out how to improve the Plano legacy west location staffing issues otherwise this will hurt their business and many customers waited for 20-25 mins and then left. This is not a problem of the hard working employee, Robert, who showed up but the owners should have come in on the Saturday night when you have a hot product like this that everyone wants. This line is 30 clients deep waiting to order and I’m telling you in the 45 mins we waiting they lost more then half and other would join and more would leave. Talk about lost revenue!

The waffles at this place is a absolute bliss!! Quick service and we'll made waffles. The prices are reasonable and the waffles tastes excellent. We cried the waffles with Nutella, cookie butter , peanut butter and whip cream.The peanut butter on the Waffles is must because it was simply out of the world. The ambience is very lively since the shop is situated in Legacy west where lot of other shops are there. Tip - check in with Yelp to get 10% off on your bill.

Delicious 😋 waffles!! I got the Elvis, peanut butter, banana and bacon which was so satisfying 😋 wifey got the one with blueberries, cream and lemon curs, I think its the southern belle and she devoured it. Even the coffee ☕ was 💪

I came here with my family today and at first the fall decorations drew me in. I had a conversation with the worker in the front, Paolo. He was very nice and professional and his coworker Mason was also very friendly. Loved the food and definitely will be back!

Whoa mama is all I can say. This house Waffle is where it's at. That Nutella drizzled all over this ice cream, strawberries and that warm crispy waffle will blow your tastebuds away. Aye it looks big, but you'll be so happy you didn't share it. I want, no I need another one.

So disappointed tonight. I understand the need to hire high school kids but they made the waffles so dried out tonight. It tasted like a stale waffle. My first experience was definitely a 5 star but unfortunately this one was a 2.

I recently visited Press Waffle Co. located in Legacy Hall, which is always a vibe! I decided to try their cinnamon roll waffle, and while the flavor was good, I was a bit disappointed with the texture of the waffle. It was a bit hard, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the dish. However, I have to commend their customer service. The staff was only one person but they were friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant and understanding. Despite the waffle being a bit hard, the great customer service definitely made up for it.

We came here for dessert! Located in legacy hall, we ate different dinners and opted for a freshly prepared Belgium waffle. Decided on the cinnamon roll one. Within 5 minutes, a hot sweet treat was ready. Server was friendly. Parking and seating in hall can be tough. Prices were a bit high, but that didn't stop lines from forming to taste a fresh, delicious treat!

Over rated waffles at an over rated price. I couldn't upload the pictures of this place because the cashier decided flipping his middle finger off in my picture was more important than free advertising and social media recognition. Located in a corner of legacy hall means there are def other places worth trying in the vicinity.

Located in the Legacy Hall food court, this place is no joke for all kinds of waffles. I was looking for a quick, informal dinner and found it here. Spicy chicken & waffles were amazing. Chicken was freshly deep fried; super crispy and spicy . Absolutely delicious with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and crispy thick bacon bits. Wow, yum! Dinner and dessert in one meal. Satisfied and happy. Preparation was fast and efficient, order taker / preparer was friendly. Give this place a try!!!

This place has one of my biggest addictions: The House ~ it's one of their most popular items and it comes with freshly cut strawberries, cookie butter, Nutella and their house made whipped cream on top of a golden Liége waffle. I always get the same thing when I go and each time, it tastes just as amazing. Haven't had it in me to try something else yet lol but everything looks delicious. Definitely recommend checking out this place and especially trying The House - you WON'T regret it!

This is a fun waffle place inside Legacy Hall at The Shops of Legacy. They offered a variety of fun waffle concoction and you can built your own with a variety of sauces and toppings. We ordered the Happy Camper which is a s'mores waffle! They added the marshmallow, Nutella, chocolate syrup and burned the marshmallow for the esthetics. It was delicious! The presentation was nice when you order it for dine in. I recommend coming for your sweet tooth craving.

This place is awesome!! I built my own waffle and the workers made it to perfection! I customized a waffle with cookie butter, caramel, bananas, whipped cream, and ice cream. The sweetness was absolutely perfect! If you're not looking to customize your own, their menu has a large variety of different waffles as well--including seasonal flavors! The only thing is that the wait is quite long, but Legacy Hall is generally a busy place during the evenings so it made sense to me.

The best place at the Legacy Hall! The service was incredible and so was the waffles. The worker was very patient and helpful with our questions and made good recommendations to us. We tried one sweet (The House) and one savory (The Monte Cristo) and they were both incredible!! I really recommend this place to anyone!

Expensive? Yes! Damn good? Yes! Bunch of teenagers working so they may skip out on adding a topping or 2? Yes! I'm not going to take away a star for that because I can double check my order before taking it back to my seat and "make light work" of it; it's prepared right in front of you! I think any concoction you make here will taste like heaven but watch your coins! It's easy to become $20 broker on ONE waffle . Yikes! If you check in on Yelp, that's a free topping for you! Indulge! You deserve it! Don't forget the ice cream! ;-)

We loved the happy camper waffle. The toasted marshmallow on top with the crunchy/sweet edges of the waffle were so delicious. The employee taking orders was very kind. I definitely will return and try more waffles!

So disappointed. The waffle dough was not good at all. Could barely taste the cookie butter topping. My husband got the southern belle and it was just as bad. Sad as I had such high expectations from all the good reviews.

The five star is for the house waffle only. The house waffle has the perfect combination. Let me explain. 1. Nutella syrups is by no means sweet. They are definitely diluted, which is smart. Most of time, Nutella could come off very overpowering. 2. The strawberries are sweet and sour, which balances out the chocolate syrup and Nutella syrup. 3. The vanilla ice cream also not overly sweet, and even have a little bit sourness in it. The combination of the 3 and a warm waffle is extremely beautiful. You definitely ate a lot of calories but it didn't feel like it. This is a very dangerous feeling. Thank god I don't live near this place.

Pictures doesn't do this justice. Everything in this perfectly complimented each other and makes me want to come back already. A must try especially if you have a sweet tooth.

Love this place! My boyfriend and mine favorite waffle place! Their waffle is super soft which is awesome!! We love The house Waffle. It comes with strawberries and chocolate syrup. The waffle is warm and the whipped cream on the top is cold, such awesome combination! Recommend!!

Our family is avid Shark Tank watchers and we love entrepreneurs! When there is something in our area that we see on that show that we can support, we are in! For a couple of years now, we have been wanting to try out Press Waffle Co. You can imagine our expectations were pretty high after waiting that long. When we got to Legacy Hall, we realized the hall as well as PWC didn't open until 10. That's ok! We were only a few minutes early and we were excited to wait. At 9:51, we went right to PWC with tastebuds SO ready for this experience. The young man preparing to open didn't acknowledge us at all. That's ok. We were looking over the menu deciding what we would order. At 10:02, the young man behind the counter looks up and says to us "I will not be ready to open until 10:30a." This may not have been such a disappointment if we weren't so excited but also a 3 hour drive home was waiting on us on the other side of this waffle. The other restaurants that were more lunch based were ready but PWC was not, even though Google, Yelp, etc says they open at 10. We decided we had waited for a couple of years what was another 30 minutes. We come back to stand at his window at 10:25 and noticed he had a few waffles made (not sure if that just happened or if they have been there for a bit.) At 10:31, he comes to the register. No apology for the wait just "What can I get for you?" Cool. We place our order and he uses the waffles that have been there. I'm thinking maybe they are still warm. Pay and go to sit down as a family to eat these waffles we have been so excited about. Disappointed May be an understatement. The waffles were hard and cold. We will not waste our time on Press Waffle Co again, but cheers to Whisk Coffee and Crepes!

Best Leigh waffle in town! Our go to waffle place in DFW. Food and service were always good. We usually customized our own waffle, so it's less sweet.

FAIR WARNING: I'm not the biggest waffle fan and I got a basic waffle. So I don't think I'm the best person to write a review but I will anyways I got a "build your own" with Nutella, whipped cream, powdered sugar and bananas. The waffle was crunchy on the outside and soft, dense, and thick on the inside. Def not a cheap waffle. The Nutella of course was delicious but maybe too thickly smeared on my waffle? They had drizzled Nutella over the whipped cream and had put some on the waffle right below my whipped cream. After writing this I realize I'm just not a waffle person haha. Go and try it!

I love a good Monte Cristo. And when I found it here on a waffle? I was so perturbed - that I didn't think of it first! A brilliant pairing, this has become my go-to at Legacy Hall. And for bonus joy, this savory treat is a good friend of a Riesling or your white wine of choice next door. Thanks team Press for the waffley joy!

I had a craving for something sweet. I recalled this place was featured on Shark Tank and I've always wanted to try it. It's located in Legacy Food Hall in Plano located near one of the entrances. The service was fast and they were nice even thought it was busy. I create my own waffle and it was so delicious, it really hit the spot and satisfied my sweet tooth. I'd definitely go back again!

Amazing dessert!! The staff was very friendly and helped my wife make the waffle exactly how she wanted it. Great after dinner snack while in the Legacy Food Court.

I tried this place after I happened to see an episode of Shark Tank. This location is in a food hall, and they had just opened and there was a small line already forming. I decided to try "The House" because that's their signature waffle and what the owners served the Sharks, so it must be their best. I was not disappointed, the waffle itself was thick, buttery and delicious. However, for myself, I found "The House" full of sugar - it is definitely an indulgent treat. The Nutella and cookie butter made it feel like more of a dessert than a breakfast. However, I will definitely try this again, perhaps build your own, or a more savory waffle.

I've tried the House waffle twice and it's still delicious. The waffle is at a good consistency. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can also make your own custom one!

The Monte Cristo waffle is DELICIOUS!!!! I have to get it whenever I go to Legacy Hall. Press Waffle Co. has so many unique and delicious flavors for both the sweet tooth and savory items.

OH MY GOSSSSH. This place is definitely going to be one that sticks out in my mind! My husband and I split the Elvis! Portion was very large, flavors were on point! Perfect balance of sweet and salty. 10/10 recommend!!

Over the past couple years we've tried savory and sweet waffles. They are top-notch with solid combinations and options. Personally the sweet waffles are to sweet but that's what you're going for. Kids tried the Nutella option and devoured it pretty quickly.

The waffles are soft but the sides have a nice crunch. The waffle is a little dense. It would have been nice if they were slightly warmer. The House - a generous amount of strawberries. The cookie butter surprisingly complements everything well because I thought it would compete with the flavor of the Nutella. Southern Belle - like the lemon curd but the blueberries were not that fresh.

Good place to eat something different. Our first visit to this booth and we split the Cristo waffle sandwich which along with a salad from another booth was just fine. Fixed in a jiffy.

Sometimes this place has bogo coupons on fb so I got to go to try it out on a discount. Really liked the house and they let you customize it so if you dont like whipped cream get toasted marshmallows Haha Strawberries were super fresh and the nutella and cookie butter is sweet but definitely perfect! It's a great dessert if you want to share or finish on your own. The savory ones looked good too so I definitely want to go try that one day too.

Finally got a chance to visit Press Waffle and you guys did not disappoint. I missed he 10% yelp discount because I checked in after I paid. If you go remember to check in and receive your discount. Lots of deliciousness going on behind the counter. I ordered the "Soulman" and it touched my soul lolol. That little sweetness in the waffle with the texture was really nice, chicken was so tender and crispy, freshly fried, both complimented each other then they added bacon on top. Wow Heaven! Service was friendly and fast, line gets a little long, but they are fast. I will be back.

I've been dying to try Press Waffle for a good minute. Not only because I saw it on a Shark Tank episode, but because it simply looks so damn delicious. It's safe to say it was not disappointing. I ordered the House and my husband got the Happy Camper. Both were hands down delicious and surprisingly a bit filling, too! It's definitely a splurge dessert but for the price, it's decent. I was expecting a large, fluffy waffle but got something that resembled an Eggo in terms of size. Still tasty nonetheless, and I would grab another if I'm ever in Legacy Hall and need a sugar rush.

Yes!!! It is as good as the hype! They definitely will meet all expectations of a traditional Belgium waffle! These are so good and made fresh.

It was my first time eating at Press Waffle Co. We ordered The House Waffle. Honestly it has all the flavors you want to satisfy your sweet tooth. A mix of cookie butter and Nutella - I mean C'mon! One cannot go wrong with that combo and then strawberry to balance all the sweet flavors out with a little added tang. It's a perfect blend! To top it all off, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and that's literally the cherry on top! It's not overwhelmingly sweet, it's perfect blend of sweet and tart which makes this dish a must try!

Who doesn't love waffles right! I hadn't been to this place in awhile and last time I went was when Legacy Food Hall had just opened and I thought their chicken and waffles were pretty good at the time so it was a no brainer. I ordered the chicken and waffles this time but I remixed it by adding the Nutella, Cookie Butter, and Fresh Strawberries! The waffle was magnificent but the chicken I had changed since my last visit. The chicken before seemed a bit homemade and this new chicken is more like a large frozen chicken nugget which is why I only gave three stars. This is one of the most popular food stalls in Legacy Hall and it's mainly because of the waffles which is popular with the kids. I definitely recommend this place and make sure you get the house waffle with the cookie butter.... So Yummy!

Mmmm, yum. I got the House waffle and it was delicious! The waffle you can tell was very freshly made. It looked as good as it tasted as well. I could tell everyone was eyeing my waffle as I walked to my table. I got the house because it seemed like a great combination, but you are free to customize your waffle however you'd like which is amazing. The only downside for me would be the pricing/portion size. Although great, the waffle was probably not worth $8 in my opinion. Maybe the waffle size should have been slightly larger. I feel like I finished it very quickly. Definitely on the expensive end of things.

Listen. I'm not sure if it was because I was starving or what...but the Soulman was amazing! It's essentially chicken & waffles with a nothing better than bacon crumbles. I mean one of the best combinations! The chicken was seasoned, tender, not too salty, perfect coat of batter and I'm a bigger fan of chicken TENDERS rather than chicken on the bone, so I was sold off of that alone. Something that really made my tastebuds smile was the waffle though. The chicken was delicious, don't get my wrong, but it was something magical in that waffle batter. At first I thought it was the syrup. I thought it had like vanilla or rum in it, but that wasn't it. It WAS in fact the waffle. It had a sweet, strong, vanilla taste to it. I mean it took a hold of me and would NOT let me go. After looking at the website today, I surely was right. The base of the dough is butter, but that's not it, there are pearls of Belgian sugar in the batter as well that melt into the waffle iron and create this sugary crust and...oh my GAAAAAH! I could've eaten three or four more. So serious lol Call me crazy, but it might have been the best chicken and waffle I've ever had. Don't shoot me! That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it *shrugs*
