Pressed Juicery

Have gone here for the past couple weeks in the evenings when I need a pick me up after a long day of studying or as a treat for fun after work. Every time I’ve been so far I’ve been treated well by Jason who has made my bowls each time to my liking, as someone who likes customizing anything I get it’s nice when someone gets you right consistently. Pricing is pretty spot on as other açaí bowl places but I’d say this one is a standout hope to keep coming by and getting more bowls!

I came here for an acai bowl and it was great! Their bowls have soft serve as a base. The woman at the counter was super helpful and patient. I’ll definitely be back! The bowl was tasty! Everything is plant based, dairy-free and the granola is gluten free which was a plus! I really liked the tropical base for the bowl better than the açaí base. I ordered the original açaí bowl but swapped for the tropical base.

Super clean and organized spot located in the Addison area. Came in to try the beet juice in addition to the dark chocolate protein, and ended up leaving with a multivitamin shot because the guy behind the counter shared information about the free points program. Pressed has wonderful options for those wanting cleanses, or for anyone wanting to add more veggies/protein in their life.

Clean, natural, fresh, delicious. Perfect place to satisfy a sweets craving while actually getting nutritious food! Everything was clean and the person running the counter was friendly and patient as we stumbled upon this spot and had to take a minute to look at the options. We ended up ordering some of the little sundaes and they were delicious! I would definitely come back and want to to try the other options. The menu has a variety but also not too much going on so as to not be overwhelming and allow them to obviously have quality, fresh ingredients.

It was absolutely delish! I ordered the energy bowl. Everything tasted fresh and I felt good throughout the day! I dwould definitely go again.

This review is only about the products and not the customer service. The two employees who helped me where very nice and helpful. But the juice quality had declined, I’m sorry to say. I used to go to Pressed all the time when I lived in SoCal and the juices tasted amazing back then! I moved to Texas 5 years ago and haven’t been to a Pressed since 2019 or 2020. I bought a juice cleanse, the beginner one last week and restarted my membership. The juices do not taste the same! They taste less potent and watery now! The vanilla almond, chocolate almond, Citrus 2, Greens, all are watery and not as good as they used to taste. I am so disappointed. I used to love drinking these juices and when I did my juice cleanse the other day, I really did not want to drink them. I have cancelled my membership. I wish these companies would keep their recipes and formulas the same. They get customers used to how their products taste, then they change the recipe and disappoint long term customers. I don’t know where to get cold pressed juices anymore. ☹️ So disappointed! 😔

Juices are good and consistent. The customer service here is definitely below average. On multiple accounts - I walked in a couple days ago and the gentleman behind the counter was sitting in the seats attached to the glass entrance. I had a pick up order, and I kindly walked to the counter (that he was now standing behind) and pointed to the fridge a couple feet away and said "they are in there" It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I like the place because of the general proximity for me, otherwise I probably wouldn't come back. People clearly don't like their jobs and/or should be in customer service.

Nice and clean place. They were super nice as well. I didn’t order any of the juices, but I did order the original açaí bowl. The bowl itself was good (a little watery), but overall not bad. Next time if I’m in the area I’ll try one of the drinks!

Solid Dairy Free Protein + Frozen Yorgurt Best chocolate frozen yogurt I have had + it's dairy free. I have been looking for more dairy free options and I must say they have the best DF FroYo I've tried thus far. The chocolate protein gets you 30g and is good as well. I bought 12 after a tasting.

I purchased the one day cleanse online including 6 juices and 12 shots. I have juiced for decades purchasing from sources as well and juicing at home. The concept is good, the ingredients are impressive. But I have left a 1 star review for this reason: The juices and shots tasted very watered down and did not taste fresh. For the price point, the product should have a high juice content. The majority of the juices that I had tasted more like herbal tea than cold pressed juice. I have to wonder how much of the bottle is simply water and how long before shipping were they juiced. Very disappointing. Will not ordering from them again.

Food - pretty good! I got the blueberry muffin. The granola was really good but the texture was off. I didn't feel like the "frozen yogurt" part had much flavor, if any. I'd give it a 5/10 Service - the guys working were very kind! Ambiance - it's a clean, cute little place. Very aesthetic looking! I wanted to try this place but won't go back. I don't think there's anything special about their frozen treats.

I raced from the gym and arrived at Pressed (off of beltline road) 5 minutes before closing only to find that the employee had already locked the doors (on 9/18/24). I understand it might not be convenient to make orders close to closing time, but when you have an already early closing time of 8pm and customers arrive before then, they should be served.

This is for their CACAO VEGAN ICE CREAM. I knew about their juices from a. While back. But my friend just told me about the cacao ice cream and OMG! It is everything! You can add toppings to the ice cream but it's so good just by itself. It is a bit pricey for ice cream but it's vegan and healthier. Go try it out!!! PS - theY also have vanilla - but it isn't that great. IMO!

The selection of juices is nice. The atmosphere is chill and the store is clean. Cashier is usually polite.

Great products! I have been a fan of Pressed for years because of their quality. Sky and Deirdre at this location are wonderful.

ZERO stars....again! I just got home. Trying to give this place another try. This time bought over $100 wort of juice cleanses. Got ALL the way home to find out I'm missing a bottle from one of my daily cleanses! Trying to all the store, no direct number. Goes straight to a national number. Absolutely ridiculous! I have go back 20 min with toll to get the ONE bottle they missed?? Absurd!

Their açaí bowls are on a whole different level - especially the superfood one (which I ordered). It comes with all the different berries, e.g. goji, blueberries, etc., and you can even request additional berries to be added such as strawberries. Also got their "Citrus 1" juice and wanted to try their "Citrus 2" juice but they were out. I went to several of their locations on CA but I believe this is the first one I went to in TX. Highly recommended!

So glad there is a Pressed in Addison which is near my work! I was lucky and visited on national açaí day and got a mini bowl for $2. It was soooo good! I gobbled it all up and wanted more right after. Can't wait to go back more and get their juices and another bowl!

The customer service has never been good at this location and they're notorious for this (check the Google reviews). Love the product, the shop is nice, but the service is always terrible. They have an attitude when you ask for extra of anything (even though I'm the one paying for it) and they will point you to signs in the shop if you ask any questions about the menu as if they've never tried the product or you're a problem for being a paying customer. I really hope this improves but sadly it's been like this since I got to Texas in 2022. The ONLY reason I return is for the product. Management needs to do better.

One of the best things is the location! You virtually can find all the good restaurants you need nearby and then stop for some cold pressed juice. The store is aesthetically pleasing and the staff was really helpful. Tip: if you download their app and make an account, you can get any item on the menu for only $2 on your first visit. You can choose as many items as you want up to one flavor each. If you're into cold presses juices getting their membership seems like a good deal.

owner lacks people skills, and professionalism. She is constantly going to social media to talk down on potential customers. She is known in the area to snap at waiters and people in the serving industry. As well as referring to them as "bottom level" Employees. I'd advise you to save your money and not to buy from this shallow person.

REALLY bad customer service. I was really looking forward to trying this place out but I won't be back. I came in and the employee went straight to the back and didn't come back out for a little. I thought ok maybe he was in the middle of inventory it seemed like but when we came back out he didn't even look at me or ask me if I wanted anything. He then went back to the back of the store and came out again. I then asked if I could order with him and he look at me like I was the biggest inconvenience. He whipped out my order quickly and as soon as he processed the order he just walked away. Extremely poor customer service and I felt like I was not welcomed.

I am eating healthy, living right and drinking a lot of juice! Shout out to Belt Line Road, Pressed and the staff that is always on point, always pleasant, always happy always smiling, and always doing an amazing job. Today, you guys out did yourself with amazing customer service, far beyond my wildest expectation! I won't say what all they did however, I will say they took a bad situation from another store and made it super positive. Even better than I expected and they deserve the highest commendations! I love this place all the more, will continue to support them. They do a great job in all areas of service and they're great people.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I stopped in today (we've been going to pressed locations consistently for years). When we walked in today, we did NOT receive a friendly greeting from Jessica. Her demeanor seemed very rude and judgmental. It felt like we were a bother for coming in. Typically when we come in, they allow us to create our bowls and then pay at the end but this time they had us pay for all our bowls before they made them which made all of our orders extremely difficult. I'm not sure if that's a new procedure but as African Americans we sure felt discriminated in that moment. Because of this "new procedure" Jessica decided to implement it created them to make our order wrong not once but twice and we continuously received attitude for their wrong doing. I will say, we did receive one bowl for free for them messing up the first time but as the other lady expressed we would receive a free bowl, Jessica appeared to have an attitude about us getting that bowl for free. I've been in retail management for 5 years and I would be embarrassed and disappointed if any of my stores gave that kind of customer service at this location today.

This is the small, it's reasonably priced for what you get! Açaí not as tangy has more of a earthy taste. Fruit is great. Fast service. Can't complain - def fixes my açaí bowl cravings.

My first attempt to visit the location was on 3/29. I came during advertised business hours (25 min before their closing) but they were already closed. I drove out here a second time today 4/1. I wanted to redeem the free 12 oz juice as advertised in the Dallasite101 passport I purchased. It says valid through 4/1. I was told they're not accepting it anymore. How frustrating since the passport says it is valid through today 4/1. I don't live closeby so what a waste of my time to make 2 unsuccessful visits.

Love this place. So addicted to their non ice cream ice cream. The juices aren't half bad either!

Great products here if you are wanting healthy drinks, smoothies, etc. Andre, at the Beltline location is super and makes you feel welcome and will go the extra mile for you. Quality drinks at a very reasonable price!

It is a shame. They are supposed to be open until 7PM (5:37PM), but the door is locked and I can see the employee sitting there. Don't bother making the trip during their posted hours because they are there with a locked door. I guess that makes their shift easy, but does not do much for the people trying to purchase their products.
