The food is pretty good although kind of overpriced, but the real problem is the service. It takes an unbelievably long time to get your food because they seemingly refuse to employ more than one person to work there at a time. Not to mention that most of the employees seem miserable - honestly I don't even blame them, I would be miserable too if my job were that understaffed all the time.

Like all the reviews say... STAY AWAY. The woman was just casually taking a phone call when I walked in at the register, paying no attention to customers. Food & drinks are meh but prepared in unsanitary way. Just go to Starbucks.

I thought it was yummy and fresh! Idk what all the bad reviews are about

I had a disappointing experience at this smoothie place today. Despite having three employees on duty, none seemed to have a grasp of their products or customer service. When I mentioned my allergy and asked about an ingredient, I was told to 'look at the sign.' When I inquired about the contents of the protein puffs which didn’t have any ingredients listed the response was simply 'it’s puffed protein,' which was unhelpful and dismissive. I was also incorrectly informed that there were no oats or oat milk, only to find out later that there were. To top it off, they were out of bananas. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, but they couldn't even print a receipt, just telling me that 'the refund should show up.' It's clear that there's no proper training on handling allergies or customer concerns here.

Took the guy working 5 minutes to notice us and did not want to help at all. Smoothie was underwhelming and not worth the price.

Ordered online delivery via the website , they sent a driver to wrong location, called customer service, they re-sent another driver to deliver, took more than 2 hours to receive my orders. 2nd driver delivered the order, missing 1 item, the store didn’t even contact me. I had to call customer service again to get refund instead of waiting another hour for delivery . What a horrible customer service, didn’t say a word or apology for the mistakes.

I like the acai bowls, the sweet ones. Having detailed explanation of everything was good. It was just weird that they did not have the banana at their hand when I ordered. And little pricey, you can eat a much bigger portions for that price.

I used to enjoy Pressed juices, but I developed a mild almond allergy rather recently. If you have a tree nut allergy, be aware there is a high likelihood of cross contamination. Corporate will tell you not to drink their products. I don't understand why some juices with specific ingredients would be contaminated, but I had a bad reaction from a roots 2 juice. Just a head's up!

Yelp
This location opened 2 months ago, replacing the old Supercuts. Juices come in a rainbow of flavors, each with supposed health benefits that are definitely too good to be true. While refreshing to drink, they are all pre-bottled rather than made to order. No better or worse than Suja, Evolution, and other store-bought health juices I've tried in the past. The desserts at Pressed are the main draw for me. The plant-based soft serves are flavorful yet light and come with your choice of 3 toppings (fruits, nuts, drizzles). The açaí & smoothie bowls are also tasty, with 4-5 generously portioned toppings. Unfortunately, Pressed is quite expensive, but if you download and order through their app, you can earn/redeem points on orders and take advantage of occasional deals like $2 mini açaí bowls or discounted juices. I will likely return every now and then for their desserts.

Yelp
Went at 7pm because they close at 8pm. I wanted to get a freeze soft serve but when I got in they said they were already cleaning the machines so I wasn't able to get any. Very disappointed :(

Yelp
Don't get me wrong, I love pressed, but I've struggled at this location. I have experienced temperature issues here, affecting the quality of the product (see below my melted "freeze" that was practically yogurt as it was handed to me). The staff has been great the few times I've been in, excluding one particular time, and there isn't much they can do if things are out of stock or the machine isn't working. This location just doesn't seem to get the attention it needs and is often short on staff, so the issues are more common. Pressed is great and has a lot to offer, this location just isn't always as reliable.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this place in fenway because I love the freezes at the Newbury location! I will say it always looks super dead in here- when I walked in the worker was sitting by the front door and looked bored out of his mind (fair enough it's not a super exciting place to work!). Also weirdly smelled strange... I wanted a vanilla freeze but it was broken so I go the chocolate. A small with 2 toppings was over $10! I can't believe I forgot how expensive these were! Honestly it was yummy and a good healthier replacement for ice cream but wow it's expensive for what you get! Probably won't go often (mostly due to price) and the smell is a little deterring...

Yelp
I placed an order for delivery and was super excited to start my cleanse. The order said it was on its way and that the driver was less than 10 minutes away. I then received a message saying my driver (name was included) was arriving with my order, only for my order to be canceled 4 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. This is extremely frustrating considering I was supposed to start my cleanse today and now I have no meals planned, can't get in contact with anyone about where my juices have disappeared to and why I've been charged for items not received.
