I had a wonderful experience. The customer service and hospitality were extraordinary which can be hard to find in today's world. The servers were very knowledgeable about ingredients, taste, and popular choices. They even let me try a sample before my purchase. The selection of fresh and healthy options were so broad which is a plus. I am a ice cream connoisseur and I have been on the hunt for a healthier option. I've tried all the alternatives and none gave my brain the "ice cream alert". And the ingredients used in those options made me feel like I was not too far from the regular, unhealthy option. But the freeze (ice cream alternative, specifically the vanilla freeze) here was ICONIC!!!! Only 4 ingredients, which blew my mind!!! And the ingredients were simple, something I could pronounce, and all items used in my own kitchen. My only complaint, is not having an option to take the goodness home (in a pint or quart option)! Also, thanks for the complimentary beauty shot for becoming a member! I'm sure I'll be seeing you all very soon. #NewRegular

Great juices. Nice employees!! Pressed corporate or whoever needs to let the employees keep the doors closed during colder seasons. It’s obvious the store is open because the lights are on. Whatever the reason is, It makes an unpleasant experience ordering and waiting for your açai bowls and the employees always look cold.

Smoothie bowl is not worth it. There was barely any smoothie in my bowl. Awful.

Pressed Freeze has been my healthy alternative to ice cream ever since I got cut from the Varsity basketball team my junior year of high school and started watching what I put in my beautiful meatsuit. Turns out a diet of hot dogs, french fries, and vanilla ice cream was not very conducive to being an elite level athlete...... but I did still have some wiggle if we are being honest… I was like a Mexican Raymond Felton out there. I have been coming to this location for years after a meal at True Food, North Italia, Mendo, or Little Sister as it is a small stand in the middle of the Point. Yesterday, we came after going to Tocaya and I have never needed a palate cleanser more in my life. Idk what happened to Tocaya but they really fell off. They had such a crazy run from like 2016-2018 and then just lost their soul. Idk how else to explain it. Like a bubble TJ Warren. My order is always a large vanilla in a cup with strawberries, blueberries, sliced almonds, and the almond butter drizzle. The almond butter drizzle will actually change your life, let me inspire you. I honestly don't know if the Pressed Freezes are actually healthy though, I've never done the research. They are always suspiciously delicious. In my head, they just run their vanilla juice through a little soft serve machine and maybe add ice, possibly a little natural sweetner?At this point, ignorance is bliss. I really don't want to know. Acai bowls are the healthiest compared to any other acai places but portions way too small and overpriced. The bases aren’t the tastiest either and limited topping options

I’ve gone here 3 times in 2 days! Love the chocolate freeze and toppings. Also, got shots, which were all helpful as well. The service was great all 3 times. Thanks for providing these healthy and tasty alternatives on the go.

I just left and the 2 gentlemen working on April 27, 2025 were helpful and gave me the bedt choices to drink.

My first time coming here & I absolutely loved it! Alex took my order & was very friendly & nice, his service went above & beyond. The atmosphere was clean & presentation of products were aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely come here again!
