UPDATE: It appears there was a miscommunication and one of the staff did not reach out to me to let me know they were out of 6 of the drinks. They did, however, miss putting 3 of the drinks they charged me for in my bags. Although it was not a perfect solution, I was allowed to drive to the Rice location were they fulfilled the rest of the order. Additionally, I was refunded for some of the drinks and offered a free açaí bowl for my troubles. I declined because I actually started my cleanse that morning. A company that works hard to fix mistakes is good by me. Mistakes happen; we cannot avoid them, but we can correct them if possible. So far, I notice that the drinks are less sweet and more veggies heavy than some competitors. I like that. Good product. Redemption.
Original Post: You all may have lost a customer right after you gained one. I was really looking forward to having a company to use for my quarterly cleanses, but service was horrid. First, I had to drive to pick up my drinks because you state that you won't deliver to my house in Houston (77095) and were trying to charge me for nationwide delivery. Then when I get home and unpackage my drinks you had all wrapped and tapped up I see that I am missing 9 of the 40 drinks I paid for! Also, don't like that you just packaged my drinks in these cheap white paper bags with the handles broken. Clear difference between you all and a competitor of yours I have used in the past. This was going to be my first time using Pressed. I hope you all can remedy this. Cancelling my VIP immediately if you don't.
