As a Yelper, I need a detox once in a while. Sometimes going to the gym doesn't do the trick after all those fries, burgers, steaks, pizza, ramen, and bobas. I usually get the 6 + 2 deal where you can get 6 bottles of various cold pressed juices (greens, roots, citrus, and/or fruits) and 2 waters (alkaline, aloe, lemon, and chlorophyll). Pressed does offer a few regimented pairings for 1, 2, or 3 day cleansing routines, but I am kinda of new to this juicing culture. As a result, I am sticking to the 6 + 2 deal for now. What I really like about Pressed is the value. Think really hard and ask yourself if it's "expensive". I don't think so because the time and energy to make your own juices isn't cheap. Plus, buying organic veggies and fruits every other day is relatively pricey. And, you need to buy lots of it to get even a few ounces of juice. It's hard work.
What Pressed offers is volume-based pricing, in my opinion. They are able to buy all those veggies and fruits in bulk and cold press in volume. Well I'm sold.
My favorite is the Greens #2 which consists of the below. I like it because the taste isn't too harsh, mainly because of the apples.
apple
celery
cucumber
kale
lemon
parsley
romaine
spinach
For the water, I like the chlorophyll because it has vitamins, minerals, and protein. Tastes a bit weird, but just know this stuff is good for you.
Enjoy!
