The 16 Best Sorbet, Paleta, & Shaved Ice Spots In Los Angeles

"Yes, Pressed Juicery made the list. While it’s easy to make fun of the trendy cold-pressed juice shop with locations in Venice, Silver Lake, Beverly Hills, and wherever else people in athleisure wear are found, hear us out. They also have incredible plant-based soft serve. Called “Freeze” and swirled to the heavens, it comes in vanilla, chocolate, acai, and sweet cream flavors and tastes refreshingly light, like it was infused with holy water. It’s perfect for a post-beach snack, or to bring you back to reality after spending 30 minutes in a Glossier store." - kat hong, garrett snyder, arden shore, sylvio martins

Okay so me and my grandmother have been looking at this place for like a year and apperantly during quarantine they went on sell, so I decided it was the correct time to go get them. My family got them along with myself. I got the 2nd hardest cleanse twice and the rest of my family got the easiest cleanse. I am the only family member who didn't lose, weight from the cleanse. Although I didn't lose weight the day after I almost forgot to eat and was full by very small portions. It starts off easy but around juice #4 it gets hard, there are 6 juices in total and the 6th one is the most filling. So I usually can't wait until I get my 6th juice in and go to sleep. Meanwhile my family gets to start off with a filling smoothie 😒 and end with one, Meanwhile I am just struggling without it. I am definitely getting it again for I heard they are having another sell. The juices are surprisingly sweet, like i didn't expect it to be as sweet as it was, especially as a cleanse, I believe next time I get it I will either do the 3rd hardest or 2 days in a row.

Came here once before and was met with excellent customer service but when I came by again the 2nd time which was today around noon I was met with the exact opposite experience. Walked in and wasn’t greeted and saw the cashier on her phone, she wasn’t helpful or descriptive like the other cashier from last time so I was disinterested and left. Her name is I think madena (hopefully I spelled it right) Anyways I think they should really train all their staff to take their jobs more seriously so customers like myself can feel more comfortable with inquiring on their products. She was a bad vibe.

Yelp
The price is here continue to go up, but the service and the quality stay the same. It's kind of shocking to me how much they charge for a bowl - about $13! Some days when I come here, they are out of almost all of the juices. It's annoying and I wish they had a better ordering system to keep their stock in. When you walk in, you will see this is a place, but there are tables outside so if it's good weather, you can get a spot out in the patio. Parking is a complete nightmare at this mall. You may spend more time and walking than actually at the store. Public bathrooms are way on the other side of the open air mall. TL/dr: not my fav PJ location

Yelp
Waa passing by and wanted to try the non-dairy soft serve. My friend ordered the Acai bowl. Everything is fresh and in limited quantities as the staff kept the menu updated as to what was still available. We were able to try sample juices. I especially liked the strawberry basil drink. Parking in this outdoor mall is scarce. Always a challenge bit this is a nice place to grab a healthy drink or snack and sit outside.

Yelp
No complaints whatsoever about my experience at Pressed in Manhattan Beach. I was in the area making a return and thought I'd treat myself to a juice. The woman working on this particular afternoon turned out to be a delight once I told her it was my first time at the store. She informed me I could sample some of the juices and I asked to try Greens 2. This was the only juice I tried and what I subsequently ordered... Greens 2 is the Apple Lemon Kale Juice which contains the following: Apple Juice, Cucumber Juice, Celery Juice, Lemon Juice, Spinach Juice, Kale Juice, and Parsley. What happened next was my favorite! The employee graciously told me if I sign up for the mailing/text list, my first juice was free! It felt like my lucky day... Treat yo'self? Well, Pressed treated me! I was so excited to enjoy my free juice. It turns out I am now noticing Pressed is sold all over the South Bay. I am reserving the coveted fifth star for when I have the opportunity to try more of their juices and/or do a juice "cleanse." I'll definitely be back - and hopefully soon!

Yelp
Pressed is a great name. I'm pressed that I spent $15 for 5 bites of açaí bowl. Decent flavor tho

Yelp
This is the worst Pressed Juicery I've ever visited. They completely gave up. The system is always down or it just doesn't work, the store is unkept and at times no employee is present at the counter. They don't take Apple Pay and they don't take orders at the counter at this point they just want you to order everything through the app and only be there to pick up. The staff is just trained to turn 180 degrees left grab your order and turn back to hand it to you and even that is too much too ask. Any question you ask be prepared for the staff to not know a single thing about nothing. So disappointed.

Yelp
I'm going to be very honest businesses that are operated by young staff doesn't always go to well. I'm very impressed with the employees at this location. Very professional and one step above what is usually delivered by such a young crew. I have stopped by a couple of times enough to get to know each crew member. Juanita is one that I happen to be very found of. If it wasn't for her, I don't think I would have ever to the time to stop. She was standing outside the shop with samples in a neatly plastic case. I asked to try the orange turmeric and I've been spending money every sense. The juice itself is amazing. It's authentic without all the pulp. I love the variety that's presented. It gives you a chance to cater to your health. This is an awesome location. It's in the right spot. Parking is perfect. $4 for two hours. The beach is just two blocks away.

Yelp
Great freshy taste as always! It was actually my first time trying their lemonade - I always got green juices before. The lemonade is amazingly great!!! Not artificially sweetened, it's so natural and freshing.

Yelp
Located off Manhattan Beach Bl in Manhattan Beach. Parking is on the street or if you park in one of the designated lots and then walk here. Place is very small they only allow one person at a time. Basically as soon as you walk in the counter is right there there is barely any space for more than four people at once between the counter and the door. I got the Greens 3 I believe I've had that before at another location. Overall a refreshing drink to get from here no matter which flavor on a hot day.

Yelp
Let's just get one thing out of the way: "cleansing" and "detoxifying" are BS. Unless you have heavy metals in your body, in which case, no amount of narrow dietary restriction and/or weird butt-stuff will save you, see a doctor! Anyway, it seems like that's what some people use this for. I was just looking for a crisp, low-calorie juice on a hot day. This place worked perfectly. I got a juice that was mostly veggies and spices: cucumber, ginger, cayenne, lemon and...I think that's it. It was very low sugar and very low calorie, and refreshing. For how fresh it was, it wasn't very expensive either. Give them a try if you need some refreshment. If you need a "cleanse" well...eat more fiber and drink a couple cups of strong coffee.

Yelp
I have always loved pressed and the products. I went to this location in Manhattan Beach today 4/24/22 and the girl working there was the most rude person I have ever met. She treated the customer before me horribly and then did the same thing with us -I turned around and walked out. This girl should not have a job.

Yelp
As a Yelper, I need a detox once in a while. Sometimes going to the gym doesn't do the trick after all those fries, burgers, steaks, pizza, ramen, and bobas. I usually get the 6 + 2 deal where you can get 6 bottles of various cold pressed juices (greens, roots, citrus, and/or fruits) and 2 waters (alkaline, aloe, lemon, and chlorophyll). Pressed does offer a few regimented pairings for 1, 2, or 3 day cleansing routines, but I am kinda of new to this juicing culture. As a result, I am sticking to the 6 + 2 deal for now. What I really like about Pressed is the value. Think really hard and ask yourself if it's "expensive". I don't think so because the time and energy to make your own juices isn't cheap. Plus, buying organic veggies and fruits every other day is relatively pricey. And, you need to buy lots of it to get even a few ounces of juice. It's hard work. What Pressed offers is volume-based pricing, in my opinion. They are able to buy all those veggies and fruits in bulk and cold press in volume. Well I'm sold. My favorite is the Greens #2 which consists of the below. I like it because the taste isn't too harsh, mainly because of the apples. apple celery cucumber kale lemon parsley romaine spinach For the water, I like the chlorophyll because it has vitamins, minerals, and protein. Tastes a bit weird, but just know this stuff is good for you. Enjoy!

Yelp
This is the first cleanse where I didn't want to kill anyone while I was on it lol. $35 for 6 juices and 2 waters. Two of the juices include almonds and I'm allergic to nuts so the girls were so sweet and let me swap out for Matcha and Coconut which were SO GOOD! I had never had those flavors before. I just did Cleanse 1 since I'm still pretty active but they have two other ones based on your experience too. I believe you can kind of personalize your own as well. The most important thing is that I didn't feel hungry as I just drank juice every two hours. Most juices are $5 which is very reasonable considering the other locations are $6.50-8 and Jamba Juice is more than that too (not knocking Jamba just comparing). I bought a juicer a few years ago to make my own juice and while it wasn't expensive to buy all the fruit & veggies the TIME to clean that stupid machine took foReVErrRr. Time is money people. So that "hobby" was gone within the month. Although it's not super pricey, when you start to tack on days for a cleanse it can be. But I'll still come here for my juice cleanse needs!

Yelp
Sharing my google review here: My brother and I have done mobile orders here before and never had issues. This morning I received an email that my order was ready at 8:10 am, to which I arrive at this time and the door was locked. I called customer service and they said this location was closed "for an in-store incident." A week prior my brother tried to go around 9 am and they weren't even open. The lack of communication/ integrity from this location is ridiculous. All that customer service could do was give me a free juice for the inconvenience when my order was an entire half-day detox that I can't even pick up. Get it together.

Eric H.

Yelp
Always a 15+ minute endeavor just to buy premade juices. Not sure if it's just this location or not

Yelp
If you like to juice but don't have the time to do it yourself, Pressed Juicery is the place for you. Excellent selection of juices with so many combinations of flavors. My favorites are Pineapple/Pear/Ginger/Mint, Coconut H2O and the meal replacements Brazil Nut and Vanilla Almond. *I once added vodka to my Pineapple/Pear/Mint juice and it was to die for* Their prices are EXCELLENT at $5 for their juices. I mean come on....do you really think it's cheaper and easier to do it on your own?!? How many other juice places offer any juice less than $10 each? The meal replacements are $8 but it's worth every penny since they are more hearty and thicker in texture. They have a loyalty program and you get your 10th juice for free. Excellent, EXCELLENT service and staff working there. I've been there at random times. I'd just stand there for at least 10 mins trying out every sample I can imagine before committing to buying anything. ***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

Yelp
If you're looking for a friendly face to offer exceptional customer service this is not the place! We were drawn to this place because of an amazing deal they are currently having and advertising at their door. Unfortunately the woman working tonight, Cassidy was such a bad host and didn't greet us or even looked at us. You would think she would have time since we were the only once there. When I asked her what time was closing time since I had ALL intentions to return and purchase from them she continued to do what she was doing and said, " seven!" as she walked away to the back! HORRIBLE!! Currently driving to the El segundo location to purchase from them!

Yelp
Parking over here can be atrocious, depending on the time you come here. Best bet is to come early in the morning (trust me)! Some times you can luck up and find a parking spot near by. Anyway, this place has some great juice cleanses and I usually do a cleanse when they are running a special. I absolutely LOVE the almond milk drink and they have a chocolate one too (AMAZE-BALLS). I would suggest doing the Cleanse 1 and Cleanse 2, the Cleanse 3 is brutal (has less sugar...I promise you feel like you are drinking "earth"). Overall, sign-up for the rewards program to get a freebie here and there.

Yelp
Thanks to the girl who made my juice happen this morning. YOU REALLY NEED a better reload system. One at the P.O.S.!!!! Or allow members to get member prices and pay balances at P.O.S. instead of forcing online reloads. It's EXTREMELY ANNOYING and puts both customer and employee in an awkward position, creating a poor customer experience*(in most cases, when employees feel like they must comply to the silly and ridiculous policy)
google avatar

Bonnie G.

Yelp
Love the Vanilla Almond Cinnamon Milk , and my absolute favorite is the Apple Lemon Ginger Cayenne Pressed Juice. the best deal here is the 5/$29 but you have to ask for late expiration dates unless you buy a cleanse & use the products quickly . They get rancid day 2 in your fridge at home .
google avatar

Jane K.

Yelp
Had to see what all the hype was about, it's just juice. Hahaha I'm probably gonna get stoned to death for saying that. It tastes healthy. But honestly if you wanna be healthy eat a fruit. Have you read the vitamin content on the nutrition labels? Not much. It's nice that you don't have to juice your own juice and it's already there in a bottle for you for $5 or more. But I probably won't get it again. It's nice that there's so many different flavors and they'll let you try them before purchasing. I don't buy into this detox organic juice stuff. But it's still good juice. And staff is nice. And explain the different flavors to you.
google avatar

Logan N.

Yelp
I've only had their Frozen which is 100% veggies, fruit, and nuts with no added sugar. For something so healthy it sure tasted pretty good! I've tried all their flavors and I really don't have a favorite. GREEN: taste like a veggie blend I could make at home but probably can't VANILLA: the vanilla is very subtle. Don't expect it to be white either. This flavor taste nuttier and has a stronger dates flavor than the others. FRUIT: nothing special (like a fruit smoothie) but safe choice. CHOCOLATE: taste closest to ice cream because the chocolate flavor is so prominent. If you want your chocolate fix in a healthy way this will do it

Yelp
I came into this location to buy some juice. Juanita or whatever her name is was on the phone did not say hello. I began to ask a couple of questions about the Black History Month selection she didn't even look up and continue to text on her phone. I try to ask a couple of other questions and she seemed pretty annoyed by the fact that I was disrupting her texting. To the point that my own husband asked her if we come at a bad time. She proceeded to explain that she was dealing with the ("call out") situation on her phone ("because people make up excuses not to come to work") and asked "did I do something wrong?" My husband said it seem like she was irritated and that she wasn't in a position to be very helpful. I made another selection (For my fourth Juice, because I had only pick three) she then proceeded to ask what she could've done to be better. Her whole energy was off and I told her I was not interested in giving her a lesson on customer service and that I would like to complete my transaction. Her entire energy was extremely negative even before she sarcastically asked if there was a way she could've been more helpful. I asked her if I could please complete my transaction. I began to give her my phone number for the third time and AGAIN she asked do I want to proceed with the transaction and I stated for the fourth time yes and was trying to pay. I asked her name and that is when she blew up. She said "you know what you need to leave I don't want to serve you". GET OUT!!! She took the juices back put them in the fridge. I took out my phone so that I could do a review like this one and she said "I don't give a F@$; take a picture of me...call...do whatever you want I'm gonna call my boss first" and began to yell at me and berate me out of her store. She even came from behind the counter! I am a 48 year old woman that has frequented pressed Juicery for years and this is the most embarrassed I've ever been by an experience. Whatever your employee told you is not true and you need to fire her. I hope you have cameras, then you can just watch the footage yourself.

trustTreview m.

Yelp
Juanita who works there is the best. They are so lucky to have her. She explains things and really sells the product. Love her!!! She deserves to own the place.

Yelp
We were walking to The Kettle and a girl was handing out samples outside and I heard the magic word: Ginger. So I turned around with a smile and was all "yes please!" The sample was so delicious, after eating a massive meal at The Kettle I purchased a bottle of the Ginger/Lemon (and other ingredients) for the next morning, because I couldn't imagine wanting a full meal the next day. Super reasonable price at $5 for a cold pressed juice! There was enough Ginger for you to have that delicious kick, it was tart and divine. I wish they were close to my house because I would love to try more.

Yelp
I love going to this store. It's located right by the beach with a view you can't beat. The staff are all super helpful and informative. If you're a newbie in the juicing game, definitely check this place out. This Pressed location is fairly cheaper than Kreation and Nekter (which I believe closed down). To be completely honest, Pressed is the best juice bar I've been to thus far. It's cheap, simple, and most of all delicious. I know a lot of people don't like juicing because of the "organic" taste from the veggies and spices. Pressed somehow managed to create a flavor profile catering to all different flavors and tastes. I've managed to get four of my coworkers on these cleanses and they love it! Be sure to sign up for their rewards program. You get free juices and discounts on cleanses as you rack up points.
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
I've been wanting to check out Pressed Juicery for a while and today was the day. Tried a few concoctions: the grapefruit/mint and Citrus 2 were my favorites. I then inquired about the juice cleanse options as I've been thinking of doing one for a while. They let me try a few of the juices which come in the cleanse packages. Overall, I left very impressed both with their juices and customer service. Tip: If you join their loyalty program, you get a free juice during your birthday month.

Yelp
I was first introduced to this place by my friend who wanted to do a juice cleanse together. Since I've had trouble losing weight the right way I thought I would give it a try. You get to choose between 1, 3 or 5-day juice cleanses. I went with the 5-day. All of the flavors are pretty good. Their are different groups of juices: Greens, Roots, Citrus, Fruits, Signature and Water. They mark them for you so you know the recommended order. They do let you sample so you can see what you like. If you have any questions you can call and ask them or go to their website. They also sell light snacks (granola, bars, nuts, etc.) in case you don't think you can just drink juice for five days. You can also purchase a cold pack carrying case which makes it easier to transport your juices to the office. Recently they added shots so you can get a quick juice pick me up. I love the Ginger Cayenne shot. It's a lot of liquid but it was the start I needed to eat & drink healthier and exercise more.

Tasha B.

Yelp
Update to my last review - want to give a special thank you and shout out to Kassidy. Not sure how, but she actually finds ways to still make something that's part of my regular routine, fun and special!
google avatar

Kellen B.

Yelp
I love this place! I was always very hesitant about these cleanses and juice trend but I get it now. The employees are knowledgeable if you have any questions about what juices to get or about their cleanses. The location is great as I live near by so it is easy to swing by when I am out running errands. They also have great deals every so often and their free membership also gets you so great discounts the more you go. I really like their signature blends for breakfast. I still can't decide which is my favorite out of the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. Citrus 2 is my favorite juice and the activated charcoal lemonade is my favorite refresher. I also really like the probiotic shot. I don't like spicy so I don't buy any of the juices or shots with cayenne in it but I hear really great things about it if you can handle the kick.
google avatar

Nijole T.

Yelp
Great place to detox and get a fresh start. I love their charcoal water as well as the entire citrus line of drinks most. Service is on point and super helpful if you have any questions. Small space, plan on taking it to go.
google avatar

Shara C.

Yelp
This is the discounted location. The staff is friendly and informative and the price is way cheaper than all the other Pressed Juicery locations. The juice is exactly the same in portion and taste and I've tried three there locations, its just cheaper! For now I'm close enough to drive here and this is my go to location. Do the one day cleanse if you are new to juicing! This is a great place to detox. I got a juicer to try to make my own juice but the process of cleaning up and chopping is so time consuming and you get so little juice from so much produce. I went to two other non pressed type places and I've gotta say price, taste, & quality in mind this is my fav. I don't keep or reuse the bottles so I prefer them in plastic like they have here instead of the places that give you glass and charge you more for the packaging. I stay away from pineapple so that kind of limits me personally, but they have other options without it. I wish they had a blend that had turmeric in it rather than ginger as an option, but so far I'm satisfied. I wish all the locations were at this price I would juice more often. It does get kinda pricey.
google avatar

Nhung M.

Yelp
I recently purchased the three-day Cleanse 2 and found it to be too sweet. They tasted great, but way too much sugar and each bottle is two servings. Make sure to read the label. Just stopped by today and got a one day cleanse 3 and it tastes more like what a juice cleanse should taste like...super green, lol! Great deal, 6 juices and two waters for $35. Brittany is super friendly and helpful. Parking is always tough in MB so be prepared to walk a bit carry those suckers!
google avatar

Bridgette S.

Yelp
The best prices on a juice cleanse that I've ever seen. All juices are really great tasting and you can sample them all! They usually have specials running and if you join their free membership it's 5 dollars for any juice all the time! The only catch is that this place is not organic. That's how they can provide such low prices.
google avatar

Tina M.

Yelp
I've walked past this place many times while strolling around MB. I stopped in today after getting a free sample from one of the employees standing out front. The employees were friendly and give you as many drink samples as you want. I'm not a fan of cleanses but I do enjoy a good pressed juice to drink while walking around the beach. I've gotten juices from The Source which will run you about $9-$10 while the juices here are about $6. There are other places in the area that serve fancy shmancy juice but this is a tasty and healthy option.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
I actually don't mind the juices! They're pretty pricey, at almost $7 for each, and a 3 day cleanse is $145ish. We bought a 3 day and split it so he did 2 days and I did 1. You get to choose your greens, roots, citrus, and dessert drinks. I personally don't like ginger so I stayed away from any juices that had that in it. Greens 2 I found to be pretty light and easy to swallow, the roots ones were my least faves. The vanilla almond drink wasn't bad, but the dessert ones are really heavy and thick because of the dates in them. Overall, we both felt pretty healthy inside and found that our appetites were curbed for the rest of the week. Ideally I'd like to do a cleanse every month, but it's so pricey, so I have to be choosy about when I want to do it. I like the way these juices taste better than Nektar though! Oh, and the workers at this particular location were super helpful- they let us sample practically all the juices before we made our decisions!
google avatar

Anthony H.

Yelp
Great deals on fresh juice! The people working are really friendly and you can sample all the juices!
google avatar

Robyn W.

Yelp
Loved that they had samples avail..many different flavors and the lady was very helpful in answering questions.she was able to describe the tastes before we tried them.and she was great at explaining the different cleanse bundles
google avatar

Bailey Z.

Yelp
I can't believe I found myself in a Pressed Juicery. I've tried their products on multiple occasions, but have never bought them myself. It became one of those moments when you realize you now live in LA. You are one of them. Bougie juice. I was feeling particularly healthy today and so here I was. There was a Jamba Juice a block or two away, but this looked much more appetizing. The girl at the counter was friendly and helpful in offering several samplings of their juices. The greens had been my favorite, but I did like roots 4 so I ended up buying one of those. I still don't believe in these silly juice cleanses, but I do enjoy the occasional fresh pressed juice now and then.
google avatar

Kara F.

Yelp
This place is awesome! Stopped by yesterday to pick up the fixins for my 1 day cleanse. I know 3 days is optimal, but so close to the weekend I just know that wasn't going to happen, so 1 it is! I love that they custom make the cleanses for you. I expected to walk in and get a set list of juices, but instead they give you a selection to choose from and tastings to help you decide. The woman who was working was very knowledgeable and super helpful!. Love the customer service here and will definitely be back to get the 3 day cleanse.
google avatar

Ali Z.

Yelp
This should be everyone's secret weapon to a flat tummy! I did the 3 day cleanse with my brother and although it was a little tough (because everyone around me is selfish and likes to eat their lives away in front of me instead of supporting me * insert crying emoji here*) I managed to get through it without cheating. I can't explain it exactly but I felt so energized and ready to go every day of the cleanse. The second I started eating I automatically went for the "break your fast celebration meal" and it was grows. It tasted so odd and all I could think about was how great I had felt the days before and how crappy I was starting to feel after eating crap. If you're looking for an easy but great cleanse the level 1 and 2 are perfect. I suggest starting a 3 day and then moving to a 5 day AND doing it with someone because if you're anything like me and food is life you're going to need the support. However, ultimately it's well worth it! Pressed is reasonably priced compared to most cleanses in the South Bay and the taste is pretty good.

Yelp
Cheaper than the other pressed juicery in the neighborhood! $5 instead of the $6.50 for the regular juices. Very small storefront so don't expect to look for the freeze at the location! For the last few weeks they have been out of straws--they recommend you go next door to the coffee house to grab a straw (you really shouldn't do that!) Parking is hard to find but if you come before 8am parking is free!

Yelp
I've been here twice now and both times were both great. The ladies that work here are friendly and helpful. They let you sample as many drinks as you would like before purchasing. The juice here are cold pressed, but what I love is the price for the bottle. Maybe it's because of the sale that is going on right now, but I noticed the prices on any other given day are lower than other juice bars. As for the drinks, they are all very tasty. I really like the premium drinks. I bought one which had brazilian nuts, dates, and a few more ingredients. Another with chocolate, dates, and of course it had other ingredients in it as well. I also enjoyed the citrus drinks. One had aloe vera with coconut, and it was refreshing. So, I decided to give this place a try mainly for the sale. It was $5 a bottle, but you can buy 8 for $34.50. That's an awesome deal! Then today my husband and I went back to get more to take advantage of the sale. Also, the healthy benefits from drinking these were great. It makes you go, but that's why they call it a cleanse - am I right? After drinking it, you feel energized. I highly recommend coming here and definitely sample the drinks.

Yelp
I used to juice regularly with my Breville back home but it is a pain to clean. Also the centrifugal spinning of the blades oxidizes the juice giving it a shorter shelf life. After researching about cold pressed juice and how this method addresses the two issues I previously mentioned I decided to give Pressed Juicery a try. I was impressed with the courteousness staff, who was giving with the many free samples accumulated during my visits. My favorites are the greens 2 and roots 1, one for the day and the other tomorrow. The label says consume within 3 days of purchase. Despite the high price for a bottle I see it as an investment in your health; if all this nutritious goodness will add energy and health to your life it's worth it!

Yelp
Today I went in to the store, the service it's was so bad, this Girl wasn't heard what I order because she was concentrated in her business..... no more buying here....

Yelp
I LOVE THIS PLACE. First and most importantly, the quality of their juices are EXCELLENT. I truly enjoy the taste of how they combine all the fruits and vegetables. I used to make my homemade juices, but due to time and effort, it was not practical three times a day. These juices taste just as good as mine, meaning they are just as fresh and to my liking. The staff is friendly as well, and very helpful. If you are uncertain of a juice, they might let you sample it, just like me. They usually have some good promotions going on as well so I always take advantage of them. I come pretty early in the AM right before work to get these juices so I don't worry about parking. It is an indulgent as well as super healthy.

Yelp
I love this Pressed Juicery because the juices here are $5 each, or $5.05 with CA CRV. It's much cheaper than any other Pressed Juicery I've been to, which are around $7 if I'm not mistaken. My go-to juice is Greens 2 because it's earthy but not too sweet or grassy. The ladies who work here have always been nice and helpful in terms of answering questions and offering samples every time I've been here. 10/10 would recommend in terms of how cheap it is for cold-pressed quality juice.

Yelp
Great location and great selection of juices. My personal favorite is the Citrus 1 :) super hydrating and filling. Definitely recommend this spot to grab some juice and take a walk along the Manhattan pier.

Yelp
I have been going here since it opened. The juices are tasty, employees very friendly. The last few visits, my juice has tasted old, definitely not fresh, and beyond a 3 day limit. I have included a pic of my juice from today. It should not have things floating around.

Yelp
This is the best Pressed Juicery!!! On top of the normal level of friendliness you'd expect from Pressed, they are testing out a new pricing strategy at this location. Juices are only $5 (compared to $6.50) and the shakes are only $6.50 (compared to $8.50). The discount is pretty substantial, especially if you like to buy in bulk. I mean, where else can you get delicious, cold-pressed juice for this price? Literally nowhere in LA. Even juicing your own juice is more expensive once you take into account equipment, pounds of produce, time, etc. Not only does this new strategy give Pressed a low-cost advantage, but the quality is still amazing. Win-win. Competitors can't come close. Parking is kinda horrible since it's in the middle of downtown Manhattan Beach, so I would recommend coming here if you also plan to walk around/go to the beach since you'll spend more time finding a parking spot than in the actual store. Or, come at night right before closing, when most people are leaving. I live in DTLA, so I hope Pressed changes pricing for all locations - in the meantime, I'm going to try my best to make a MB trip every week :)
