Pressed Juicery

Short Black haired guy with tattoos was so rude and had attitude while I was just trying to order a soft serve. He was talking in a very condescending tone, hope he fixes his attitude because he had no business to be that rude and talking down on me. Genuinely ruined my day.

I just witnessed a very unpleasant situation there yesterday. Two young ladies (non-whites), where treated very rudely by the server. It was obvious racism. The man behind the counter was very nice to all of the customers (all were white), but was very rude to these two young ladies. I didn't get his name, but he had short hair, and had tattoo on his arm.

This would have been a 3 but I returned the next day and expressed what occurred that un nerved me. The issue was resolved and rectified without a blink. As consumers we spend top dollar and should (in a kind way) advise how or what may be a concern instead of ghosting a store. I love this company and the gall that started it is amazing.

the girl working here was very shy and not very welcoming.. i could barely hear her talk. she also made and brought out the person's order behind me first and i was very confused. then, when she gave me a spoon for my pressed freeze, she just put the spoon directly on the dirty cashier countertop..... as a food service worker who is supposed to promote and uphold food safety and cleanliness, she needs to know that you should always put silverware over a napkin, or it would have been better to just put the spoon in the pressed freeze bowl. i was so grossed out and walked out without a spoon.

You go in, order a freeze and they tell you they need 5-10 minutes to make your freeze / bowl for you because they're taking multiple other peoples orders instead of just making your order. Like if I knew a freeze was going to take 10 minutes I wouldn't have come, would have gone...

We came in on a Saturday night and had the greatest experience with Ethan. He was patient kind and professional, going out of his way to explain the flavors, and options for the freeze as it was our first time here. Incredible customer service.

This place is awesome for vegans! Hanley was especially helpful when finding an option for my 1 year old to share with me :)

We always enjoy going to pressed for their yummy (kosher) freezes. Service is great and prompt.

When their holiday freeze blew up on socials, I knew I had to stop by ASAP! Even before all the craze, I've been a big fan of Pressed Juicery's freezes. They make me feel a whole lot healthier and guilt-free since they're vegan... keyword "feel." There's a good chance this isn't true as I haven't taken the time (or cared enough haha) to fact check it. Walking in, I was met with a long line of girls, all ordering the exact same thing. The Chocolate Peppermint Sundae Freeze. It features their vegan Chocolate Freeze topped with peppermint drizzle, marshmallows, and crushed peppermint candy. Super yummy and it put me right in the holiday spirit!

I love these juices! But then again who doesn't. Always so fresh and refreshing. You can't go wrong.

My favorite place to go to for a healthy treat rather than donuts and ice cream. They have the best açaí bowls and freezes (healthy protein frozen yogurts). Their prices are extremely reasonable especially if you sign up for their free reward membership program which is a no brainer. They always have such nice employees who are so helpful and always happy to answer any questions and cater to your needs. Today Ethan helped me and he deserves a raise for sure for how nice and helpful he was! the friendly employees is what keeps me coming back!

This place seemed modern and relaxed; however, the price (7 dollars for a small drink) was not worth it. Yes, I understand sometimes organ/natural products cost a bit more; however, Jimbo's right next door sold the exact same product for half the price. There is no difference in drink but just the store in which I purchased it. The worker was in the back for about 10 minutes before they came out to assist me. The worker was very polite and friendly; however, I felt it was nothing special. Great idea this place is!

I like Pressed and enjoy their bottled juices and shots to go. What I most enjoy about Pressed though are their acai bowls and soft serve. The hubby and I wanted something sweet following dinner and instead of walking in the rain to Handels or Salt & Straw, we opted for Pressed. I last had their soft serve a few months back in Vegas, when they had the snickerdoodle flavor. During my most recent visit, I ordered the small vanilla with chocolate drizzle and chocolate chips. It's similar to ice milk, not overly sweet and in no way creamy but it satisfied my craving. My husband on the other hand wanted nothing to do with it since it was icy and not the classic soft serve you'd find in an ice cream shop. As of Friday, 2/25, they had Ube, Vanilla, Acai and Dragon Fruit flavors. They're all plant based, delicious and hit the spot for those looking at having something sweet but not too naughty.

I walked into Pressed seeking an immunity boost. Not only did I get an immunity boost but I received exceptional customer service from Joslyn. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the app getting me to download it. Her demeanor was kind and I really appreciated her service. The juice shot was delicious and I could tell my immunity got a boost.

This was such a bad experience, we normally love coming to pressed but this time has been one of the worst, my boyfriend got a pressed with chocolate and blueberry and it was completely melted, LIKE SOUP ! there was hardly any plant based yogurt in the cup, normally they have always given us a decent portion for $8 !!! I went back in and told The girl that the yogurt was literally melted like soup and she looked at me so rudely and then said I can make you a new one, so of course I said that would be great, I asked for a different flavor thinking that one would of been better and maybe less melted and sure enough it was literally the same consistency, a complete waste of money and felt so completely ripped off.

Very helpful, friendly staff and always well stocked on all the juices. The employees are always patient and willing to answer questions on new items. Very clean interior always. I love the açaí bowl!

The portion sizes have drastically decreased, while the price has increased. My serving was handed to me below the rim of the tiny cup they provide. It used to tower over back in the day, what happened......

I went there this morning to get açai bowl at the Delmar Highland location , as I walked in, I noticed the girl in charge sneezed briefly, before I placed the order I asked her if she was sick, and she said, no, I sat down to eat, and could hear her going inside the kitchen coughing on and off, and as a doctor, I could see the whole picture that she is having some upper respiratory infection. so I ended up discarding my food and ask for refund. I showed her how disturbed that she was not taking the right precautions by wearing mask, or at least taking the day off since she's sick since she is in charge of handling food, her as it was, she took Covid test the day before, and it was negative. Really! There are tons of other infections other than COVID. I really think it's poor management that they make workers come to work while they have signs of an infection, especially without wearing masks. I usually like this place, but not sure I can trust it again.

Nice juice bar enjoyed the basil, mint lemonade and they're soft. Serve with Goji berries was delicious. The service was good. I signed up initially as a regular member and then went back for more juice in the afternoon and joined their VIP club because I figured I enjoyed their product and I'm definitely gonna be buying more of it.
