Prestige Hotel Budapest

I really understand why the hotel has such a high rating. First of all, the location is great, close to the Danube and the main street. The reception has friendly staff who are always happy to help! The rooms are spacious and really beautiful. Great breakfast, and as a bonus at the end of a shopping day, a spa with a jacuzzi and sauna. I will definitely come here again.

Honestly, our stay at the Prestige Hotel was really quite lovely. The bed was comfortable, upon our arrival we received complementary bottles of water and chocolate, which was a nice touch after travelling for the whole day. The guests can also use the coffee machine to make both coffee and tea in the comfort of their room, and also get tea downstairs in the lobby. The staff was very helpful, always kind and willing to answer any question to make the stay the best they could. We did not try the breakfast nor anything from the hotel restaurant, so I cannot be the judge of their service there. My only negative remark regards the size of the wellness centre, which is not even a big deal, as the hotel does not present itself as a “spa hotel”. The wellness part should be taken as a simple advantage, therefore if you want to have a proper wellness vacation, I would recommend a stay elsewhere. The wellness centre here consists of one sauna, one hot tub and few exercise machines - during our stay, we were mostly alone at the wellness centre, although I cannot imagine more than 6 people using it at a time. Furthermore, I have to point out that during our three night stay, the hot tub always gave off weird scent… it might be because we always visited the spa at night, but I believe the cleanliness could be improved. That also applies to the scarce yet visible stains on the carpet throughout the hotel, or on the decorative cushions in the rooms. I understand that replacing it can be expensive, but the hotel has an elegant air to it and such imperfections taint it. Overall, my stay was amazing and I would definitely consider staying with Prestige Hotel again!

Just returned from 4 day trip to Budapest Xmas markets. Hotel location is excellent for this as just a few paces away from the main section of the Danube as well as the Xmas markets. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was self service with a fair choice of hot and cold foods. Front desk Staff were very helpful. Only negative is there is not an area in the hotel where we were able to meet up to have a drink with friends we travelled with , so always had to go out and find a separate bar/ coffee shop to do this.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay!! We booked a suite for our honeymoon. From getting picked up at the airport by the driver arranged by the hotel, to the rooms itself we had and amazing stay. The staff where so kind and helpful. The room was gorgeous and has 2 air conditioners (as an American we loved this) the bed and pillows where amazing! The location was perfect and we never had an issue getting an Uber to pick us up at the hotel. We will 100% stay here again if we visit Budapest again.

What a fantastic hotel! It is in a great location just down a street near the river, very close to transportation links. It is a beautiful hotel, stunning rooms and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent, not a huge choice but plenty to choose from, more than enough. The staff are all very friendly and will do anything to help you. All in all a fantastic hotel and will definitely stay there again if we go back to Budapest

From start to finish a very positive experience.All Staff extremely friendly and helpful.Had an early flight so arrived well before check in time,delighted when informed our room was ready. Rooms are really lovely, everything you need,Great breakfast , wide variety of food.Location couldn't be better. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Prestige Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in Prestige hotel Budapest. We were pleasantly surpirsed to be upgraded to a suite. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with were warm and attentive. A special shout out to Zahid and Shanjida in the F&B area for their outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this hotel for the central location , the major attractions were within walking distance and genuinely excellent hospitality.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough! It really is in the best part of the city, in a really nice area just five minutes walk to the riverside. Here you can take the number 2 tram, see the “Shoes on the Danube”, get a river cruise, take in some of the best views of the chain bridge, Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion. It’s also very close indeed to the Parliament building and St Stephen’s Basilica. The hotel itself is every bit as nice as the photos. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, spacious, modern with great service added too. The breakfast was excellent too with good choices. The nicest touch was that knowing it was my birthday the concierge sent up a bottle of local fizz. Would definitely recommend this hotel for visiting this beautiful city. Having ventured all over during our time in Budapest I cannot stress enough how good the Prestige’s location for seeing both sides of the river while enjoying some luxury too. We also regarded the area as the safest too… Thanks for making our stay so memorable!
