Prestige Hotel Budapest

Amazing hotel. The staff are friendly with great attention to detail. Area surrounding hotel was great and a short walk from the basilica. We especially enjoyed the area as it felt quiet and safe in the evening time as there were no bars on the street. The staff noticed it was my partners birthday over the trip and even kindly sent Hungarian wine to the room. Such a nice touch. Would recommend.

What a nice hotel. The location is perfect, close to the river, sights and the center. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and there is a cozy bar. It is also very nice that you can make coffee and tea in the room, which is also replenished every day. I only regret two small things: there is no option to skip a day of cleaning and the mattress was too soft for me. Everything else was great.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. I booked it as a surprise for my partners 60th birthday. It was everything I'd hoped for! The hotel reception is stunning, the staff were very friendly and approachable. The dining area is lovely, we had breakfast each day, which was lovely, and the room was great. I could sleep in that bed all day as it was so comfortable! We got a surprise when the phone rang in the room, asking if we'd accept a bottle of champagne to celebrate his birthday! Very nice indeed! Another surprise was a knock on the door, giving us a few 'chocolates for the night' and an update on tomorrow's weather. The hotel is in a great location, as the chain bridge is just around the corner and also lots of restaurants nearby. St Stephen's Basilica is also only a couple of streets away. I really can't recommend this place enough.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Prestige Hotel. |The team were very attentive and highly professional with a keen eye for detail, the hotel was so comfortable and spotlessly clean, and we had restful nights with plenty of sleep. |We were pleased to have booked in for breakfast each day as there was a great variety of food which was constantly being refreshed. I recommend the scrambled eggs and bacon!|The hotel itself is ideally situated with the river being a 2 minute walk away and most places within walking distance. |It was perfect for our requirements.

Fantastic value for money. Stayed here for a city break and the location is brilliant for exploring all the city has to offer. It was clean and contemporary and the staff are really friendly. Can’t recommend enough and would stay again if ever in the area.

Perfect location for exploring, hotel was absolutely immaculate and beautiful throughout. Customer service and breakfast were fantastic. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city and very close walking distance to St. Stephen's basilica. We came for the Christmas markets, and the hotel was in the perfect location to explore them. We were upgraded on arrival to a suite, which made our stay extra comfortable. We had a fantastic suite with ample space to relax, and lovely little touches such as slippers and dressing gowns, lots of choice of hot drinks, chocolates and toiletries. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the food was fantastic. Lots of choice and freshly cooked. It seemed to be just as popular with evening diners too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again when in Budapest.

We stayed at the Prestige prior to joining a river cruise. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. From the beautiful lobby, to our fantastic room, the nice bar area and superb breakfast, we couldn’t have wished for a better hotel. Perfectly located close to the main Christmas market and lots of sites within easy walking distance. If you are considering a visit to Budapest, or looking for a hotel to stay before a river cruise I can’t praise this lovely hotel highly enough. Literally a 5 minute walk from the river and 15 minutes from the famous parliament building. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay one to remember . Thoroughly recommend
