Pret Has been my all-time favourite spot for almost 3 years now. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming. I especially love staff. Ms. Gorret’s cheerful smile it brightens up the day no matter the time. Thank you for your kind service and for making both my coffee and my day brighter!

First time visiting Pret and I must say it was a very good experience. I ordered matcha late and the guy in the counter who assisted me asked if it was my First time to order matcha and I said yes it is First time in Pret. Surprisingly he said it was on the house since they want me to try their matcha. I agreed and also ordered their almond croissant. Matcha turned out to be good bcos of the coconut milk used. Loved it. Croissant however was not on the soft side. All in all I still enjoyed and will def come back to try the sandwiches and organic coffee they offer. 😊 Kudos to the attentive and friendly staffs. 👍

Wonderful service! This is my go-to coffee spot in DIFC! Nicole and Julius are absolutely amazing — they know my order by heart and always make the best coffee I’ve ever had. Their warm and attentive service makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delightful, with everything freshly prepared and very flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the variety offered on the menu. I must also commend the coffee it was perfectly brewed and just what I needed to kickstart my day! A special shout-out to Aldrin, Loren, and Beth. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness made my experience even better. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their positive attitude truly brightened my day.

I was over the moon when I found out it had a location in Dubai. The sandwiches are always fresh, and the coffee is just delicious. It's like a little piece of home no matter where I am!"

The staff are lovely, but after the renovation, although the colour theme looks lovely, the benches are Super Un-comfortable! The bench part of the couch is too short, and the back-rest is completely vertical and you cannot sit properly and feel as if you're being pushed forward. Also, connecting to the WiFi is annoying as now, instead of being simply given a password by the staff, I'm forwarded to a link and am forced to provide my email, mobile number, and personal data and have to click on the link sent to my email in order to connect. Customers shouldnt be forced to provide personal data or emails in order to have access to a basic service such as WIFI! For the record, I had to connect my laptop to my mobile hot-spot and am writing this review using my mobile data, and not the Coffeeshop wifi. Don't think I'll be holding any more meetings here going forward.

Your coffee is the best as usual no doubt but wat made me to write this review is ur 2 staff on 4th of January at 7pm they are the best. Special thanks to them. They gave me the most beautiful smiles and service and the most great coffee. Salute to both of them. Love u all.
