Pret A Manger

Nice place for fast breakfast, good atmosphere and calm.

We visited this Pret on Thursday but we’d been told they were closing early because of a London strike? The manager stated normal hours would resume from Saturday 07/01 and here we are standing outside a shut store on a cold, rainy night. Avoid at all costs The Pret in France have better customer service I wonder why

Another disastrous order, it keeps happening more often now ruining my Pret experience, time to move to Starbucks? Ordered festive drinks for my whole team, only to get it without whipped cream (asked for it when ordering) and no sprinkles whatsoever. When complained, been told by kinda rude manager lady that they don’t have those at the moment. So,happy to charge customer 6 x festive drink fee without telling that you don’t have ingredients and give normal lattes with dash of syrup?

The coffee order took a bit of faffing and time but service was no better or worse than most Prets. I've noticed most stores only have capacity for 2 baristas to be making drinks at one time. This inevitably leads to long queues and waits during rush hour/ busy stores. And it isn't the fault of the staff. I once had 3 ppl taking orders and one poor barista making all the drinks. Not at this store fyi

I go in twice a day usually as it is convenient to my work and the subscription is good value however the service is shocking. However busy or quiet i don't think they have ever managed to just make my latte in a timely manner

This pret is one of the busiest prets in the whole of London and the staff deserves more than just an ordinary promotion! They always serve directly, always smile and considering how mad it gets there occasionally the staff keep saying hello. I don’t want to imagine what the staff goes through daily ! And to all the negative comments ….. I hope it doesn’t affect the staff since their will always be spoiled and entitled people. Looking forward to go back !!

Staff are super friendly but they do need to hire more people as lines become long very quickly. Also toilets are never working? Update 2 months later still more hiring needs doing! More baristas is a must to avoid the long queuing.

Extremely rude team, not a smile, angry. Worse iced latte i’ve ever had in Pret a manger, this team literally did my latte like trash in 5seconds. As a subscriber of your Pret a manger subscription I am very disappointed.
