Wow! This coffee shop has some of the best service I've experienced. The woman who rang me up and made my coffee this Tuesday morning was so energetic and friendly, she was a great start to my morning. Pret is amazing because they don't charge extra for plant based milk! Every coffee shop should be like that. I love that this location is convenient and will be coming a lot more

The staff here are amazing and so welcoming! You really feel at home. Coffee tastes good too. Only reason why I'm not giving 5 starts is because when I got there wifi and plugs to charge phone were broken. Nothing was working so I had to cancel my subscription since I was looking for a place to stay studying all afternoon. When management fix that, the place will be perfect then!

Small outpost of upscale coffee & lunch chain just a block south of City Hall. Can be crowded at busy morning rush. Food is all premade, in grab-and-go cases; high-quality, somewhat pricy. Salads, sandwiches, soups, quiches.
